Actually that Star One song should be called Transgalactic Space Crusaders. Intergalactic isn't correct since the galaxies themselves don't really have anything to do with it. The "crusaders" just travel between all of them, hence transgalactic.

this one has gone through multiple iterations lmao, back in april i drew a star one themed one (because space nerd! and sci-fi nerd!), then in august something possessed me to listen to lost in the new real again. and i realized. wow this is actually really good

the style of album is still pretty distinctly ayreon-like, at the beginning it ranges from light-hearted to more serious - there's also five covers of other songs, which are fantastic. super interesting thematically, kind of like a social commentary (also the way arjen lowkey predicted ai art). tried to depict mr. l kind of like the universal migrator (because ayreon timeline go brr). yeah so i'm normal about arjen lucassen's solo album yep

(context: they were going to make an album together but Arjen leaked the plan online and Bruce's management didn't like it, so the project was cancelled, and that was when Star One began, because the material that Arjen had for Bruce was too heavy for Ayreon and he wanted to use it anyway)
