Ingredients: 4 cups baby spinach leaves. 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup sliced strawberries. 1/4 cup sliced cucumber. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Drops of baby spinach, crumbled goat cheese, chopped walnuts, sliced strawberries, and sliced cucumber should all be put in a large bowl. Add the extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix them together with a whisk. This will make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat.
