The way spiritfarer drops the characters leaving/passing on you is so painful. You’ll be doing tasks for them and then suddenly you talk to them and they’re like: my time has come, you know where to take me.

I just finished playing Spiritfarer for the first time and I have so emotions. I did quick sketches of the characters that had the biggest impact on me. I can't draw animals so I had to humanize them.

I knew taking Giovanni to the Everdoor was coming and I knew it was going to hit me hard, but I wasn't ready. I guess that's how it is, right? We're never really ready for those we love to leave us.

Though I guess they never really do leave us, right? I guess that's what this is all about.

Just finished Spiritfarer... I don't understand the hate for Jackie, Elena, and Giovanni tbh. They weren't likeable, but they were very human.. they felt real. The only characters I really disliked were Bruce and Mickey (so rude!) but even for them I came around in the end.

I may not be a big fan of Giovanni, but I must admit that it takes a special kind of courage to nap outside while it's snowing.

Of all the really pretty and fantastic bits of environment design in Spiritfarer I have to say my absolute favorite so far might be that Astrid's house has a built in Cheater Couch from the beginning that you can see Giovanni sleeping in sometimes while she's in the house. 100000/10 no notes
