okay so i know hiro is 14 but also i’m so confused as to when his birthday could be?? or well the timeline in general?

so tadashi says “you graduated high school when you were 13” so if we assume that he graduated during normal graduation time that’s may/june

cass said that she’s raised them for 10 years so that should make hiro 4 when she got them since hes 14

hiro said that their parents died when he was 3 though?

either that’s an error, cass or hiro got their time messed up, or tadashi and hiro were kids of the state for a bit???

he’s 14 through the movie that takes place around late march through late september this is under the assumption that the showcase took place in mid to late april (why? bc that’s when mit has their engineering/computer science showcase and i saw something saying sfit was partially inspired by harvard, carnegie mellon, and mit also hiro had a ton of microbots and i know for a fact that 3d printing is not a fast process so im giving about a month for him to prepare for the showcase)

to further the late september assumption those schools start classes aug 30/sept 2/sept 7 so i’m going to say sfit starts sept 3; cass said it’s been a few weeks since classes started bringing us to around september 24

THATS WHAT I THOUGHT ORIGINALLY BUT NO

okay so most of that stays true until the showcase date. because i noticed the pink trees (most likely cherry blossoms or plum blossoms that bloom february and march) in both the “few weeks after classes started” and when hiro officially started i have to change my guess to him starting in the spring semester- but??? does that work?

the only things i know for sure is in the series: Season 1 Episode 1 is directly after the movie which was a few weeks after classes started, Christmas is Season 2 Episode 18, and Season 2 Episode 24 is Graduation/End of the Srping semester or quarter, Season 3 is the beginning to mid summer

so since his birthday was never shown and it’s the only time period that’s not exclusively clear (or at least i can’t figure it out rn) i’m going to assume that in the very beginning of the movie hiro was 13 and that his birthday is in july or august and we didn’t get to see it because he was in mourning.

also for any other astrology people you can not tell me he doesn’t have cancer sun aries moon vibes
