Hello! I was wondering if you’d be willing to take commissions someday 👀. No pressure tho! I just love your art so much

The short answer: "not at the moment, but it is very possible in the future'!

The slightly longer answer: I would have to figure out a good pricing and payment system! PD-MDZS is also where most of my free time goes, so until my life settles down a bit, I would be on the slow side to complete them.

#Ask #Even longer answer: I technically do - but it's been people I know irl asking and handing me physical money/bank transfers.#I'm working on one right now but the tricky part with pricing is that they want the physical copy of it - which is different to online comm #Fun fact: I have gotten a fair amount of commissions from a local hobbiest quilting club.#They show me their pintrest inspiration board and tell me size specifications and I draw out patterns on parchment paper.#I am probably being undervalued by a group of 50-60 year old women but they call me handsome and say I'm doing a good job so...#There was also someone a while back who asked about a tattoo design and I was *so* enthusiastic but I just got too busy to commit.#I truly do appreciate people asking - It is *extremely* flattering that you like my art enough to want to commission something!#I will re-examine my situation in a few months! Someday really is the keyword here; I think I'd have a lot of fun with it!#(All the money would go back into buying more artbooks and supplies too! Why are so many people on Tumblr/Twitter claiming Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss are bad shows??? "They're not mid shows guys they're just bad" can y'all give me one concrete reason they're bad besides debunked "controversies" or things that other people told you were bad about em?

Like I'm halfway convinced all of these people claiming these are such bad shows and are annoyed about em haven't actually watched them - "I don't need to watch a show to know it's bad" pretty sure you do if you want to have an informed opinion, that goes for everything actually.

If you're annoyed by the hype and the fan culture?? That's fine we all got our things but that doesn't make the shows themselves bad I think y'all just like having someone to poke fun of without feeling like a bully and honestly?? That seems like a miserable way to live.

my phone got stolen.

i just. could not be bothered nor muster the strength to even try to explain the situation after the fact on here. just worked thru the problems that arise with it, and thats that. getting a new phone and trying my darndest to gain a fraction back of what i lost

#this happened on the 22nd in the evening soo.. im okay rn but man. that hurt bad in a way i cant describe #i couldnt even go home right away. i wanted to look thru security footage- dindt see anything. 20 min gone by #i wanted to go home but my locker key was also in the wallet phone case. augh. another 20 min for that lock to get cut open #race home to immediately go online to lock the stolen credit card also in that wallet case. the thieves tried to use it many many times #at least 8 by now #augh.#took forever to get what i have sorted out. ive never done so many business calls in my life jfdklsjflj #or changed so many phone numbers or fiddled with apple to PLEASE ERASE MY PHONE OH MY GODD THAT PHONE ISNT MINE ANYMORE PLS LET ME KILL IT #but the thieves turned it off the moment they took it so they couldnt be tracked. so thats that #credit bank stuff should be sorted by now.. trying to get some of my games from my apple acc back :(( like cookierun ovenbreak.. sadge #my workplace informed me that the ppl who were suspected of stealing it were in fact the ones that did it.#and i told her 'i hope you drive home safe' :(((((#aughh.#my new phone is attached to a leash so it'll be on my person at all times from now on #the one time i wasnt as careful w my phone for specific reasons and this happens right. well i learned my hard hard lesson #i could have lost everything #i was lucky i listened to my parents and only carried what i did carry at the time and not more #this changed smth in me man. i sure wont be so trusting or laid back anymore

I really hoped that I'll finally have real Christmas this year. In my country it is on Jan 7th instead of Dec 25th, and also I've never quite... vibed with it? It is different, and very underwhelming. I've first felt the spirit of Christmas exactly in foreign internets, like... That whole bright, kind, fun thing about sharing and happiness and appreciating what you've got and good will. I've been writing very heartfelt posts in Christmas spirit for years, and drawing art for the occasion. It just always surprised me how much a holiday could've been inspiring even despite me not even being affiliated with the religion.

But I really always wanted someone to celebrate it with. Like... to actually have a real person with me in the same house, to decorate together and to cook meals together and share the celebration. Additionally, with Halloween too, because it is definitely not a thing in my country - another holiday I am "celebrating online". When he crawled back to me, spilling his bad deluded lies about how he could not live without me and how badly he wanted to share everything there was in life with me, it felt so... apparent that we could meet this Christmas together, and maybe go trick-or-treating together. I just really want to dial back to enjoying imitations of holidays like I always have for many years, and forget those foolish hopes. The one time in my life I had not only hope for the better, but a faith that things would certainly get better, the bastard just took all his words and feelings back in like, two weeks. Because he "was not thinking straight in his despair" and "made a wrong decision". And could tell that sharing life with me was "a bad idea".

I should just never let my 'hope' become 'faith'. In a way, I am used to having my hopes crashed, it is just the story of my whole life, really. But crashed faith is something that can't be recovered.

#/vent #sorry for negativity recently #it is just so hard to hold back #my friends are also just too busy/distant/aren't online at the same time to vent in private #but i was specifically instructed by one of them to 'just let it all out' instead of withdrawing and doing something bad to myself #with alcohol or whatnot #i'll just go to bed crying and wake up my usual shitposty nerdy self okay?#and hopefully i'll enjoy illusions of holidays shared online with people that celebrate them this year too #and year after that and year after that and forever more...#until my stupid joke of a country cuts away access to civilized internet altogether lol #that or the world ends because with all the disasters it might be soon enough #it feels like a curse that all people that hurt me get good lives and happy ending #but i already said previously that it is just my role in this world #i am a videogame enemy you slay to level up.
