The Importance of Choosing the Right Motorcycle Dealer
Buying your first motorcycle might not be the most life-changing decision that you are bound to make in your life, but it is certainly that will transform your life for the better. The sheer boundless joy and unrestrained freedom that you get once you are mounted on 1000ccs of pure power and are cruising down the highways cannot be compared to anything else.
But in order to truly experience that joy and freedom in their entirety, you need to find the perfect motorcycle suited to your needs. Whether it a scrappy-looking vintage scrambler, a laid-back classic cruiser, or a speed junky sports bike that keeps you on your toes, finding the right bike is a significant decision and one that requires a lot of forethought and research.
Finding an excellent sport bike dealership can help you immensely in choosing the perfect bike for you. Dedicated dealerships have a lot more to offer apart from the bike itself. The people you come across at the dealership are bound to be passionate about motorcycles and will be more than willing to chat with you for hours about the merits and demerits of a particular bike company. They will be able to tell you which bikes require frequent tune-ups and ones that break down very easily. A good dealership will also offer you your choice of spare parts and after-market, mods to install in your bike.
If you are looking for a Denver motorcycle dealer that can help you find the motorcycle of your dreams, you should visit Imperial Sportbikes on Bryant Street or visit their website. Imperial Sportbikes is the largest supplier and seller of new and pre-owned motorcycles in the Denver, Colorado, area. They are also verified sellers for new and used motorcycle parts, as well as different models of bikes that you can test ride and purchase. You can take a look online at their detailed inventory before making a trip down to Denver, Colorado, or even order what you need online.
Apart from having used street bikes for sale in their inventory, Imperial Sportbikes also offers tuning, maintenance, and repair services on all of the motorcycles they sell. What’s more, they even organize track days on which you can test out your newly acquired motorcycle and even test out your skills and participate in some of the races they hold

Good as Hell
A drabble of sorts inspired by this list:
Sunflowers by Van Gogh
SingleParent!Kita x reader
Supporting cast: Kita Hae (6years old); Miya twins
Word count: 1.7K
Rating: KSF (kita shinsuke fluff)
Warnings? Read the disclaimer below ⬇️
Disclaimer/Brief backstory:Kita’s unnamed ex has been out of the picture for about four years, abandoning the farm and leaving behind a two year old Hae on the screen porch along with papers to surrender mother/parental rights thus leaving Kita the sole guardian of his child; Miya twins agree to help their former captain out by becoming godfathers and it is also fair to imply that the rest of the notable players from Inarizaki are Hae’s precious, formed uncle squad.
It’s not everyday that the farmer’s market near the Mori-Kita farmlands would host a night market, but alas, there comes a time for firsts like this summer night. On the eve of the summer solstice, all former students of the Inarizaki sports team had been contacted especially to help one former captain put on an excellent stand for said night market. One half of the Mori-Kita farm owners, Kita Shinsuke, had an easy time setting up the night market stand after receiving a few critiques on the product being sold via his financier, Mori-kun. Regardless, the former captain enlisted the help of all his underclassmen as much as he could to have the stand market-ready by the end of July.
The prep time had been scheduled about a month before the date of the local night market, yet you happened to be off from your inner-city job in the downtown area this particular weekend. A few coworkers from the motorcycle dealership had decided to take a few days off together for team building purposes and attend the summer solstice festivities in the country-side. You had received an invitation as the newest staff member in the mechanic division, suffice to say the men and women whom you work with were using this time to not only get to you know a little better, but to also ask those personal, yet kind of awkward family questions (ex. You have a boyfriend/girlfriend? Where did you learn to ride and fix motorcycles or dirt bikes? etc.). Your calm and nonchalant demeanor caused a few rumors to spread outside of the garage. To be fair, you do your job as best as the rest of them, but when you mentioned you had lived alone for an x-amount of years, your shop buddy, Kunei-senpai, had seemed to thwart any other awkward questions. He was able to shoo away those pesky up sellers from the showfloor out of the garage when they had been very clearly harassing you for dates and the like.
Thankfully, by the end of the first two work weeks, you had been included in very many lunch breaks and even had been invited to a bar by the shop owners to gain familiarity with everyone you work with. A few nights before the night market, you receive a call from Kunei, mentioning to meet up around 6:30p.m. by the old YMCA pool center:
“Apparently, that’s where the motorcycle parking will be, see you tomorrow YLN-san!”
Flash forward after busy work week, the night of the official night market arrives. You meet up with the others at the appointed time in the parking lot where Kunei-san had mentioned. You’re walking by the official banner entrance and you all eventually branch out. You’re at the warmed yams stand when you spot a lost kid who in their heightened panic runs straight to you, panic crying no less. You pay the stand owner and you ask for a sliced version of what you ordered, attempting to soothe and calm the kid. You kneel down after paying for the second portion as you introduce yourself:
“Hello, I’m yn-san. Can you tell me your name?”
The kid sniffles and bops their head.
“I’m Hae. Kita, Hae,” they straighten up and try to formerly shake your hard.
“Say, I have some extra sliced steamed yams here, are you allergic?”
Little Hae shakes their head and you notice how fair their platinum blonde hair is along with their bronzed fox-Iike eyes. It’s like they hit the generic lottery and that kid would break a lot of hearts when they’re older. Regardless, when Hae says they aren’t allergic, you hand them the little to-go boat with a disposable fork in the steamed vegetable. You’re eating yours as you suggest that you two stick together until Hae finds their way back to their parent’s stand.
“Daddy’s got a stand here tonight,” Hae says after taking a sip of the water you provided at a soda stand.
“And how did you get lost?” You wonder.
“My goddofāzās, ´Samu & ‘Tsumu, went to help my daddy bring stuff from the truck and I saw a cat plushie I wanted, so I walked to find it,” Hae looked dejected and embarrassed when they said that.
You try not to laugh, this was serious matter after all, but you’re sure whoever Hae calls ‘daddy’ is busy scolding his friends who were left in charge of watching the kid. Honestly, on the defense of the godfathers, Hae seemed really put together for a six year old. Sure, a little shaken up, but now with a stomach filled with a vegetable snack and water, you’re sure the kid is more determined to help you help find their parent.
Along the way, a few of your coworkers saw you being friendly with little Hae. They sort of send out a text chain saying that the kid looks like the spitting image of the owner of the sponsored booth for the night market. Luckily, your phone goes off and though Hae holds your hand, you use your free hand to read and catch up with the text chain. The ambient sounds of the night market around you calms you as you observe and let Hae lead you down a row of booths they think seems familiar. You give your thanks to your coworkers as they helped narrow down the booths and probable solo guardian of your one new pint-sized friend.
Elsewhere, a set of twins are getting an earful from a worried and angry father:
“Hae’s the most precious person t’me and you both lost ‘em?!”
“We sent out the Bat-Signal to the team, kita,” one of the godfathers says.
“Don’t worry, Hae’ll come running back here in no time,” the other says.
“For both your sakes, I pray my kid comes back in one piece…” Kita grumbles a string of curses as he reluctantly goes back to his stand to man the register.
It takes another fifteen minutes for Hae to start recognizing some familiar booths and although they complain about how much their feet hurt, you notice how the kid’s feet had already outgrown the shoes…
“Say, Hae,” your voice calms down their excited heartbeat.
“Yeah?”
You step in front of Hae and ask if it’s ok with them for you to pick them up and the serendipitous moment Hae says yes, you’re literally almost tackled to the ground by two men who wear the same face—so you scream and push Hae’s head into your shoulder as you make a run for it and those two fools slam into each other chest first. Hae’s laughing the entire time and now your brain is hitting overdrive as you let the adrenaline sink into your bloodstream until you hear a deeper voice call out to Hae. Judging by how much Hae squirms in your arms, you presume this was their father’s voice you hear.
Slowing to a stop, you see the kanji in large font as the cashier jogs to meet you.
“Daddy!” Hae excitedly exclaims as their father who by the way, seems to have been original in terms of strong inherited genes. You put the kid down and you watch Hae run off to their father’s waiting arms. The two gentlemen from before come back defeated and after a few minutes of scolding alongside a heart to heart with not following strangers, you clear your throat.
“Technically not a stranger, “ you point to yourself. “New friend, right Hae-Chan?”
Hae nods much to their father’s dismay, although when he looks at you in your black jeans, smudged crimson striped shirt, dirty under the fingernails from motor oil from the latest tune-up in the shop, and sensible boots, he can’t help but soften the scowl on his face.
“Hae, promise me you’d stay with your godfathers this time, ok?” Hae’s father says he lets them go into the other men’s care.
It’s only apparent to you now that the gentlemen from earlier are not only the godfathers, but also twin siblings who can be heard making small bets with Hae when they depart the stand for a few minutes.
“So,” Hae’s father begins. He sheepishly gives you a small smile while stuffing his hands into his jeans pocket.
“Umm…YLN, YN,” you extend a hand for him to shake.
He shakes your hand while apologizing for his child’s behavior—
“It’s alright, really,” you chuckle. “I liked their company…”
“I think I might like yours too,” he says.
You blush a bit, nodding along while he sort of chortles over speaking his mind.
“Over coffee sometime?…would that be ok?”
He pulls a business card from the register: it has a star and small cornucopia of seasonal vegetables on it: KITA FARMS INC.
He takes a pen and scribbles down his phone number for you on the back and hands it to you.
“I’ll call you sometime,” you say, squinting at his precise penmanship. “Kita Shinsuke.”
His eyes are a softer bronze tone when you say his name for the first time. It’s like you’re a bit unsure for a moment before he says your name back to you and it seems delightfully whole; the confidence in both of you rise and you make a very bold choice.
“If it’s not too much to ask, mind if I buy a few of those blueberries? I muddle them with some soda water and ginger beer at home…”
Kita smiled warmly at this and you hand him some spare yen notes.
“Keep the change,” you say as the register opens. “The first round of coffee is on you. Oyasumi, Shinsuke.”
A light breeze follows you as you disappear into the night crowd, Hae and her godfathers return with some ice cream and other souvenirs, and all three of them have this smug and impish look on their face.
“Daddy, did you ask YN-san to marry you?”
Kita denies it defending that he’d only do it after you had coffee with him.
Yet, his friends, his faithful kouhai since high school, the twin godfathers of this sharply witted child, burst into laughter when Hae goes to call their father out: “Your face is all red…”
“…they had a sunflower tattoo,” Kita says this to himself proud he finally felt the universe deliver a much needed ´win’ especially since it’s been four years since the mother of Hae had wanted nothing to do with either of them.
And for the first time in the four years since he came home to an empty place and an abandoned two year old inside the screened porch during the early spring, Kita felt this calming wave of genuine goodness the second he saw you with Hae, running through to get to his stand. He sees you now, a few yards away, and you lock eyes with him as you make your purchase of a blown glass sunflower pendant. His phone vibrates in his pocket and he reads the text from you:
I’m free day after tomorrow, does coffee sound great then? —Hae’s new friend✌🏼

A huge hole is forming
I've been in the Excelsior Henderson game since pretty much the beginning. Around 1999. Although I didn't buy/own one until 2001.
The community although small is very strong and supports pretty much each of the members some how some way. My youtube channel is an example (which is not exactly successful). The club is another. Friendships of course. Inner networking. AND..... Atlantic EH.
Jamie and Marty Jones started Atlantic EH in Elkton Virginia shortly after the factory closed its doors. Jamie and Gary (Jumper) Houk both started buying parts off shelves from dealerships all across the right coast that were getting out of the EH business. With their own money no less. ....
Jamie, is a well experienced mechanic. European sports cars mechanic, Diesel mechanic, and heavy equipment mechanic. I'm going to say he probably had quite a few years working on motorcycles also before then.
Their business was a huge gamble. Only so many customers out there..... the number was way below 2000. At the time it wasn't an immediate success, but did well, as the east coast owners supported them whole heartily. Jamie working out of the attached 2 stall garage of their home.
Here in the flatlands.... I had heard of them... but didn't know much other than that. We were dealing 99% with Bobby (Xman) Baldwin, and a touch with John Jones in Minnesota.
Basically thru attrition, we started dealing with Atlantic EH, and never looked back.
Jamie/Marty made another huge step, an attached shop, virtually doubling the square footage of their home. Something that can handle many X's at one time. Jamie thought this shop out well, and it worked.
In all the years I connected with them, Jamie was never ever less than 6 X's in or around his shop waiting for his soft touch. He had no need for work. They didn't need to advertise, as the bikes rolled in.
They held annual parties at their home for ALL of their customers. I did get to make one of those, and never felt so welcomed by so many strangers.
It was a promise that when you called to order parts or ask questions, the phone call was going to be close to an hour every time. Many times more so. They wanted to know the weather, hows the family, hows your X, "are you doing good?".... If Jamie didn't have time to talk, you could email him. He'd do email every Sunday, with replies.
I had an issue with my X, that needed some special order parts out of Las Vegas.... that were expensive. Marty just sent them to me. Me being confused called her immediately to cipher what was going on. She told me, use what I needed of these parts, which she'd bill me, and send the rest back.... no charge. (time sert kit). WHAT?
I'm guessing by now, that all readers are picking up, I cannot praise these fine people enough, for everything they have done for our community. You are correct... I could write anecdotes for pages. ..
...............
Jamie found out last week.... he's pretty much full of cancer. Yes its terminal. The time line they are giving him is sooooooooo short. I'm besides myself, as there is nothing I can do for them from here. I have some good X friends that are much closer and doing everything they can to make this a smooth process.
Marty before this.... has been having her own personal battle with Alzhiemers, and Jamie has committed himself to helping her, and working on X's in between. Jamie officially retired as the "official" Super X mechanic 2 summers ago in the Wisconsin Dells.
And this huge hole is forming within our community. There will be other heros within our group, no doubt. But none will be equal to our first 25 years of the Jones.
Jamie.... I hope you get to read this. I can't get anymore real than this. And I stand by all of this. Gods speed my friend!!

Visit a Bajaj showroom in your area to find out more.
The Bajaj Auto brand is inextricably associated with quality, innovation, and—most importantly—price in the Indian two-wheeler market. In addition to motorcycles, scooters, and three-wheelers, Bajaj has a history of producing motorcycles for a number of rider generations. If you're shopping for your next dream motorcycle, it could be fun and helpful to visit the nearest Bajaj store.
Why Pick Showrooms in Bajaj?
There is a proper planning on the kind of outlook of the showrooms so as to have a one stop shop look on Bajaj showrooms. Here are some reasons why stepping into a Bajaj showroom is the right choice for any two-wheeler enthusiast:
Numerous Vehicles
Sports bikes like the Pulsar series and the CT, which are ideal for commuter bikes, are among Bajaj's most recent offerings. Displaying their whole inventory, showrooms enable visitors to observe the differences between models. A variety of bikes are available, including the elegant Dominar for touring, the Avenger for commuting cruises, and even the CNG Freedom 125 for compressed natural gas-powered bikes.
Expert Advice
The people at Bajaj showrooms make it their business to ensure that they offer the clients as much information about each model as one is willing to take. So, when making a decision on engine specifications, mileage or features, they are in a position to advise. They are also glad to offer a test ride to potential customers to make them feel the feel and power of the bikes.
Financing Options and Alluring Offers
The majority of the time, Bajaj's showroom offers special discounts, exchange offer propositions, and seasonal specials, especially during festival sale seasons like Diwali or Dussehra. Additionally, they collaborate with banks to make it simple for consumers to finance motorcycles with down payments and manageable monthly repayments that correspond to the cost of the bike of their choice.
After-Sales Services
A Bajaj showroom is not about selling the bikes, but the place has much more to offer. Almost all of these outlets have their own workshops that are approved to offer service to your car. Whereas the after-sales services include routine servicing, quality accessories, and CARB compliant genuine spare parts with a goal of ensuring that your bike lasts for several years.
What to Expect at a Bajaj Showroom
Interactive Displays
In the contemporary establishments of Bajaj there are touch screens and other sophisticated applications of technology; it would take you through features, specifications and even comparisons on touch screens before arriving at your decision.
Comfortable Ambience
Going to a Bajaj showroom is not about selecting a bike to take home; it is about something more entertaining. Many showrooms are more relaxed, allowing you to come in and take your own time before settling for one product.
Test Ride Opportunities
Another feature that is worth mentioning is that in a Bajaj’s showroom buyers have a possibility to take a models’ test ride. Eliminating the bike price from the list helps to see that a mechanical and physical connection to the product is important when trying to determine how it performs in real life.
How to Find a Bajaj Showroom Near You
It is easy to locate a Bajaj showroom. Using the web, you can type into the search engine either “Bajaj website” or “Bajaj showroom near me” and type it into the address line of Google Maps. Availability of a car rental service is easy in cities like Bangalore and it is situated in places like Indiranagar, Marathahalli and Langford Town its outlets are visible.
Conclusion
Bajaj showroom is not a dealership where you can just go and buy your bike; it is a place that helps you choose your next bike and your next journey. Boasting a broad range of models beyond their Pulsar brand, India’s Bajaj showrooms give riders great customer service and accumulate motorcycle needs to help riders with superior after-sales services. So, why wait? Visit the Bajaj showroom near you today and own your favorite bike!

2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX SE Review: The Joy of SX
As people flock to the adventure bike sector, the pool of bikes offering a true sports touring flavour is getting ever smaller. In fact, just the Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX, Suzuki GSX-S1000GT, and BMW R1250 RS are really the only bikes from big names putting the emphasis on the ‘sport’. Granted, there are sporty ADVs to pick from, The Tracer 9 and S1000 XR spring to mind, but they are the new breed of sports tourers, and for many the draw of an old-school take on the theme is more true way to cross a continent.
Subscribe to our Newsletter
Cast your eyes then towards the new and updated Ninja 1100SX, a bike that has been Kawasaki’s biggest seller since it was first announced - then as the Z1000 SX. For 2025 Kawasaki has improved the bike thanks to a new 1,099cc engine, and also with the addition of a new range-topping SE model which gains upgraded chassis spec over the stock bike. To see how the new SX SE version performs as a proper sport tourer, we spent a day cruising around northern Spain on the bike, covering around 130 miles during the day and taking in every kind of road you’d find when schlepping your way across Europe.
The bike has LED headlights front to back
What’s new
The headline news for the Ninja 1100SX is the inclusion of a new larger capacity engine than before. It takes the DOHC, inline four-cylinder that’s also shared with the Kawasaki Versys 1100 SE we were riding a couple of weeks ago, from 1,043cc to 1,099cc thanks to an increase in stroke of 3.3mm while retaining the same 77mm bore. Unlike in the Versys, which gains power thanks to the new powerplant, the Ninja 1100 loses out on the outgoing model, although you’ll struggle to put your finger on where the five or six horses have bolted to - peak power is now a claimed 134bhp. What you might notice, though, is a boost in mid-range and low-end grunt from the new engine. Peak twist from the engine is a claimed 83lb ft at 7,600rpm, and more torque is available through the low and mid-range, right where you need it when riding on the road.
The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX SE The engine also has numerous internal tweaks, like revised intake ports, a new throttle body, revised ECU settings, new cam profiles, new pistons, increased flywheel mass (thanks to a heavier crank), and longer gearing with taller fifth and sixth gears also. What also changes for 2025 is the introduction of a new SE variant of the bike, which gains an upgraded chassis over the standard bike. At the front, the SE gains Brembo M4 callipers mated to braided lines, a Nissin master cylinder and Brembo 300mm discs - the same KYB forks as the stock SX are retained. At the rear is an Ohlins S46 shock absorber, complete with a remote preload adjuster. Other smaller updates appear across both of the bikes, like numerous rubber-damped vibration reducers across the frame and footpegs, and heavier bar end weights to also help smooth out the vibes. The SE also gains heated grips, while both models also come with a USB-C socket mounted (rather crudely) on the left handlebar.
The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX SE
Price, colours, availability and accessory packs
The stock Ninja 1100SX will land in UK dealerships in December 2024 with a sticker price of £12,249 slapped on the fairing. That price means the new 2025 edition of the much-loved machine will be only £100 more than the outgoing model at the time of the launch. The new SE model will be arriving at the same time, and the higher-spec bike will be listed at £13,999. Colour options are Emerald Blazed Green and Metallic Diablo Black (as ridden at the launch), and a more stealthy Metallic Matte Graphenesteel and Metallic Diablo Black option. Two accessory packs are coming to the UK, Tourer and Performance Tourer. The Tourer pack bags you a phone mount, two 28-litre panniers with internal bags, a 12v DC outlet, scratch-resistant film, a tank pad, and a large smoked windscreen. The Performance Tourer pack further adds an Akrapovic carbon end can, a pillion seat cover and frame sliders to the party. Adding the Tourer to the stock bike takes the price to £13,449, while Performance Tourer takes it to £14,549. Doing the same to the SE takes the price to £14,999 and £16,099 respectively.
Unlike the Versys 1100 SE, the Ninja doesn't gain semi active suspension
What’s it like to ride?
Chilly, is how I’d sum up the start to the launch ride in Manresa Northern Spain, although as the UK is covered in snow as I ride, I’m happy the roads are at least dry and clear. Hopping on the new SX SE (the only variant we are to ride today) and everything feels very much like it did on the launch of the Ninja 1000SX I attended four years ago.
We spent a full day on the bike and covered about 140 miles of mixed roads From the cockpit, there isn’t anything new to note. The dash, riding position, switchgear, and seat are all as they were. What you do notice is a bit more shove off the line. It’s not a transformative change to the bike, but it’s got a noticeably chunkier mid-range than before. Threading through the small towns that line the route prior to our first photo stop, I’m keeping the bike in the Road riding mode and every now and again I can feel the traction control chiming in as the Bridgestone S23 hoops struggle to get any temperature into them.
Two colours are available Thankfully the weather rapidly warms up, and by the time we reach our photo location the road and the tyres are starting to get somewhere near optimum temperatures. It’s only really now that I start to feel like I can explore the new bike in a more fitting manner, and just like the previous version, it’s a lovely way to break the speed limit.
This is the last thing the bug will see before it meets its demise... The new engine with its bolstered mid-range means the already fast bike is just as rapid although I’m having to work slightly less hard than before. Roll-on third-gear overtakes are less of a big deal, and despite being a few bhp down on the outgoing bike, I’m not getting the impression of a bike that is anyway underpowered. The poke it’s missing is from right at the very top of the rev range, in a place that you rarely have to go when riding on the road.
Euro5+ doesn't mean the new bike sounds dull, quite the opposite Another improved element is the noise of the thing. I don’t remember the old SX being quite this raucous, and the combination of the revised intake and internal dimensions creates a bike that is very easy on the ears.
Seat comfort is unchanged and just as good as before Other than the increased grunt and new soundtrack, the Kawasaki engine is still just as deliciously good as ever. While many manufacturers look to twins, triples and V4s to power their sporty tourers, Kawasaki begrudgingly sticks to its guns with a proper big-bore inline-four, and in a bike like the Ninja, it's a move that makes total sport touring sense.
The SE also gains heated grips as standard With the photo stop complete we have the best part of the day ahead, the free ride back to the hotel riding solo and following a sat nav. Freed from the group of other journos it gives me a chance to ride at my own pace and to pull over for filming or comfort breaks whenever I need to.
With top-spec suspension the Ninja feels perfectly at home here The route that Kawasaki has laid on for us is an absolute treat, taking in the beautiful Montseny Natural Park which was covered in fast sweepers and endless switchback hairpin bends. It’s a natural playground for the new Ninja, and what is jumping out at me is how accessible it feels once the pace rises. The KYB fork is already a very high-performing item, keeping the bike beautifully composed when braking into faster turns and soaking up mid-corner bumps like a champion.
The Ohlins rear shock is only found on the SE At the rear of the bike, the Ohlins shock is doing what it does best, providing me with a supple and plush rear cushion over bumps and lumps while keeping things stable as I hammer out of slower turns. Did the big Ninja need an upgraded shock - probably not. But to me, it feels like Kawasaki has spent the development budget at the correct end of the bike, but maybe not quite on the right piece of kit. I’ve been questioning myself all day why it doesn’t have Showa’s semi-active suspension system fitted to it, as the Versys 1100 SE does. Kawasaki reasons that the price would be pushed too high if they had included it. The sceptic in me thinks it might be another reason.
The engine boasts more mid-range shove than before One of the biggest plus points of a bike like this over and above something taller and more ADV-a-like is the handling. With its sportier dimensions and lower profile the Ninja feels faster steering and much more accurate than a longer-legged sporty tourer. It’s almost as lightfooted as a 1,000cc sports bike, although thanks to the extra weight, more relaxed front-end geometry, and softer overall setting, it is so much more planted and dependable, especially on the edge of the tyre.
The Brembo M4 brakes are on the found on the SE version of the bike Another upgraded element is the front brake, and while the Brembo M4 stoppers fitted to the SE are very good, I don’t feel that the brakes fitted to the stock SX lacked power or feel. The stocker gets Kawasaki-branded Nissin items, which were the same as the outgoing bike and unless you were heading anywhere near a race track, you’d find little to nothing wrong with them. On the SE though the stoppers have a very progressive feel, most likely down to the Nissin master cylinder, although there is ample braking power on tap. ABS is also provided in the form of KIBS, Kawasaki’s own cornering ABS function. It's barely had a chance to trigger now the roads have warmed, but on the couple of occasions it has, it’s done so in a smooth and unobtrusive manner.
Filming and photography for the event took place on closed roads It’s not all switchbacks and sweepers though, with Kawasaki chucking in some motorway stretches so we could get the full owner experience of the bike. Really there isn’t much to say about this section other than the new Ninja is beautifully stable at motorway speeds and above, and very, very comfortable. The frame, seat, bars, and pegs are also nicely free from any kind of vibes. The new taller fifth and sixth gears don’t create a feeling of an overdrive ratio as I was expecting, but for most motorway sections I’m in the sweet spot around four to four and a half thousand revs on the neat-looking TFT screen.
The screen is four position adjustable The screen of the bike is worth a mention, as it’s four-position adjustable but sadly that can’t be done on the fly. Both hands are required to change the angle, and one of those hands will need to fiddle about down in the faring while the other adjusts the angle. The stock screen on its highest setting is just about enough to help keep my five-foot-seven-inch frame in some sort of semblance of calm air. If you are any taller than that, the accessory taller screen will be a must-have inclusion. On the electronics front, the SX and SE have a refreshingly small number of things you can tweak, with only engine power and traction control featuring levels of adjustability. And it’s not like there are huge amounts of change you can dial in, with three traction control levels (and the option to switch it off) and two power modes which are Full and Low power, the latter of which cuts the output to 75 per cent of the maximum.
the TFT dash Other electronics come in the form of the latest generation Kawasaki quickshifter (which is very good at low and high speeds), a clear and easy-to-read 4.3-inch TFT, and cruise control. You also get Bluetooth connectivity as standard, allowing turn-by-turn navigation, answering calls (with a headset), a GPS riding log (if you opt to turn it on) and Kawasaki’s new voice command. This final feature allows you to, via the Rideology app, ask the bike questions about your journey such as how long till the next fuel station. Sadly we couldn’t test this on the launch as it was awaiting final licencing and sign-off.
A Ninja 1100SX SE ridden at the press launch in Manresa
Should you buy a 2025 Ninja 1100SX SE?
If you are looking for a more traditional take on the sports tourer, Kawasaki’s Ninja 1100SX is still a model that can't be ignored. It’s the longest-living model in the segment for a reason, and while visually it’s little changed for 2025, beneath the skin there is enough going on to pique the interest of existing Ninja 1000 owners and those looking to ditch a wristy sports bike without losing out on thrills or performance. It’s a bike that simply inspires confidence when you ride it. The chassis, suspension, brakes and engine all work together beautifully to create a riding experience that can be as exciting or relaxed as you like. Do I wish the bike had followed its taller sibling into the world of semi-active electronic suspension? Yes, in a way, I do. I for one would have handed back the Brembo stoppers and Ohlins shock and swapped them for the Showa electronic suspension, and I have a feeling a lot of riders would do the same. Not only is the Showa kit extremely good on the road, it also opens up changes to rear preload at the push of a button, meaning you could flick from solo riding to two-up with luggage without having to guess how many clicks of preload you require. Maybe Kawasaki is just waiting to surprise us all with an SX + model in 2025, I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Where To Find The Best Used Motorcycle Dealers In The US?
If you’re looking to buy a used motorcycle, the US offers plenty of options, you just need to find the right dealer to get a good price. Whether you’re an experienced rider or a first-time buyer, knowing where to look can save you time and money. This article will guide you through some of the best places to find reliable motorcycle dealers and also explain how auto transport services can help get your bike to you safely.
What to Look for in a Motorcycle Dealer
Before going into the best locations, it’s important to know what makes a good motorcycle dealer. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Reputation: Look for dealerships with positive reviews. Websites like Google and Yelp show feedback from real customers.
Inventory: A good dealer offers a wide variety of bikes, including brands like Harley-Davidson, Honda, and Yamaha.
Warranty Options: Some used bikes come with limited warranties, giving buyers peace of mind.
Customer Service: Friendly and helpful staff make the buying process smoother.
By choosing the right dealer, you increase your chances of finding a well-maintained bike that fits your budget.
Top Locations for Used Motorcycle Dealers in the US
California
California has one of the highest numbers of motorcycle owners in the US, making it a hub for used motorcycles. In cities like Los Angeles and San Diego, dealers often carry a large selection of bikes. The state’s year-round warm weather also makes it easier to find motorcycles in good condition.
Florida
Florida is another state with a strong motorcycle culture. Miami and Tampa have many trusted dealers that specialize in both cruisers and sport bikes. The absence of harsh winters means many used motorcycles have minimal weather damage.
Texas
With its wide-open roads, Texas attracts motorcycle lovers. Major cities like Houston, Austin, and Dallas have several well-reviewed dealers offering used motorcycles. Texas is also home to motorcycle events, so dealers often have trade-ins from recent shows.
Arizona
The dry climate of Arizona helps preserve motorcycles, making it a great place to find well-maintained bikes. Phoenix and Tucson are cities with a range of dealers selling used motorcycles at competitive prices.
Ohio
Ohio may not have the year-round warmth of southern states, but it is home to well-known motorcycle dealers, especially in Cleveland and Columbus. Since Ohio is located centrally, it’s easier to transport bikes to different parts of the country.
The Benefits of Using Auto Transport Services
Once you’ve found the motorcycle of your dreams, getting it home is the next step. This is where auto transport services come in handy. These services move your motorcycle safely from the dealership to your doorstep.
Why Use Auto Transport Services?
Convenience: Instead of riding the bike across states, transport companies handle the delivery for you.
Safety: Professional carriers use special equipment to secure motorcycles during shipping, reducing the risk of damage.
Cost-Effective: If the dealer is far away, riding the bike home may cost more due to fuel, food, and lodging. Transport services can sometimes be a cheaper option.
Time-Saving: Some companies offer express delivery, meaning your bike arrives quickly and without hassle.
What to Expect from Auto Transport Costs
The price of transporting a motorcycle varies based on distance, location, and delivery speed. Here are some estimates:
Short-Distance Transport: For trips under 500 miles, expect to pay around $200 to $400.
Long-Distance Transport: For cross-country delivery, the cost can range from $600 to $1,000.
Enclosed Transport: If you choose an enclosed trailer to protect your bike from weather, prices are about 30% to 50% higher than open transport.
Many auto transport services provide free quotes, making it easy to compare prices and choose the best option for your budget.
How to Choose the Right Auto Transport Company
Not all auto transport companies are the same. When selecting a service, consider these factors:
Experience: Look for companies that specialize in motorcycle transport.
Insurance Coverage: Make sure the company offers insurance in case of damage.
Customer Reviews: Reading reviews can help you find companies with a history of reliable service.
Tips for a Smooth Buying and Transport Experience
Do Your Research: Compare dealers and prices online before visiting a dealership.
Inspect the Bike: Check the condition of the motorcycle thoroughly before buying.
Get a Transport Quote Early: If you plan to use auto transport services, get quotes ahead of time to avoid delays.
Prepare the Bike for Shipping: Remove any loose parts or accessories to prevent damage during transport.
Finding the best used motorcycle dealers in the US doesn’t have to be difficult. States like California, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Ohio offer great options with dealers known for quality bikes and good customer service. Once you’ve chosen the right bike, auto transport services can make getting it home easy and hassle-free.
By taking the time to research both motorcycle dealers and transport companies, you’ll be on the road with your new ride in no time. Happy riding!

Head on a Swivel
I am sure there will be plenty of riders that will disagree with me but for me the biggest bang for your buck with a track bike is suspension. I am not one for doing lots of modifications to a bike in order to make it faster. I would rather spend the money on more track days to make myself faster. If someone has the desire to be a racer they do not start off on a liter bike. They start riding when they are a kid and progress onto larger and faster bikes. That is the natural progression of things. Of course when you start late in life there is much more ego involved. Most adult males regardless of how inexperienced they are, do not want to start on a little 250 cc motorcycle. They want the baddest, fastest thing out there. And it is not unheard of for a complete beginner to do just that, to go out and buy a 1000cc bike and wreck it on the way home from the dealership.
I had taken a long brake from street riding so when I bought a bike again I opted for a 600 cc. I had started off on an old Kawasaki 250 triple and had worked my way up to a Honda interceptor 750. Then I didn’t ride for several years. When it came time to buy a new bike I did one of the very few sensible things I have ever done in my life. Instead of going with a Yamaha FZR 1000 which is what I wanted I got the 600. I figured I hadn’t been riding in a while and the technology had changed since I had been riding so I was going to ride the 600 for a while and then get the bigger bike. Well that didn’t happen. Before I could fully exploit the potential of the 600 I had to sell it.
Then in 2002 I again bought another bike. This was the thought process in my head at the time: “I am going to buy a used 600 motorcycle. The new 600 motorcycle is not that much more than the used one I was going to buy. I’ll buy a new 600 motorcycle. The R1 (Yamaha 1000 cc motorcycle) is not that much more than the R6 (Yamaha 600 cc motorcycle). I should just get the R1.” But once again sensibility prevailed. I bought a new 2002 Yamaha R6. Again my thinking was that I would ride it for a while and then get an R1. In 2012 I was still riding an R6. Not the same one however. Unfortunately my 2002 was stolen so in 2009 I bought another R6. And yes I did once again consider getting an R1 but I had not yet developed the skill level to get the most out of the 600.
Of course I would love to have a liter bike right now but I am still improving my times on the 600. The advantage of riding a smaller displacement motorcycle is that in order to get better lap times you must develop faster turn speeds. Any guy can crack the throttle open on the straights and then mash the brakes before entering the turn but not everyone can carry that speed through the turn. You want to be able to carry that speed on a litter bike because you will have more speed coming into the turn to begin with. Don’t get me wrong. Six hundreds are extremely fast motorcycles but they are more forgiving than a 1000.
The only parts I bought for that motorcycle were a softer spring for the rear and new valves for the front. Then I paid for suspension adjustment at the track. Today’s super sport motorcycles come with preload, rebound and dampening adjustments and it is fine art to get your setup just right. You can find plenty of postings on forums and detailed instructions on how to do it yourself but at most track days there are suspension, tire, parts and photography services and for $20.00 you can have a truly gifted suspension specialist set it up for you. For $40.00 you can have adjustments made all day and it is totally worth it. This guy can tell what is going on just by looking at your tires.
I love my motorcycle but the R6 is known for requiring a bit of time and effort to get the suspension dialed in but once you have it set up it is a scalpel. Believe me one of the best investments you can make is to spend the money for suspension improvements. Think of suspension as your legs and if you want to be smooth you have to have strong legs, not stiff but strong. This may seem contradictory but in order to be relaxed you must be very strong. It just as in life, if you want to be smooth when going over the rough bits you must have a strong spiritual condition. Your spiritual condition is your suspension. It absorbs the shock.
And just as suspension on the track your spiritual condition will not insulate you from the rough spots because you do not want that. You want feedback. You want to know what’s beneath you. You want to be aware of what’s going on. You want to feel it so you can respond accordingly. Your suspension and your tires will provide you with the feedback you want. When one is looking for tires for their bike, of course the primary concern is the amount of grip but you are also concerned with the stiffness of the carcass, the rubber and the sidewalls and different tires are actually better for certain tracks.
When I first started riding at the track I went with the brand and model of tire that was sold at the track. In addition to being a great tire they are sold for great prices at the track. At that time I was just concerned with grip. I had no idea of the interaction of tires and suspension and how different tires performed differently at the various tracks.
And just as physical condition is based on exercise so too is your spiritual condition based on exercise. I once read in a book that if one wants to grow spiritually they must read spiritual literature, listen to those that speak spiritually and spend time with those that are on a spiritual path. If you do these things then you will have a strong spiritual condition.
This reminds me of the Kingfisher. While perched on a branch they will sway their bodies with the movement of the branch but their heads will remain fixed in space. It is amazing to watch; no matter what is going on below their neck their heads are perfectly stable. That is how you want to ride. You want your suspension dialed in and your legs strong so that no matter what is going on beneath you, you can remain relaxed. You should not be holding on for dear life when you are dragging knee around that turn. In fact, you should be gently holding on to the handle bars. There should be no white knuckles.
youtube
How does one achieve a strong spiritual condition? What exactly is one’s spiritual condition? I cannot answer that for you but I can tell you what it means to me. Your spiritual condition is directly proportional to your degree of selflessness. The less you are concerned with what’s yours the stronger you are spiritually. If you can let go of the outcome of things the freer you are. You will still feel the rough parts on the track and the sway of the branch but you will be able to flex and swivel so as to maintain your composure. A strong spiritual condition is the eye of the storm, it is the calmness among the chaos and you cannot do it alone.
I thought that because I had been riding since I was a kid and because in my mind I was fast that I knew what I was doing. It wasn’t until I did a riding school and started riding at the track with those faster than me that I became more skilled, that I became smoother and hence faster. I had to unlearn my bad habits which could only be done with the help of someone else. During class and track sessions they would point out the wrong way and the right way to do things. They would be on track while we were practicing a new skill and would pull us over in order to provide instructive criticism and to acknowledge the proper execution of a particular skill.
So too is the case if you are surrounded by people that are on a spiritual path. They will lovingly point out your shortcomings and character defects and will commend you when you perform selfless acts. I refer to my spiritual fellowship as the mutual admiration society. We are a group of men and women with a common goal, simultaneously behaving as teachers and instructors. We share our experience, strength and hope with each other and we admirer each other for doing so.
I love the end of Any Given Sunday when the coach is talking to the star quarterback and he tells him that what players miss about football is the common goal. All 11 men are trying to move down the field at the same time, they all have the same goal. So too has been my experience when it comes to spiritual growth. The only reason I have experienced the growth that I have is because of the men and women that are on that path with me. Single-mindedness of purpose is such a powerful force, it unites everyone at such a deep level and it brings about actions that otherwise would not take place if one were doing it alone.
If one is a member of a spiritual fellowship one can accomplish a great many things. And it is only by being a member of this fellowship that one can experience a psychic change. No amount of reading or meditation will bring about the spiritual change that is possible when one is heading down field as a member of a team. The fellowship will make you aware of your weaknesses and use your strengths for the common good.
So to it is at track days, everyone is there with a common goal, to improve one’s skill. There is a level of camaraderie at the race track that you do not find among non-riders, just as there is a level of camaraderie among riders in general that is not shared among people in general. Have you noticed that when motorcyclists cross paths they always salute each other? They are most likely complete strangers but they are both on motorcycles. No words need to be exchanged. All that is involved is a raising of the hand or a tilt of the head.
One can go out to a track day and keep to himself all day long even though there are 100+ riders there. You go out during your session and you snack, hydrate and rest in between. And you’re skills will improve simply by practicing but if you really want to see jumps in your improvement you ask for help. There are instructors at every track day and all you have to do is ask. Depending on what you want to work on they will either have you follow them or they will follow you and then you will pit to discuss the session. The instructor will be able to point out your weakness and to commend you on your strengths.
I made the most improvements early on when I was doing track days with a friend of mine that used to race. He was considerably faster than me and he was good at explaining things. He would tow me around the track and every session I was dropping lap times. “Towing” is track speak for following someone around the track so you can see their line. Following someone faster than you will encourage you to go just a little bit faster to keep up with them.
So too it is when you are on a journey of spiritual growth. If you are doing it on your own you may be exerting a lot of energy and really getting nowhere. You may not see any change in your outlook or perception regardless of your dedication and work. You may be practicing but you may indeed be practicing poor or incorrect skills. How would you know if you are doing it right or not without the help of an instructor or your friends? We cannot objectively evaluate ourselves. We need another set of eyes; the eyes of someone who has themselves experienced the psychic change we seek.
When you are a member of a spiritual fellowship, sometimes you will lead and sometimes you will follow. It is by following the example of others that you grow spiritually and by growing spiritually you set an example for others. It is truly a symbiotic relationship. Those that have experienced the psychic change will tow you on the path and in doing so they maintain their attitude and their outlook and you in turn will do so for others because when you experience something so monumental you want to share it with others.
Now here is where the sum of the parts is greater than the whole. It is possible to benefit from the collective wisdom of a fellowship rather than from one individual. Your friends, your advisor or your instructor alone do not have the answers or guidance you seek but if you listen to the experience, strength and hope of all of them you will indeed be exposed to what you seek. I say exposed because sometimes even though the messages are there we do not hear them until we are ready.
Another great thing about being at an advanced riding school or just a regular track day is that you are all riding on that track under the same rules. You may not all have the same skill level but we all follow the same set of guidelines. There is a riders’ meeting at the beginning of every track day at which all the rules are presented and riders can ask questions. This is not to say that people will not make mistakes.
Sometimes we get so caught up in the pursuit of that faster lap time that we may blow a flag and believe me the corner workers and track staff does not like it when someone blows a flag. The flags are used for everyone’s safety and if you blow a flag then you are putting yourself and others at risk. Sometimes it may not even be that you are trying to improve on a lap time it just may be that you are so preoccupied with the track itself that you don’t see the flag.
Such is the case when you are in a recovery program. Everyone is on the same page. There is a single-mindedness of purpose. Everyone is pointing in the same direction and you have a plan on how to get there. But just as you fail to see a flag at the track you can miss warning flags when you are in a program of recovery because you are so preoccupied with yourself that you cannot see the big picture.
In addition, the process of recovery may be so overwhelming that you are unable to process everything. It’s just like practicing a skill at the track. At first you have to focus on one skill at a time. Everything is all so new that you are having a hard time absorbing everything. You are incredibly excited about being there but you can only do so much at a time. The environment is so new that it takes a lot of energy and concentration to take it all in and even then you are only processing so much.
As you do more and more track days, and you will do more and more track days, your perception changes. What used to feel so fast and require so much energy no longer does. You become keenly aware of your environment and since you have practiced the skill so many times you no longer have to think about them. This frees up your mind and allows you to be more aware of your environment and it allows you to process things so much faster. You will be more aware of what’s going on with you and with your motorcycle. For example, sometimes you will suddenly become aware that you are holding your breath or that you are holding on to the handlebars too tight, both signs that you are tense.
Some of you may have experienced the following in everyday life: You are at a meeting or the movies. Little by little you slouch down into your seat. Before you know it you have been sitting in such a bad position that your tailbone hurts but you do not actually notice it until you move. You had been sitting like that just long enough for your tailbone to go numb. At first it doesn’t really hurt but since you remain in that same position the pressure leads to numbness and you are not even aware of it until you make an adjustment.
It has been my experience that chronic pain sometimes leads to numbness. The pain is not bad enough to require immediate attention so you learn to live with it and then that low grade pain becomes your norm. Live with that long enough and you forget that something is wrong until it gets worse or someone suggests that you do something about your condition. Sometimes it may not be physical pain but stress and you keep thinking it really is not that bad until it gets that bad or you make an adjustment.
On the track, you may be out there riding thinking you are doing so in good form until your hand cramps up or you suddenly realize that you are dehydrated. We can all get away with doing the wrong things but you will certainly not be very smooth doing it and it does not bring about the sort of out-of-body experience when you are doing it the right way. When you are smooth you use less energy, you are more aware of what’s going on and you are able to ride it out no matter what is going on beneath you.

PICKING UP MY BRAND NEW MOTORCYCLE! (msn.com)
So it's getting this new motorcycle and he's had our son watch it in the sun guess how fast it was pretty close is about 10 miles an hour off they put a new exhaust on and it went faster is more or less right on but they're kind of sitting there bothering him with it he's sitting there saying directly going before and then he says that's it he's our son was saying they're probably not making that many and they're making them on Australia and we know about the deal and it was Dan so he's putting it out there in Trump kind of is a little not really but he's involved and they know about it and it's damn annoying well we tell we get told by everybody else. So they have this KTM dealership really is what it is and they make a sport bikes and racing bikes now and they got encouraged but really it is an incredible bike it's very fast they build them sturdy and light and a little bit bigger so they go a little faster and it's kind of a trick but it's really bigger people are living up there and it's a very nice bike it will be a wonderful bike for our son in the future when it's safe but not now but that's not what he is talking about. He was wondering if we would be able to build them and our son was wondering why that is and I can say that they are capable of building them and as many as they need but he just won't so that was weird and the problem with that is we don't know how to answer that he's going to not build them yet build them and it'll build a few and a lot of people need them and he thinks that that he's gonna take over by force so until that happens he's gonna be a real pain in the **** but sort of has to happen in case he tries to take over although it wouldn't make a huge difference and he exposed himself unnecessarily we do think that he is a real pain and he means business by stopping people so there he was in his own headquarters saying they're gonna do stuff and it's KTM and they do have an order form online and they have a lot of hits already. It would seem that they don't intend to fill those orders And since they're not intending to we are of course **** **** and we are going to make note of that and we're going to figure out what to do about it
Thor Freya
\several brands there but they were saying that they were building KTM and we checked and he has a small plant in the Los Angeles area and he probably shouldn't they come from Australia and it's brilliant decision and these are not approved
