I actually agree so much with your ranking, if i were to look at it all logically only id probably have a very similar ranking, with very similar arguments for it. Thats what attracted me to him in the first place, and as i got to know him even better with time and through readings i found lots of our core needs/values/views/experiences/wounds even are very similar which makes me feel some sort of understanding from him - even if we don't know each other😂 but i feel like he's that type of person where if something happened we would just give each other the look and both of us would instantly know what the other is thinking cuz we think the same. And then later on we would dissect it or whatever it was called when after a hang out with friends u call your bestie and then asses or whatever the whole hangout😂 I think he has a very healthy balance between feminine and masculine and i need feminine qualities in a man to be able to relate to him and be best friends, but i also need a him to have hot masculine qualities so i can see him as a lover as well and feel sexual attraction. Also im Slavic/Balkan and i must admit i have a weak spot for men that look like that/have that vibe and i think Changbin really excudes that and it even reminds me of home a bit😂😭 aside from just finding him super attractive😮‍💨🤤 He has a really specific charm to him i can't even put into words. It baffles me how there's not oceans of women/fans falling on their knees and barking for him like for other idols with a similar image.

Lee Know i wouldn't willingly date because i don't think there would be any romantic emotions involved but we also have very similar personalities and interests and even views and i think i would get along with him really well and i see him being a great partner for a lavender marriage or something😂 especially cuz theres this idgaf and i think even if theres no romantic attraction we can have a good partnership and life together, have nice home in the mountains, a nice veggies and herb garden, habe quite peaceful life with grannies and animals around us - ugh ill love that honestly. Oh and he's also nice to look at😂

Seungmin isn't per se what i envision for a partner even if he's great on paper - i would say he's too earthy and virgo for me. Too dry. I ALWAYS need Firey men or at least Airy ones and he ugh idk, i don't feel attracted to him at all, i don't feel we have ANY compatiability be it romantic, sexual, friendly nothing - Buuuutttt thats what i've seen of him only through the Skz content they put out, and i believe he has very good boundaries and this "dryness" is for a reason. I believe he is very different when he has a crush or pursues a partner or works in a relationship. And i am a person that doesn't get interested or crushing first. I get a crush only when i know the other person has a crush on me too or starts pursuing me. And I have given guys chances that have given me THE ICK originally but once the start showing interest i melt. So i think seungmins one of those types and i would definitely give him a chance and try dating him and see where it would take us.

I.N is very similar to Seungmin in my ranking with the whole - no compatiability & attraction BUT he's a bit lower cuz i also see some aspects of him that i don't really like in their content for example like his sense of humor or just other small stuff that would putt me off or annoy me. Nevertheless i think he could be quite flexible and if he likes someone i think he's genuine in his intentions, loyal and has good qualities to offer as a partner so i would give him a chance too.

Felix i wouldn't date seriously. The most i would do is have like a fling or something or just date him casually. But i don't do flings and i don't do casual so...i placed him first (in the second ranking) tho cuz he has a very androginous look that i really like, and he's surprisingly masculine and i can't resist that😮‍💨🙌🏻 its my weakness. I think he can be really really charming short term and if were to ever slip and drop my standards a bit and open myself for some casual dating he would definitely have a chance for that at least.

Chan i wouldn't date but again if i ever were to get a little more...experimental within my dating life i would give him a chance just for the plot😂 thing is i don't think he could even do a REAL relationship even if i wanted to. I don't think my guy has the capacity for that at this point in his life unfortunately. I think he had to sacrifices development in certain areas to make room for development in others (his career).

Hyunjin would just be too much for me, i don't like men who are too impatient, too pushy, too dramatic, too overbearing, too emotional, too obsessive and i don't meant that specifically only towards me - i see some of those traits in him in general and i think he would be just too much of a hassle for me, i would see him as a burden and as a son or something weak i have to take care of and rebuild every other week and even thinking about it makes me recoil💀 sry. And on top of that despite his conventionally good looks i don't find him attractive as a man/partner and that leaves me with a lot of cons a zero pros when thinking about dating him so thats a no, i think i would stay far away from him, the closest ill ever want to come to dating him would be some slight flirting. Thats it!

Han, i totally agree with you, i find really peculiar and i would say I'm a bit peculiar too. Contrary to common beliefs weird+weird doesn't equal normal and i have found for me to be able to regulate my specific needs or not escalate or spiral into certain patterns, when being surrounded with people that don't exhibit that, is very helpful. I would not feel comfortable around han long term and i think i would not get along with him long term too because we would be clashing and lashing out at each other all the time. I think we also would constantly trigger each other. I believe that might be the reason why back then him and hyunjin hated each other so much.

Okay, since you already know Oli, I’ll start with our silly, silly rhythm section first:

Matt Nicholls: Matt (he also goes by Mat too) is their drummer, pictured here with Oli and Tom (Oli’s little brother & BMTH’s old drum tech)

Matt is the funniest guy ever. He and Oli used to get CRAZY drunk together during the early days of bmth and since Sempiternal the two mellowed out but they’re still silly I promise. He used to be a huge aficionado for smoking weed but I’ll be honest he either just doesn’t talk about it anymore or doesn’t smoke anymore :-(… his most iconic moment: in Lads On Tour he was super drunk in the back of the bus and their friend Stokesy and Tom are asking him to retell a story about him stealing a forklift from a venue and driving it around (because Lee their guitarist dared him to 😭) and he made the mistake of saying “I driv’d it about” and it’s the funniest thing ever 😭😭😭 he also has pissed in the tour bus fridge by drunkenly mistaking it for the bathroom (on his birthday no less) and I love him. Agent of chaos this man is <3 OH ALSO!!! he has ADHD which is what got him into drumming in the first place and he’s so funny because in the earlier days of their band during conversations he didn’t want to have he would either walk away or just start playing drums really loud 😭

Matt Kean: Matt Kean is their bassist and is pictured here with Matt, for all intensive purposes I refer to him as Vegan because that’s his nickname to differentiate him from the other Matt in their band xD

Vegan, funniest fellow ever. He’s so quiet but god I love him. He’s so silly. His nickname is Vegan because his name is also Matt, but when he met the other guys their differentiation was that Vegan was…vegan and Matt was not (Matt was briefly vegan in the early 2000s but I believe he gave it up lmao). He is legitimately so so so underrated. When he first started playing shows with the band he used to play backwards with his back facing everyone to hide the huge smile he’d have while playing because he’d always wanted to be in a band and play music with people and he was just so overjoyed to be able to do that but it didn’t fit with their image to be happy and giddy so he’d hide it 😭😭😭 to me he’s like. Quiet guy with very little words but everything he DOES say in interviews does not miss. Funny as fuck for no reason. I love him forever. ALSO he has 2 cats named Koi and Kikui(? I’m saying this off the top of my head so it might be misspelled sorry) and they’re soooo cuteeee….i love u Mr Kean <3

Lee Malia: Lee is their guitarist! Here he is pictured with Vegan :3

Lee is so cute and also super super underrated!! He’s a crazy good guitarist and BMTH would not be the band it is without his insane playing…Lee’s super funny, he and Oli have been friends since they were kids and they used to go out to watch Jurassic Park in theaters together as kids 😭😭, he’s super super shy so he doesn’t say much on camera, but he’s so silly!! In Lads on Tour he side eyes Oli for trying to kiss Vegan and it’s fucking hilarious 😭, he also gets approached by a fan that doesn’t speak English and they mistakenly call his playing terrible instead of terrific and he gets so sad he’s like awh :( and lights up when the fan corrects himself ehehehe…Lee is so cute, I feel so bad I don’t know too much fun little facts about him in comparison to everyone else but I promise he’s a cutie!!!!

John Jones: JJ is their touring rhythm guitarist/ex tech (I believe he was one of their guitar techs? im not exactly sure tho xP) and has been their touring rhythm guitarist since Jona left the band in 2012, but has been with BMTH for years before that! Here he is pictured with Lee :3!

Honest to god I know the least about JJ out of everyone in BMTH, I am so sorry JJ lovers out there. All I do know is that he’s been in the band whether it’s been as their tech or as their touring guitarist for a very long time! He also is apparently super active on the BMTH subreddit, which is really cool that he interacts with the fans so much! I think he’s really cool and a very vital part of the band :-)!!! He has said before that he doesn’t particularly want to be an official member of the band, but he’s been touring with them for so long he might as well be xDD

Jordan Fish: Jordan is their ex-Keyboardist/Producer, & he was in the band from 2012-2023! Here he is pictured w/ Oli and Matt :3

Jordan I miss you every day king…he was so funny and he contributed so much to the band…gah!!!! Jordan joined the band in 2012 when BMTH was looking for a different sound and found him as he was playing music for a band called Worship. He initially didn’t even wanna be in the band and just wanted to be their producer, but he got along so well with them that they were like what the fuck no be in our band you’re awesome we can’t do this music without you, so there he was. Musically, Jordan is legitimately the reason why everyone loves Sempiternal, and GOD his backup vocals on the entirety of That’s the Spirit…..god. But also, Jordan is so funny and him and Oli are like two peas in a pod. There’s one video of him completely drunk out of his mind at the Kerrang 2015 awards show and it’s the most hilarious thing ever he’s a silly drunk and was talking about the most random shit ever <3 also the making of Ludens video was so funny because they made Ludens in their hotel rooms and bc the wifi was so bad his program kept crashing and Jordan slowly became more and more insane about it every time it would crash and it was so funny 😭😭

Jona Weinhofen: Jona is their ex-rhythm guitarist! He was in the band from 2009-2012, here he is pictured with Matt, Vegan, & JJ! :3

Jona joined the band after their original guitarist Curtis left, they met him through mutual friends. Jona is Australian! He was in the band I Killed the Prom Queen before BMTH, and once he joined BMTH there was no going back !! God, musically Jona-era BMTH holds a very special place in my heart simply because of how well Jona and Lee worked together with their playing, and with Jona’s backup vocals on their songs as well! Jona is straight-edge and vegan, which is pretty cool!! Also, that last picture of him with JJ is him fitting in a baby harness, that is all <3

Curtis Ward: Curtis was their ex-rhythm/lead guitarist before Jona! He was in the band from the beginning in 2004 and left mid-tour in 2009, here he is pictured with Vegan :D

Honest to god, Curtis is also super underrated. Essentially, BMTH formed with Oli, Matt, Lee, Vegan, and Curtis. They made music and wanted to tour the world together and made all these promises to each other that they’d be a band no matter what. But then they started touring and Curtis started getting homesick, and started missing his girlfriend and all that stuff. And mid-tour after they were still celebrating the release of Suicide Season, Curtis just decided to leave the band. They all got really pissed off and all yelled at each other and so Oli started writing angry ass lyrics about him, which ended up becoming ‘Blacklist’ later on lool…after BMTH im not too sure what he got up to, I do know that he took up modeling! He’s a silly little emo boy that shredded on guitar and formed a great band but then left said band because touring got the best of him and he deserves so much better than the shit Oli and Matt gave him during TIAH-era bmth <3

Im around 5’8, with wavy brown hair. I have sort of caramel like highlights. slightly curvy, dimples (IDFK BAHAHA)

My style really varies. It mainly fluctuates between modern grunge- ish (think baggy jeans, docs, mesh tops, smudged eyeliner) to ‘i have a trust fund’ (very scandi style). Lots of trench coats and dramatic blouses aswell.

Mattheo is the definition of golden retriever puppy disguised as a Doberman. Cool, edgy, snarky, but secretly a huge softy. (Someone please give this boy a hug).

He's also the most emotionally constipated of all the Slytherin boys. None of them are good with emotions, but Mattheo has it the worst. Love just isn't something that's ever been displayed in his life so it's quite foreign to him.

When Mattheo first met you, he was intrigued. Usually girls just giggled and flirted with him. But you were willing to go toe to toe with him, and it took him aback. He probably spent weeks watching from a far in quite admiration, not quite able to get a read on you.

When he finally works up the courage to talk to you, he's shocked by how well you both get on. You're able to stand your ground against him with ease, and even push right back.

He loves your fierce bluntness, your confidence, and your willingness to go to war for people you care about.

He also doesn’t open up to people easily, but your soft side and love for physical affection crack him right open.

He'll never admit it, but he loves that he's the only one that gets to see your soft romantic side.

Speaking of affection, this boy needs someone to dote on him. He’s eating out of the palm of your hand for a crumb of attention and learns how to dote on you right back. (He likes leaving you silly notes in your text books, but will vehemently deny it when confronted about it)

This boy is an absolute slut for physical affection though. He has his hands on you at all times whether it be a hand in your pocket, on your waist, an arm wrapped securely around you, he will not leave you alone.

Some might find your constant bickering to be concerning, but you keep each other on your toes.

The first time Mattheo is fully convinced that he might just be in love with you is when you snap back at a group of students who are talking their usual shit. Normally Mattheo would beat them to a pulp, but this time he’s the one holding you and your biting words back.

He thinks you’ve never looked more beautiful btw.

After that incident, you both go back to his dorm. He's not really sure what to say. No one has ever really gone out on a limb for him. Showed that they cared. All he knows is that one minute you were ranting about "how bloody ignorant" some people can be, and the next he had you wrapped in his arms with his lips on yours.

Once it's official, he can't wait to make sure everyone knows that you're his. He's wildly overprotective, but never lets you see it because he doesn't want you to feel smothered. (He knows you could beat his ass)

He makes sure you're at every one of his quidditch games wearing his jumper, or his jersey, or his thick Slytherin scarf. He likes to show off for you. His favorite thing though, are the post game make-out sessions under the stands.

He also has a nasty habit of sneaking into your dorm room after hours for a quick (or not so quick) late night cuddle.

The boy is disgustingly obsessed with you and does everything in his power to make sure you, and everyone else knows it. He didn't grow up feeling loved, and wants to make certain that it's not something you'll ever feel.

I'm thinking about my 7 year old oc again

My "little" rant is below the read more so I don't clog up your feed and there's descriptions for the art with a bit more information in the alt text thingy. I add alt text with personal comments to most of my posts but I saw a post somewhere saying most people don't even realize the feature exists, so I'm just. I'm stating it here it exists I use it

While Jessica was experimented on by an entire institute, there was one main person overseeing the experiment, and that was the guy up there. The original experiment was to see what happened when you combined animal DNA with human DNA, since in this fake world genetic science is a bit farther than ours today, and this particular facility had successfully given animals different attributes, such as a rat gills and and chicken a tail like that of a cat. Despite both those creatures dying within hours, this corrupt motherfucker decided to try and get a human subject, and Jessica's family needed the money. Thankfully, not only did the test of giving her dog dna [idfk I'm a cat person give me a break on the breeds] worked, it turned out she was much harder to kill, and had not grown as expected from a 14 year old girl who's going through puberty and in turn growth spurts.

Anyway yada yada she broke out find out she's immortal whatever. Other notes :

She has a brother. I forgot his name but he did have a name, and was later submitted to the facility before her family found out she was missing at the age of 19 and survived, but he gained a compromised immune system and I might give him mobility aids. His color scheme is mainly green and yellow and I always think of those aesthetic pictures of the shoreline when I think of him. Jessica meeting her brother [now technically 23] is a very big help to her recovery, and while her brother is accepted and loved in their home town, Jessica can't bring herself to come back and usually asks him to visit her on the edge of town or at her house, usually bringing along friends. Eventually the main scientist dies by her hands and she covers it up ["cmon gromit, we have to hide the body! There's not cheese and crackers in hell, gromit!" /ref], and a few years later the facility is shut down due to malpractice and Jessica slowly starts to actually visit the town and her parents. They never have the same relationship they used to, but her parents are just happy she's safe and sound and being taken care of.

Jessica will eventually outlive Flora and inherit her belongings, as Flora lived alone her entire life, her photography career and later Jessica being more than enough to make her happy. Jess would start managing her social media when she got older, and never had the heart to delete anything, inviting her distant family to the funeral and arranging for her to be buried in the woods near her home. She's still visibly 14, and would simply live later with her brother in Floras old home and take care of it the best she could. Her story is about moving forward, and as such, you could say she has an infinite epilogue, rather than my other ocs who never get an ending, and the ones that do are frozen at the very end of it, not meant to go any further.

Jessica isnt meant to be aroace, but I heavily imply it because her never aging causes complications, and this isn't really a vampire example. She and her brother are the only one of their kind, and her brother is still destined to fall at some point, aging slowed dramatically rather than completely stopped. I used to consider giving her a love interest for hours on end, but eventually her being 14 would interrupt it and I just gave up. Flora however, is aroace, sex adverse and is the reason she chose the lifestyle she did.

Speaking of Flora, dispite living in the middle of nowhere in the woods, she's quite the extrovert. She loves nature, and used to be a wildlife ranger before her photography career took off, and often travels around the world to capture wildlife. When she found Jessica and found out she had run away from home, and didn't ask any questions after until they had more trust built up between them, simply providing shelter and care that eventually became a permanent roommate situation. She slowly worked up to taking jobs around the world again, but now that Flora had someone to come back home to, she booked her flights to make sure she could be home as much as possible. I think if Jessica was a normal girl and somehow found her way to Flora, they would spend weeks in Paris and Britain together, Flora never leaving Jessica behind on her trips. Unfortunately, werewolf science experiments would never get past TSA.

I don't know if I've ever said this but hey I'll say it again she used to have actual wolf dna, hence werewolf, hence Jessica Winterwolf, but I learned to draw wolf ears from gacha life and I genuinely didn't know what to do about it and couldn't think of another way of drawing them without them looking like cat ears, so I just made them floppy like a pug. Also Winterwolf is because winter is Jessica's favorite season.

Similarly with Jessica's ears originally being gacha life, I actually conceptualized her fully for the first time with a designed I liked in there, and one of the bits that stuck was the fact that she has crescent shaped pupils that are a lavender shade.

Her existence was heavily inspired by a series named "Harrowed Past" which has now been taken down by the creator, but the characters still live on, you can probably find it if you search up "pip and twitch thedragonhat" which I think is who made it?? Oh well I'll edit the post later if I'm wrong. Twitch was actually the first piece of art/fanart I ever made with the purpose of getting better at art, and I really wish i still had it, but I can't even find a picture i took of it or anything. Unfortunately, the character is really hard to find since his name is shared with the giant streaming site Twitch. I haven't watched the guys stuff in a long while but I think he uses twitch as his main vtuber for streaming nowadays which is cool.
