I’ve been looking at some reels and other videos of the hurricane Helene. The only effects we’ve had here in southeasternPA is a lot of humidity and a little rain now and then. But it’s been a LOT worse than that down South, as I’m sure you’re aware. Bridges have been destroyed as rivers race at flood stage. Of course, people and businesses have lost power. The Naturtiums around the birdbath are growing like gangbusters! When the hell are they going to make flowers and bloom?!?

The Blueberry Dome. One blueberry bush enters -- lots of juicy blueberries get harvested later.

The bush is loaded with flowers, so we're hopeful. Just have to keep the birds out of there. We'll see how it goes.

Not a great shot, but you can still kind of see it. It's more defined than it looks in the photo. Anyhow, seems we have a bit of a #fairyring in the yard. First time I've noticed it. Now I've got to go look up fairy rings in the grass and see what the heck it is. Besides a fairy ring. It's about 5 foot across. And, gee whiz, did it get warm today! 70⁰! Tomorrow, it's supposed to be a high of 46⁰, and Saturday is a high of 26⁰. I went to put Jessie out, saw the fingernail moon, and saw that it was orange. Thought that was pretty neat-o and cool. And then I had to Google which planet that was.
