Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki San Francisco Con & SNS July 8th & 9th 2023

Ugh I just love these photos from San Francisco con!!! Both Jared & Jensen were having a great time. Especially Jensen when he preformed at the SNS. He was so wild and free he was having a great time and I was living for it! I love seeing Jensen so happy and so carefree! Still swooning over it!

Hello. English is not my first language so this was not clear in the videos I saw. Furthermore, we do not have complete videos. But, what did Jensen say about destiel at spnsf? Sincere question. I don't follow any ship, but I like to know what the actors really say, without putting words into them to favor what I think or what I want. And I know you're very honest about it too. In the videos I saw and with my intermediate English, I didn't see him confirming or denying anything.

Jensen didn't mention it in either panel and it wasn't asked. There weren't many questions asked in either of them. I remember all of them & a friend filmed most of the main panel. A lot of the questions had nothing to do with the show.

I have a video of Misha talking about it in the context of fandom in his Sat panel, but it was the first panel we tried to film and it's not a good video because shows a lot of the audience. I'll see if I can clip him out or make a recording. I'll do a transcript either way. He was talking about how fandom changed in general from when he first started going to conventions. I'm not sure what it means, but they were screening GA questions on Sunday, but not the other days. My friend was surprised when they asked her question ahead of time on Sunday after not having been asked that on the other days.

fic author Never Have I Ever: only one bed?

Do you know, I have 131 fics on AO3 and I'm pretty sure I've never written this! (Though in Mary Marchbanks, of course, Olive and Mary share a bed from the midpoint on ...)

If I were to write it, it would be a modern AU where Ed and Stede are actors from a popular sf/f franchise (inspired by recent SPN events) - Ed was initially a secondary character who fans loved so much that he became more central and then eventually the lead as the original leads left the show; Stede was a very minor character who got brought back periodically for some kind of shtick, like he's a wandering oracle who only speaks in rhyme and turns up very occasionally to flummox characters in episode B-plots. Their characters never appeared together onscreen and so they never really ran into each other on set.

They both do the con circuit, but still never seem to do the same ones - mostly because Ed only does the biggest cons and only one or two a year, while Stede works the circuit hard but isn't a big enough name to be on panels at SDCC and the like. Ed has actually never been much of a fan of his own show - he never watched it as it aired because it's boring as fuck to watch himself and the plots are pretty stupid. But then he stumbles on a recording of Stede at one of those tiny cons, and he can't believe how much this guy has to say about their ridiculous show. He looks up every recording of Stede's panels and he's fascinated by how much meaning Stede draws out of every silly episode, bad line reading, and plot twist that happened because of an actor leaving/a new writer coming on board/etc.

Stede gets invited to be THE guest of honor at a tiny con, and he's thrilled! At check-in at the hotel, he overhears a man in a baseball cap, sunglasses, and a huge beard trying to get a room and being turned down because the (also tiny) hotel is filled with con guests who booked ahead. "Oh, you can put him in with me!" Stede says, happy to be able to step in and save the day and completely not recognizing Ed. They start riffing and go off together before the desk clerk can ask if they want a cot as Stede's got a room with only a double bed.

It takes Stede an hour to realize who Ed is, and by that point they've become such friends that it feels like they'd spent years together on the show. That night, they go up to their room, laughing and joking all the way up the elevator, only to open the door and realize ... there's only one bed.

"I'll sleep in the tub," Ed says quickly, but Stede won't hear of it.

"I can't let you do that, you'll kill your back! If anyone should be sleeping in the tub, it's me."

"Nah, man, you've got a big day ahead of you, you need the rest."

In the end, of course, they share it. And it takes Ed two hours to fall asleep next to Stede, because holy fuck he's in love with this guy.

Summary: R/n is the Real name of an actress playing Y/n in my Cas x reader Book. I went to the SPN Con in SF this past weekend and let's just say the best weekend of my life so far. But I miss the environment so I am writing this hope you guys enjoy it.

WELCOME TO THE STAGE R/N L/n 

I ran out to see about a thousand fans screaming at me. I dont think I'll ever not be a little intimidated by it.

I grab the microphone. “Hey Everyone we having a good time?” “YEAH” “Good Good did anyone see Jared and Jensen’s and I’s Panel?” Lots of Yes’s. “Great, that's great now we can finally get to the real star.” I point at myself. Laughter through the crowd. “Okay let's start the questions.”

A fan comes up 

“Hi R/n I was just wondering how you got casted? and real quick I love you.” she nervously said. 

“Well I love you too thank you, and how I got casted * I sit down at the spinning chair* Well it’s actually pretty interesting. I was freshly eighteen and up to that point I had very few roles so I thought no one would know who I was and…  I was right* the crowd laughed* I laughed at myself. “Sorry, I'll actually answer your question I was on a little show called Monk *Lots of Whoops from the audience.” Right, I know an amazing show so Eric saw me on there and requested an audition from me, and uh here we are, Thank you.”

I look over to the other side. “Hi, so I was wondering between the three guys who’s your best friend?” Ohhhs from the audience. “Uh ha, I laugh again um they're not in here right?” laughing “No I'm just kidding, that's a really hard, best friend. Let's see I am going to answer like this so Jen and Jar are my brothers and Misha is my best friend does that make sense because who really is friends with your siblings ``I am’s from the audience. “Well good for you… can't relate.” “Uh because they were my supernatural brothers so they became my real-life brothers and with Misha he just came on and made me feel instantly comfortable and we would have lots of lunches together and the more we talked the more I thought Holy shit did I find my soulmate and I mean like the best friend soulmate. So yeah did that answer your question?” “Yes, it did, thank you I love you.” “Aww, I love you too.” 

It was a little girl with a mom. “Hey there are you asking the question or that princess?” I finish with a smile and lots of Awws from the audience. “You want to say grace?” She buries her head in her mom's shoulder. “That's okay Grace I do the same to Jared then he usually pushes me off * I can't even finish before chuckling the same with the audience. “I'm sorry any time I can dirty my family's name I will *more laughter* Um back to the point, what's your question? The mom answers. “What was it like to be a young woman trying to be in the acting industry, especially in the early two thousand.” I pause to think about it. “That's a very interesting question um do guys want the Hollywood truth or real.” All reals from the audience.

“Ok you might want to pull out your phones this is going to be a little while I was fifteen at the time and I  had not been on any shows I was at this audition and after mine, this was the casting person who came up to me and said I was awful, Ugly, untalented that my audition was horrible and that I wasn't going anywhere in the future and I went go home and cried in my grandma's arms and I told her I was done with everything I couldn't do it again and she told me, Honey, if you Quit then that person wins because everything opposite of what she said is true and I didn't and thankfully my next audition was Monk which I landed and in that I got Supernatural so please to everyone don't ever let anyone tell you're not worth it because you are, so to answer it is very hard but if you keep going because you want to you will achieve thank you. 

It was a woman who was pregnant. “Hi R/n can I ask you a personal question?” “of course” “Who was the first person that you told when you first found out you were pregnant with MM because for me it was my best friend.” “Can I ask how far along you are?” “eight months” “Congratulations!, and the answer is kind of funny because it was the same, it was Misha. He was with me when I did the test because I was so scared and he just hugged me when I saw it was positive. That's part of the reason why she's named after him. Thank you.”

I checked the time and we had time for about three more questions. A guy comes up. “Hi” “Hi there my name is Brian and my question is what was the hardest thing for you to film during supernatural.” “Mhhh hardest let's see it was properly when I was pregnant with MM and it started to get really hard to do stunts ha when I was about five months in I bent over to pick up something and that was when I knew that was it *laugh at myself* So properly then, thank you. 

“So my question is what is your best memory with Jensen and Jared.” “That is really hard after almost twenty years of knowing each other wow I feel old saying that um when we were all still babies in like season one when we would eat together and get to know each other and I got to know them as people and not just you know handsome strangers are some of my best memories with them, thank you.”

“Hi R/n um this isn’t really a question but I have to tell you that you are one of my biggest idols and inspiration in life and C/n means so much to me and a lot of that is because of how amazing you are.” I get up and go to hug her. “Thank you” “No, thank you.” I walk back to the stage and at that time Rob comes out. “Aww are we done already.” “Yeah, sadly how were they for you.” “I think they were freaking amazing!” All cheers from the audience. “Thank you everyone!” The band starts to play and I go to sign next to my posters and then I go behind the black curtain.
