go to bowl (first time youve even looked at your food since approx. 10am)
get substantial mouthful of very large crunchy kibblies
start to chew, while bringing it across the room to houseguest, so you can show hir what you're eating (he's also eating)
this doesnt HAVE to be a hint that you want some of whats on hir plate. but it CAN be. if it's eggs you might have a shot. if it's spaghetti. forget it jack
finish mouthful, staring entire time. if he's not looking (perhaps bc he's typing a post, maybe this post) you can put a hand or two on hir leg. then your hot little chin. then maybe do a little whine
repeat until end of mealtime. then do it again during tv

As someone with ADHD, you know you're fucking exhausted when you're not even fidgeting. :'D
#I'm literally just sitting here. listening to shit. I usually need to fidget or do something while doing that but no. I'm just staring off#into space. At the creature that I'm dogsitting.#he's exhausting too but it's mostly from the fact that I did a lot of physical labor in horrible boots and now my lower body is dead#I mean this creature eats anything and everything off the ground. One walk and I had to pull 4 acorns. 7 leaves. 5 rocks from this#idiot's mouth. he's not allowed off leash because he just bolts as well. He's sweet but I'm pretty sure there's just a walnut rattling#around in his head lol. I genuinely worry about this dog because...He genuinely has a deathwish#speaking of which. if anyone knows how to teach your own dog how to stand up for herself I would appreciate it :'D#I give my own dog. my sweet girl Mocha. a treat and this little guy starts hopping up and biting at her mouth until she drops HER treat#and then he runs away with it! And I'm like “sweetie. why are you letting him treat you like that?!?!”#yes I separate them when I give treats but still :'( My girl is too sweet for this cruel world.#She's so sweet and brings her OWN toys up to him so they can play together and he just runs away with them and growls at her.#They're HER doggy toys!!!#I know I'm complaining a lot. He's not that bad but also... My Mocha. (also he chases the cats. we have shit blocked so they can#have their own space and be safe and a space for him but oof)#Mad rambles#Mad vents#I'm mostly still recovering from those horrid boots as we realized once I took them off that they basically were at a weird slope.

went and donated 3 bags of clothes + one box of books and some glassware, came home and took my grandma’s dog for a run (and left my phone at the house on accident so it didn’t even count my steps!!!!!)
so now i’m allowed to have ipad time for a little bit…..

#chattin#waitin to be picked up from my aunts house#dogsitting while she was on a trip w my mom and sister#so im going to sit here and chat about some stuff#SFW this time im going to behave !#thinking of ph#i like writing him as a fucked up lil guy….#got obsessed; mistook possessive behavior for love oopsie !#i think he would be REALLY hurt postgame#he was doing a GOOD job! he was trying to help peppino get rid of his shoddy shop!!!#bc owning a business is sooooo taxing and why do that when u can just work for someone and get paid good money !#and no one has ever like. so blatantly and ANGRILY said NO to him before :( he is experiencing failure AND rejection for the first time#sucks ass#but i want him to be happy so like. eventually he has to deal w that failure#and he sees peppino like. still running a shop. but hes not angry like when they first met hes like#vibin!#hes in the back making food and occassionally he takes front and deals w customers and theyre weird but bearable#people TRAVEL to this little shop at the edge of the forest!#and he doesnt get it its like the food comes out slow and the tvs arent loud enough to hear anything and the prices are higher-#-than ANY fast food joint and yet people still come by…he has REGULARS…how…#hes so inefficient…and yet….#peppino is really angry and dismissive of ph at first; he does NOT want to see his ugly mug and hes tempted to chase him out#but gus is levelheaded (like always peppino notes) and hes like its not worth it ; hes harmless#and over time that anger simmers out into being JUST dismissive and grumpy#but he tolerates him and eventually tolerates his questions#and peppino is like. u know thats why i was so damn pissed at u. thinking there was nothing this owning shit#this shit takes time so i price it that way. u gotta talk to customers like People not Money Giving Machines#like yeah peppino doesnt have the BEST temperment but he most people are just there for Pizza#and some of them are friendly! its tiring but he likes making food and dealing w people#he will not say it but he puts love into this business; this shop is his baby! and ph didnt really get that

i was going through old photos to use for the graduation slideshow and i found the pic of the first day that i met my dog
#it's from 4 years ago#dog#he's an amstaff mastiff mix#we went to just look at the puppies since it was a friend's dog but i fell in love with him#he was from an accident litter because their neighbors lets their unfixed dog roam and the mom was still healing from a different surgery#she had 10 puppies. and then it happened AGAIN when she had an appointment scheduled to get spayed because someone who was dogsitting her#didnt properly close the gate. and so she had another 10 count litter. she's finally spayed but god. 20 puppies#he still gets to see his siblings since they were adopted out locally :]

Me: *flinches when the dog starts barking because I have had a severe phobia of them, caused by my parents leaving a very very young me alone with a loud dog, literally since I was less than one year old*
My father, after screaming at me and saying I need to go in a psych ward to be "fixed": I get that phobias are severe and uncontrollable, but can't you just undo yours?:)
