wait i'm so fucking mad. i'm thinking about the implications. THE IMPLICATIONS because if max jagerman was built different and simply did not fall down the stairs act 2 would be completely different. it would be a coming of age flick. grace chastity is pissed off and insanely horny. max declares the nerds are cool actually which makes his football friends look at him weird and prompts him to reevaluate his morals. peter and steph go on the most awkward date in a coffee shop that gets interrupted when a cop comes in to arrest some guy flirting with the barista for defacing the Musical Meteor monument at the starlight theater. ruth would find actualization through the barbecue monologues but she's still horny goddammit. richie simply wins in life and encourages max by listening to him monologue and saying "aw aw" occasionally which is apparently all the love and support max needs to become a Better Person. peter and steph goes on a second awkward date in a mall and are somehow oblivious to the brawl going on in the toy store. max becomes such a good person that grace chastity is no longer horny for him which actually makes her insanely pissed off, so she stages a brutal takeover and kills steph's dad before going mad with power. peter and steph go to homecoming together. richie makes max watch one piece. this is what we could have i'm so mad about it
