Most individuals live their lives while experiencing varying levels of stress each and every day. While has challenges or obstacles they face, there are many unique situations for women that can make this reality of life even harder to manage.
Whether juggling their careers, tending to their families, or dealing with prejudices that have been pre-established through society, the weight can be difficult for any woman to bear on her own.
Thankfully, there are strategies that anyone can put into practice to help create more resilience through life and make everyday challenges more manageable. This is where strengthening the mind-body connection can be invaluable.
Why Women Are More Prone to Stress or Trauma
All humans experience and respond to stress or trauma in various ways. However, while each person is unique and may come across their own struggles in life, women have been shown to experience much higher levels of debilitating stress when compared to men.
While this isn’t to say that all genders don’t have difficulties confronting the pressures presented to them, there are certain stressors that are amplified for women that can and often do leave a lasting impact on their physical and emotional well-being.
For example, the physical and emotional challenges during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum depression, and menopause are all experiences that can be difficult for other genders to fully understand how to navigate. In other situations, women can become victims of abusive relationships or workplace harassment that can leave them traumatized with deep emotional scars that can be hard to heal.
In many of these situations, professional guidance and support is the only effective way to continue moving forward in a healthy way. Trained therapists can help individuals through specialized counseling and help them discover healthy coping mechanisms they can use.
How the Mind-Body Connection Works
One of the coping strategies used by mental health professionals when teaching individuals how to better deal with and manage their stress levels is developing a strong mind-body connection.
The mind-body connection references an internal recognition that everything we’re experiencing - whether in our minds or how we feel physically - are connected. Rather than being independent feelings or emotions, both are equally connected together and can influence one another either positively or negatively dependent on various factors.
Another way to better understand the mind-body connection is to remember when you woke up in either a great or awful mood. How did that mindset impact you throughout the day? Maybe you tried to avoid social situations or were more eager to start conversations. Were you more motivated to go to the gym, or did you feel exhausted all day?
The type of mindset you’re in can trigger a multitude of physical responses in your body. Neuroscientists have studied this interplay of emotions and sensations and confirmed that there are a large number of communication pathways between the brain and body. These communications can be impacted by the type of environments we’re in every day and the information we choose to absorb.
Strategies for Creating a Stronger Mind-Body Connection
Learning how to strengthen your mind-body connection can be a powerful way to help manage the emotions you’re experiencing.
However, establishing the mindset in this area often requires more than simply attending therapy sessions. It’s about taking action in your everyday life and incorporating healthy routines to help you add more harmony between your mental state of mind and physical well-being.
Becoming More Mindful
Practicing mindfulness throughout the day can be a highly restorative way to better cope with and manage everyday stresses in life. Through meditation, you can create a peaceful space to help you unwind and temporarily step away from any struggles you may be going through.
Having more mindfulness helps to create a heightened state of awareness when it comes to your thoughts and emotions while embracing them openly instead of hiding from them. When you combine this type of exercise with meditation techniques, it can help you to anchor yourself in the present instead of being overly focused on what’s happening next.
Staying Active
Your physical health is a significant factor to how well you’re able to manage both your physical and mental well-being. This is why taking the time to engage in regular exercise can be so important. Exercising releases dopamine and other beneficial brain chemicals that are responsible for reducing stress and improving your energy levels along with supporting better cognitive function.
Whether you like to dance, play sports, or simply take a trip outdoors to go hiking, the more active you are, the more you’re able to build a deeper connection between your mind and body.
Prioritizing Self-Care
Good nutrition is another factor that comes into play when it comes to our overall moods and the energy levels we have throughout the day. Making more conscientious decisions regarding our dietary choices helps to make sure we’re taking in the necessary vitamins and nutrients we need each day to fuel our bodies and support our mental health.
Practicing self-care can also be expressed through the actions we take to help recharge and refresh our physical and mental states. Whether you’re reading a book, taking a long batch, or enjoying a peaceful day outdoors - all of these forms of self-care can play a major role in helping to minimize the amount of stress you’re under.
It’s important not to associate self-care with being selfish. It’s essential that you feel empowered to take care of your own needs and recognize it as a primary ingredient for living a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Creative Expression
Another way to help balance your emotions and create more positive influences on your physical health is to explore healthy forms of creative release. Some of the activities you could get involved in include painting, playing music, sculpting, or finding other methods of creative expression that you enjoy.
Creativity can be a powerful, non-verbal way to release certain thoughts or feelings in an incredibly therapeutic way. All of these activities help to turn the stress we’re experiencing into something beautiful and unique and can be a great way to improve awareness about what we’re feeling on a day-to-day basis that may be hard to express in words.
Leverage Your Mind-Body Connection for a Happier Life
It’s important to remember that your state of mind and physical state aren’t separate entities. They are intertwined with one another, and how you decide to nurture the balance between the two can make a significant impact on your ability to confront and manage the stress you experience on a daily basis.
By working to strengthen your mind-body connection, you’ll be empowered to navigate life's challenges with a clear mind, embrace the good days you experience and continue living a fulfilling and healthy life.

a few “crazy” things i've manifested for myself and others
nothing is actually crazy. everything is the same and nothing is impossible. I Am Possible.

An all expenses paid trip to Dubai (twice now) with $0 in my bank account by simply deciding that my only option is to go and be sexy in Dubai (respectfully ofc). I left my wallet in the States on purpose bc I am spoiled and everyone pays for me. That’s exactly what happened. 
I revised my best friend’s pregnancy bc we don’t do baby mamaism around here. Commit to a baby when that man commits to you. Sorry not sorry. She literally took three pregnancy tests and they all told her she was pregnant. I said no, not my girl. She was no longer pregnant. No medical procedure or any pain was experienced or necessary on her end.
Accepted in to the university I wanted to go to bc I thought it was pretty. Super low acceptance rate and I definitely didn’t have the criteria. I didn’t even have to do the college essay just bc I didn’t feel like writing (but ofc I would write fan fiction in a heart beat). 
Every single job I’ve ever had bc ofc you’re gonna hire me I’m the best employee you’ve ever come across.
Becoming besties with manifestation YouTubers I used to watch bc why not?? 
My current remote job that pays me $120/hour and I barely have to do actual work. I genuinely just scroll on Pinterest and Tumblr most of the time and when i do work, it's blissful. Love my boss tho
Apartments for my friends, family members and myself that’s everything we wanted in our individual spaces and more.
My Porsche Boxster that has super low milage and given to me for free like girl byeee.
Tons of new friends and opportunities falling into my lap
I ordered new glasses and they came in fast asf. “Usually” takes at least two maybe three weeks but I said nope, I’m wearing them right now. I am wearing them right now. 
My favorite musicians releasing new music every time I decide I want new music from them. Like if you don’t get in that studio!

but you don’t need to be, STOP RACING AGAINST THE CLOCK

some of you are gaslighting yourself to into persisting while still being scared. You’re persisting in that new body but, in the back of your mind you’re scared that it won’t come before summer because you aren’t doing anything in the 3D, what if this is all for nothing. You’re persisting in your good grades but in the back of your mind you’re like “what if this is all for nothing, i need to study to get good grades”. So you’re scared, you waver and you start to believe that you’re nothing to change your reality.
And why is this
Because stupid society has told you that in order to see a result in absolutely anything, you must work for it. In order to get money, you MUST work. In order to pass you classes you MUST study. In order for your skin to clear up you MUST do skincare. You need to do something in the 3D to set things in motion is what they tell us. And because of that you think you’re being lazy, “what if i can’t actually manifest money and actually have to work for it, what have been doing this whole time?” So you panic and start wavering. And because of that it never comes. Because you’re SO skeptical of the fact that we don’t need to even touch our 3D to get what we want. You’ve been so conditioned to think another way you can’t fathom what’s right.
But what you need to realise is that creation is finished, done. There is nothing you need to do. at all. And it doesn’t take days or weeks to adopt this new mindset just know that in this moment, creation is finished. It takes a second to flip your thoughts you just need to persist. Why are you anxiously awaiting the deadline you’ve given yourself in the back of your mind? Time isn’t real, the 3D isn’t real. The 3D doesn’t determine your experience it’s your mind
for example
if you try and persist in a new body before summer and you’re anxious that you won’t get and believe that you just “should’ve worked out” → you won’t get what you want.
if you work out but you believe that you’re “not doing enough” → you won’t get what you want
so whether you did or you did not it didn’t matter, same outcome when your mind isn’t with it.
i’ll use good grades again as an example
Lora said she persisted in her good grades fore her exam, she tried staying strong however the scary exam talk from the teachers and other people around her got in her head. In the back of her mind she’s scared that it won’t work and that “she should’ve studied”(affirmation btw). She panics and wavers and then she doesn’t get what she wants.
This is because she couldn’t understand that creation is finished. The second she wanted those good grades they were hers, if only society didn’t constantly tell her she needs to work for a result. I have many friends who study and still don’t feel confident so they fail and re affirm that “they’re just dumb”, so it doesn’t matter what you do in your 3d because it isn’t real.
Creation is done, stop being scared. “what if is all for nothing and i fail?” (affirmation) you’re allowed to feel. but counter that by telling yourself what’s true. Your innerman doesn’t experience the 3d so it doesn’t matter what you do. Saturate your mind into believing what’s true.
Your innerman doesn’t experience time, there are no deadlines to be afraid of, it’s already yours.
stop thinking you need to persist for a certain amount of time for your manifestation to be valid. You only got your head in the game and started persisting in your dream life, “i should’ve been doing this for longer” time is not real, persisting in a fact for 60 seconds is the same as persisting in a fact for 60 days.
Let’s say both Luna and Lani are both trying to have their dream body before summer break in June. Luna started persisting in January, and Lani after months of wavering decided to persist in the last week of May. Time isn’t real so, it doesn’t matter how long theyve been persisting for, both of them get what they want.
Stop panicking it’s yours. Idc what’s going on your life, even if you’re backed up against a wall it’s yours. It’s okay to feel upset and panicky but don’t indulge in those feelings anymore let them pass, cast them out with psych k, or simple visualisation and tell yourself it’s already done.
If you hop on a train from london to paris, it doesn’t matter if you’re going to eat loads of food on the train, sleep or do an exercise in the middle of the isle like a crazy person, it’s still going to end up in paris. If you persist, no matter what, you will end up having what you want. Affirm to yourself “no matter what happens, everything is done”
don’t be afraid, creation is done
there’s nothing to do, and i mean this, you don’t have to meet in the middle with the 3D. EVER
there. is. nothing. absolutely. nothing. you. need. to. do 👏👏 it’s happened already
you have that face, body, house, car, you’ve induced pure consciousness, no. matter. what.
Why would you clean a house that’s already squeaky clean, why would you need to work for something THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE. If you were 8 months pregnant would you be scared that “it’s all for nothing” and that your baby won’t come when it’s due, that you’ll wake up and your stomach just disappears?
be serious
🌺🍯 stop feeling scared that something isn’t coming. you already have that thing.

Imagination is the true reality
There is nothing called 'True reality/ Original reality/ Current reality/ Desired reality'. It all exists in your mind.
Your Consciousnesses.
Your decision to get aware of a certain reality IS your true reality.
'Reality' exists only when there is a perceiver.
There is only consiousness which creates perception.
Things exist only when you become aware of them.
So become aware of your desires which becomes your reality.
That's why the moment you start accepting your desires consciously is when your subconscious reproduces it. People think subconscious is the real shit BUT It is literally the sub of your consciousness. You are the consciousness. Whatever you focus on, your subconscious takes that as truth and reproduces it. You are not tricking your subconscious to thinking you have your desires. You are getting what you want by choosing what you want.
You were always having your desires.
The moment you get aware of your old assumption, you go back to that reality.
Some people feel that it's hard to grasp this (it's not)
that's why loa bloggers say simply that your-
Dominant thoughts create reality.
The moment your dominant thoughts are your desires being manifested, you change your awareness. You change your reality.
People really weren't lying when they say manifesting is literally the easiest thing in the world.
All you have to know is, you were never manifesting.
You always had had your 'desires'.
Now c'mon, do you understand that you were never really desiring or manifesting but waiting. And ofc you can't have your 'desires' when you are waiting to have them.
You are always having. You can't see it because you place your awareness on your old assumptions.
Now, go and actually have your desires.

— HOW I UTILIZE THE GOD STATE FOR MANIFESTING
i use law of assumption for this (obviously) and it's easier than (some of) you might think
so in my own experience, i started with affirmations, like "i am the creator of my reality" or just simply "i am god" and use it interchangeably. embody yourself as the state that you want.
& i don't repeat excessively or in routine, only when i feel like it! this is especially important because well, if you're actually god, you wouldn't need to tell yourself that everyday.
and then there are times where you really realize how much your self-concept has improved. for me, it was as simple as seeing a beautiful butterfly and feeling proud/happy because i know it was under my creation. and most of all, i was content with my ability to manifest and my current reality, which i had already assumed as my dream life - which it is.
now for what i've manifested/received simply from embodying this state of consciousness:
- better mental health & confidence - i knew things were going to be okay, if not perfect, because i assumed it will.
- control over the state of the weather (i once manifested a strong ass storm bc i hated the summer 😭... welp)
- social media popularity (i only thought "oh how interesting would it be if i made this post and it blows up" & it happened in less than one day 🤷‍♀️)
- grades & natural intelligence => maths was one of my difficult subject and now i can do it sooo smoothly (my latest maths test got 91%)
- inducing pure consciousness easily. before this, i spent like 1-2h everyday trying to relax and get into the 'void state' for no reason, while listening to a bunch of different meditation guide and subliminals. that's not to say that you shouldn't do this, but i was overcomplicating it all. once i decided that i could just induce pure consciousness in like, a minute, it happened. it is *that* easy, so don't tell yourself otherwise.

they want to talk about mental illness and acceptance and how everyone is a little ocd it's cute and quirky and their "intrusive thoughts" are about cutting their hair off and you say yours are about taking a razorblade to your eye and they say ew can you not and everyone is a little adhd sometimes! except if you're late it's a personality flaw and it's because you are careless and cruel (and someone else with adhd mentions they can be on time, so why can't you?) and it's not an eating disorder if it's girl dinner! it's not mania if it's girl math! what do you mean you blew all of your savings on nonrefundable plane tickets for a plane you didn't even end up taking. what do you mean that you are afraid of eating. get over it. they roll their little lips up into a sneer. can you not, like, trauma dump?
they love it on them they like to wear pieces of your suffering like jewels so that it hangs off their tongue in rapiers. they are allowed to arm-chair diagnose and cherrypick their poisons but you can't ever miss too many showers because that's, like, "fuckken gross?" so anyone mean is a narcissist. so anyone with visual tics is clearly faking it and is so cringe. but they get to scream and hit customer service employees because well, i got overwhelmed.
you keep seeing these posts about how people pleasers are "inherently manipulative" and how it's totally unfair behavior. but you are a people pleaser, you have an ingrained fawn response. in the comments, you have typed and deleted the words just because it is technically true does not make it an empathetic or kind reading of the reaction about one million times. it is technically accurate, after all. you think of catholic guilt, how sometimes you feel bad when doing a good deed because the sense of pride you get from acting kind - that pride is a sin. the word "manipulation" is not without bias or stigma attached to it. many people with the fawn response are direct victims of someone who was malignantly manipulative. calling the victims manipulative too is an unfair and unkind reading of the situation. it would be better and more empathetic to say it is safety-seeking or connection-seeking behavior. yes, it can be toxic. no, in general it is not intended to be toxic. there is no reason to make mentally ill people feel worse for what we undergo.
you type why is everyone so quick to turn on someone showing clear signs of trauma but you already know the fucking answer, so what's the point of bothering. you kind of hate those this is what anxiety looks like! infographics because at this point you're so good at white-knuckling through a severe panic attack that people just think you're stoic. even people who know the situation sometimes comment you just don't seem depressed. and you're not a 9 year old white kid so there's no way you're on the spectrum, you're not obsessed with trains and you were never a good mathematician. okay then.
mental illness is trending. in 2012 tumblr said don't romanticize our symptoms but to be fair tiktok didn't exist yet. there's these series of videos where someone pretends to be "the most boring person on earth" and is just being a normal fucking person, which makes your skin crawl, because that probably means you are boring. your friend reads aloud a profile from tinder - no depressed bitches i fucking hate that mental illness crap. your father says that medication never actually works.
you still haven't told your grandmother that you're in therapy. despite everything (and the fact it's helping): you just don't want her to see you differently.

Before you read this, I want you to know that this message might be hard to hear, but it could also be the beginning of the change you’ve been seeking.

Many of us, myself included, spend our lives searching for a savior, an epiphany, or something external to rescue us: a book, a speech, a mentor, a sign. We think that this one thing will open the doors to a better life. We cling desperately to small details, convincing ourselves they’re the confirmation we need to keep going: mirror numbers on a clock, a fallen feather, a butterfly crossing our path. We say, “It’s a sign from the universe, I’m on the right track”—all while staying trapped in a cycle we hate but find so hard to escape.
We often become slaves to the material world. We buy talismans, books, or listen to subliminal audios on repeat, seeking immediate results: “Why isn’t this audio working?”, “How many times do I need to listen to it to see a change?” We even sleep with headphones on, hoping it will speed up the process, yet the change never seems to come.
I understand you because I’ve been there.
It took me years to escape that cycle. Years of feeling lost, stuck, tied to my own thoughts and patterns. I spent months not knowing what to do, always ending up back at the same point. I turned to religions where I never felt truly at home. I prayed in churches, temples, and altars, waiting for miracles that never came. I lived believing that something external would change my destiny, but each attempt only led to disappointment. The reality? Nothing changed—or worse, things got even harder.
Then I realized: the only salvation comes from within.
We are the architects of our lives. Our minds are the most powerful tool we have. There are no limits beyond the ones we impose on ourselves. Imagine something unimaginable—a dream, a reality that seems impossible—and yet, you have the power to manifest it! But here’s the challenge: you must truly believe it. You must understand that you are in complete control.
If you want to be wealthy, you can achieve it. If you desire perfect health, unconditional love, travel, or anything else, it’s within your reach. Nothing is too big or too small for your creative power. But first, you must let go of limiting ideas like, “I wasn’t born rich” or “My life would have been different if I had better advantages.” These thoughts are just chains you’ve placed on yourself.
The first step to change is to take full responsibility for everything that has happened in your life. Yes, everything. It’s difficult, but that’s the key: accepting that you created your current reality, which means you also have the power to transform it.
If you’re tired of living the same way, PUT AN END TO IT.
Dare to change. Break free from everything that limits you. Rebuild your story from scratch. One of my favorite phrases always reminds me:
"When you see no way out, remember: the end is the beginning of everything."
Did you know there are scientific experiments that prove the incredible power of our minds? The CIA has documented studies on practices like remote viewing, where individuals can perceive things beyond space and time. These studies are not theories or pseudoscience—they are real evidence of our infinite potential.
There are also studies about how our thoughts impact matter. Researchers like Masaru Emoto demonstrated how our emotions and words can alter the molecular structure of water. If our words can affect something as tangible as water, imagine what they can do to your life, your cells, and your entire reality.
The limits don’t exist, except in your mind.
Life is as malleable as clay in the hands of a sculptor. And you are the sculptor. The question is no longer “What can I achieve?” but “What can’t I create?”
The time you have is precious. Use it to build the life you truly want, because the only obstacle standing between you and your dreams is you. The key is to believe and to act from that powerful force within you.
Remember: nothing is impossible. The moment to transform your life begins now.

I drive between Massachusetts and New York with some frequency, and not too long ago Connecticut put up a sign on I-84 south welcoming people to the state, and declaring it the "basketball capital of the world". This seemed a weird statement, as the Boston Celtics have the most championship titles in the NBA, and Springfield MA is the birthplace of basketball and home to the hall of fame, but whatever.
Driving back from New York today I noticed the "pizza capital of the united states" sign, and realized they are picking fights on purpose.

Re-read the title please. You aren't creating anything. You are remembering everything.
How can you create reality when reality is already created? Creation is finished boo. Don’t give yourself that much credit. Stop looking at manifestation as if it’s bringing something new into your life. It’s “bringing” you more of you. When you want to experience something, it’s because you already have and you are now remembering what that experience was like. 
Every time I want to manifest something, I start to question myself on how I got what I manifested.
“How did that trip to Dubai end up going? I know I had wine and food on the plane but what were the beaches like again??” The picture below was taken when I was on a yacht headed to the beach btw.

Deliberately change the way you speak on the inside and your outer world will shift to your desire. You didn’t create your dream car — I mean the car you now own— it was created before you thought about having it as yours. Does that mean it wasn’t gonna be yours anyways??? No. All your desires exist now because they exist now. There is nothing you can think about manifesting that isn’t already in existence. Take that pressure off yourself and realized that you are simply remembering what it’s like to have what is yours. Just like sitting down to remember what elementary school was like when somebody asks you, remember what it’s like and how you felt getting everything you once wanted. Your desires are in the past now and a part of your present. Let's be so fr please.

To get comfortable in your god state you need to understand that it is you ALONE that manifests. Stop consuming and spreading misinformation, you don’t have to “meet in the middle”with the 3D for your manifestations.
“If you want your dream bod to be manifested you have to stand firm AND workout”
“If you want to manifest clear skin, it’s good to visualise but you should also be focusing on skincare”
“If you want to manifest good grades you can affirm but you actually have to study”
“You can’t expect to manifest when you aren’t bothering to do anything in the 3D”
bullshit. absolute bullshit
although it’s important to still take care of your necessities, there’s no such thing as meeting halfway for your desires. If you think that you don’t understand what manifestation is. And with the assumption that it is, means that you don’t understand your full potential. As soon as you think of a desire it’s yours, no negotiating needs to be done with the 3D. All you have to do is stand firm.
Why are you making deals with the 3D?, “okay, okay if i workout in the 3d and manifest my dream body in my 4d it will come” that just isn’t needed
“okay but it does help things move faster” “it does help things become a little easier” nope, still wrong!
you don’t have to lift a finger for something that’s already yours. never. same goes for inducing pure consciousness, you don’t have to spend hours saturating your conscious mind in order to shift. You can have the worst day and still induce pure consciousness because that’s all it is: a state of consciousness.

To get comfortable in your god state you must also understand that you’re doing it all right. Stop asking dumb questions, you’re doing everything correct. The fact that you rely on bloggers to tell you if you should do this or that as if they’re your god shows that you don’t truly understand (and it’s getting really frustrating).
“will i still be able to induce pure consciousness if I lay on my side rather than in a starfish position?”
“do i have to affirm?”
“what if i don’t do this one blogger’s method to the minute details, does this mean i won’t shift?”
asking stupid questions like these confirms that you still don’t understand the extent of your power, you still don’t understand who you are.
And if you don’t understand, you will never progress, treating this like a chore that you have to perfect is where you go wrong. As a god, everything you do is correct, you could even induce pure consciousness by standing straight up and singing heavy metal at the top of your lungs, because what ever you say goes.
Stop sitting back up after minute 5 of it “not working” to check if you’re doing that method correctly. Why does you living your dream life depend on other people’s rules, are they the gods of your reality or is it you?
And you do know this still counts as you putting the void state on a pedestal? There are people who find out about pure consciousness and induce it that same day. Get your head in the game.
1: You don’t have to lift a finger for your dream life
2: You’re doing everything correct, you are “I AM” trust that and you’ll induce in no time
Both of these things, negotiating with the 3D and asking if your doing it right in YOUR OWN reality are signs that you don’t trust yourself enough. Learn to actually trust yourself and accept your fate as a god and you’ll have everything you dream of

Once you decide that you have it, you have it.
Not the 3D, not your friends and family saying against it.
None can validate absence of your true reality. Your own validation is required to change your reality.
You don't need subliminals, affirmations, or any techniques for that matter.
Persist in the new fact that you have it. Not because it is needed.
Persist like how you persist that you are breathing. Persist doesn't mean reminding yourself but knowing to the point you don't have to remind yourself. Persist in the new assumptions because they are your true reality but not to get your desires.
Persisting is not a technique but a state of mind.
Again, state of mind is not a technique, its simply having. You already have it, you don't have to be in a 'state of mind' to have your desires.
Spare no attention to 3D because Imagination is truly your reality.

“I AM”

“I AM” may seem like a couple of words that create a sentence of your sense of identity, but it is so much more than that. In other words, the “I AM” is the truest essence of the Omniverse/God/Pure Awareness/Pure Consciousness, which is YOU! The “I AM” has also been referred to as the “void state” within the law of assumption and reality shifting community, which once again is just you in your truest essence of pure awareness aka the “I AM.” The “I AM” encompasses everything that could possibly exist, if you can imagine it (or can’t), it exists. The “I AM” is infinite, eternal, omnipotent, and limitless. Everything is possible and exists right now. This is what grants us the power to reality shift and manifest. There is no such thing as unrealistic, nonexistence, impossible, limitations, separation, fiction, or illogical. Therefore, nothing can exist outside of “I AM”, it is everything and nothing. We are literally the “I AM” experiencing itself; we are nothing, everything, everywhere, all at once. We are all One with the “I AM.” When our physical body dies if we assume it dies then we return to our original truest essence of pure awareness aka the “I AM.” When you manifest or reality shift you are identifying and being the person who already has the desire or is already in your desired reality and become aware of the other reality, which always begins with “I AM”. Therefore, when you simply identify with “I AM” you are limitless, infinite, omnipotent, eternal everything, everywhere all at once, and nothing at the same time of the Omniverse/God/Pure Awareness/Pure Consciousness which is YOU. The “I AM” is the ultimate foundation of the Omniverse/God/Pure Awareness/Pure Consciousness aka YOU.
