Redo of my ninjago self insert/tournament sona^^ lore in tagsss
#the element of spirits/summoning was kept in the allied armor of azure (made of chrono steel) until it was destroyed in s5#the element was initially used for inter realm support and communication but has since been weakened due to the allied armor#once it vessel was broken it returned to the most suitable wielder which in this case was my si woaahhh what a coincidence#my si herself has no idea of wher elemental power until the merging of the realms and thus doesnt have much training actually#she does accidentally summon morro somewhen during s12 and neither of them know how he can return they become reluctant#roommates….firemds and then romantic partners but that takes a good while#she is a freelancer artist pre merge and care taker for children post merge#anywaaayyyyyyyy#mai.txt#yumeship

#it was surprisingly manageable!#i roughly followed a guide for the quickest path through but there was. SO much time left#the guide called for no upgrades except descending dark and one nail upgrade#but i am. Not That Good at the combat so i got more stuff before doing the Tough Fights#(two masks one soul vessel two more nail upgrades one extra charm notch and grubsong)#and still easily got under 4h#def gonna try to get the 100% in 20h on this save!#should be doable#laya plays games#maybe. MAYBE. i will even attempt steel soul some time#cus i only died six times this time and half those was to the final boss lol#so once i get better at that and at the watcher knights#i should be good to go actually#specially when i dont have to worry about speed and can play it safe

part 1: general tips!
if you're about to die hit esc/pause and quit to menu
#shitboxposting#hollow knight#this is a joke post but it's also dead serious i have both steel soul achievements and it's because i mastered the art of pausing &#quitting when i was a hit or two away from dying. just drops you safely back at your most recent bench without wiping any progress you made#you still keep all the geo youd gotten etc. this is also good for fast traveling when speedrunning (ive done all speedruns too)#tip 2 is be aware of what enemies you struggle with and avoid them until you can level up. never be afraid to quit and come back when#you have more masks/nail dmg / charm notches etc#i definitely made an outline of where to get all the mask shards/vessel frags/pale ores /completion %s (thank you hk wiki)#and only went for the ones i thought i cld handle#brooding mawlek and the collector i put off until id gotten most upgrades. traitor lord i did not touch at All.#also WATCH OUT if youre fighting enemies that do 2mask dmg hits you need to quit at 2masks because thats when itll take only 1 hit to die#made that mistake once and Never Again
