Btw, if you're wondering why the antlers on the new magics are behind their ears instead in between them, the reason is that horses have very narrow heads and their ears go straight up, in comparison to elks, reindeers and other similar creatures that have ears to the side. So basically, the antlers would be where the horse ears are now. So the options were:

1) have one antler start between their ears that would then split into two (which would be kinda strange),

2) put the antlers instead of the ears, or

3) put the antlers behind the ears.

Another important note is that the ears on horses are very expressive(they move a lot), so the antlers had to be put far enough for the ears to not go through them.

TL;DR: The reason why the antlers on the two new magic horses are behind their ears is due to anatomy and clipping.
