The overdue UnSussexfull filing: This is their initial filing from 2022! It appears that they closed down their original Archwell Delaware corporation (or it was closed for them) and moved it to California. All of their entities have always been Delaware based for the tax structure. If you look at the California Secretary of State, the initial filing for Archwell was February 7, 2022 (two years after it started). That is what's never been completed or paid. What I find even more interesting and it might warrant a call to the CA Secretary of State is that it is illegal to have Archwell set up as a corporation (Inc) and an LLC (partnership) but that's what it looks like according to the filings (1st and last entities shown). I just can't see a coincidence where two unrelated Archwell entities filed on the same exact day...🤔

Am I crazy or is acting seen and valued as a career in the UK so much more than the US?! Like, the amount of actors who not only started young in plays/theater companies then went onto specialized drama schools is astronomical? I feel like in the US, there are not a lot of theatre companies aside from major cities (and even then, its hard to get your foot in the door for these productions or you need $$$$). Other than that, you’re taking advantage of your school’s theater programs and hope they are good/well-funded. For example, my brother’s school also had acting as an elective, which he took as it was an easy A as a naturally talented actor. But, my school did not. Just had theatre tech. And yes, we had a strong theater program but I also was way too anxious to audition except for the Middle School musical twice and DramaFest my junior year. Also please note - both of these schools were prestigious private schools. ALL OF THIS TO SAY - Am I crazy? Do we devalue the arts more than the UK?

Being invited to the school’s summer orientation events after being personally a victim of administrator apathy and police violence on campus is so funny.

Yeah, this school has awesome hiking trails on its conservation land - if you’re looking for somewhere less popular, the nearby natural resources research properties are open to the public but most people don’t know that! As for the social climate, I’ve been called faggot to my face more often by students here than by my Catholic middle school peers. And you know, when students from the campus College Republicans club were calling international students of color terrorists and cotton pickers in front of administration and the PD, the chief of police came over to threaten an international student with arrest and deportation while completely ignoring the racist harassment happening in front of him. So, you know, if you’re into: hiking, homophobia, and racism, you’ll fit right in here at [school] 😊
