There is no personal experience nor experiencer, there is just experience being experienced through no thing. For there to be experience or an experiencer implies a solid identity in which we can grasp, hold and confirm our experience to be something which is real.

In the emptiness in who and what we truly are, there’s no resistance to the flow of the river, we just head down stream and let the divine have its way with us. Our need for control causes anxiety, stress and depression. Our reality tunnel is an egoic reflection of our inner desires. We crave, want, need…. To look better, for a partner, more money, a better career etc. but, this isn’t reality. Reality is how it will be right now. When we engage Here and Now, things begin to shift as we let go of our control.

Everybody has different ‘reality tunnels’, however, reality is reality. You can see the word ‘real’ vividly in ‘reality’, which means reality is not something which is subjective, reality is something which is. We can all get pissed off that a certain person is president of the USA, Prime Minister of the UK or whatever. However, reality shows that our reality tunnel is an illusion, to be pissed off for something which is, means to grapple with reality. Fighting reality is a losing game, life will flow the way life flows.

As Ramana Maharshi put it, “Whatever is destined not to happen will not happen, try as you may. Whatever is destined to happen will happen, do what you may to prevent it. This is certain. The best course, therefore, is to remain silent”.
