"you're kidding me," you hear silverwolf's annoyed voice through your headphones.

silverwolf watches through your camera as you put both your hands together and lower your head in apology. before you can say your sorry excuses, the hacker sighs loudly and beats your incoming punch with her own. "it's the meta isn't it?"

"i mean, it'd make sense to pull for newer characters since you can't even clear endgame," she teases, taking a jab at your gaming skills every chance she gets like she usually does. her voice sounded light and casual but the twinge of dejection didn't escape your trained ears. you couldn't think of anything else to say since she saw right through your reasons.

"i won't say i don't understand. i'm a gamer too, y'know." silverwolf shrugs as she pops her bubblegum with a loud smack. she takes out her phone and gave it a few taps.

"but that doesn't mean i'm gonna accept your decision." and with that, your screen suddenly turns black. you try to restart your computer and reboot the game but the black screen keeps staring right back at you.

after a few weeks of multiple failed attempts, rendering you unable to pull for the character you wanted. hours right before the banner ends, your computer finally comes back to life. however, you log in to the game only to find out all your reserves of stellar jades and special passes were emptied.

you hear a bubblegum smack as you look at your screen in despair.

lingsha

"i wonder what made you go back on your promise," lingsha is as sweet as ever even as you break the news to her. she smiles at you over your screen albeit her eyes were dimmer and you see a raging vein popping in the side of her smooth forehead, a clear sign she's quite irritated.

"you were doing so good saving up for me, dear. you even told me you were going to get all of my eidolons," her smile twitches as the words leave her mouth and her hands that were petting tuskpir freeze for a moment before caressing again.

"did other women caught your eye, perhaps?" she asks with a raised eyebrow, staring right at you and boring a hole through your soul despite being in a completely dimension as you. "no, of course not," you deny as soon as her words materialized in the air.

"then, what prompted the change of plans?" she asks again, more firmly this time. tuskpir notices the change in her demeanor and quickly scurried off, leaving you alone to deal with a quietly seething cauldron master.

"have you lost interest in me then? maybe in starting to lose my touch." linsgha is confident she has you wrapped around her finger but she still couldn't help but question, it has more to do with her desire to see you squirm uncomfortably rather than being conscious of her charms.

"you know as well as i do that i haven't," your answer sounded more like a plea. it gave lingsha satisfaction but, unfortunately, her mind games are not over yet. at least not until she gets what she wants.

"so, what is the reason then, darling," the question leaves her mouth for the third time but her small smile never left her face once although it was slowly becoming smaller and smaller. you stay silent, racking your brain for reasons to ease her tranquil wrath. she takes your pause as cue to give you her final blow of the long interrogation.

"if you don't have one, then let's do as you promise. warp for me." there wasn't room for questions unlike her previous remarks. her hand outstretches to you as if inviting. you nod without a second thought.

the herta

"why?"

herta is confused. not pull for her? that is something even lifeforms with the lowest intelligence would not dare do. unfathomable. doing the unthinkable might have been what initially made herta take interest in you but now she thinks you're losing a few braincells.

"who could possibly be better than me?" it would take a whole lot to damage the herta's enormous and pristine ego but she thinks your decision poked it a little. "there's no correct answer by the way. no one is better than me," she answers her own question.

"perhaps you've grown complacent because you have my puppets with you." she comes closer to your screen. "but do you not want the real thing?" she asks as her voice tickles your ears trough the speakers. but before she can get anymore closer she stops halfway through, rekindling your desire to pull her closer.

"well, feel free to do as you like. i could care less about what you do anyways," she flips her silky hair and struts away from you.

well, that went easier than you thought. you were sure herta would give you hell for even thinking about not pulling for her. so you go on your merry way to go back to farming.

"not even one stellar jade?!?! after three hours of farming!"

you spent your remaining fuels and trailblazer power but it seems the system is bent on cursing you. the monsters were harder to beat and the rare instance that you do the drops were extremely scarce.

in the end, you weren't able to pull for the character you wanted due to insufficient resources.

kafka

"there's no need to choose, love." kafka says calmly as she looks down at you from her seat. the camera is always angled upwards every time she's on screen, effectively you making you crane your neck to glance at her like is the sky.

"name the price and you shall have it," she declares without any hesitation. her smooth cheek rests on her palm as if sponsoring your pulls are as trivial as the sky being blue.

"i-no, it's wrong. i don't want you to use your money on me," no matter how enticing the offer was, your morals held you back from accepting. you're not her sugar baby, you remind yourself.

"and i don't want you wanting anyone else other me," she replies without missing a beat and your heart thumps louder with how fast she responded without an ounce of doubt in her smooth voice.

"so don't be shy and take it. i want you to have me."

sparkle

"YES! FIRST TEN PULLS AND SHE FINALLY CAME HOME!"

you stand from your chair in shock as the character you've been warping for appear on screen. your fingers hurriedly go to the character menu to greet the new addition to your roster.

"hello~, little one," the character greets you. odd, you don't think the character would call you 'little one'. you only know one person that would call you such nickname. the feeling of familiarity creeps up from your spine and settles at the back of your tongue as you come up with a plausible deduction.

"sparkle," you sigh. you should've known sparkle wouldn't just sit around and watch you warp for somebody else.

"oh no! my cover's been blown," despite the words, the character giggles as she puts her hand in front of her lips. slowly the character's appearance morph into the mischievous girl you know.

"whats with the disappointed look? you're hurting my feelings, cutie," sparkle fakes a pout as her hand press against her chest before her signature smirk takes home in her lips again.

"you should've seen your face when you were celebrating!" she clasps her hands in front and her eyes cloud and get dreamy as she reminisces your reaction.

"you must be even happier since you got a better one, me" she blows a kiss to your camera.

You’re both sitting in his office, you pulled up in a comfortable chair while he sits in his throne-like one. You’re pretty empty brained, but a question soon pricks up. Would Neuvillette still love you if you were a worm?

You turn to him, blinking before asking the question. His gaze turns to you quickly, turning from attentive to confused in an instant. His eyes stare through yours.

“A worm?”

“Yes, a worm.”

“… Why would you suddenly turn into a worm?”

You hadn’t thought that far. You space out for a bit, mulling over the question in your head before deciding on an acceptable answer.

“That doesn’t matter- would you still love me?”

He thinks about the question heavily, bringing a finger up to his chin as he contemplated. Looks like the both of you really had to think about this.

“Mm. I would miss you, but I would still give you a plentiful enclosure. With many fruits, and plenty of dirt to.. squirm around in.”

You accept this answer, placing a light kiss to his nose before going off to your mind.

SPARKLE:

“Nope, I wouldn’t!”

Her answer is very plain and simple, grinning at you as if she just won an argument. You pout at her, how cruel!

“Wasn’t Aha’s emanator a worm? Why would I ever be different!” You yell (playfully), gently pushing Sparkle.

“I’d crush that little worm, and I’d crush you too and watch all your little wormy guts spill out! Bleegh!!” She cries, rushing towards your torso to reenact a FNAF jumpscare(THATS THE BEST WAY I COULD PUT THIS IM SORRY.)

You fall backwards to the floor, squirming around as she tries to grab at you again and again. If anything, you really look like a worm right now.

“What did I ever do to you! Wouldn’t even put me in a little box? Not even a fun one with glitter and flowers-“

“Not a chance!”

“Well, what would YOU do if YOU were turned into a worm?!”

She thought for a few seconds, before answering with a big, big smile. She approached you, skipping around you like she was playing ring-around-the-rosie.

“I’d expect you to make a massive enclosure just for me! And fresh food daily, and misting, and lots and LOTS of love…”

SAMPO:

You ask the question to him while you’re both on your phones, simply existing together. He turns to look at you with a puzzled expression, before it softens up again.

“Ohoh- isn’t this one of those little coupley questions~?” He purrs, gently tapping his fist against the top of your head. His smile is contagious, resulting in you inheriting it as well.

“Well, good ol Sampo ‘Worm Expert’ Koski will be HAPPY to answer your question! Ahem, excuse me-“

Sampo proceeds to fix his hair dramatically, clearing his throat before adjusting the collar of his shirt. You watch him as if you’re watching your favorite show.

“A nice little glass enclosure so I can look at you, some fruits and veggies, oats- do you like oats still? Oh, so what- I’m getting off-track!” He whines.

His little performance totally captures you, and you find your head being moved to his lap rather quickly. You stare up at him, one hand folded over his as you watch him ramble.

“-And regular watering, making sure your enclosure is nice and wet. Don’t forget the temperature just to your liking! And some other things…”

DOTTORE:

You’re met with a dismissive grunt from him as soon as you even speak. He waves his hand in your direction halfhazardly, going back to the little engineering project.

“Did you even hear me? I said-“

“-I heard you just fine. I’m not answering your question, go ask another segment.” He grumbles, in a mildly annoyed mood (as always).

You wind up leaving his office, going down the darkened corridors to find another segment to answer your question. Although you pass multiple of them, they all seem busy and unwilling to talk.

Eventually you stumble across the perfect segment to ask. Yet again, you repeat the question. He simply looks at you strange, before going back to walking down the hallway.

“Can you hear correctly?” You shout after him, to no response. He could hear you just fine- he just didn’t have an answer.

You carry on the hallway, and into rooms, for a very long time. The moon sets and the sun rises before an answer finally creeps up on you.

Dottore puts an ungloved hand on your shoulder from behind you, glancing up and down at you. Your breath hitches in your chest, awaiting some lovely and well-thought out answer, totally befitting of the Doctor-

“No.”

She found you interesting. Very interesting at that. It was rare to encounter someone who was immune to her abilities. And it was even rarer to find someone who was able to peer into her mind instead.

Keeping close to you out of pure curiosity, she observed you constantly, not minding your abilities much. Although being unable to look into your dreams definitely irked her at times. She wanted to know what you were thinking of, what went through your mind, what you dreamt of when you slept, or entered the dreamscape. She needed to know, and yet her inability to do so is what kept her around you.

Black Swan would definitely try to mess with you a little if you attempted to read her mind. She still has her ways of shielding her true thoughts from you, so you two essentially constantly play a little game of tag. All in good fun ofcourse.

》KAFKA

She's very amused by your abilities and finds them almost funny. There aren't many who were able to resist her abilities after all. But that just makes her attracted to your presence more just to see if she can potentially slither her way into your mind in some other way anyways.

It becomes a one-sided game in between you two, one that makes you sigh internally every time you hear her asking you things in her mind. She may even think of odd or confusing stuff just to mess with you. She'd perhaps even have full-on conversations with you in her head that force you to speak to her out loud and make you look crazy to everyone around you.

But ultimately, you two are actually quite the great team. She doesn't have to worry about accidentally trapping you in her abilities whilst you can just read her mind during situations in which you can't talk to each other. It works out perfectly.

》SPARKLE

She may not visibly show her slight annoyance to you about your telepathic abilities, but she definitely thinks about it alot. Especially when you look right through her pranks, disguises and illusions. Where is the fun in that? It's really unfair!

But like everything in her life, she only sees this as a silly game between you two and perhaps even a challenge to outdo you one way or another. She has to for her own ego's sake. If anything, this just also becomes a way for her to train her own abilities better.

Sparkle appreciates your abilities greatly during undercover missions, though, especially as you're able to spot her in a crowd of people even when she's disguised as someone else. It makes things easier and safer that way, at least... but she still pouts a little when you're able to recognize her so fast every time.

I adore aus where the characters are aware of you in some way even though they're still in another world. My favorite of those concepts is an au where instead of them being your favorite gacha characters, you're THEIR fave.

I like to imagine that this version of them doesn't take place in their reality that we know of ingame. Instead, it's more of a modern au where they're just as chronically online and cringe as us lmao. Spamming their social media accounts when you get a new card (or whatever your game does) in all caps, falling asleep to videos of you talking. Maybe even writing long, angry replies on Reddit defending you and how you're best char. Here's some of the characters I feel particularly suit this idea

cw: mental illness (they're gacha addicts what else would you expect lol), mentions of death, light angst for some characters

-Caleb-

Listen, I can't NOT talk about Caleb here. This concept is practically made for his clingy, traumatized ass.

In this version of him, I imagine he started out pretty normal for a while actually, making friends pretty easily in his youth and all of that. Slowly but surely, though, things shifted. Family deaths piled up at an age where he just wasn't ready to handle that kind of emotional burden and... well, you know how guy friendships can be. He didn't really feel like he could turn to any of his real friends the way that he desperately needed to stop his entire world from falling apart.

And then there was your bright smile on his screen all of a sudden. He'd seen ads for the game you're in before, but he never got around to actually trying it out. Until that fateful day. After having gone through yet another funeral, his brain felt so fried and tired that he barely even processed his finger movements as he went through all the install screens, clicking the repetitive buttons and whatnot.

It's not like there's something wrong with the other characters or anything. They're fine and all, but he quickly started to realize just how much you stood out to him. How soothing everything about you was, as if you were actually there telling him everything would be okay. It doesn't take very long before he's full-on obsessed with you.

As a fan, he'd be so so pathetically jealous. Of course, he logically understands that he can't stop other people from looking at you, pulling for you, loving you... But holy hell if he doesn't want to just have you for himself, as ridiculous and impossible the notion is. He's the type of dude who'd legit get so heated over seeing someone mischaracterize you that he'd either send them a 1000 word rant or insta-block them. No in-between.

And yes, he would listen to your sweet voice every time he feels particularly lonely or grief hits too hard. You aren't going to judge him for crying, after all.

-Castorice-

Castorice in a modern au, in my opinion, would totally be a hospice worker. Ever since she was a child, she's had a knack for finding injured animals and would cradle them in her palms each and every time until they took their last breath. She's like an angel attracted to poor, suffering souls. Unfortunately, her young kid mind misinterprets the situation and believes she's cursed instead. It ultimately culminates into a full-blown phobia of touching people with both of her hands; it's just that ingrained in her that holding someone equals death.

Thankfully, as she gets older, she manages to cope with her fears a little better by putting her talent to good use. Whenever a patient in her care clearly expresses that they're ready to go, she's more than happy to help them pass on. But... it's still so achingly lonely. A real romantic relationship doesn't even process as an option to her, because, yknow. Physical intimacy.

That's why she grows so painfully attached to you, viewing you as her only real hope of having the lover she yearns for. Sure, she's not delusional. She knows you have a screen permanently forcing you two apart, but that's even better in her book. This way, her curse will never, ever harm you.

Castorice would absolutely be part of the hugging-a-pillow-and-imagining-it's-you club. Every single night, without fail, she wraps her arms and legs around her body pillow while imagining you. How warm you would actually be in her arms. She'd even go as far as to spray a scent on it—whatever reminds her the most of you while she's out shopping one day and picks it up.

As far as her online presence, she's definitely on the calmer side. Her account is filled to the brim with wholesome fanart of you, both reblogs and her own works. If anyone talks smack about you, she'll just block them and cleanse her soul with that adorable birthday art of you. Why waste precious energy on them when you're here to love and adore?

-Sparkle-

Sparkle is THE number one online troll, you can't convince me otherwise. Everyone else hates her so much, but somehow, they can never get rid of her presence. Aw, they blocked her newest account? Too bad, she's already got 3 other ones ready to go. But no matter how many times it changes, one thing remains consistent: that damn profile picture of you.

In a bizarre way, her determination to troll combined with your face being plastered next to her username kinda lets her... claim you? Nobody else would dare to use that photo of you as their profile pic, at least. It's not exactly the most orthodox way of showing her affection for you, but it gets similar results.

Now, everyone hates her and all, but most people have learned by now that she's best handled through methods like ignoring or blocking her. If they do that, typically Sparkle's attention wanes and she moves along to her next victim. But one person, one damn person, takes things too far. They start spamming insults towards you in her dms, tagging her in hate posts about you, everything to get under her skin. And it works like a charm. She's literally seething behind her dusty computer screen, losing her mind at every stupid notification sound.

Let's just say, that person won't be using social media again any time soon. Not once she's done with them.

-Ei-

It feels a bit strange, this version of Ei. Trust me when I say that every ounce of elegance and social skills her Genshin counterpart has flat-out doesn't exist in this world. I'm talking doesn't brush her hair most days, constant eyebags, won't even order at a drive-thru due to needing to talk to others, the works. It's not even necessarily that she's got social anxiety or anything like that. Ei plain old doesn't like people in this au, or at least, anyone other than you.

You're her rock that keeps her going every day. Why bother "making friends" when you're already here by her side every day? Why bother "taking care of her appearance" when you love her all the same? Her parents tried so hard to intervene and force her to act normal. They took away her devices and even forced her into therapy for as long as they legally could, but she just... wouldn't change. When they took her phone and computer, they'd expected her to switch hobbies. Maybe she'd pick up reading again. But every time they peek into her room, she's just sitting there with a vacant, empty expression. They can't hear it, but in her mind, you're still there right next to her keeping her company. It's honestly so heartbreaking to watch that they give up and let her have everything back again.

Truly, nothing else matters to her but you.

Unlike the others, she actually wouldn't have any social media presence whatsoever. Ei's stuck so far in her delusional attachment to you that she barely even can register the fact that she isn't your actual friend or partner. How could you not be, when you're together every moment of every day?

-Ganyu-

Ganyu's honestly probably the only one here with a genuinely healthy attachment level toward you, even if she admittedly uses you a lot to cope with her insecurities. You're just so, so sweet to her, having so many uplifting voice lines.

Her absolute favorite card of you is one where you're eating pastries with your game's mc. It comes with a corresponding unlockable event, where you encourage them to eat as much as they want. You even reassure them that no matter how they look or how much they weigh, you'll always love them. Essentially, you give Ganyu a free therapy session, and one that she greatly needs.

As much as she loves you, work forces her into being a filthy casual. Don't worry, though! She always makes time for limited content with you in it, like event stories and cards. Plus, she earns so much from her hard work. She can afford to spend an extra hundred... or five hundred... on duplicates of you. Even if your game's company is greedy as all hell, she still takes pride in funding them. If your game ever got the dreaded end-of-service announcement... she doesn't know what she'd do.

Her whale habits carry into social media, where she pays the bills of so many artists. They practically view her as a saint, both for how often she commissions them and for how willing she is to pay full price. Her? She's just happy to have all this extra content of you to admire. What a sweetheart ♡

First time writing for Ayaka 🎉 she is so cute

Ayaka Kamisato

Despite the fact that Ayaka is part of a powerful and respectful clan she is really kind and just want to have friends, she has some troubles to relate to others out of her duties but she likes meeting others, what she wants the most is have new friends and yet falling in love had caught her off guard

It isn't easy for her fall in love, she has to know you first but for her to develop a crush after that is pretty quick, it will take her a while to recognize her own feelings and it something that will make her too flustered and shy, this is the first time something like this happens to her so of course she is excited but at the same time insecure

Even so, she accepts quite quick her feelings and even tries to act on those feelings, more than trying to win your heart she tries to open up and show you who she truly is, she wants to get to know you more and more, besides with her crush for you also comes some admiration (and, honestly, you being quite stoic just increase her admiration)

Ayaka spends as much time as posible with you and she never stops smiling, despite feeling quite shy she just can't help but want to be closer and closer, she simply grows closer to you and open up when she feels like is a good timing to speak her heart out, so everything just end up coming naturaly, even when she can be quite organized and even have plans to what to do whenever you hang out she had never do something like make a plan to actually make you smile, so when it happens she is speechless

Ayaka freeze on her spot because she is a little shocked when she sees you smiling for the first time, and not only that but also you are smiling because of her, it take her a moment to get out of her shocked state just to become incredibly flustered in a second, suddenly her heart is raising and her cheeks feel like burning, even she has to look away in an attempt to calm down and yet she will not be able to get out of her mind the imagine of you smile

This event is something that will be stuck in her mind for several days, and every time she remember it again her cheeks immediatly flush bright pink, she is unable to stop herserlf from being excited because maybe that means that she has a chance with you, still she tries to remember herself to don't force it to happen again, just enjoy the memory and hope that she can make you smile again in the future

Sparkle

Sparkle is quite misterious and mischievous, when you speak to her you never know if she is speaking the truth or if she is just planning to play another prank, she is a masked fool after all. She doesn't mind at all meeting all kind of new people because at the end the only thing that matters to her is her own entretaiment

Falling in love with you was something quite unexpected but it isn't disappointing, after all this new feelings just means more to Sparkle's entretaiment, she is incredibly aware of herself and her surroundings so noticing her feelings for you is quite simple and not accepting them isn't even an option

Sparkle's crush just lead her to be closer and more interested on you, clinging on your side or vanish for a while to get to know about you in diferent ways, her feelings are really sincere but that doesn't mean she can't find joy on them and even play some jokes and pranks, besides the fact that you are stoic just make this even more entrataining

Sparkle will take as her own goal make you smile (or at least show any kind of emotion), she is a masked fool after all, she has a lot of trick under her sleeve, she has not shame on constantly bugging you to play games or even putting pranks on you, even going as far as disguise as yourself in an attempt to make you laugh

Despite being her whole goal the moment she finally manage to actually make you smile Sparkle is surprised for a brief moment, she simply stares at you at the moment she finally managed to make you smile before chuckling and teasing you about her victory, saying over and over again that she have win because she have finally made you smile and even praising herself for it

She will never admit it out loud but this actually makes her feel quite flattered, and not just that but it also bring her some pride (even more if you have laugh, even if it was a small laugh that is still her victory), the memory of your smile is something that she will keep close to her heart and it even makes her smile at herself everytime she remember it, still now that she have finally achive it she is constantly trying to make you smile and laugh more and more, even joking about how she can easily make you smile

Despite everything her feelings for you are sincere, so even if at the end her feelings aren't reciprocated she will not suffer since the memory of your smile would be enough

Ruan Mei

Ruan Mei has always had dificulties with understanding the feelings and relating to others, she has being taught that her work and studies are the most important thing so getting closer to her to be considere being close is quite dificult, and for her to fall in love its even a little more dificult but definetly posible, but even when she fall in love it will take her a long time to realice what she feels for you

In the meantime she tries to understand her sudden change in mind, suddenly she is thinking more on you, interested on what you have to say and even more she wants to be close to you! So, at the end, she decide to follow those desires to see what she can find out, to see to what will lead her

The fact that you are so stoic isn't much of a problem, she doesn't really understand feelings after all so even if you would express them frecuently doesn’t make much diference, she prefere to speak things clearly and directly, and the more time you two spend together the more she gets used to simply not seeing you change your expression

Since Ruan Mei doesn’t even fully understand her feelings everything she does that be an attempt to get closer and win your heart are just with the excuse of following the wishes she has to try just find out what exactly is what is making her feel and act like this, so when she end up making you smile one of those times you two were hanging out is something that caught her off guard

Making you smile wasn't her intention nor goal but now that have happened it make her feel warm and happy, it will be this what will make her finally realice that what she is feeling is love, she has a crush on you. It still take some time for her to fully understand her feelings but this have made it more clear

Even if she tries the memory of your smile simply doesn’t leave her mind nor that happy feeling she had the moment you smiled at her, even so she doesn't mind it, not only she likes feeling it but also give her the change to start a new investigation to see how far this feeling can lead her

There is a small desire for those feelings to be reciprocate but for now she has more than enough just be able to be at your side and enjoy this new little reseach, besides, with this new project of hers now she is more curious about seeing you express more and more, hopefuly she will be able to make you smile again someday

Have you seen her trailer? Of course, she'd love using the Tarot Cards

She doesn't always pull them but whenever she needs information she doesn't hesitate to use the cursed object

The High Priestess is her favourite card, although Death is the most valuable to her

She also has most of the cursed object locations memorized on most of the maps

Aventurine: Haunted Mirror

For him, his favourite would be the Haunted Mirror

Sure, he loves gambling and all but information is also useful

Before he starts making gambles it's important he assesses the situation first

It helps him find the ghost room as soon as possible

Not to mention the fact he loses at least 25% of his sanity seems like enough of a risk for him

It's thrilling knowing every second he touches it, his sanity gets worse and worse

The first time he used it, he definitely accidentally started a cursed hunt, he only realized why later

He only has the cursed object locations of the maps he likes, this includes Tanglewood, Ridgeview, Bleasdale, Edgefield and Willow Street, pretty much all the houses for him

Mydei: Summoning Circle

For him, it is the simplest one

No gambling with Tarot cards, no guessing when the heart pin would get pulled

It's just a quick light the circle, take a picture if needed, run to a hiding spot or loop around a table and figure out which ghost it is

It is also one of the easiest to find since its usually on the ground and pretty large, unlike the voodoo doll or music box

So if its not summoning circle he has to go find the cursed object which takes time

Usually Phainon knows the other locations though so he depends on him for it

Although he has a few cursed object locations memorized, the more he plays and figures it out the better he gets

Sunday: Music Box

For him, the Music Box reminds him a little bit of his sister

He finds the music from it a little creepy though and the fact it hunts after

Sunday won't use the cursed objects unless he really needs to

Similarly to Mydei, he also dislikes how the tarot cards and voodoo doll since he never knows when they could pull a hunt on him

He usually is the first one to find the cursed object just so he can let everyone know what it is and take a picture of it

Dr Ratio: Ouija Board

Dr Ratio loves the tools that allow him to have the most knowledge

With the Ouija Board, he can easily ask as many questions as he desires, where the ghost room is, where the bone is, how old the ghost is, how it died, etc.

He finds it very useful especially for finding things and checking if the ghost has EMF 5

Also if it's a Thaye he can ask the board its age both at the beginning and the end of the game

He will break the board when necessary if he wants to get it to hunt to figure out the ghost

Usually, he can figure out the ghost without it hunting, although if he's on Insanity or is on a no-evidence run then he will definitely need it to make it hunt

Also, he has all the cursed object locations memorized

Since he uses the ouija board a lot, he also has all the room names memorized and won't get confused about them

The Herta: Monkey Paw

Monkey Paw allows the user to gain a bunch of wishes which can be very useful for her

They allow her to leave whenever she wants, start a hunt, gain some activity

She also likes being able to wish for whatever she wants

Whenever her friends die, she always wishes to revive and somehow never dies herself

She starts hunting a lot since she can always figure out the ghost from a hunt

She doesn't wish for knowledge a lot since it blocks out her vision and hearing, if anything she'd get someone else to do that part of the wishing

And she also has all the cursed objects memorized

Although she loves playing Sunny Meadows so usually its all in the same room

Sparkle: Voodoo Doll

Sparkle loves using the cursed objects all the time

Voodoo is one of her favourites though

The risk that at any moment a hunt could start is thrilling for her

At the same time, the ghost could also through a book across the room which is funny for her

She will start a hunt when everyone is in the room, and then hide herself
