I used to write fanfic and he was the main character I wrote for. One of my favorite Star treks is DS9 and him and Odo were two of my favorite characters from the show. In my first post about my fictional chrushes I believe I wrote about my chrush on Odo. He also loves his family (mother and father) plus arguing/discussion as flirting count me in! But he’s secretive and a liar so I gotta dock like at least one point so 9/10

Shran

Another guy from Star Trek. Played by Jeffery Combs. He’s aggressive but sweet. In the last season you see how sweet he is with his daughter and it brings some feelings out I guess I always fall for a family man 9/10

Death ( Specifically from Supernatural)

We are both foodies, I tend to have a dry or sarcastic humor and he seems to have his shit together and he’s literally death so quite powerful. 8/10

Crowley (also from Supernatural)

The king of hell so also a man of power, he’s got the accent going for him and he’s almost as petty as I am

1) Thorin Oakenshield x Bilbo Baggins - Lord of the Rings & The Hobbit - Cultural differences being abound as an innocent Hobbit is corrupted by our favorite dwarven king. (NSFW, gay, corruption kink)

2) Harry Potter x Draco Malfoy - Harry Potter book and movie franchises - An entire fucking rewrite of the book series where Harry is far more proactive and more of a BAMF in trying to not only thwart, but also go on the offense in the war between good and evil, as well as his life after. (NSFW, gay, portrayals of addiction, graphic violence, death and murder (but it’s only the bad guys cause I’m only capable of writing happy endings))

3) Julian Bashir x Elim Garak - Star Trek: Deep Space 9 - post-Dominion war ... it's incredibly fucking complicated. Nearly a decade ago, Julian Bashir, along with 12 other augmented children were rescued from a secret base on an asteroid, rehabilitated, and given the chance at real lives. When Dr. Zimmerman boards the DS9 having already realized Julian is an augment, Starfleet creates the lie that it was done by his parents in order to save face for the fact that they knew Julian was an augment before he ever even enrolled at the academy. But when the truth begins to come out, Garak is quite fascinated by just how good a liar Julian actually is.

4) Reader x Dr. T’Ana - Star Trek: Lower Decks - A dying cryo-ship is stumbled upon by the USS: Cerritos with only a single human aboard. Dr. T’Ana finds herself suspicious of the woman born four hundred years ago as her crumbling relationship with Shaxs leads her to a queer crisis.

5) Reader x Cicero - Elder Scrolls X: Skyrim - After the final battle against Alduin, something went wrong. Very wrong. The Dragonborn should not have been able to absorb Alduin’s soul. Yet, she did. What happens when the souls of a Dragonborn and a demigod combine?

6) Reader x Asterion - Baldur’s Gate III - The Nautiloid slipped from world to world, dimension to dimension, and universe to universe with all the ease of a cockroach squirming under a door. Until, shortly before the events leading to its crash, it crashed through the realm of the goddess of dreams, accidentally taking the goddess and resetting her to a weakened mortal form.

7) Sam x Gabriel - Supernatural - After Jack resets the world, all seems normal. Dangers are still abound, but not nearly as serious as they once were. A powerful mage trying to find eternal youth has popped up on the Winchester’s radar, but after investigating and finding the perp, Sam is hit with the interrupted magic ritual and is reverted back to who he was in his college days. Unfortunately for him, a certain trickster archangel was also resurrected by Jack. Even more unfortunate, Sam was quite the asshole in college. Just the kind that Gabriel had always taken a particular joy in humbling.

Sensitivity reader needed!

I'm looking for a sensitivity reader to check a few ideas for something I'm writing. It's for a Star Trek fanfic. The main character is a POC who has a mild telepathic disability.

The fic is kinda a romance (friends to lovers)/fix it fic for Garak.

The main character is agender, BIPOC, omnisexual, and has a mild telepathic disability.

If you want to go ahead and read everything I have so far, that would be much appreciated. It's 90k words.

A quick summary: this story follows the relationship of Garak, a former Obsidian Order agent and Mara, a young xenobotanist with a troubled past and a deep-seated desire to belong. Despite the rough start to their friendship and the many obstacles in their way, they find companionship and understanding in each other's company. Will they let their past mistakes define them or will they choose to forge a new path? Follow their journey to find love and redemption amongst betrayal and deception.

Other notable things: There's tons of mutual pining. They're both idiots in love. So much hurt/comfort. Also my personal favorites Unnamed Old Man and The Murder Trees.

In return I can offer to beta read or sensitivity read for asexuality, aromanticism, agender/nonbinary/(afab)trans identities, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.

Hey, can I see what your other Kirby ships look like?

Hahaha I'm going to be totally real, there really aren't a lot of other Kirby ships I actively think about other than metadede-!! -u-'

I don't know what it is, but that particular ship just happened to scratch an itch in my brain I didn't know I had lol. And I only really started shipping it around a year and a half ago! A King and a knight who have worked together through the ages and both have really interesting and different personalities and likes and dislikes... I have a lot of fun with them! I never thought I'd ever gain the confidence to regularly produce and share ship content on any platform. So I was happily surprised and grateful to find a little corner on the internet here to share my thoughts on them with willing readers haha.

Other than that.... I don't have a strict list of ships I stick to! I feel like I keep saying this kind of thing, but in most cases I get more enjoyment seeing other people's interpretations of ships more than producing them myself! The Kirby universe is rich with characters and a wonderful space to explore character interactions and relationships with each other (platonic or romantic or otherwise!)

I mean, I know everyone interprets Kirby character ages differently which is also cool and all! I just have my own set of established headcanons that I've been slowly cultivating since I got introduced to the series 15 or so years ago.

I personally see characters like Kirby, Bandee, the other Waddle Dees, Ribbon, Adeleine, Gooey, Prince Fluff, Elfilin, etc. as children. They're powerful and brave and very unique from each other, but still kids in my eyes.

And then there's the characters like Dedede, Meta Knight, Queen Ripple, Daroach, Hyness, etc. that are characterized definitively as adults. And other characters like Magolor, Taranza, Susie, the Mage Sisters, etc. that might be interpreted differently by different people, at least from what I have personally seen! (But I see them as adults, personally)

Again this is all my personal opinion haha. I quietly stay away from ships that mix characters from my personal child and adult categories above- (which are not exhaustive lists because this post would be ten million words if I tried to list every single Kirby character, and are my personal characterizations and not me trying to impose my views as the one, canon interpretation!).

OC x Canon is also enjoyable in my book as long as the ages and dynamics are appropriate and consensual for both parties :)

And I don't need or want to make a list of everything I stay away from or anything. I don't feel that strongly about it. I guess my biggest personal example is that if someone ships Metakirby or Dedekirby (or their respective mirror versions), I'm not going to enjoy or support that no matter what their creator's justifications/reasonings for shipping those are. I'm just going to stay away from that ardently.

Anyway, I'm not trying to be controversial or say my opinion is fact either! These are just my personal thoughts and feelings and I curate my internet experience accordingly. My interests change all the time, I just enjoy seeing character interactions and stories written with love and passion!

....If I had to pick another ship that I like thinking about, I guess I'd pick Magoranza. It's fun to think about how they'd interact with each other, and sometimes I like to think of Magolor and Taranza as Garak and Bashir from Star Trek hehehe.

TL;DR: At the time of writing this post I only like creating metadede content for Kirby ships but I quietly enjoy a variety of other people's ships.

Fic/ao3 Writing Ask Game!

1. How many works do you have on AO3? 108 works in total, on my main account. Some more in another side account and then a few in anonymous collections.

2. What's your total AO3 word count? 232,664 words on my main account.

3. What fandoms do you write for? It appears that I have 16 fandoms listed on ao3. Currently tho, I am doing mostly SINF (Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel) stuff, and I wanna really get back into writing my niche pairs for other fandoms, like Kled x Heimerdinger for League of Legends. Or some completely new pairs, like Soval x Maxwell from Star Trek. My interests tend to bounce around, so who knows what I end up actually finishing in the end. But mostly it is just rare pairs. They intrigue me.

4. Top five fics by kudos? Oh boy, this is gonna be a blast from the past. - Number 1: Butter Cake and Pie, (The Shape Of Water fic) - Number 2: One of Those Nights (Simpsons fic) - Number 3: Infection (Pacific Rim fic I feel guilty for not finishing to this day. I really need to get it done at some point, it has been eating away at my already small storage of sanity) - Number 4: Night Of Terror (Spiderman fic) - Number 5: Movie Night For All (Spiderman fic)

5. Do you respond to comments? Always! I find it fun, I adore the interactions, and I feel it's the least I could do for people who were kind enough to leave a comment.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? This would be much easier if I actually remembered half the stuff I have written xD But I would venture a guess that the fic I did for @three-two-six's OCs called "From Start to Finish" might be the one. It has actual death in it, after all.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? I really can't say, looking at this list I have up for my ao3, most of these have a very happy ending. Of the ones I remember writing. No idea what goes down in half of these, to be honest.

8. Do you get hate on fics? I cannot recall ever getting any hateful comments. I write for such niche pairings that usually people are very pleasant and fun, and seemingly greatful to get fics written for their pair. Very nice folks all around.

9. Do you write smut? ... Maybe. Shh though!

10. Craziest crossover? I don't remember ever writing a crossover. They are not usually my cup of tea.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? Hah, no :D I don't think they are really succesful enough to be worth stealing.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated? No, again, they are not really good enough for that. Plus the fandoms and pairs are I write for tend to be quite small, and/or the original content is already in English, so most readers can read them in the original language.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? No but they do sound like fun, if you manage to find a fitting writing buddy.

14. All time favourite ship? In general, or from the ships I personally write for? Either way, I find it very difficult to pick. They come and go in waves; one month I can be obsessed with a ship, then move on to another one, then come back like half a year later, and the circle just goes on. BUT few of the most permantent ones are: - Hermann & Newton from Pacific Rim - McCoy & Spock from Star Trek - Ackroyd x Strickland from Vampyr (... does anyone else ship them? Come on, they are RIGHT THERE, enemies to lovers! ... no?) - Soval x Maxwell from Star Trek - Julian x Garak from Star Trek ... Considering I have never watched a season of any Star Trek series from start to finish, or written any fics for that fandom, it is quite heavily featured here.

15. What's a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will? I've had this HUGE and long CONTROL fic in works, focusing on getting Dylan saved and using Hartman to do it. But I kinda lost steam on that one. Maybe when the sequel to the game comes out and I see the characters again, I get the shot in the arm that pushes me to actually finishing it.

16. What are your writing strengths? I wouldn't call it a strenght necessarily (because I am a Finn and bragging is something we can't have) but I do like to write dialog and character -focused pieces.

17. What are your writing weaknesses? Discipline, to actually get ANYTHING on the paper, and in terms of writing itself, moving the characters around. You can only have so many basic "X walked across the room" sentences in one paragraph before you and your readers want to cut your fingers off.

18. Thoughts on dialogue in another language? If another language is a vital part of the character and they generally use it in the original material as well, I feel it's important to add. I usually try to find a person who actually speaks the language I wanna write, because Google Translate can be a real imp at times, and people in places like here in Tumblr tend to be very friendly when asked for help.

19. First fandom you wrote in? Star vs The Forces of Evil. Another show I never finished but managed to write stuff for anyway.

20. Favorite fic you've written? Butter Cake and Pie. It is such a niche pairing (Dmitri x Giles), for a small fandom, but I feel on technical level, it is the best fic I ever wrote. Now if only I could somehow recapture that skill, please. Please. What do I have to do?

You did not understand why he was with you.

If Garak was pretending, he was doing it very well but it was what he did mostof his time. “Mr. Pretender” was his secret middle name, you would say.

Or maybe he was sincere for the first time in his life.

Or neither of these things.

Maybe both.

Maybe Garak didn’t want to accept that your company was really pleasant andso he lied to himself, thinking it was just a hobby, spending time with you wasjust a hobby.

Too many “maybes” anyway. Too many doubts, unspoken and wrong words. Alot of “what ifs”.

Garak was so mysterious but also so fragile, alone, scared under his hardCardassian armour.

Even the future was mysterious, fragile and scary. Just like him. Garak feared for the future of his planet, his people, sometimes even for himself.These were the most important things for the Cardassian man, nothing else, or maybe there wassomething else he was hiding, something else he cared about, after all Garak wouldn’thave been a mystery if he had been so easy to decipher.

Among all the souls of the station, Garak had chosen you to warm his night,to fill his nefarious dreams. Looking for a light in the dark, a hope even ifit was an illusion. A fake lover. The usual lies he said to himself and othersbut as long as they were beautiful lies to hear, you would have been glad tolisten to them and believe in them as well.

He always complained about how cold and inhospitable this station was.Then you, with a joking and alluring tone of voice, told him that you would beglad to warm him up, he was always welcome if he wanted some company, warmth andsomething more. You were the one he might have called.

You said it so, at least, Garak would stop complaining, since you got tiredof his complaints, or maybe you wanted to provoke him. You wanted to amaze,embarrass and confront him but it was impossible to break down the wall of icethat he had built. It was too cold, resistant and high, perhaps, it was not thestation to be too cold, and his own heart was glacial and it froze him from theinside.

At your proposal, Garak smiled in his usual mocking way, accepting yourkind invitation. Why should he have to refuse such an attractive and sweetoffer?

Your playful declaration did not turn out to be a lie since Garak was herewith you now to get warm with your body heat. He took you literally. Or maybeit was the irony of fate. Whatever it was, it was fantastic. What you wantedfor a long time.

Garak leaned closer to you, gently wrapping one arm around your neck, andthen he whispered in your ear, “I can’t help it. You’re just really warm.Like a giant heater.” His voice was velvety, almost affectionate, awhisper before going back to sleep, laying his head on your shoulder.

You chuckled and found his words childish and so tender, inadequate,certainly they did not suit to a tough man like him, a master liar, a dark spy,but perhaps he was really cold. Maybe Garak wanted to joke and be romantic, tothank you in his way for having welcomed him in your warm arms. 

Still a littletoo much “maybes” and so few answers.

Then you decided not to think about it anymore, the truth did not matteranyway.

You closed your eyes, sleeping, dreaming and forgetting about youranswers, the mysteries hidden in his heart and you just enjoyed this raremoment of peace before the life would have returned to be turbulent and cold.
