It takes two weeks for them to have their own jokes that the whole world is locked out of ever decoding, and a full month before Kendall pulls Stewy over to one of his family's many properties to just hang out on the grass looking at comic books and talking like they've known each other forever. At that point, the whole world knows, and they're not trying to pretend. This is real and no one's getting in between them.
