I made a pillow!

It took four months of non-stop cross-stitching, but I finally finished a pattern I bought from @8pxl a little bit ago, and tonight in a bizarre burst of productivity I finally sewed a back to it and stuffed it into a cute little pillow! It ended up being pretty much perfectly sized for a neck pillow, but I'm a bit worried about it getting dirty that way.

I highly recommend the patterns from 8xpl's shop, there are SO many gorgeous ones to choose from. I might end up getting another one soon o3o

oh my god. absolutely tragic. and confusing as hell.

#someone put a lot of effort into cleaning our bong properly + put fresh water in #bottled ofc and taken out of our drinking water stockpile. because my ocd has won and I'm unable to drink anything from the tap.#or smoke apparently #which isn't great during summer with only a window ac in the living room to keep us from boiling alive #I'm getting off track.#the screen in my bowl appears to have spontaneously disintegrated #and dumped a bunch of ash + bud into the water #it went like. fine > very clogged for a few seconds > suddenly no resistance #and I pulled up my phone's flashlight and it's just. gone???#theres no debris in the water and my percs would have caught anything I could potentially have inhaled #and it's just not in my bowl. its fucking GONE.#I'm baffled and feeling sorry for whoever goes to use it tomorrow and had to clean it AGAIN #edit. oh my god. I'm a fucking fool. I didn't realize the bowl was clean as well and dumped the screen out when I ashed my first bowl #then packed another without noticing it wasnt in there #brb. this is humiliating.

Needed some fun fun fuuuun in my liiiiiiiiiife and The Drums delivered nicely 🔥 Third time seeing Jonny playing live (last time being the live Portamento show in 2021) and he was as fun and cute on stage as he often is. Also did this beautiful transition from I Hope Time Doesn't Change Him into Down by the Water that I wish IG didn't screw up on me (and I hope someone recorded it lol) But the vocals during that tho 😍

Was just a bit disappointed he didn't touch on Brutalism much, 626 Bedford Avenue and Body Chemistry being some favorites off it, but at least I got that at my first show in 2019 haha. Fun show for sure!

[Ft the Portamento shirt i bought and an impromptu clean-shaven look lol--decided to lightly trim my beard while I was running late and trimmed a bit too much in one spot, so opted to just start from scratch since I'd had it in mind anyway 🙃]
