Hiya! Can I possibly get a standard hiatus for my girls please? School's starting and I need some time to get back into the rhythm of things and prepare for the SAT (yikes). Thanks a bunch!!

Looks like the new semester crept up on you, didn’t it?  You looked away only just and now you’ve a whole new school experience just waiting to suck up all of your time and energy.  I hope you’re ready, friend, ‘cos you’re gonna need your wits about you this time around.  I’ve got Dawn and Elesa on a hiatus until January 24th, so please use this time wisely and set up a good work schedule for yourself!

Her mother was going to murder her.

And it was going to be stupid. So stupid. This sort of thing would have gotten her in enough trouble if she got caught, even on a normal day. But this— this was the furthest thing from a normal day. Her mother had been planning for this fundraising event for the better part of months. And Lillie was going to be murdered over a pair of socks.

She was always loath to do it, because she wasn’t a kid anymore and she should be able to take care of herself, but—

“Gladion! Gladion—?” Her brother, in his starched black formal suit, stood out to her inexplicably, despite the throngs of people around him dressed in much the same way. Perhaps it was how out of place he looked, unease rolling off him in palpable waves, that drew her to him easily.

Gesturing at her feet as discreetly as she could, she hissed at him: “Mother is going to kill me.”

He seemed to get it, because his bored expression grew into a look of genuinely sympathetic distress. He rolled his eyes and jerked his head at the door.

Go. I’ll cover for you.

Why Levey decided to volunteer for this job, he had no idea. All he wanted to do was see fossil-like Pokemon, and somehow or another, he got tied up with work. It was tiring, to say the least, and he was itching to train. Instead, here he was, carrying fossils back and forth. These archaeologists were insane, digging them up so quickly. Letting out a groan, he was about to go down the stairs, but suddenly… the bucket that contained the fossils he was carrying fell out of his hand. 

Two hands, they warned him, but no, he was a smart-ass that preferred doing things the hard way. And this is what happens when he doesn’t listen.

“Dammit, dammit, dammi--… oh no.” someone spotted him, someone saw him freak out. His head was a jumbled mess, as he no longer knew what just happened.

“You—uh… you saw nothing! I mean, I slipped, they all…” oh Arceus, Levey hoped he didn’t break any of the fossils that were now on the ground. Fossils were sturdy things, right? He looked at the girl and waited for her to yell at him. After he realized he kept staring at the fossils, he decided to start picking them up one by one.

 absolutely! although relationships are not the number one thing on his mind, green still wants to have a lifelong partner one day. but it will be hard to find someone who can put up with green haha.

( i do, some are obvious and some aren’t. like with most people, i would actually like to see how characters interact before jumping in the ship though. and for ships that i would NOT are character(s) this muse just doesn’t like for a serious reason and those who are like a sibling to him or a parental figure to him. )

☃: what my muse does when it snows

When she was younger, she wasn’t very fond of the snow, since she always slipped on the ice she couldn’t see. (Her vision was awful when she was a kid, but she refused to wear glasses because they would always blur up and get dirty.)

But as she got older, she enjoyed it more, and would get into snowball fights with her brother Meru. When she got Rami, her Froslass, she helped Taro create better snowballs, even though Meru said she was cheating.

“A party? It’s Tuesday..”

Steven muttered the words on his textbook as the sound of a crowd reverberated throughout the mansion. He lost focus for the fifth time, then decided to shut the book closed. It was one of his father’s extravagant parties with other businessmen-- Social gatherings he’d called them-- and Steven’s mind was fixated on the very idea of it, distracting the high schooler from the test he should be studying for. 

The boy decided to get out of his room and indulge himself on the gathering downstairs. There was no use struggling with his text at that point, he’d only lose focus after a couple of minutes.      As he descended the stairs of the mansion, a small, seemingly lost, girl sat on one of the steps.      Steven slowed his descent, and then peered over the little girl’s shoulders. “Excuse me...?”      The little girl looked up to him, she couldn’t have been older than three years old. “Hi, my name is Dawn.”      “Ah, well, hello Dawn. My name is Steven. Are you lost?”      “...Yes.”      “I see,” Steven smiled. “Let’s get you back down. I’m sure your parents are waiting for you,” he stopped. “Oh, but what’s your full name?”      “Umm... Platinum Dawn Berlitz.”     “Berlitz, huh? I think I know who your father is.” Steven held out his hand, “Let’s go, Ms. Berlitz.”

“...Where am I?” Dawn asked as they descended the stairs together.      “You’re in a party, Dawn.”      “A party? It’s Tuesday...”     “I am also asking that exact same question, Dawn.”

After the stairs, they walked through a long corridor, and then arrived at the ballroom where the gathering was being held. It didn’t take long for Mrs. Berlitz-- Johanna, Steven would soon know-- to reclaim her lost daughter. She thanked Steven and then reprimanded Dawn for straying away from her.

     Steven crouched to Dawn’s level, “I’ll be leaving you with your mother now, Dawn. Make sure not to give her any trouble, alright?” He stood up, and addressed Mrs. Berlitz next. “Please, Johanna, if there’s anything you need do not hesitate in telling me.”  And with that Steven left to socialize and mingle with his father’s associates. He’d find that it came much more natural to him than being neck-deep into a textbook.

“You can hardly see any out here...” The young girl frowned with her head tilted upwards. There were too many clouds blowing by to make out any constellations and it didn’t help that the few street lights that were on were making it hard to see. Route 9 just wasn’t the best place for this kind of activity.

“If you really want to get a good view at the stars, the route to the Pokemon League is one of the best places to camp out.”

Please Pity Me | Dawn & Liri

Sinnoh: a place that Liri never thought she would have visited. She never really had a reason to go there, or really to any other region other than Unova. During her time in Team Plasma, she thought that she would have maybe been able to visit other regions after all the Pokémon in Unova had been liberated, but that obviously didn’t go so smoothly.

But now the girl had an actual reason to go visit. Apparently she had won a prize from something - Liri had no clue as to where she had won the prize - and had received a couple of nights stay at some fancy resort. At first it looked dubious. After all, where would she have won such a prize? But then as she looked at the paper more and more, it seemed to be real. It wouldn’t be bad if she just went to go check it out, right?

And so, Liri was in Sinnoh, looking for this resort. Purrsephone was by her side, like always, and yet no matter how far they walked, they couldn’t seem to find it. Sunny Sanctuary Resort. Hopefully the place actually existed, and it wasn’t some cheap trick Liri had fallen for.

It was already beginning to become dark outside, and Liri was absolutely lost. Great, just great. She was in a region she knew nothing about, and couldn’t even remember the name of the Route she was on.

“You’ve got to be kidding me! This can’t be happening! I just want to sleep in a bed tonight,” she whined to Purrsephone, half-hoping that somebody was there to help her.
