Ive found a very specific way of writing down my thoughts that actually helps me

Ive always known that writing or journaling in the way that people would normally write in a diary in 1rst person has never helped me, and actually sometimes made me feel a little worse

But for some reason, dividing different conflicting feelings and thoughts I have into characters, and writing them interacting with each other, as if like a group of people, actually helps me process it better

I remember I used to do this about two and a half years ago, but I'm picking it back up again.
