Whenever one of my friends gets mad or upset, which is a lot, he goes to his girlfriend, picks her up, and literally just carries her around like a five year old carries around a teddy bear (they got that wattpad height difference so its pretty easy ig), it looks kinda goofy but its cute, so imagine Jade doing that when he's overwhelmed and he sees his little shrimp in the hallway.
Just picture Yuu have a completely normal conversation with Ace and Deuce (grim is stuck in the vending machine somewhere), and then they hear a door slam and footsteps approaching and Yuu just holds their arms out, still talking, and then Jade, who's supposed to be the "normal" one just comes up and straight up steels Yuu away, probably to Ramshakle (he needs cuddles and home cooked food), and Yuus like "sorry can't talk rn something just came up ^w^/♡" like this is all completely normal
Anyways I think Jade would simply cease giving a fuck about PDA the second he gets into a relationship and I'm spreading that propaganda 🤞💗
(╥﹏╥)
It's not so much that Jade ah does not give a fuck about PDA you understand, he gives many many fucks. He wants everyone to know you and he are off the market because you are together forever kiss those other numbers goodbye because you are IT. But he does like to be a tease about it; guiding you with his hand on the small of your back, kissing you quickly on the cheek or the back of the hand, I think he really likes squishing his nose against yours and rubbing them together (idk my family always called those ugamuggas like from Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood) anything to get a brief bit of physical contact and make you smell like him.
When he's having a bad day though yeah, that's when he just carries you back to Ramshackle, or maybe the woods behind it, so he can breathe in your scent and just hold you. It's significantly less dignified than his usual persona so he only ever really goes to retrieve you himself when he's having a super bad day, he prides himself on having enough self control to just text usually but some days you just need a break.
Also wtf do you mean Grim is stuck in a vending machine someone get him out of there that's not safe-

M-more Horus stuff? Fluff or smut? I’m scraping the bottom of the barrel for more Horus related content crumbs.
Author’s note: Using your request to spread sugar daddy Horus propaganda, sorry.
Relationships: Horus/Fem!Reader
Warnings: NSFW, I was like this close to putting daddy kink in this you all better be fucking glad I held back and go full cringe, Fingering, Clothed sex
“You know, I don’t think I’ve ever seen you in the same thing twice.”
Fulgrim’s sonorous voice surprises you, turning around to see him standing not far behind you with his arms crossed and cape flowing gently behind him. This is only the third or fourth time you've even seen him, but before you have a chance to politely greet him, he continues speaking.
“Horus likes to spoil his little Luna Wolf princess, doesn’t he?”
You resist the urge to roll your eyes and instead just shirk a bit under Fulgrim's gaze, but you know he's not exactly wrong. You shuffle a bit in your shoes in front of the primarch and attempt to say something that won't insult Horus, nor insult Fulgrim's prodding. You know from Horus himself that the primarch is often quite guilty of doing so, if only of entertainment's sake.
“Perhaps he does get a bit overzealous at times. He does it to make up for how long he’s absent, I think.” Fulgrim gives a sweet but knowing smirk.
“How cute. I’m almost jealous.”
It's hard to tell if the primarch is being demeaning towards Horus, or if he finds the Horus' behavior towards his- as Fulgrim put it - Luna Wolf princess genuinely endearing or at least amusing. Though you don't quite figure it out, as the primarch departs with a curt but friendly enough goodbye, and lets you continue walking to Horus’ private study in silence.
Once you reach it and pass a few Luna Wolves along the way, you reach the ones guarding the door to his innermost study and stop. They tilt their heads downward ever so slightly to look at you, and you nearly stutter from the feeling of being their main focus for a moment.
“Am I allowed in to see him?”
You always speak to his men politely, as often times more casual speech tends to confuse Astartes. Jokes and slang can often turn into entire explanations or accidental offenses, if you aren't careful.
“You’re allowed in any room of Lord Horus’ wing unless he specifically states you’re not, my lady.” You nod and walk past them, the door closing shut behind you just as you catch sight of your primarch.
“Horus?”
At his massive writing desk Horus turns to face you, face perking to a smile as he beckons you closer with a hand. Once you are, he can easily pick you up and sit you on the desk to be at level with him, though when he stands, the height difference is one again drastic; Though not as much as if you were on your own feet.
Despite your shining, smiling face at seeing him again Horus can tell something is a bit off with you, and calls it out moments after stealing a small kiss from your lips.
"Is something wrong?" He says, face soft but a bit sterner than it was in preparation for if this issue is something he has to fix.
“Oh, I saw Lord Fulgrim. He seems to have noticed just how many dresses you’ve given me…” You leave out the myriad of other things he's given you- jewelry, perfumes and other delicate goods - and Horus rolls his eyes.
“Don’t worry about him. He has no right to talk about such a thing. I’m sure he’s gathered more than enough opulence to make us all pale in comparison. He’s just throwing stones and enjoys the gossip.” Horus’ hands rest on your waist, though he shifts them occasionally to brush up and down your sides. He doesn't have to do so much, as his hands are already large enough to cover a good portion of your midsection.
“I don’t want to you want for even a single thing. It’s the least I can do for the love you give me.” Horus gives a slightly more mischievous and darker smile, as his thumbs brush over your ribs.
“And, is it so wrong for a man to want to see his beloved draped in all the things he can gift her?”
You can't help but heat up under his gaze, feeling his hands pull away from you only to land on your knees and drift upward. He's taking the fabric of your dress up with him, his eyes watching you intently. He always manages to pin you under his stare with so little effort.
"You look so beautiful, I can't help it."
His hands reach the tops of your thighs, pushing your dress over your hips and revealing your underwear. He pulls the middle to the side with ease, and dares to chuckle at the sigh you let out as his fingers brush over your cunt. He kisses the top of your head.
“My men will be here in a few minutes and I must leave. Let me give you something to think about until I return.”
His fingers slip between your folds and press firmly against you, causing you to let out a soft noise as he toys with you. He can feel you getting wetter and wetter as his fingers circle your clit and you bite the inside of your cheek, before leaning forward as you feel his middle finger prod at your entrance. Your hands grip the loose fabric he's wearing for the gentle chill of Terra, wrinkling underneath your tiny fingers.
He slowly but firmly pushes his way inside of you and listens, feeling you writhe underneath him as he fills you. You can feel him curl his finger inside of you, teasing the most sensitive parts hidden deep.
“Horus…” You mumble, feeling his other hand grip your thigh and pull on it to spread you legs apart again after you'd attempted to close them. He holds it gently, but firm to offer no escape.
“We should hurry, little one.”
Your hands pull on his clothing, attempting to hold on as he looms partly over you. He’s watching his hand between your legs the entire time, listening to the sounds that even quiet still make him warm as he begins slips a second finger inside of you. You legs flex against him trying to move, feeling that momentary stretch before it becomes that full feeling you're oh so used to. You're leaking all over his hand, slick and shining same as your upper thighs and the tabletop beneath you. He feels his cock twitch in his trousers as your hips push towards him, desperate for more of anything he'll give you.
He wishes he had more time. He knows now he’ll be frustrated and on edge for awhile until his desire fades long enough that he can forget about it, until he returns. Once he does, he can selfishly indulge in you until you have nothing left to give, and lay tired in his bed adorned only the most beautiful things he can gift you.
Large fingers curling inside of you, filling you close to but not quite as much as his cock would, had he the time.
“Lord Horus? The Vengeful Spirit is ready to depart.”
The primarch doesn’t remove his eyes from the way his hand stays firmly between your thighs, fingers and palm slick. He responds to his men outside the door without missing a beat, or seeming even the slightest bit distracted as his fingers thrust in and out of you. You muffle your voice on his chest, panting as your warm forehead leans against him.
“I will be there in a moment. Go on ahead and board.”
His sons are quiet for a moment you notice, before responding and leaving. You can barely hear it through the sound of your heart in your ears as Horus leans down to speak; Hot breath against the shell of your ear.
They can all wait a bit longer. I won’t leave you wanting, not yet.”
You’re sure he can feel the heat on your face, radiating off your skin as your hips push towards him. You know he can smell you as well, the sweet saccharine scent of your body begging for him. Your cunt tightens around him as he thrusts his fingers into you just that little bit rougher, faster, trying to pull your orgasm from you.
He can barely feel the death grip you have on his clothes, but the way your small hands grip the fabric he finds adorable. You're so unbelievably small in comparison to him, it always stirs something in him when it's particularly obvious.
The latest time was when he'd offered you his cloak during a cold chill, and the way the thick fabric had swallowed your form while you watched his Luna Wolves train had you underneath him getting your tiny cunt abused in his quarters mere hours later.
The wet sounds he pulls from you echo in the massive room as he forces his fingers as deep as they can inside of you, burying to the figurative hilt. It makes your toes curl in your shoes, and jaw shake from how tight it is. You're so close, your stomach is in knots as you desperately dance along that edge.
Your hands leave his clothing to grip his wrist, pulling on it until his palm begins brushing against your clit. It isn’t long until you’re cumming on his hand, thighs trying fruitlessly to crush it as you cry out. Horus merely chuckles, as if your sensitivity and want is amusing to him.
“Good girl, finally.”
Your lips slightly part as you try to catch your breath, only letting out a groan at the overstimulated jolt as he pulls his fingers from you and casts you in that empty, sore ache.
Wiping his hand on the fabric of his trousers he leans close to you and steals a kiss from your lips, feeling your flushed skin on his. When he pulls away he has a smile, but you can see the darkened lust in his eyes; He's so close to you that when he shifts, you can feel his cock brush against your knee through his trousers.
“I will return soon, my love. I promise. Be ready for me then.”

More Papamin!( ̀⌄ ́)Please!
Aahhhhh hello, and I'm sorry, I actually have more papamin drafts saved but didn't have much time to flesh them out T^T
But have this!
Papamin Propaganda #8:
When aruani firstborn daughter is old enough and going to elementary school, she often overhears her classmates talking about the reaction of how their parents felt when they were born.
One boy says, "My dad said when I was born, I looked like a warrior!"
One girl says, "My mom said i looked like a little diamond!"
Another kid says, "My parents said I looked like a baby cow. I was really cute."
They ask her: "What did you look like?"
But she's stumped for an answer. "... I-I don't know..."
Later that week, she finds her mother folding laundry slowly, looking a bit tired.
"Mama."
"Hm?"
"What did I look like?"
Annie lifts her eyebrows, setting down a pile of shirts. "What do you mean?"
Her daughter shifts from foot to foot. "When I came out of here," She reaches out to pat Annie's swollen belly. "What did I look like?"
"Hmm," Annie lightly hums, swishing her lips to a side. "You looked like a potato."
Her daughter is aghast. "A potato?!"
"Yup. A potato," Annie nods matter of factly. "Go ask your father, he's the one who said it first."
Off goes her daughter, marching to the kitchen, anxious and disappointed. On her way she spots a small basket of potatoes in the pantry, all brown and fairly ugly. Not a warrior, not a diamond, not a baby cow but a potato?! What will she tell her friends? They'll laugh!
She finds her father before the stove, chopping vegetables in a casual shirt, sleeves rolled up. It's the off season for her parents, there are no diplomatic meetings for a few months.
"Papa," She says, sidling up next to him, standing on her tip toes to see the array of chopped ingredients on the counter.
"Yes?" He says sweetly, flashing her a smile.
"Is it true that-"
But she's cut off by the pressure cooker letting out a shrill whistle of steam. Armin turns off the stove. A delicious aroma wafts from it. Something a little familiar though she can't put her finger on what.
"What was that?"
His daughter hesitates, biting her lip. "Is it true that... I looked like a potato?"
"A potato?" He repeats with mild intrigue, giving her a brief look.
"When I was born," She says louder, more dejected. "Mama said I looked like a potato."
Now Armin pauses, takes note of her crestfallen face, and throws his head back and starts to laugh.
"Papa!" She whines, heart sinking. So it was true after all. She'd rather not go to school now.
"Oh dear," He chuckles, putting the knife down and crouching down to her height. His hands, smelling of bell peppers and carrots, take hold of her cheeks, squishing them lightly. Disappointed light blue eyes meet amused, bright blue ones.
"You did look like a potato," He confirms, grinning.
"So I was ugly," Her shoulders slump. "Mama said you called me a potato first."
"I did," He chuckles, pinching her nose. "But you know why?"
She stares back dully at his twinkling eyes, not really keen on knowing.
"Because when your mom was pregnant with you, she had a craving for so many different foods," He explains, standing up to pop off the pressure cooker's lid. Thick steam rises from within and the aroma grows stronger. "By the end, all she wanted to eat was one thing though," He raises his eyebrows at her. "Want to take a guess what it was?"
His daughter shrugs.
"Okay," Armin laughs. "Say aaahh-"
She does it out of reflex, "Aaaahhh."
He pops in a chunk of something hot and purple. It melts in her mouth, the sweetness spreading across her tongue.
"Sweet potatoes," He grins. "All she wanted was sweet potatoes. And you looked like the sweetest potato I've ever seen."
She chews slowly, wide eyed and blinking at his highly amused face.
"Annie!" He laughs over his shoulder at approaching footsteps. "You have to tell her the whole story."
Annie steps into the kitchen, looking hungry now. "I... I want some coconut. Do we have any coconut?"
Hm, their daughter thinks, swallowing. Its warm and sweet, travelling down her throat.
Potatoes aren't so bad after all.

Hi again, I’m here to spread the propaganda of every maximal being a dad lol 😂
Now I request Dinobot as a dad. It would be cute if the sparkling turned into a little bird.
Dinobot would take a lot of time warming up to the kid but I think if megatron ever took the sparkling captive Dinobot would go apeshit.
Yes! Spreading the Maximal Dad's everywhere! Hahaha! I had fun making little bird Buddy with Dinobot.
Hope you enjoy!
Dinobot finding an abandoned sparkling
SFW, familial, platonic, mentions of kidnapping but happy twist, Cybertronian/ Bot reader
Beast Wars
The sparklings beast mode is a canary.
Dinobot has a complicated history.
From being one of Megatron’s top soldiers of the Predacon’s; having to defect to the Maximals; from trying to get along with the team; living up to his warrior’s code of honor; and narrowly escaping death (Just ignoring canon here. Don’t mind me.)
He has his work cut out for him.
“Hey, watch where you’re going Scale belly.”--rattrap
“I would if I saw were you were Vermin.”--Dinobot
“Oh, yeah what about my height? You want to go Chomperface?!”--Rattrap
“Meet me outside in 20 minutes. We will settle it then.”--Dinobot
“…Its literally 3 am. Why are either of you up?”--Cheetor
“We could be asking the same thing to you kid? Go back to bed.”--Rattrap
“But—”--Cheetor
“Go to bed!”—Rattrap and Dinobot
He honestly thinks he has peaked in the weird things that have happened.
Let’s change that with story time.
It was chaos on the battlefield.
It was an interlock shooting battle between the Maximals and the Predacons over the newest pod that had just crashed down.
Dinobot and Rattrap were the closest to the pod hiding behind a rock. They were running out of time and ammunition. The pod had just finished scanning for a life form and the pod’s door was stuck. The bot inside couldn’t get out even if they wanted to.
“I’m going in.”--Dinobot
“Say what?”--Rattrap
“Cover me!”--Dinobot
“Dinobot!”--Rattrap
Dinobot starts sprinting towards the pod while Rattrap was doing his best to keep him covered. The rest of the team soon followed suit. Dinobot yanks the pods door clean off its hinges and grabbed the bot body close to his chassis as he turns to run back. He makes it back to the rock and shields the bot with his body.
“Don’t let the traitor escape!”--Megatron
“Hey Megamouth! Try this on for size!”--Rattrap
“Grenade! Grenade!”--Terrorsaur
“Take cover!”--Waspinator
Rattrap manages to throw a grenade at the Predacons which causes them to retreat. As the smoke clears, Dinobot still has the bot close to his chassis waiting for the sounds of blasters to stop. Then he hears the sound, a sound that he hadn’t heard in eons.
A sparkling chirp.
He quickly looked down and sure enough in his arms was a sparkling. This sparkling was smaller than the average sparkling.
They had a beast mode that honestly made a little difference in their size.
They were still so small.
The sparkling ended up nuzzling themselves further into Dinobots chassis.
Happy chirping noises
“…”—Dinobot and Rattrap
“Don’t you dare.”--Dinobot
“Hey everyone!—”--Rattrap
“Rattrap!”--Dinobot
Oh boy…
Dinobot didn’t want this.
The next few days Dinobot is trying to do his regular duties without being seen by the sparkling. The sparkling, if they found him, would make a beeline into his chassis and start cuddling. His teammates found this funny as Dinobot would try and get out of the sparklings grip, but they would always come back.
“…Coast is clear…”--Dinobot
“Hey there Dinodip.”--Rattrap
“…”--Dinobot
“…”--Rattrap
“…Don’t—”--Dinobot
“Hey Buddy, Dinobot’s here!”--Rattrap
“You insolent rodent!”--Dinobot
Chirpping getting louder.
The sparkling was an energetic induvial that had a terrible habit of getting into bad situations. And it wasn’t like the sparkling was looking for it either.
“So why are we here again?”--Blackarachnia
“It’s a team meeting.”--Silverbolt
“What is it about?”--Tigatron
“It’s about Buddy.”--Airazor
“What about them?”--Dinobot
“Have you notice that they manage to attract a lot of bad things?”--Rattrap
“Oh, I get what you mean.”--Cheetor
“What you lost me. What things?”--Rhinox
“Just the other day I had to save the kid from a falling beam.”--Optimus
“I just checked those things a few days ago.”--Rattrap
“We went outside and Buddy nearly got attack by two snakes, several big fish and a rabbit. How does a mere rabbit attack Buddy?”--Dinobot
“Yeah, maybe we need to see into this.”--Silverbolt
“Wait has anyone seen Buddy?”--Dinobot
Giggling noises
“Oh scrap!”--Rattrap
They kept everyone on the team on edge whenever they went somewhere alone.
Dinobot didn’t care though.
He didn’t care that this little creature gave him spark attacks every time they were in danger. He didn’t care that they got hurt doing the simplest things. He surely wasn’t teaching them some self-defense techniques. He definitely doesn’t freak out when he hasn’t heard their annoyingly cute chirping sound—
Oh…oh…
No, no, no, no, no, he doesn’t care about that pesky little sparkling. Dinobot tries to keep his distance even more after this realization is made. He makes it clear that he doesn’t care to the rest of the team as soon as the parent jokes are made.
He doesn’t know that Buddy was making their way past the room. They only see an angry Dinobot, they think about some flowers they saw earlier. That for sure would cheer him up! So, they mosey on over to the entrance of the base and are on their way to go get the flowers.
It takes a couple of minutes for Dinobot to realize that things are too quiet.
“Where’s Buddy?”--Dinobot
“Oh, they’re right—”--Cheetor
“They’re gone again!”--Rattrap
“Fan out and watch your step!”—Optimus
Now everyone is looking around for any sign of Buddy.
Then they get the call.
The Predacons had Buddy.
“Maximal scum. If you ever want to see your precious bird again then come to the base without your arms. Maybe a negotiation can be reached? Yess.”--Megatron
“Megatron, once I get my servos on you I am going to shove my sword up—”--Dinobot
“Enough. Now come over, if you ever want to see your precious bird again. Yesss.”—Megatron
Everyone is ready to get Buddy back. Dinobot is out for blood, they manage a plan, and they are ready to execute it.
For Buddy.
The Maximals are halfway to the base when they hear a familiar buzzing sound and chirping.
Dinobot is leading everyone.
They remove the thick bush when they find a peculiar scene.
It was Waspinator and Buddy. And it looked like Waspinator was… teaching Buddy how to fly?
“Yes, little bird bot is doing it!”--Waspinator
Happy chirping
Buddy looked at their family and happily chirped and went for Dinobot. For once reciprocated the hug.
“Where is Megatron?!”--Dinobot
“He’zz not here. Only Wazzpinator and little bird bot.”--Waspinator
“What?”--Dinobot
“Megatron wazz going to bring little bird bot to mean Spider bot. Bad things… Wazzpinator didn’t want new friend to get hurt.”--Waspinator
“You… saved them?”--Dinobot
“Yezz. Wazzpinator save little bird bot and want to be Maximal like Lizard bot.”--Waspinator
Dinobot contemplates this as he looks over Buddy seeing no harm was done.
So they all returned with a sleeping Buddy and newly formed Maximal Waspinator.

Inspired by Yaoshi Propaganda by @grislyintentions
When news of the fanatics propaganda spread far and wide, it was no surprise it reached the High Elder ears. Unfortunately, one of the many retainers was saddled with the role of reporting it to Yinyue Jun. Every second he reads the flyers, the source of the chaos, the temperature of the room drops to chilling numbers. The air becomes suffocating to the point the retainer swallows reflexively. They knew underneath his still-water appearance, Yinyue Jun is livid.
"I give permission for the Cloud Knights to continue investigating the Alchemy Commission. Inform the Chief Alchemist of my decision as well that they are to cooperate with them." Yinyue Jun said bluntly, his tone commanding with no room for objection. He slams the flyer down on his desk, teal eyes staring coldly, "My orders are simple: If anymore of these filth are found, confiscate them all and burn them. If you find anyone distributing these, inform a Pearl Keeper or a Cloud Knight. They will handle the rest."
"Yes, High Elder." The retainer bows, mentally routing the quickest way to spread their lord order. However, another issue comes to mind, "What about the Preceptors, My Lord...?"
Yinyue Jun waves a his hand, dismissing his retainer concerns, "Repeat my orders I've told you to them. If they still wish to quibble with me, I will be more than happy to remind them who is in charge here."
"Yes, My Lord."
"Dismissed. If anymore issue arises, inform me immediately."
The retainer bows again before they politely excused themselves and left the room to relay their lord orders. Now alone in his office, Yinyue Jun leans back against his chair with a sigh. He pinches his brows to soothe an incoming headache. A warning it will be the first of many to come the longer he stares at the parchment.
Yinyue Jun wishes it was only a prank done by an ignorant brat.
Unfortunately, the flyers are too well-made for a concerning yet simple prank.
Under the banner of the Plague Authors, the Sanctus Medicus took a different approach to their divine mission. The fanatics sought to spread the world of their "true savior" and THEIR mercy. They sought to appeal the masses with false promises of healing their flawed bodies and mind. They sought to win people hearts over and recruit them into their cult.
The printed letterings reek of the abominations of Yaoshi.
But what concerned the High Elder is the so-called recipe for "The Cure". The ingredients matches the components used in the batches of draughts and pellets they confiscated months ago. A lovely tip from an undercover agent leading to a raid on one of their many hideouts and arresting the criminals.
Not only that, but the recipe is mass-produced and distributed throughout the Luofu like trash littering the street. No one would give it a second glance. At the end of the day, they are but nonsense spewed by fanatics.
Yet, Yinyue Jun knew it wasn't so simple.
When it comes to mortals, their greatest flaw will always be curiosity desperation.
People drive to reach greater heights in life, to rid their bodies of sickness and death, to attain perfection in the form of complete immortality. In the eyes of Xianzhou Law, they are beyond salvation. They have fallen from the path of The Hunt and straight into Yaoshi cruel embrace. THEIR loving whispers of promise, honeyed poison injected into their veins, corrupts their body and mind; tainting their soul in THEIR colors.
Someone, anyone, will be tempted to try the recipe; try to join the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus.
The High Elder knows the fanatics have accomplished their goal.
At a first glance, the Sanctus Medicus are acting careless by putting themselves out in the open. However, the ends justify the means. As long as someone, even a single person, can be conformed and join their cult- they have won.
That's why these flyers are dangerous with how transparent they are to all eyes.
"The damage has already been done. We can only try to minimize it and stop it from spreading." Yinyue Jun sighs again, glaring at the parchment in his hands.
It stinks of the Plague Author.
Whoever hands it might be, the High Elder can smell THEIR scent on the paper. THEIR blood mixing into the ink of the words. THEIR nectar, sickly sweet and floral perfume, sprayed all over the parchment. THEIR divine power lingers, featherlight like a lover touch.
Curious, Yinyue Jun summons a bit of his magic. The water droplet soaks into the paper and nothing happens for the first minute. Then, a bud sprouts at the center. It grows in multiples and propagates, feeding from a single drop of the High Elder magic.
When the phenomenon stops, the flyer has transformed into a bouquet of white lotuses tainted in a golden-green glow. The crimson center at the ends resembles eyes watching him.
"How nauseating you are. How disgusting you are. How abhorrent you are." Yinyue Jun hisses, fingers trailing against the dot of crimson. His eyes glow a bright blue, "Disappear from my sight, Plague Author."
A silent command of his magic drowns the hideous thing in a ball of water. Scythe-like water blades tears it apart before purifying the tainted flowers. The sphere of water unfurls like blooming lotus flowers and bubbles of golden light disappears into thin air.
With a relaxed sigh, Yinyue Jun flicks his wrist and the water disappears as well. The glow of his teal eyes gone as well.
"Now then, I should hear the old bags of lizard turd storm into my office within the next half an hour." The High Elder picks up his brush and updates his list of things to do today with the sudden trouble of the fanatics.
Indeed, he'll have nothing but headaches for the next few days.

B.7.3 Why is the existence of classes denied?
It is clear, then, that classes do exist, and equally clear that individuals can rise and fall within the class structure — though, of course, it’s easier to become rich if you’re born in a rich family than a poor one. Thus James W. Loewen reports that “ninety-five percent of the executives and financiers in America around the turn of the century came from upper-class or upper-middle-class backgrounds. Fewer than 3 percent started as poor immigrants or farm children. Throughout the nineteenth century, just 2 percent of American industrialists came from working-class origins” [in “Lies My Teacher Told Me” citing William Miller, “American Historians and the Business Elite,” in Men in Business, pp. 326–28; cf. David Montgomery, Beyond Equality, pg. 15] And this was at the height of USA “free market” capitalism. According to a survey done by C. Wright Mills and reported in his book The Power Elite, about 65% of the highest-earning CEOs in American corporations come from wealthy families. Meritocracy, after all, does not imply a “classless” society, only that some mobility exists between classes. Yet we continually hear that class is an outmoded concept; that classes don’t exist any more, just atomised individuals who all enjoy “equal opportunity,” “equality before the law,” and so forth. So what’s going on?
The fact that the capitalist media are the biggest promoters of the “end-of-class” idea should make us wonder exactly why they do it. Whose interest is being served by denying the existence of classes? Clearly it is those who run the class system, who gain the most from it, who want everyone to think we are all “equal.” Those who control the major media don’t want the idea of class to spread because they themselves are members of the ruling class, with all the privileges that implies. Hence they use the media as propaganda organs to mould public opinion and distract the middle and working classes from the crucial issue, i.e., their own subordinate status. This is why the mainstream news sources give us nothing but superficial analyses, biased and selective reporting, outright lies, and an endless barrage of yellow journalism, titillation, and “entertainment,” rather than talking about the class nature of capitalist society (see section D.3 — “How does wealth influence the mass media?”)
The universities, think tanks, and private research foundations are also important propaganda tools of the ruling class. This is why it is virtually taboo in mainstream academic circles to suggest that anything like a ruling class even exists in the United States. Students are instead indoctrinated with the myth of a “pluralist” and “democratic” society — a Never-Never Land where all laws and public policies supposedly get determined only by the amount of “public support” they have — certainly not by any small faction wielding power in disproportion to its size.
To deny the existence of class is a powerful tool in the hands of the powerful. As Alexander Berkman points out, ”[o]ur social institutions are founded on certain ideas; so long as the latter are generally believed, the institutions built on them are safe. Government remains strong because people think political authority and legal compulsion necessary. Capitalism will continue as long as such an economic system is considered adequate and just. The weakening of the ideas which support the evil and oppressive present day conditions means the ultimate breakdown of government and capitalism.” [“Author’s Foreword,” What is Anarchism?, p. xii]
Unsurprisingly, to deny the existence of classes is an important means of bolstering capitalism, to undercut social criticism of inequality and oppression. It presents a picture of a system in which only individuals exist, ignoring the differences between one set of people (the ruling class) and the others (the working class) in terms of social position, power and interests. This obviously helps those in power maintain it by focusing analysis away from that power and its sources (wealth, hierarchy, etc.).
It also helps maintain the class system by undermining collective struggle. To admit class exists means to admit that working people share common interests due to their common position in the social hierarchy. And common interests can lead to common action to change that position. Isolated consumers, however, are in no position to act for themselves. One individual standing alone is easily defeated, whereas a union of individuals supporting each other is not. Throughout the history of capitalism there have been attempts by the ruling class — often successful — to destroy working class organisations. Why? Because in union there is power — power which can destroy the class system as well as the state and create a new world.
That’s why the very existence of class is denied by the elite. It’s part of their strategy for winning the battle of ideas and ensuring that people remain as atomised individuals. By “manufacturing consent” (to use Walter Lipman’s expression for the function of the media), force need not be used. By limiting the public’s sources of information to propaganda organs controlled by state and corporate elites, all debate can be confined within a narrow conceptual framework of capitalist terminology and assumptions, and anything premised on a different conceptual framework can be marginalised. Thus the average person is brought to accept current society as “fair” and “just,” or at least as “the best available,” because no alternatives are ever allowed to be discussed.

Decided to do the TMNTVDAY month because I need to spread more propaganda for this ship (I see y’all liking all the posts for it on my blog I SEE you)
1. In which TMNT universe does your pairing exist?
Rise, mainly because it’s the only one I’m still familiar with haha
2. Introduce us to your OTP.
Hi it’s Jasonnie, I’m predictable. Jason and Donnie (”Who the fuck is Jason”) He’s the little purple dragon guy. I literally can’t blame you if you don’t remember he’s in THREE episodes ! (Would he have been in more if the show hadn’t been cut off? I can hope) Anyway my brain has a terrible habit of looking at underdeveloped background characters and saying “it’s free real estate”, so lets be very clear the only reason I love his character so much is cause I made like 89% of it aslkjf.
3. How did they meet?
According to canon, when Donnie was helping April in the computer lab where he tried to show off and then got all his shit stolen lmao.
4. How is the relationship now?
Depends how long it’s been. The few stories I have with this ship always take the route of enemies to friends to lovers, and some move much slower than others haha.
But I suppose to give more details and elaborate on how I picture their dynamic, although the two come to adore each other there’s always an antagonistic streak between them that never goes away, it just becomes more playful rather than mean. Affectionate insults are a regular occurrence, and neither of them have an issue with calling the other out when they do something stupid. You’d think it’d lead to more arguments, but generally their combined blunt nature causes them to communicate more often (not that there aren’t still snags that come up).
Also like, nerds, in more ways than one. Sure the tech stuff is obvious but while Donnie adores Jupiter Jim, Lou Jitsu and Atomic Lass, Jase is over here with tons of gundam and transformer models and will watch any film that features a giant robot. More than one date is spent with one or the other talking about something for an hour and a half straight.
5. What is each other’s love language?
Donnie’s main one is gift giving, which sometimes goes overboard. Jase has to be careful mentioning he ever wants anything because there’s a good chance Donnie will show up a week later having either bought it, stolen it, or built it from scratch. He also likes to give things when he makes apologies, often cookies or snacks.
Jase’s is actually touch, though it took some time for him to be on a comfort level for that to be obvious. You wouldn’t expect it either, for how often he complains if Donnie ever picks him up, but he enjoys almost any form of contact. For the days Donnie’s overwhelmed and isn’t up for it, he’s also content to just sit in the same room (Quality time being his secondary language).
6. Do they get married or have any kids?
I may never write about it but yes asldjf fun fact tho, Donnie names their daughter Holly (after Holly Blue).
7. What is your favorite thing about this pairing? (Gush as much as you want!)
Listen part of it is just “I built one of these characters from the ground up so I can make this whatever I want” but I really enjoy how their dynamic evolved into keeping each other in check. Jase not eating properly due to anxiety? Donnie brings him his favorite snacks and will stare at him until he eats some of it. Donnie working almost non stop for twelve hours ? Jase snapping at him and possibly even wrestling a device out of his grip until he goes to lay down.
Oh also uh, height difference. Yeah I hc that Donnie gets up to freaking 6′11″ when he’s fully grown and Jase is stuck at 5′3″ sooo
yeah
#scribs speaks#rottmnt#jasonnie#tmntvday#I hope the height difference thing was obvious#there is a reason Donnie can pick Jase up with absolutely no effort#can pick him up by his jacket like a kitten#anyway prepare for some more drabbles about these two from ME

There's a lot of Holocaust revisionism in eastern Europe and these discussions have always remained somewhat obscure in the mainstream up until recent years, most notably with Poland's controversial "Holocaust bill" which became a hot topic in 2018. I ran a Polish history Twitter account around this time and was there for the height of this fuckery.
Since the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine I've seen a concerning amount of westerners spreading WW2/Holocaust revisionist content from Ukrainians on Twitter- insisting Nazi collaborators weren't actually Nazi collaborators, or that they were but it's fine because they didn't commit war crimes [citation needed] and anything that insists otherwise is Russian propaganda (conveniently leaving out anything Jewish people have to say and have been saying for years.)
The big difference now is that this revisionism is often aimed at westerners who genuinely care and want to learn more about Ukraine and eastern Europe, and wrapped in progressive, social justice-y language. Revitalizing terrible people and organizations from history is "decolonization" now. I never imagined I would experience anything worse than the olde Polish discourse years ago but life is full of amazing surprises.
One of my Ukrainian mutuals on Twitter made a thread about how nationalistic historiography in eastern European countries and Russia's "Great Patriotic War" narrative (a pile of steaming hot nationalist garbage that warrants its own separate longpost) are essentially two sides of the same coin and have roots in Soviet/eastbloc historiography that watered down or even omitted the Holocaust in favor of focusing on their own victimization or some broad definition of victims of fascism with no elaboration (discussions about Holocaust victims in the USSR being vaguely labeled as "Soviet citizens killed by the Nazis" are easy to find.) The thread was from last year but if I can find it I'll post it.
I wasn't intending to ramble this long but Holocaust education is important.

Moldova has made progress towards improving legal protections for LGBT people as it seeks to join the EU. But anti-LGBT disinformation spread by politicians and Russian-language media is prevalent, while wider societal acceptance remains elusive.
On a recent Saturday evening, members of Chisinau’s LGBT community gathered in a small room to make signs for a pro-EU integration rally the following day. Splotches of glitter dusted the bare wooden floor, while magic markers squeaked across cardboard, and scissors cut star-shapes out of yellow paper. Hanging on the walls around them were works by a 19-year-old feminist artist. In one painting, a girl cries rainbow tears. In another, a woman lights her own cigarette as four male hands crowd into the frame offering lighters. The woman casually raises her middle finger, as if to say, “I can do it myself.” Welcome to Queer Café, Chisinau’s only dedicated LGBT venue, where they don’t actually serve food – it’s a ‘café’ in name only – but do offer acceptance and inclusivity. “We started with the idea that we need a safe space and that we could do something for the community that’s open weekly, to have cultural activities and be activists through a cultural perspective,” said Lorelei Grigorita, Queer Café’s 24-year-old administrator. The café, which marked its one-year anniversary in June, hosts a variety of events such as civil society talks, art exhibitions, language classes, cinema and theatre clubs, and workshops on everything from zine making to street art to Dungeons & Dragons. At least once a month, the quiet daytime space is transformed for nocturnal drag shows or parties DJ’ed by local talent.
“It inspires me a lot to see the huge steps that we are taking,” said Marín Bunescu, a 22-year-old regular at Queer Café. “This space is really, really important – it’s like a bit of sunlight in our dark society.” Spurred on by aspirations of one day joining the EU, Moldova has made notable progress to improve legal protections for LGBT people, as highlighted by a recent study. But anti-LGBT disinformation spread by politicians and in the Russian-language media remains prevalent, while wider acceptance in society continues to be elusive. A national survey in 2022 found that 64 per cent of respondents would prefer to “exclude” LGBT people from Moldova. Stela Pascal, a 40-year-old documentary filmmaker, has experienced those limits of acceptance. She transitioned during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and afterward started looking for jobs as a salesclerk or secretary. In the end, she gave up her job search after a spate of bad experiences and countless rejections. Often Pascal would initially be offered the job. “They would say, ‘We are taking you on, we like you.’ But when I provided my ID, they said, ‘No, sorry, we cannot hire you under these circumstances’,” she related. The reason was always that her identification documents still list her male birth name and sex, which she said are almost impossible to amend on government documents in Moldova.
At one store, she worked a full day only to be let go the following morning because of her ID. Another job she quit after being slapped by a co-worker. “Now I don’t even want to look for a regular job,” she said.
Public perceptions and propaganda
Discrimination of the sort that Pascal faced is common. And while stigmatisation of the LGBT community is already widespread in Moldova, negative perceptions are stoked by propaganda from Russian-language media and Kremlin-friendly politicians, according to Anastasiia Danilova, executive director of the Genderdoc-M Information Centre, which advocates for LGBT rights in Moldova.
“People remain homophobic and transphobic because of different political forces and public figures who repeat stereotypes and prejudices against LGBT people,” said Danilova. “It is very comfortable for them to have a common enemy, in this case LGBT people, and to manipulate this opinion of society to win votes.”
Their goal, Danilova explained, is to keep society fearful that if Moldova moves closer ideologically to Europe, then all the liberal European values that conservative Moldovans disapprove of, including those related to LGBT rights, will take root in Moldova.
“It’s very hard for us to fight against this huge machine of propaganda because it’s very well organised and very well funded,” Danilova added.
By the fact of its mere existence, Queer Café counterbalances negative perceptions of the LGBT community and helps create bridges to mainstream society in Moldova, said Elvira Drangoi, Queer Café’s community manager.
“One of the main goals of Queer Café is to make allies,” Drangoi said, pointing out that its events, workshops and clubs – which draw a mixed crowd of LGBT and heterosexual attendees – provide a space for dialogue and interactions that might not otherwise take place.
Heteroexual Moldovans who come to Queer Café often know very little about LGBT people or believe in the stereotypes that they’ve grown up with. “But when they come here and talk to people from the community, they can see we are just people,” Drangoi said. The café’s tight knit “family”, as Drangoi calls it, also takes part in public demonstrations such as the pro-EU integration rally organised by Moldova’s pro-Western government, on May 21. More than a dozen from Queer Café joined the rally with handmade signs, bearing messages like “UE Accept Our Friend Request,” or “Moldova Has a Crush on UE”, referring to the EU’s name in Romanian, Uniunea Europeana.
Drangoi said it felt important to show their support at the rally, “because being in the European Union is about having your human rights respected, about not being discriminated against”, and about pursuing the right to same-sex marriages.
Improving legal protections
Moldova has arguably already made significant gains on improving LGBT rights as it seeks to turn its candidate status into full EU membership. In 2022, Moldova’s government amended the country’s criminal code to include more explicit protections for LGBT people, specifically mentioning sexual orientation and gender identity. And last year marked Moldova’s largest and longest Pride march to date. This year’s is planned for June 18.
“It’s a very good sign, another proof that Moldova really wants to be closer to Europe and protect people despite their sexual orientation and gender identity,” Danilova said.
However, hate crimes targeting the LGBT community continue to take place, though many go unreported. Exact figures are hard to come by, as the police don’t compile such data.
“People are really afraid to report those cases even to us, but we know that hate crimes based on sexual orientation and gender identity still happen in Moldova,” Danilova said.
Already this year, for example, Queer Café has been threatened online and had to contend with hate speech at some events.
In another case documented by Genderdoc-M, a 27-year-old trans woman was assaulted in April by four teenagers on a trolleybus and again after she exited the bus. The youths pulled her hair, made derogatory remarks, and then dumped polyurethane on her head. The substance hardened and could not be washed out, so her hair had to be cut off.
Beyond Chisinau
Outside the capital, homophobia is even more deeply ingrained in society. Over 96 per cent of the population of Moldova are Orthodox Christians, and it remains a socially conservative society marked by intolerance towards minorities of all kinds, especially LGBT people.
In Balti, around 130 kilometres northwest of Chisinau, very few LGBT people are comfortable being open about their status. “In Chisinau, people are more accepting of the LGBT community, but in Balti it’s still like a city from the Soviet Union,” said Valeria Bejenaru, the 25-year-old manager of Safe Space Balti, a pilot project that has been operating since November 2022.
Much of Balti’s population is influenced by anti-LGBT propaganda and cling to stereotypes leftover from the days of the Soviet Union. Consequently, while Safe Space Balti hosts regular events, they remain far more low-key than at Queer Café.
Some LGBT people are even hesitant to attend the events “because they are afraid someone will follow them and see where they are going,” said Bejenaru. Others ask that the door remain closed so outsiders can’t see inside or wander in off the street.
In the coming months, Safe Space Balti will hold outreach events in an effort to improve public perceptions of LGBT people. “If no one is talking to them, if no one is showing them the right way, they are going to stay close minded,” said Bejenaru, stressing the need for more funding and support for safe spaces in cities outside the capital.
Back in Chisinau, Pascal, who has long since given up on applying for day jobs, is now pursuing documentary filmmaking.
With encouragement from Grigorita and others, she took part in a workshop through the Queer Voices International Film Festival last year. Her film, about the difficulties trans people face in Moldova, won the top prize. She is now working on a full-length 90-minute film.
She credits the support she received at Queer Café with helping her find her purpose. “I got out of my depression because I have work to do, because I am working on my film,” said Pascal.

Virtual Sketchbook 3
This piece, standing at 192 x 162 in., oil on canvas, demonstrates its’ subjects, Israelites along with Moses in a bright red cloak, in a desert. There are contrasts between the reds, gold, whites, and hints of blue. It is balanced, with equal heights on both sides and a mirrored unity with "Solomonic" columns. There is an emphasis on the center of the painting, with a basket of food given off to a desperate man, and variety within the differing features of people. The rhythm of the composition generates a heart shape, with the woman's arms on the left forming a curved line, the man's arms on the right also creating a curved line, and the man at the bottom, together with the baby, forming a V shape. The highest point of this heart-shaped figure is the transfer of a basket from one man to another, as it sits below the woman and the man in red. This creates rhythm within the subjects by allowing your eyes to follow the lines and view the entire piece. The proportions of this painting make the subjects look like they’re in a theatre or a small room, with cloth draping around them and pillars keeping them close in the center. This work evokes feelings of appreciativeness and generosity because the piece demonstrates the giving of resources to others who need them in desperate times. Upon further research, this artwork was designed based on the biblical story written in the Old Testament (Exodus 16: 14-35) where the Israelites, while journeying through the desert, are provided with food from the heavens. It was given to and commissioned by Archduchess Isabella, who was the daughter of Philip II of Spain. Peter Paul Rubens, the artist, used a lot of deeper religious meaning in the painting and was a respected diplomat in Spain at the time, so I assume he was an educated religious man. Although it was commissioned, I can assume the artist was religious based on the high level of detail, devotion, and deeper meanings, like the pillars featured in the painting. The importance of this piece to society at this time was to uphold communion in church, as well as spreading religious propaganda on behalf of Spanish royalty, meant to be gifted to a royal monastery in Spain. This painting was my choice because of its amazing design, massive size, and ballroom setting, where it is situated next to a beautiful, enormous series of paintings. Of all of them, the painting's desperation mixed with hopefulness attracted my attention. I wanted to know what all of this meant because they were surrounded by gorgeous pillars and were being showered with resources and manna.

I have seen posts regarding recent actions of Amnesty International. For those who do not know, the group published widely inaccurrate report acussing Ukraine of war crimes and downplaying those done by Russians. Russian propaganda machine immediatelly gobbled it up and started a media campaign to convince the West this somehow proves Ukraine is run by Nazis and should be pressured into just giving up and allowing Russia to conquer it. There been also cases of Amnesty members blatantly citing informations from Russian tink-tanks.
However, there is a thing I have seen spread among the backlash that Amnesty received. Amnesty is organizing protests in my country, Poland, against Polish government locking our borders with Belarus for refugees. I have seen same people criticising Amnesty claiming that this further proves the group’s pro-Russian stance. These claims are framing the protests as supporting “Lukashenko’s attack on Polish borders”. THIS IS POLISH GOVERNMENT’S PROPAGANDA!
The people stuck on Polish-Belarussian border are reffugees from Middle East. For MONTHS, long before Putin invaded Ukraine, Polish government has denied them entrance to our country and tried to convince everyone they’re terrorists or agenjts of Lukashenko. Men, women and children starving and freezing in winter, with any humanitarian help to them punishable by the military, which itself has been behaving in the most abhorrent way.
This may surprise those of you who heard of Poland welcoming with open arms Ukrainian refugees (thought Polish ruling party, PiS, managed to botch that one up to the point of intentional sadism at some points). Here is the difference: people on Belarussian border are Muslims. Yes, PiS is okay with letting women, children and elderly DIE (and we DID have people die on that fucking border) just for not worshipping Jesus.
And let’s be honest here, I have psoted how many of Polish right-wingers stopped supporting refugees from Ukraine the moment they realized these refugees aren’t dirt-poor hardcore conservatives, that they won’t will gladly “pay back” for Polish hospitality by becoming free labor and won’t be an influx of submissive, young tradwives that “true sons of Poland” could marry and thus “destroy feminism”. Which yes, those were all fantasies of many ractionary elements in Poland. The moment they turned untrue public opinion begun to demonize Ukrainian refugees.
What Russia does is abhorrent. What Amnesty has done with their report is height of irresponsibility. Polish government is run by facists that want to turn it into catholic theocracy and for all its anti-Russian posturing clearly look up to Russia as a role model. These are all facts that are true and can coexist, get it into your empty fucking heads!

As requested by @vallirenwrites, my theories as mentioned in my notes to the reblog of this post.
The question: How did Uther commit genocide against a bunch of sorcerers and also literal dragons without dying 50 times over?
It’s a valid question. If just one sorcerer could easily kill Uther, then how did he survive the height of the Purge when a whole community of sorcerers would conceivably be gunning for him at the same time? If one dragon can burn Camelot to the ground, then how could Uther have possibly fared against 100 of them?
Well, here’s one possibility: divide and conquer.
Many other people have mentioned, say, Balinor and Gaius in the notes of that post. It’s confirmed canonically that Balinor was tricked into helping Uther chain up Kilgharrah, and it wouldn’t be surprising if Gaius used his magic against his own people too.
And that’s definitely on the right track. Uther could probably only subdue magic by relying on other magic users and then betraying them. We know for a fact that he did just that with both Nimueh and Balinor, albeit for different reasons.
Many people, myself included, have theorized that the real reason Uther started the Purge was because magic is a threat to hierarchy. That is to say, letting poor people learn or at least have access to such a useful skill would equalize the power dynamics between nobility and peasantry. If a poor person has access to magic, they can resist authority. They can turn to magic for food and medicine and protection instead of relying on knights and kings. If they don’t like a king, it’s that much easier to depose the bastard. And if a peasant has magic while a noble doesn’t, then suddenly the peasant arguably has more power in that scenario.
Long story short, magic is a logistical nightmare for authoritarianism.
Resource and education management within the lower class was, if not the main reason behind the Purge, then a very beneficial side effect.
As Gaius says in episode 1 when Merlin asks him about the Purge, magic users started getting bolder. Started, according to him, doing bad stuff with it. But remember that Gaius is a noble too, probably, or at the very least he’s very chummy with a lot of them. And we know he’s at least marginally sympathetic/supportive of Uther’s cause. With the stuff about nobles in mind, we must now analyze what he meant when he said that sorcerers were using their magic for evil and that the Purge was a necessary evil to curb their chaos. Maybe they were using their magic for evil - from the perspective of a frightened noble.
So here’s how I think it happened:
Peasants started noticing that with magic on their side, they could rise up against oppressive nobles. They could start claiming some power and land for themselves. Maybe Camelot saw itself on the verge of a political revolution.
Naturally, Uther and the other nobles started to sweat. What do we do about this? Well, if they’re using magic to educate and protect themselves, just take away the magic!
I don’t think it started with a snap-and-turn illegalization of magic. A dramatic law hammering the country in an instant like that would have seen a lot more criticism and resistance. But if it happened gradually, over time, then what begins as a few restrictive policies on magic use might eventually slippery-slope into wholesale genocide.
Some nobles have magic. But even they have a vested interest in this new campaign to restrict magic from the poor. Letting poor people use magic puts them on equal footing after all, and those magic-using nobles are still nobles after all. Best to keep magic with those who deserve it - that is to say, rich people.
Uther has their support now. He uses the help of nobles and their magic to enforce and subjugate poorer magic users. Maybe they use the Gean Canagh to steal magic from a few of their more outspoken rebels. Maybe they use magic restraints of some kind, but whether those canonically exist remains unknown.
First, a sales tax is imposed on all magic items and spellbooks, which gets more expensive with every passing month. Eventually, only the wealthy can afford them.
Then, magic-users need to put their name into a registry. Refusal to enter the registry will be met with punishment.
Next, anyone whose name is in the registry needs to pay a spell-casting tax. If you take your name off the registry, you no longer pay the tax - but casting spells while unregistered will result in banishment.
After that, only certain spells can be cast without a certain permit or license, which you need to be of noble descent.
Then, crimes involving magic face harshened punishments. Torture, banishment, having your magic taken by the Gean Canagh - and in the most extreme cases, execution.
Bit by bit, magic becomes more risky to use and less accessible to the lower class, enabling the nobility to consolidate their power over the kingdom. But it doesn’t end there.
He tells the dragonlords to keep their dragons under control. Convinces them to keep them in stables instead of letting them roam free, for the sake of protecting scared villagers. Feed them less. Dragons die due from starvation, restrictive enclosures, and depression.
Then it turns more sinister. Just kill a few of your dragons, only a few, Uther says - dragons require a lot of food and land to survive, and all these dragons flying around are gonna cause a food shortage. Just kill the old and sick ones, the runts, the wasted space. Don’t hatch quite so many eggs. Don’t hatch any eggs.
All the while, Uther started a propaganda campaign. To alert the non-magical masses to be wary of their magic-using friends. They may seem innocent now, but peasants don’t have the proper education or know-how to use magic without hurting others. If you use magic too much, the power will corrupt you. And those sorcerers whose magic we stripped away? They were conspiring against the crown. They were trying to destroy the kingdom.
Now non-magical peasants don’t trust their magical companions as much as they used to. People don’t trust magic like they used to. That rebel movement everyone was so fond of a month ago? Now that’s an extremist militia of power-hungry sorcerers.
But even that isn’t enough. Nobles and peasants is a good division, but how do you keep the peasants from uniting against the upper class? Simple. You turn the peasants against each other too. And you do this by turning types of magic-users against each other. You turn religious magic-users like druids and priestesses against the more secular ones. You turn naturally gifted ones like dragonlords and seers against those who had to study for their magic.
(This part, turning the naturals against the studyers, is probably what caused such a discrepancy between narratives. Gaius tells Merlin that magic is something to be learned, while Balinor is insistent that you either have it or you don’t. Boom, now we’ve got gatekeeping in the magic community.)
All this unrest and suspicion within the kingdom begins to reach a boiling point. The nobles point to this as further evidence that peasants can’t be trusted with magic, if they’re going to be so volatile about it.
Then Ygraine dies. Whether or not it’s intentional, her death is used to perpetuate the anti-magic movement, and Nimueh is hung up as a scapegoat.
By now, many dragons are dead, and those that aren’t already dead are weak and dying. Resources to help magic-users learn and study have been restricted, so a lot of them don’t know or can’t cast the higher level stuff. Most of the powerful and rebellious magic-users have either been executed or had their magic taken away. And the magic community is so distrustful and restless that no one trusts each other enough to unite under the cause of rebellion.
After years of gradually squeezing the magic community, they are now too weak and spread too thin to lead an effective uprising. They’ve been cut off from their magical resources and spellbooks. They’ve been divided and turned against each other. Not only that, but all magic-users are in a registry, meaning Uther knows exactly who to target first.
The magic-using nobles think they’ll be spared at first, that Uther would never betray them. But the king proves himself far more ruthless than predicted, and within a week the air is clouded with smoke from noble pyres.
That’s how I think it happened, anyway. Could be totally off tho!

i love how techno calls the manhunt music ‘dream music’ its so funny to me
right before he ends the stream he says ‘p e r h a p s’ to techno plushies and i just,,,, wa n t
if ya just want an actual summary and not that MESS:
Technoblade starts the stream in his house. the first thing he does is put another piece of fanart in his house, this one by snumkt on twitter. he goes to l’manburg, where he sneaks around very sneakily (/s) and replaces anti-techno propaganda with pro-techno fanart, stating that “If they take it down, it’s ‘cause they hate fanartists.” (00:09:18).
While placing posters, Techno checks in on his hound army, and reveals that he thinks someone had been in the area, because a wolf teleported to him while he was home. He thinks someone placed water, the dog stood up, and then teleported. (00:18:25)
After breeding the dogs, Techno reads donations and one of the questions is about the SBI family dynamics. Here’s what he says at 00:20:55
“‘Hey, are you uncomfortable with being part of the SBI family dynamic?’ Uh, I don’t really- it’s not a matter of being uncomfortable, it’s just a matter of people making massive revisions to my character and the lore three months into the story without telling me, and it’s like, ‘no, that doesn’t- the story doesn’t- so many things don’t make sense now! What?? What???’ but if you want to make like, fanart of it, it’s fine”
He then meets up with Philza, who is being escorted by Tubbo. Techno goes to Philzas house, and hides in his new basement. He joins their VC and finds Phil, Wilbur, Tommy, and Tubbo. talking about birthdays. Tubbo goes to the basement and sees Technos invis particles, hits him, and he is revealed. Techno kills tubbo, and declares it canon as a joke.
He goes back outside, deafened on Discord, and puts down more propaganda. Philza joins his call, and they meet up to try and find Technos stolen items. They don’t find the barrel, but they do find a hidden room under the podium. Techno puts a piece of propaganda in the room. (00:43:30)
While Phil is killing an enderman, Ranboo finds them, and is killed by Techno. (00:46:25)
Techno takes Phil to see his Hound Army, but they’re stopped by Tubbo. Techno tries to pretend to be Ranboo, but Ranboo goes up to them, so his cover is blown. Techno’s chased to the portal. Phil and Techno meet again in the Nether, and they go back to the house.
At the house, Phil and Techno talk about the SBI characters, the sellout timer goes off, and then they go downstairs to cure a zombie villager. While it’s curing, Techno gathers books to make a new bow, with Power V, Punch II, Unbreaking III, Flame, and Mending.
Philza reveals that Ranboo is coming over to give Phil a present. Techno seems excited at this, mostly at the fact that Ranboo can be his new bows test subject.
Before Ranboo arrives, the villager is cured, and they find out it is a nitwit, meaning it can’t trade or get a job. Techno and Phil start working on a tunnel to bring the villager to a lava pool, so the other villagers won’t gossip and raise their prices.
Ranboo joins the call at 01:15:35, right before they’re going to bring the villager to the lava pool. He gifts Techno and Phil four Netherite ingots.
After struggling to get the villager to the right height, Techno forces Ranboo to boat the villager into the lava. Ranboo escapes by throwing a pearl, and the villager dies.
Ranboo, Techno, and Phil talk about duping Netherite, and the current plot, and then Techno finds a zombie baby villager. It’s caught in a boat, and Techno nametags it ‘Orphan.’ They talk about the cobblestone tower, Philzas’ death to a baby zombie, and how if you don’t see a child's parents, you should assume that they are an orphan and attack them.
Techno talks to Jack Manifold through chat about his axe. Techno, Philza, and Ranboo go around and look for zombie villagers. Techno finds an igloo, with two villagers. Techno was going to try and turn them into zombie villagers, but decides to not when he finds out that theres a 0% chance of that happening on Easy mode.
They all go back to Orphan, and bully it when they find out it still hasn’t grown up. Techno and Ranboo make a joke about how it’s traumatized, so it’ll be funny and can be come a minecraft youtuber. please get some help. (01:48:15)
After Orphan grows up, Techno trades and gets the Bottle of Enchanting trade for one emerald. They all joke about Techno owning an orphanage at 01:51:35.
Phil, Techno, and Ranboo decide go to the Hound Army, but Techno remembers that Ranboo is part of L’manburg, and tries to kill him (with his new bow) when they enter the nether. He doesn’t succeed, and he continues fighting until he drinks and invis pot on the Prime Path. Techno and Phil meet up in the Bee Dome, where Ranboo finds them. Techno tries to kill him, but runs out of arrows.
After reading donations, Techno, Ranboo, and Phil are back together at the Bee Dome, and they decide to team up in case someone finds them. They go outside of the Dome, and chase Jack Manifold out of his own country.
Manifold joins the VC, and they try to blame Punz on his attempted murder. After Manifold says “i feel there has been an attempt on my life,” Techno says that that’s how he greets people in his country.
Manifold asks if they want to help him get revenge on Punz, and Techno agrees. They gather more people, and by the time they get to Punz’s tower, their party is Manifold, Techno, Phil, Ranboo, Fundy, and Antfrost. Punz is in the Nether, so they wait until he gets back.
Ranboo and Techno have a whisper conversation:
Ranboo: are you just going to jump fundy
Techno: no im gonna make jack 1v1 LMAO
Ranboo: good plan
While Fundy is taking a screenshot of Techno for his thumbnail, Philza attacks Fundy with a crossbow and his sword. He claims it was because he was getting bored.
In the same spirit, Techno asks if they could kill Manifold to pass the time. The mob, which now includes Fundy, chases Manifold. He runs to the Holy Land, and the mob boos him. Techno tells Antfrost to kill Manifold, and that the mob won’t tell that he was killed in the Holy Land. Manifold hands Antfrost his sword.
While Antfrost debates killing Manifold or not, the mob chants ‘peer pressure!’ at him. Techno quickly realizes that Antfrost isn’t in the VC, and is extremely confused. The sword gets handed to Fundy, who gets into a battle with Manifold. Philza tells Fundy that he’s forgiven, if he can kill Manifold. The battle calms, and neither of the contestants die.
Techno convinces the mob to go to the pit trap, and tries to lure someone onto the trapped blocks using rotten flesh. Fundy takes the bait, but moves out of the way before the button is pressed. Antfrost sneaks up behind him and punches him into the pit. Fundy survives the fall, but is shot by Manifold to death.
During the commotion, Punz makes his way back to his house, and the mob moves towards him to end his life. Manifold says that he’s going to kill Punz, and Techno says that the mob’ll have his back. He tells the mob to not have Manifold’s back.
at 02:17:00, Punz joins the call, and is confused as to why Manifold wants to kill him. Manifold explains that Punz tried to kill him, siting his source as Technoblade.
also, 2:17:15 technoswear!
Techno encourages Punz, saying “Punz, he actually dropped his sword by accident and now I have it, so it’d be really easy to beat him up,” and “he also just killed in the holy land, so you have a sort of...religious motivation to take him out.”
Punz tries to fight Manifold without armor (Manifold is wearing a full enchanted set of armor, with a Netherite chestplate and everything else Diamond), which fails miserably, and Manifold is killed.
Techno decides to fight Manifold with his goons (the mob) for the audience retention, and Manifold’s quickly killed. The final hit was from CaptainPuffy. Ponk rushes in and grabs some of Manifold’s items. Puffy takes the rest.
Manifold complains about getting bullied, so Techno gives him his sword back and tells him to avenge himself. While looking for Ponk (or Punz? this is kinda unclear), Punz swoops in and kills Manifold in two hits.
Manifold finds Ponk and chases after him, trying to kill him. The mob follows, and Ranboo kills Ponk with thorns. Manifold takes Ponks stuff.
Right after respawning, Ponk was blown up by a creeper, and Techno claimed both as canon.
The mini fights continue, and Manifold is killed by Punz.
Ranboo changes the ‘Days since last war crime’ sign to 0.
Phil tells Techno that he’s going back to the base, and the L’manburgians question him as to what base he’s talking about. Phil tells Fundy that he ripped off his ankle shackles and left. While they talk, Techno starts running back to the base, and Ranboo whispers “lets run back” to him. Ranboo follows Techno, but quickly looses him.
Phil and Techno join a separate VC together and they go back to the base.
At 02:29:15, Phil says “I trust you” to Techno and I am going to cry.
Right before getting to the base, Phil drinks some honey, and Techno says “that’s the only thing we have honey for, now that we’ve uh...uh I guess you don’t know about that.” He’s referring to the Vault, I think, because the redstone required honey to work properly.
Philza responds, “the honey- wait, what did you use the honey for?”
“uhhh....food.” Techno, for some reason, doesn’t want to show Phil the vault.
Ranboo whispers to Techno: “My alliance isnt with lmanburg, its with the people who help me. phil helped me.”
out loud, Techno laughs about it with phil, saying, “well, I’ve stabbed him like twelve times this week, so, I [laughs] I don’t know if that entirely qualifies here.”
Techno messages Ranboo back with “new phone who this”
Ranboo replies, “no one,” and then, “:)”
Going back to the honey talk, Philza asked if Techno had been hiding anything diabolical from him, and Techno asks if he would do such a thing. Philza guesses several things he could use honey for, such as a flying machine, TNT dupers, and a door.
Techno takes him to the vault. 02:32:00. i LOVE peoples reactions to the vault, it’s always so good. Philza responds with a surprised ‘HOLY SHIT’ and some laughing. Techno also confirms my math of 55 withers.
02:34:10 “i’ve seen this government, on the server, and everything to do with government is just bad. I’ve watched it completely destroy and tear down people’s wills and change people, I’ve seen it change the nicest people into complete and utter tyrants, so...I think it’s about time--”
“We need revenge. [sellout timer goes off] and more importantly, we neED SUBSCRIBERS ON YOUTUBE DOT COM” phil joinin anarchy pog?

URT amidst the Pharma war
WUpon selecting a communication theory for this blog entry, I decided, why not- let’s just Google search: “what communication theory can be related to the anti-vax crowd”? The top six search results and their links that pop up spew these headlines and additional phrases:
1. “The anti-vaccination infodemic on social media: A behavioral…: However, the anti-vaccination movement is currently on the rise, spreading online misinformation about vaccine safety and causing a worrying…” (www.journals.plos.org)
2. “How to respond to vocal vaccine deniers in public- WHO: a vocal vaccine denier is defined in this document as a person who is not only denying scientific consensus but also actively advocating against vaccination…” (World Health Organization 2017 Regional Office for Europe).
3. “Vaccine hesitancy is a problem attracting growing attention and concern.” (www.sciencedirect.com)
4. “The online competition between pro- and anti-vaccination… Distrust in scientific expertise is dangerous… Results show that even if anti-vaccine narratives have a small persuasiveness, a large part of the population will be rapidly exposed to them. ” (www.nature.com)
5. “Conspiracy Beliefs, Rejection of Vaccination, and…: Many conspiracy theories appeared along with the Covid-19 pandemic. Since it is documented that conspiracy theories negatively affect…” (www.frontiersin.org)
6. “Combating Vaccine Hesitancy: Teaching the Next Generation… In 1999, the anti-vaxxer movement, an organized body of people who refuse to vaccinate and blaming vaccines for health problems” (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)
Well, this didn’t answer my question. It was surely a lot to read as we dive into my entry here, and it slapped someone with my way of thinking with some shut-down labels: dangerous, misinformed, science-denier, nonconsensual, behaviorally problematic, conspiracist, rejecter.
Do you know what these Google search results say to me? Censorship.
I am selecting the communication theory of Uncertainty Reduction Theory to apply towards my discussion of the pro-vaccine/anti-vaccine war.
Uncertainty Reduction Theory (URT) asserts that “people have a need to reduce uncertainty about others by gaining information about them” (Berger, C.R., & Bradac, J.J.) The information gained can be used to predict the others’ behavior. Reducing uncertainty can be particularly beneficial in relationship development, so it is more typical amongst people when they expect or want to develop a relationship than among people who expect or know they will not develop a relationship.
We have a few basic ways people seek information about another person:
1. Passive strategies: we observe the person, either in situations where the individual is likely to be self-monitoring (in a classroom; in the stands of a public event)
2. Active strategies: we ask others about the person we’re interested in, or set up a way to observe that person (sign up for the same class; sitting at a different table in the same restaurant)
3. Interactive strategies: we communicate directly with the person.
I believe this theory can be used to my topic of discussion because if we are in one of the hottest moments of the ongoing anti- and pro- vaccine movement and pharmaceutical war with COVID-19 at the forefront of it all, no matter which side we put our beliefs, followings, trust, or knowledge in, we seek out others with the same data, statistics, views, and agreeability. We strive to reduce uncertainty with others by gaining their information to benefit one another, and either develop ongoing relationships, or not. If we observe or interact with others to discover where their loyalties lay, we either discuss, debate--or worst of all, we fight like cats and dogs to what seems like the death--or come to an understanding and continue or discontinue the developed relationship.
Let’s begin how I feel within the war on vaccines. I, if you will, an introvert who isn’t so fond of putting my opinions out there, am publicly posting this in hopes of finding others and reducing my uncertainty about how others may feel, or find if they may feel similarly so that I may stand with them or offer them strength in opinions and studies. Or maybe, just to prompt an open discussion.
1. Pro-vaccine
2. Anti-vaccine
Unnecessary and divisive labels meant to categorize people into black and white thinking.
Where is the label for: I think it’s perfectly logical to want the ability to make decisions about each vaccine available on an individual basis for each of my children and myself?
Pfizer is going for full FDA approval and might have it by the end of this month, emergency approval has already been granted for 12-15 year-olds, and in September emergency approval will be requested for 2-11 year-olds.
How can you get granted EAU for an experimental drug in an age group that isn’t having an emergency? To protect vaccinated adults? Sacrificing your healthy child for an illness that doesn’t affect them so that vaccinated adults may think you’re a good person and may give you permission to move freely about your lives?
Nothing says I don’t believe in science more than vaccinating a 2-year-old for COVID.
Imagine being excited to experiment on your own child.
Children don’t stand a chance in this pharmaceutical industry that for decades have put profit ahead of doing what is right. Additionally but important to note, the pharmaceutical industry has not prioritized the research and development of cancer drugs for children. They rely on treating children with adult cancer drugs, which are far more dangerous, toxic, and aggressive on a child’s developing body, because adult cancer drugs are some of the best-selling pharmaceuticals for companies such as Merck & Co., Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and J&J.
Here is an incomplete current list of places making the COVID vaccine mandatory, either for employment or for on site services: Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Officer; WPAFB (when it is FDA approved); Atria Senior Living; Rocky River Senior Center; Continuing Healthcare Solutions; Newburgh Heights city employees; Supers Landscape; Cleveland State University; Kenyon College; Cleveland Clinic fertility center: spouses required to have two doses of vaccine before being able to be present for embryo transfers. Kroger grocery stores now mandate proof of vaccination of its employees in order for employees to de-mask. This is marking the unclean versus clean. Here we are, segregating healthy people and in many circumstances being told to show our private healthcare papers.
There is no place for this behavior in a free society. This is discrimination based on vaccine status.
A business in Preble County is allowing employees who have taken the coronavirus vaccine to use the fitness room while those who have not, or are naturally immune, are not allowed access. They can work there but they cannot work out there... is this about health?
What changes have you made for yourself as an individual this pandemic to benefit your health and wellness?
The NFL continues to separate their unvaccinated athletes from their fellow vaccinated athletes. Separate practice areas, separate eating areas, and de-masking only those who have been vaccinated. Discontinuing COVID testing twice a week only for the vaccinated. Not allowing the unvaccinated to leave the hotel while traveling with the teams. As if either party is not safe to be around.
As a writer considering her reader, I’m wondering if you’re celebrating right now in regards to these advances, or raising some eyebrows. As for me, it fills me with a primitive rage that I feel only when someone endangers my children.
But let’s keep going.
Vaccines are necessarily risky, as recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court and by Congress.
The risk: benefit ratio varies with the frequency and severity of disease, vaccine safety, and individual patient factors. These must be evaluated by patient and physician, not imposed government, corporations, or other bureaucrats.
The smallpox vaccine is so dangerous that you can’t get it now, despite the weaponization of smallpox. Rabies vaccine is given only after a suspected exposure or to high-risk persons such as veterinarians. The whole-cell pertussis vaccine was withdrawn from the U.S. market, a decade later than from the Japanese market, because of reports of severe permanent brain damage. The acellular vaccine that replaced it is evidently safer, though somewhat less effective.
After being fully informed of the risks and benefits of a medical procedure, patients have the right to reject or accept that procedure. Preemption of patients’ or parents’ decisions about accepting drugs or other medical interventions is a serious intrusion into individual liberty, autonomy, and parental decisions about child-rearing.
Forcing Ohioans or anyone into receiving an experimental medical intervention in exchange for freedom to go to work or participate in society is contrary to fundamental human rights.
How does one feel about the persuasion to vote YES on Ohio HB 248? How’s this for propaganda: Vote YES, join the movement, on the Vaccine Choice and Anti-Discrimination Act.
This Ohio House Bill was introduced on April 6, 2021, and is in 25% progression (LegiScan). Per this Republican Partisan Bill, OH HB248 is to enact section 3792.02 of the Revised Code to authorize an individual to decline a vaccination and to name this act the Vaccine Choice and Anti-Discrimination Act.
Why should we do this? This is a stand for health freedom, for medical freedom; a vital legislation to protect vaccine choice for Ohioans now and into the future. If this legislation isn't passed, you can expect that vaccine mandates and vaccine passports will become a reality of our future. And even if you're fine with the traditional vaccines, even if you have always gotten the flu vaccine, and even if you decided to get the COVID vaccine... Ohioans will be faced with the reality that any future vaccine can be mandated by the state, retailers, employers, schools etc., and we'll have zero to say about it. This legislation will protect all Ohioans from the dystopia that we're currently facing.
Do I sound like one who denies the expertise of science now? I stand with science. I stand with informed consent. I stand with freedom. I stand with healthcare professionals. I stand with Ohio workers. I stand with parents. I stand with students. I stand with this bill for the people, by the people.
In the year 1983, the total doses of vaccines for children from birth to age 18 consisted of 24 doses and 7 injections. As of 2020, we now administer 69 doses with 50 injections. The CDC child vaccination schedule is bloated, and I will say it from the mountaintops, no matter the reaches for justification.
Advanced Pediatric, a Cleveland area pediatric practice, is embracing the idea that unvaccinated children are not safe, and must stay masked and distanced, including from others on the playground (advancedped.com). How badly will we damage our children’s social and emotional health with this kind of discriminatory action propagated by adults that are supposed to be protecting them?
Prior to COVID, measles was the much-publicized threat used to push for mandates, and is probably the worst threat among the vaccine-preventable illnesses because it is so highly contagious. There are occasional outbreaks, generally starting with an infected individual coming from somewhere outside the U.S. The majority, but by no means all the people who catch the measles have not been vaccinated. Almost all make a full recovery, with robust, life-long immunity.
The last measles death in the U.S. occurred in 2015, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Is it justified to revoke the rights of all Americans because of the hypothetical risk that a person who cannot be vaccinated due to immune deficiency might catch measles from an unvaccinated American, rather than from a visitor or a person whose artificial vaccine-based immunity has waned? Such mandates establish a precedent for ever-greater restrictions on our right to give—or withhold—consent to medical interventions?
So as I continue, and back to the focus on the COVID fiasco that I am pondering… Per the CDC website in the association with the COVID vaccine, VAERS reports that in the last four months we have recorded more deaths from the COVID vaccine than from all vaccines combined from mid 1997 through the end of 2013. As of April 30, there are 3,837 cases where the COVID-vaccinated patient has died within days to weeks after their intervention. 384 pages of patients age, sex, location, date of vax, date of onset, who administered it, who the manufacturer is, whether they were taken to the ER, and the symptoms or prior health conditions if any.
Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported. Although 25% of ambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) (Lazarus, Klompas). Low reporting rates preclude or slow the identification of “problem” drugs or vaccines that endanger public health. Barriers to reporting include a lack of clinician awareness, uncertainty about when and what to report, as well as the burdens of reporting. Reporting is not usually part of a clinicians’ workflow, takes time, and is duplicative (Lazarus, Klompas).
VAERS is a passive reporting system. Healthcare workers are not required to submit reports of deaths or injuries. VAERS only reports 1% of actual injuries according to a report prepared under contract with The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (Lazarus, Klompas).
To recap those last several paragraphs, we are constantly told those who decline vaccines for illnesses they themselves are at very little risk for developing complications from, are putting the immunocompromised at risk. What we don’t often hear is that the procedure itself comes with risk and what that risk level is exactly is unknown.
What we do know is that only somewhere between 1-10% of adverse events are ever reported largely due to medical professionals' lack of awareness on the subject matter. We cannot force healthy people to undergo a medical procedure for which the administrator of and manufacturer have no liability when we know there is innate risk. We can’t trade one group's theoretical risk for another group's known risk.
We never hear any other side of this argument, it’s censored from us and never presented to us.
Many of these VAERS reports were from assisted living facilities, and we can determine this by scrolling through the log of reports. Do you trust many assisted living facilities, or do you think many of them had a choice?
As of June 18, VAERS reports for myocarditis or pericarditis in people age 6 to 29 for all non-COVID shots in the entire history as VAERS as: 394. The total number of VAERS reports for myocarditis or pericarditis in people ages 6 to 29 in the last six months for COVID shots: 590.
Without voluntary informed consent, medicine becomes violence.
How many billions of dollars do you think has been handed out to mainstream media outlets, such as your favorite radio stations, to propagate the COVID vaccine and to have your favorite channel’s or station’s host, or celebrity, holler into your car or household: to go out and get it now, because all the cool people are doing it; to save our communities. Because you’re a selfish expanse of existence if you don’t. Although they who preach to go get the intervention likely have little to no experience in any of the information I have provided thus far.
The Dayton RTA public transit system has banners plastered onto the sides of their buses in all caps that say, “I’m not afraid of the vaccine!” or “Help Save Lives. Get Vaccinated.”
When their passengers board the bus, they may show their hand gesture of the peace sign, to indicate they’ve been vaccinated. And at that, you’ll get a thirty-dollar credit in adult passenger fare upon proof of being fully vaccinated. A whole month of free rides and a promotional “Vaccinated” button to wear.
Promotions for vaccinated people are a flawed tactic for both brand-building and public health. Brands across industries are skipping beyond vaccine education and awareness to take a more active role in coronavirus vaccine acceleration.
One size does not fit all. All humans are not the same and have different risk factors for both the disease and the intervention. There is no greater danger to all of us than the dehumanization of others. Not trusting a vaccine, or any given doctor for that matter, does not make me a science denier.
Where there is risk there must be choice. Not ostracism. Vaccine choice and anti-discrimination.
People who are labeled as vaccine hesitant should really be called people who are hesitant to be coerced in the largest drug trial in history. Because it’s the right thing to do... It’s patriotic... to protect our community and, again, “although I am young and healthy, it’s the right thing to do” (Ohio Dept. of Health).
Mandate advocates often assert a need for a 95% immunization rate to achieve herd immunity. However, Mary Holland and Chase Zachary of NYU School of Law argue, in the Oregon Law Review, that because complete herd immunity and measles eradication are unachievable, the better goal is for herd effect and disease control. The best outcome would result, they argue, from informed consent, more open communication, and market-based approaches.
The safest place for an immunocompromised person who is unable to be vaccinated (there are very few unable to be vaccinated for COVID) is around someone who has had COVID naturally and is actually immune. Vaccinated people still contract and likely transmit COVID unlike the naturally immune. Similar to the pertussis portion of the DTAP vaccine, most often it’s a vaccinated sibling or parent who unknowingly spreads it to an infant too young to be vaccinated.
Let’s think about our Governor DeWine’s Vax-a-Million. His raffle is a disturbing act of child coercion and misuse of money that we could be putting back into our communities. A predatory bribe to bait those who easily succumb to a gambling incentive. I wish we had this kind of monetary dedication to our homeless, to our schools, to our mental health hospitals, to our trash clean-up organizations for our cities, to students already accepted into colleges. To the small businesses who have had to close their doors for good. What are my incentives for not getting the shot? Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Public health should not seek to manipulate. To manipulate in the name of public health is to undermine public health.
This is a marketing scheme. You are not required to take a liability free experimental medical intervention in order to be considered a good person. Those who say you are, are either indoctrinated into a cult-like way of thinking and lack the ability to see anything beyond that, uninformed, or evil.
It's one of many elite U.S. institutions to be completely decimated and humiliated by Pharma. It was gradual, then inexorable, and now it's their identity.
An article printed on May 31 states that a Miami Valley Hospital doctor says strokes are occurring in younger people, ages 18-45 years old. Dr. Bryan Ludwig, the chair of the Clinical Neuroscience Institute of Premier Health, is seeing this increase, including the 36-year-old stroke patient he treated upon being air-lifted to the main hospital campus (WHIO). This article does not yet state what leading causes we can look toward for the increase in strokes and clots in the youth, and does not even state a possibility of what it might be, though I’m sure we can make quite a valid assumption. It would seem that the press is trying to normalize things that are not in the least bit normal, as more articles arise in similarity.
Was it responsible for our Governor Mike DeWine to send out the tweet: “FACT: The COVID vaccine is safe and effective” upon immediate availability of the vaccine?
It is incredible that vaccine reactions used to only exist in the minds of conspirators, and now we pray for the recipients that they may make it through and only have to miss a few days of work. We don’t know anything about long-term effects but that doesn’t matter, because what about long-term effects from the actual disease? Everyone needs to do it anyway, even those at very little risk, because someone said so. Even those who have had COVID, and likely hold a great deal of immunity.
Those who came out in droves in opposition of HB248 stated things such as, “up to 30% of our college students are immunocompromised, and this justifies mandating those who aren’t to be vaccinated.”
What are we doing that is causing up to 30% of young college students to be immunocompromised?
Nonetheless, I find that statistic entirely skeptical. The industry recommends for all who they call immunocompromised, such as cancer patients to get these vaccines, and patients on immune suppressive drugs to get them. They want transplant patients to get them. They don’t actually acknowledge any contradictions outside of anaphylaxis. The “we must protect the herd” sentiment seems entirely feigned and disingenuous. It seems manipulative, dismissive.
Surely, there are immunocompromised people out there who are unable to receive the vaccine or others, but I do think it is rare.
A doctor who believe that everyone should be vaccinated, when questioned, acknowledged vaccine injury and death. She was asked what she would say to those people. Her response, in paraphrase, was, “Thank you for your contribution.” She views the injured as expendable.
The amount of doctors who opposed the house bill of vaccine choice was frightening. And who will politicians follow? Those who have personal attestations who are most oftentimes unheard or underrepresented, or clinicians pushing a pharmaceutical curriculum that acquires compensation based on how many patients are vaccinated?
In a statement made by ACIP member, Grace M. Lee, M.D., M.P.H., associate chief medical officer for practice innovation at Stanford Children’s Health, she goes on to say: “I think the childhood experience our kids have gone through will have long-lasting consequences that may extend across generations. We don’t really fully yet understand the total... physical health, mental health, and educational impact of the pandemic on our kids.”
Kids are durable. They can endure the worst of things, and they persevere. However, now, to grow up in a world that is censoring and erasing valuable information is chillingly monumental.
Considering that 23 million Americans suffer from some type of autoimmune disease, with the rates increasing 4-7% each year, and that environmental toxins are well known to trigger autoimmunity, it would seem prudent to implicate the distended childhood vaccination schedule as a possible culprit to this rise.
We are not smarter or more virtuous than someone because we draw a different conclusion after looking at the same information. Only one side of this charade wants to enforce their will on the other.
In summary, patients and parents currently have the right to refuse vaccination, although potentially contagious persons can be restricted in their movements (e.g. as with Ebola), as needed to protect others against a clear and present danger. Unvaccinated persons with no exposure to a disease and no evidence of a disease are not a clear or present danger. Making the COVID, and other vaccines, optional is the only way to protect the medical and individual rights of our citizens, consistent with good medical ethics.
Unvaccinated people are variant factories, says expert Dr. William Schaffner, from the Division of Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on June 2.
My use of Uncertainty Reduction Theory in Communication Studies applied to my stance I’ve taken on medical freedom enables me to seek and find reassurance with others, to find camaraderie with those who will continue to fight.
The way that I have questioned the pharmaceutical intervention so many times in so many ways throughout this discussion and at the very least find the timeline of events that have transpired to be odd, and furthermore advocate for the freedom of guilt-free choice instead of a blind acceptance to take whatever is fed to me via our government oversight, it may very well blacklist me from an exceeding amount of peoples’ interest.
BUT, no matter what one may think, or if one should ask me why I don’t find something better to do with my time -
What is more important than protecting my children’s freedom and health through social and ethical communication processes?
