I haven’t been doing much digital art in the recent months. I’ve been doing mostly stuff like sewing, embroidery, and stamp making but I don’t really have much to show for it other than some w.i.p. projects

But splatoon’s grandfest was so incredibly sick that it compelled me to pick up my iPad and draw things

Her name is Ezili, she's a vampire squid, and she illegally sells Shell-Out Machine items for so much- just So Much money... And if you give her a handful of Super Sea Snails, she might have an emote or 2 for you... Spyke jokes that she's a scalper.

She came to Splatsville from the Deepsea Metro :)

Like it can be from your own (if you're comfortable with it), stuff you've seen on travels or anything really! I just wanna hear more stories and learn about more cultures :))

nitpick i have with some splatoon ocs is when people will make a vampire squid oc except its literally just an inkling with black/red hair and generally dark colors because the creator didnt bother to research actual vampire squids vampire squids are not squids! theyre the only guys in their order thats seperate to those of true squids. theyre actually closer related to octopuses! (its octopuses. not octopi) theyre different because they dont produce ink nor do they have chromatophores (stuff that lets them change their skin color). they dont have suckers either, but instead small, spiky things called cirri that helps hold their prey in place. i love nintendo cephalopods!!!!!!!!!! and real life cephalopods too!!!!!!!!!

Ummm, I accidentally made a new oc...

This is Vivian! She is my newest oc, I've always wanted to have a vampire squid oc, and Blade (Rest in piece) was a test run of this. As you can see from her tag she's a Crab Tank main. She's often goes by Vivi because that's the nickname Luna gave her after they met :>

I'm still planning to make 6 ocs so if and when I finish Citrus design I could make there character sheets. Idk yet!
