before anyone asks: this isn't an official pr blog, nor is it a weird fan impersonating us online. we're really just here to vibe and connect with others ^^

I'm singularity (they/them)

that's not my real name. but we took inspiration from human idol groups in ancient history. and gave ourselves individual stage names. as well as a collective name for the whole band

I'm also the band's oldest member. which might come as a surprise. especially with how small I am compared to the other two

I'm antares (she/her)! fun fact: I'm a giant pacific octoling. shopping for clothes and weapons sucks when you're super tall like I am 😔✌🏽

and I'm nebula (she/her)!! I'm the youngest member of supernova and I'm really excited to meet people on here!!

this isn't an official pr blog or anything lmao, I don't think we've made it big enough for that (yet)

anyways, hi! I'm veran (they/them, young adult, picture on the left)

and I'm veralia (they/them, also a young adult, picture on the right)

and together, we're ULTRASPLAT (officially stylized in all caps, but we don't really care how you guys capitalize it)!

we're an indie idol duo making music in a variety of genres, including (but not limited to) rock, metal, pop, synthwave, and edm.

some trivia about these two!

they're (technically) twins! they're pretty much identical except for color and a tiny height difference (veran is 4'10" and veralia is 4'11").

they're robotic inkfish who were manufactured by some company or another for the purpose of combat.

physically, they're primarily modeled after vampire inklings.

I’ve never been big on decorating my locker in all honesty. I just slap some Off the Hook stickers on there, put my splatana, some food and drinks, then that’s it.

I noticed the one next to me wasn’t shut properly. It seemed jammed so I opened it to close it. My eyes met a moai statue sitting on some Kensas wearing sunglasses.

Thank cod I stopped to check in on the way to the hospital. No wonder he was panicking when you showed up. I wasn't too fond of you before, Cubby, but I left you alone because getting into an argument was useless.

Not anymore. Kidnapping someone who should be in the hospital is downright dangerous. From what I've been able to gather, you were part of the reason he got sick and then pushed him to keep putting himself in that environment. I don't trust the idea that you're "curing" him. If he trusted you with that, he wouldn't be tied up with tape over his mouth.

I'm usually a pacifist, but this is too far. You understand? I was content watching from the sidelines and giving Moray a shoulder to lean on, but not anymore. I'm not sitting to the side this time. If Moray's going to be cured, it'll be without you, Cubby.

Tammie had rode the train to inkopolis square with Cyclone after they caught up. They felt bad for leaving him without an answer so long and explained the situation.

The two both shared their stories and what they had been up to. Neither of them really pieced together that they had the missing parts of what happened to eachother and agreed that the mishaps were coincidences. They told cyclone about Mitra, who in turn showed the message The Specter posted. Tammie felt bothered. Why wasn’t anyone taking this more seriously?!

Cyclone eventually went to his apartment and told them to be careful, but the warning was disregarded. After some scavenging and exploring they found what they needed and then some. They calmly walked into the grizzco, unarmed except with… a pen? Slamming some bright stickers that were hard to miss on the area where workers claimed rewards, they laid on the ground and wrote a note out, scribbling down in blocky letters and slamming it over the stickers, stepping back to look at their work. There. It can’t be ignored.

what do you think of folks who are only working for grizzco bc it's their first ever job and they don't have the experience or skills to do much of anything else for a living?

asking for a friend (it's me, I'm the friend 😭💀 it sucks here and I barely get paid a liveable amount)

Find another job. Clearly once you see the conditions working at Grizzco, as well as how fucking terrible it is for the environment, it's best you quit.

I do hear that employers are actually quite fond of ex-Grizzco employees, so I suggest starting there

Guys! I found something neat.

It’s an old blueprint for a salmonid machine. The biggest of anything we’ve made. It’s called project Eosalmanshee. The Eosalmanshee was meant to be a mechanical king salmonid that attacked using a killer wail. I was pretty young when they started it! I actually was working on it somewhat awhile back, though I ended up being really good at learning inkfish languages, so I was told to focus on assisting with trades since I had machine knowledge. Helped me become a steel eel!

Ah. Im getting off track. It was really neat. They gathered up stuff from the fallen boss and king salmonids. This just shows the mechanics of it, but they wanted to decorate it with the chains of a cohozuma and the lights of a horrorboros. It’s not in this part the head was like a larger version of a steel eel head. The killer wail is one of the old ones, so it’s HUGE! It doesn’t float that high off the ground, but it uses slamming lids. Except of course it doesn’t slam in the same way they do! It’s only supposed to do that before firing the wail.

Wonder what ever happened to the project. Always heard weird rumors around it. Test runs were tricky. Once it powered on unexpectedly, and nobody caught who did it! Probably a mischievous smallfry. People fully dedicated to the project reported hearing voices, though it was never looked into much and they were told to take breaks and get more rest, and they went away.

Last I heard it was likely never going to be finished, but who knows?

yeah, I've always had issues with grizzco's opinion on salmonids. for, uh. particular reasons.

im telling them about Gray Tusk's restaurant

the one corner restaurant by the docks where Splatsvile cuts off to the little forest

because he's always so stressed with having to haul and cook everything with Rose Fang not being able to help as much as she wants

cuz it's only her and a couple other salmonids who work there full time

he has a lot of gold tho cuz inkfish pay too much for Salmonid stuff so he pays well

I my kind with a passion and hate Grizz with more
