Hah- sooo these are lil rubbery "pencil toppers" (that can't fit on pencils lmao) that I've had tons of for like. Eons. And yeah so the Steves are all Squinkies- they're soooo smol like-

Okay noW ACTUAL AU!!

So Sabre's already a YouTuber, and gets stuck at home during quarantine. He starts cleaning more and discovers these lil guys just hiding e v e r y w h e r e, like mice but bouncable. The Steves DO have powers, but like...they just cause mild property damage. Literally Void is the most dangerous bc he could make big enough holes to destroy Sabre's body (but he doesn't know that :33). But like- Sabre just keeps a few solid cups/jars/boxes to stop the villains if needed.

Ultimately, most of them can't really ✨️die✨️ bc they're lil rubber guys. Sabre usually just. Mails Lucas the Steves that die in the og, just to give them a break (and as a prank) (Lucas sends Nightmare and Rainbow back interchangeably). Except Void, Galaxy absorbs him like usual.

I think my fave part is the sheer scale. Like - this really IS ants fighting. Like Sabre gets a camera up in like- Rainbow and Nightmare fighting- its dramatic and intense- and then. Cut to the actual size. The fireballs are like tiny matches. The huge balls of ice are just fancy ice cubes. Sabre could Literally Eat Them (he wouldn't trust them tho) ((or with his cat)).

I Still have no idea how Reality Steve fits into this lol. Does he become giant/human?? And Sabre shrinks?? Does Reality stay a rubbery guy but Lorge??? No idea but it'll be hilarious. I know for a fact that the Steve Realm is just Sabre's house and that's all it is. Like, Rainbow knows what the outside world is like and that's it. Nightmare may be king, but he doesn't know what a squirrel is :3 (it'd eat him)

One of these days I'll find a way of editing these lil guys into Steves, we have So Many and it'd be funny-

1 - 01/12/2022 : a young Ru! about 14 i think, i was having thoughts about her childhood and how she'd be in school etc

2-5 - 04/12/2022 : vampires.. hehe... thats all x ,, also more little ru, thought she would have a friend, she doesn't keep up with her into adulthood though, but i think Ru thinks of her a lot. also one of her in another outfit, i think she'd constantly have those claires rave ball earrings in like i did LOL

6, 7, 8 - 05/12/2022 : was thinking of what she'd wear to her school disco, somethin trendy, this would have been 2002, i was alive but not old enough to remember how teens were dressing lmfao, but anyhow i love this outfit, something she'd never wear otherwise, but she tries to fit in a bit.. also another little Toni, shes not emo enough here tho

9, 10 - 07/12/2022 : no idea whats going on here x ,, toni suspects homosexual activity, also was playing around with my Rouxls design again (i still dont know how i should be drawing him)

11, 12 - 08/09/12/2022 : TOLD U, we are at last at my current MTT design :D i love how he looks, so funky...

13, 14 - 10/12/2022 : more MTT, wanted to solidify the design, so drew him in a fun pose, still to this day this is one of my fave drawings. since Toni is, or was, like a genderbent human AU version of MTT, i was thinking of playing with her design to reflect that, i didn't go with it tho, still, it was fun to play around with

15, 16 - 18/12/2022 : idk why i lied like that in my last post LOL, i didnt draw the full digital lammy piece for awhile, but this one is definitely closer to the design i went with for her, think i based the digital one on this drawing too. More teen Toni too! i love this drawing its like the quintessential Her, esp her eye design, im glad i went and revised that, bc i know she had raccoon eyes

17, 18 - 21/12/2022 : another fiddle with my Rouxls design, i don't hate this one tbh.. also tism creature Ru

19-22 - 27/12/2022 : i think i found some random pencils and felt like inking and colouring a drawing, not my fave thing but heres a Ru in colour, the rest of the stuff i did this day i like a lot more. Next is an updated version of my gijinka of Rusty from Little Robots, idk if i ever even posted any of the old art i did for this, but heres her again <3 then just a Ru in the festive spirit, cosy jumper and a mug of somethin, i like this one bc shes just so squinkie......

23 - 31/12/2022 : last of 2022! this was done midnight before NYE itself, idk whats going on but i like it, i was thinking about what designs i could make for acrylic keyrings, and the rest is just random x

Generally I'm happy to draw for almost anything! I won't draw hazbin or helluva boss stuff though, sorry. My favorites are probably TMA (see: my tarchivist au), one piece, and Hermitcraft. Grian is so shaped, which makes him exceptionally fun to draw. :D squinky fuckin guy

“I’m going to have a fucking aneurysm,” Mingjue growled, grinding his thumb into his temple, leaning heavily on the handle of the shopping cart where A-Fu was beating the rubber chicken with the determination of someone completing a decades long plot of revenge. 

Every once in a while, he stopped to throttle it, producing a horrifically loud death wail. Squa-HAAAAAWK!

Xichen shot him a gently reproachful look from scanning the sugar content of the 2 cartoon-festooned cereal boxes in his hands. “Language.”

Squank!

“He’s one."

Squonk squonk!

“Some studies show that children can begin to understand what we say as young as six months,” Xichen warned, then sighed. “Should we get him the one with the marshmallows in it? He loved it when A-Yu babysat but it has so much sugar....”

SQUARNK--AHHHHH! 

A-Fu gave a hearty toddler chortle, kicking his feet up against A-Yao’s side where he stood right next to Mingjue and the din, seeming completely unaffected as he studied his phone. 

SQUAKSQUAKSQUAK--HAAAAAAWK! 

Mingjue stared at the horrible little face the chicken was made with. It looked shocked--like someone had jabbed it with a taser--and somehow, it’s stupid expression made the awful shrieks just that much worse. 

A-Yao looked up at the rabbit on the cereal box in front of him and asked in a faraway voice, “When did I become a suburban mother?” 

“Demonstrably, you are not,” Xichen said in a vague, placating tone, then continued under his breath. “27 grams....that’s practically obscene....”

“When did I start caring what BPA is and what has it?”

Squank! Squinky-squank!

“Technically this is a suburb,” Mingjue muttered, eyes following the trajectory of the chicken’s awful little head with his eyes as his son leaned over to beat it against the shelf. 

Squonk! Squonk! Squonk!

“I have a Target card and I own an ergonomic papoose whose instructions were originally in Swedish.” A-Yao had not moved, staring at the the rabbit mascot as if it had said something distasteful and perplexing. “How did this happen?”

SQU--

“I’m going to throw that thing,” Mingjue warned as A-Fu gleefully squeezed all the air out of its plastic gut, getting ready to let loose another wail of chicken-ish agony.

Abruptly, A-Yao turned and stuck his finger into the chicken’s open mouth with a wide, indulgent grin, muffling the scream to a whine. “Awww Fufu, chicky needs to go nigh-nigh. Nigh-nigh chicky! Oh, yes, there he goes, sleepy sleepy, under the blankets.” In an adept sleight of hand, the chicken went under the pile of shorts in the cart, over to his other hand, and around to the small of his back where Mingjue plucked it from his grip in passing, like an awful yellow football. 

The fussing was revving up behind him when he left the aisle to toss it onto an endcap, but had been miraculously stymied by A-Yao producing some sort of stretchy, antennaed ball in its absence. It was quiet, so that’s all Mingjue could ask for, honestly. His son squashed it and shook it and all that happened was brightly colored lights flashing inside. Silent. Heaven.

"Why did you give that to him in the first place? What were you thinking?”

“You didn’t just shove it somewhere, did you?” A-Yao scrunched his nose up at him, absently petting over A-Fu’s baby fluff.

“I’m not chauffeuring the goddamn chicken back home.”

A-Yao rolled his eyes and went back to his phone, leaning on the handlebar and cocking his hip out. “Never worked retail a day in your life,” he muttered, one eyebrow raised, lips pursed.

Xichen came up and tucked the sugary cereal next to the stack of teething biscuits, reaching out to squeeze both their shoulder’s. “Chicken crisis averted--produce next, please.”

“Thank god,” Mingjue huffed, wheeling the cart around. “So we’re getting the cereal after all? Teething biscuits seem redundant if we’re letting his teeth rot out of his head at the same rate he gets them,” Mingjue pointed, amused.

Xichen merely shook his head with great dignity. “It’s a treat. He’s allowed a treat. We are very careful when we brush our teeth.”

“Sure, sure. Working very hard to justify it,” he added with a grin.

“Don’t tease Er-ge, he’ll feel guilty,” A-Yao scolded absently, even as Xichen looked back down at the box.

En route, he convinced Xichen he was kidding and wrestled the ball away from A-Fu, smushing it against various parts of his face, making him laugh uproariously enough that a nice grandma cooed over his antics next to the squash. When they reached their destination, A-Fu wriggled and reached to be lifted, so A-Yao hefted him onto his hip and listened to him babble seriously about something none of them could yet understand with an indulgent smile. “Ah, I see... Oh, really? Mm, fascinating!”

“I’m culling the toy collection of squeakers,” Mingjue muttered darkly at Xichen under this cute patter, leaning down to put his chin on his shoulder. 

Xichen smiled, a little rueful. “Good luck. I don’t think even I know the extent of his toy collection, and I clean them up daily. I don’t even hear them anymore--they’re like background radiation.”

“Er-ge has been deafened to the particular squeaky toy frequency. It only took him hearing them 12 hours a day for a year, so it’s perfectly achievable. If you start now, you might even make it before he loses interest in them entirely,” A-Yao said dryly over his shoulder from where he and A-Fu were intently inspecting tomatoes.

“Ha. And what about you? You hate inane children’s toys. How are you not on my side?”

“Oh, I’m immune to this particular chicken.”

“How on earth does that work?”

He was given a knowing smirk. “Like I said; you’ve never worked retail a day in your life.”

um so. where do i start. khoresht is a squinky dinky little man from a stupid au that runs in the back of my head where (transmasc!)yamcha is a single dad <3

premise is. dragon gang gets a little Too into celebrations of goku beating piccolo & becoming the world martial arts master. as in. one too many drinks in his honor And because they live to drink another day. being tipsy makes yamcha and tien a little handsy with each other. you can guess what happens next. few weeks later, yamcha realizes he’s with child and bulma reluctantly extends her help, partly at her parents’ insistence (and the pair end up putting aside their faulty relationship to just be besties instead). enter the fight of desire to be a dad at some point vs feeling still too young— until kho’s born and yamcha’s instantly in love; that’s his little buddy. his little boy. his bubby. 

other shit/facts that’s more deserving of bullets than paragraphs:

— kho definitely got the more sweet parts of his fathers; he’s very passive and tender (basically what chichi wants for gohan: a scholar, rather than a fighter). also. has yamcha’s face, built like tien

— khoresh(t) is farsi for stew <3 he’s a little soup boy chompa chompa <3

— speaking of food. inherited jiaozi & shumai as favorite foods and the first time tien is made aware of this he is. So Soft 

— and speaking of tien. basic premise of that whole sitch is yamcha doesn’t tell him about kho because. he doesn’t want to burden tien. but tien, chiaotzu, AND krillin become Aware of kho when he gets mentioned before they all train with kami to fight the saiyans. more ambiguous info is offered at king kai’s, but tien doesn’t actually meet his little guy until the trio is wished back with the namekian dragon balls

idk what else to mention without digging through discord messages or talking about a plotline in this that i’m still on the fence about

Theres also that one where i was practicing my realism a bit (not my strongest suit, thats what i get for growing up influenced by heavily stylised character design), also the clown Ru which is still one of my fave doodles
