EQ:What determines an effective career plan?
The individual has preconceived notions about career. These may have been formed by the people significant to him: parents, relatives, teachers, and friends. At other times they may been caused by certain desires, motives, or ambitions. These notions may all be true. They may also be false or irrelevant.
Clarifying ideas about career can be done well ahead. The individual can and must be made to realize how he will fit into the real world of work with all the baggage of expectations and ambitions he brings with him. Much like the traveler who is off to a distant land, he must have realistic expectations of where he is going to be able to make necessary preparations for the trip and his stay there.
Sound decision in choosing a career can be made when the individual has adequate knowledge of the different aspects of the particular career path he is interested in. Necessary information because the career he chooses will determine his future life style. When it comes to navigating your career, each of you has a choice to make: settle for what comes your way and make the best of it or reach for the stars and tackle every obstacle that stands in your way. I know that sounds like a very “black and white” decision, but, when it comes to this particularly thorny question, I do believe you ultimately do have to choose. There simply is no “middle of the road” answer that works, in my experience.
While it’s clearly a tough and very personal decision that nobody should deprive you of, knowing what to expect from each of the two paths might make your decision and maybe even your journey a little easier and perhaps more successful. Since I decided long ago that the path of least resistance was not for me, I can’t tell you much about that. But I can tell you everything you want to know about the road less travelled – the one full of possibilities and pitfalls, opportunities and obstacles, and dreams that at least have the possibility of coming true.
Once you accept that competition is just life’s way of weeding out the weak, you eventually figure out that confronting challenges head on and with a can-do attitude will lead to positive results. And that in turn leads to the conclusion that you’re at your best because of life’s challenges, not in spite of them. From there it’s just a short step to the realization that you should constantly challenge yourself, so that’s what I’ve always done. I never settled for less than I thought I could achieve. That kept my professional growth and career trajectory moving up and to the right.
Lastly, it should come as no surprise that doing what genuinely interests and excites you will probably lead to the best outcome. Our lives are constantly in flux. Events change our perception and our perspective changes with experience. It’s only natural that our personal and professional goals and interests would also evolve over time.
So don’t feel pressured to find that “one thing” or do it until the end of time.Life is long and your career is a marathon, not a sprint. Don’t hesitate to pivot and change direction as needed. It’s important to think about what you like to do, because work will eventually be a big part of your life. The whole purpose of thinking about careers is so that when you go to the workforce, you wake up in the morning and look forward to going to work.

God/Allah
napaka taba ng puso niya
papatawarin at patawarin ka niya
pusong tagap kung ano ka
kahit dami na ng kasalanan mo sa kanya
Oo di mo man siya makikita

Dear Kristine Unnie...
Dear Kristine Unnie, Good day! I am Kang Ji Woon, I would like to seek for an advice to solve my problem. As time goes by I tend to always focus on the negative side of everything. I want to be optimistic at all things but something in my mind keeps telling me things that turns out to be a negative one, which leads me to have low self-esteem and such. This happens to me a lot, I don’t even know why I can’t just control my mind and just see the positive side. I don’t want to overthink things, but i can’t help it. Please help me to overcome this. Sincerely, Kang Ji Woon ~o~o~o~o~o~o~ Dear Kang Ji Woon, Being pessimistic won’t bring you any good. I know sometimes you can’t help but to think negative or to focus on the negative ones, I’ve also been there, even now. all you just have to do in order to stop that being pessimistic is to always believe in yourself. Always focus on the possibilities and not on the impossibilities. Keep on reading inspiring stories in order for you to feel motivated in everything you do. Next is to get rid of negative words in your mind, and just like what I’ve said, always see the positive side of things, and speak about hope and possibilities. Open your mind for unexpected ways, one reason people becomes pessimist is they see all the possible ways in their mind closed. Since they can no longer see any open door, they become pessimistic. But things don’t have to go the way you want it for you to succeed. The solution can come in unpredictable ways that never occur to you before. do this things and you’ll slowly get rid the negative side of you. Take care as always! Sincerely, Kristine Unnie

People of my age, it is common that we experience a roller of emotions and feelings because of the different encounters of the diverse environment that we frisk from one to another. As for me, I can attest this to be true. Being able to manage our emotions are essential to use humans in a way that this can greatly affect how we respond and interact with the environment or the community that we participate in. Here are ways that I can manage such surge of emotions in response to the environment that I am a part of.
When emotions are extreme or a little extra :
Let it all out and find your breather - Emotions shouldn’t be bottled up deep inside your heart. If you’re happy, then laugh. If you’re sad, then cry. If you’re angry, then shout it out. But take note, it’s important that once you let it all out, you won’t trouble others. You can either write what you’re feeling down or go tell someone how you feel. You can even do exercises, meditate or any physical activity to keep your emotions at bay and to remain at a tranquil state. Don't forget to breathe in and out.
Dont act upon your emotions - People tend to make massive decisions when their either too happy, to sad or too angry - decisions that they most likely regret because such decisions are made impulsively and without evaluation. Emotions tend to filter our thoughts
Think outside the box - when reacting towards a situation, always remember to look at the bigger picture - too see at different point of views. Everything that happens, good or bad, have a higher purpose - a purpose that we may not understand. Even through an emotional outbreak, believe and trust that there is something better or an ultimate purpose that you will make soon understand.
Ask for guidance - we are saved by our faith, even in the darkest moments. Trust that the divine will always be with you, show you what you must do, and save you from situations we can't endure.
It’s important to note that emotions are what makes our lives colourful, but everything should be taken in moderation. Once you know how to ultimately manage and take control of your emotions, its easier to make the right decisions and live life as it is.

EQ:What determines an effective career plan?
Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions you will make in life. It's about so much more than deciding what you will do to make a living. To start with, think about the amount of time we spend at work. We are on the job approximately 71% of every year. Over our lifetimes, this comes to roughly 31½ years out of the 45 years most of us spend working, from the beginning of our careers until retirement.
The importance of selecting a career with which we are satisfied cannot be overemphasized. While some people are lucky enough to just know what they want to do and end up in satisfying careers without giving it much thought, most of us are not. Many people don't put enough effort into choosing occupations or pick them for the wrong reasons. Maybe they choose careers that seem secure or pay well. They then end up unhappy.
The best way to make sure that doesn't happen to you is to make a well-thought out decision- smart choices. And the worst thing you can do is choose a career to please someone else. Don’t pass-up opportunities to learn and experience new things. Many teachers offer or assign summer and supplemental reading lists — look at these as opportunities for growth rather than a drag on your summer. The more you read, the more you’ll know. It’s a cliche, but knowledge is power.
Bob Parsons - founder and CEO of GoDaddy.com. He had a blog posting one time where he spoke about what he overcame in the pursuit of his dreams. I learned he definitely wasn't an overnight success and experienced a lot of failure on the way. But, he kept his vision in his mind at all times and said, "I spent very little time looking back or feeling sorry for myself."
Another awesome quote from the blog posting was, "Quitting is easy. The easiest thing to do in the world is to quit and give up on your dreams (and quite frankly, that’s what all the non-risk takers want you to do)." Thus, among the goals an individual sets, he is bound to achieve only to those most important and meaningful to them.
High school is a real transition time for teens, as you move into adulthood and the more adult issues of work, careers, and college. It should be a time of growth as well as a time of challenge. Thus, making smart choices while you keep on moving forward will be your stamina whatever comes your way. Have fun, but get the best education you can so that you are positioned to take advantage of further educational opportunities… and no matter where you go after high school, never stop learning and growing.

What does it take to be a good leader?
1. Sense of humour
Always keep things in perspective and balance because to be a good leader you must also consider the thoughts of others. Use laughter and humour appropriately as an effective stress releaser as well as team builder; smile and laugh often appreciating the positive in all situations.
2. Influencing
Develop a deep understanding of need of different people that surrounds you. Help them as what they need and gain their support. For change to impact in a way that engages responsiveness and commitment.

As you can observe in the picture it's very complex since I have plenty of relatives both from my mother and father sides. Our relationship with them is good. During family reunions, we use to talk more and eat together. But it doesn't mean that only in some occasions we see and talk to each other. In fact, we still have constant communication. However, we can't prevent conflicts between our families. Yet we easily settle the problems through pointing out the concerns, admitting one's mistake and giving each other's apologies. The bond we have is dynamic. It stays strong and in compact.

As a student who is very grade conscious and an ordinary human being, I do encounter stress too. But I have my own WAYS ON BUSTING STRESS:
Music Music just soothes everything
Gaming Sometimes, when I’m too stressed in academics, my motto becomes “Screw life, games are better”. Playing is a perfect enjoyable waste of time, it relieves my stress
Reading Despite of my boyish habits, the inner girl of mine is unleashed whenever I read. It’s very relaxing and comfortable in feeling.
SLEEP! No stress can bother me when I’m sleeping. I think that is how it works. Isn’t it?
CUDDLES Two words; THE BEST.
Movies A good movie on a stressful week can solve everything.
Playing Rubik’s Cube Is it weird? Meh, as long as it keeps me sane during a stressful week
P.S Eating stresses me more when I’m stressed. I don’t know why. I’m not even weight conscious.

Sometimes you need to manage your time, time management can help you to cope up with your grades. Dont use all of your energy in the training because if you do it you feel tired and decide to go to sleep rather than studying.
Use your time wisely bro!

EQ:What determines an effective career plan?
At age 5 his father died. At age 16 he quit school. At age 17 he had already lost four jobs. At age 18 he got married. Between ages 18 and 22, he was a railroad conductor and failed. He joined the army and washed out there. He applied for law school where he was rejected. He became an insurance salesman and failed again. At age 19 he became a father. At age 20 his wife left him and took their baby daughter. He became a cook and dishwasher in a small cafe. He failed in an attempt to kidnap his own daughter, and eventually he convinced his wife to return home. At age 65 he retired. On the 1st day of retirement he received a check from the Government for $105.
He felt that the Government was saying that he couldn’t provide for himself. He decided to commit suicide, it wasn’t worth living anymore; he had failed so much. He sat under a tree writing his will, but instead, he wrote what he would have accomplished with his life. He realized there was much more that he hadn’t done. There was one thing he could do better than anyone he knew. And that was how to cook. So he borrowed $87 against his check and bought and fried up some chicken using his recipe, and went door to door to sell them to his neighbors in Kentucky. Remember at age 65 he was ready to commit suicide. But at age 88 Colonel Sanders, founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Empire was a billionaire.
Realizing the most important goals to be achieved is one thing, acting on them is another. The success of achieving a goal relies heavily on the action and behavior of not giving-up and striving. There have been many that have been fortunate enough to stumble upon their passions early in life knowing that, what they currently do, is what they were meant for. On the other hand, there are many people that will spend their entire life working at their dead end job just to get by, all while questioning themselves whether there is more to life, knowing that there has to be something better. It does make sense that if we love what we do, we will do it better, longer and with greater passion. All this is true… we all recognize the fundamental need to survive, but many people ignore the thought that you can do anything that you set your mind to.

The Emotional challenge
Sometimes I didn't notice my self emotions when i get angry to the person that i argue with but I'm kind of sensitive person I easily notice my emotion, but someways i need also to control my emotion in order not to out of control and maybe i say something that they'll get mad and have fight with me. So the in order to control my emotion - I calmly stop - I will don't mind the person - I will think myself - walk away - I will be the one to understand the situation - I will forgive the person and forgive my self.
