ok writing out my thoughts is a lot harder than i expected because there’s just so little scenarios that izzy would Let himself be vulnerable in.

but say there’s been a raid, and izzy’s been injured. nothing huge, but his hand’s a little messed up. he knows he should go to roach for anything like that but that would mean admitting to a weakness, no matter how small, which he just won’t do. he won’t do that! so he makes a bandage out of spare rags and continues with his duties fine enough, but then stupid fucking stede bonnet comes along always caring about people and fussing over something minor like that, and izzy would never willingly accept help from him of all people but apparently everyone is against him today and ed’s ordering him to let stede at least take a look and he can’t just. refuse. he’s a dick but an order is an order and he’s going to follow it. so he agrees (with tons of complaining and rolled eyes), and finds himself hours later in the captains shared cabin, sat on a chair that’s far too soft with a cup of tea on the table that’s far too hot, stede’s on some rant about how “silly” he is for risking an infection for his reputation, and izzy considers leaving, slamming the door in his face and going to bed because 1) they hate each other and 2) he’s FINE. but ed is sat opposite to them, because he knows izzy and stede well enough that there’s no way in hell he’ll leave them alone together or they’ll be duelling in less than 20 seconds, and izzy knows ed well enough to know that upsetting his little boyfriend is a one way ticket back to square one. so he stays, uncharacteristically quiet save for a few complaints here and there. he’s thankful that stede also doesn’t want him there any longer than he has to, because it goes by quite quickly. but somewhere between cleaning and redressing his hand, stede’s being too gentle. he hisses and yanks his hand back, and bonnet looks up at him almost sympathetically, muttering something about knowing it hurts but he needs to get it over and done with, so izzy places it back onto his lap and turns away, biting his gloved knuckle to stop himself making anymore embarrassing noises. and apparently he can’t have any peace today, because ed’s clearly caught on, and the stupid smirk he’s wearing hasn’t been seen since they were younger, before blackbeard and first mate hands, when it was all muffled giggles and late night tickle fights, and for some odd reason his chest aches a little, but he has no time to think about it because it really tickles, and stede’s gotta be stupider than he looks because there’s no way he’s not realised between all the scuffed boots and huffs and slightly red face, but he seems … oblivious? and izzy’s never been so happy for something to finally be over.

“come back tomorrow mate, yeah? just to make sure, can’t risk you being out of duty.” ed says innocently enough, but the shiteating grin he has makes him more nervous than he cares to admit, so he nods and leaves without even a thank you. and when he’s finally out of earshot, the first thing stede says once he stands is “ticklish?”, and ed cackles.

And Stede's innocent little, "Ticklish?" at the end is so cute too. Because you know Stede would never use it against him but Ed for sure will and absolutely rats out the fact that Izzy doesn't mind it later on. Not that Stede isn't still hesitant for fear of Izzy killing him asjgjhjki

i keep getting bullied but today was especially bad it is a long story, but if your okay with listening, also eitherway thank you

first these dudes in my class kept making weird comments ['do you want to [-] me', 'does she know how to talk? Do i have to sign to you?', and meowing and making yippee noises at me] and similar shit,then the girl behind me kept kicking my chair and tugging at my keychain [alastor] even after i told her to stop and so i couldn't focus on anything, the teacher moved me from my spot [i dont have any friends at the school so i wasnt talking to anyone, but she was changing up the seating plan which was kind of annoying since my brain is so used to going and sitting on that exact spot and so my brain had to load it but i could deal with that honestly, its just the combination of this and other shit]. I kept hearing my name whispered around but i didnt know why or what since i have shitty hearing so it didnt hurt as much but still wasnt exactly fun Then when i went to the bathroom girls were kicking and punching at the door to get it to open and i had to just sit there silently until they went away, and when they went away they closed the lights and closed both doors [the toilet has 2/3 mini hallways since its the 'fancy' one], and so i had to spend most of break feeling around the walls to get out and find the light because it was one of my first times using the upstairs one. and of course this triggered a fucking panick attack because why wouldnt it and of course instead of being maybe a tad empathetic, they started laughing [maybe because of how i looked? idfk]. and then we went to the assembally [assembelly?] for some random ass speech by the principal which i couldnt hear because, again, people were tugging at my bag and after i pushed a girls hand away she started insulting me and my looks/personality and started fucking meowing at me, which her and her friends found 'hillarious' and then the bell rang and so i had to just ignore that and go to the pickup area, when i was there there were already some students talking to my youngest sister and insulting her bcus they knew she was my sister and she started crying which hurt more because she's 7 and she had no beef with them other than being my sister :I this all happened today and i had to just pretend nothing happened at home because my mum wont do anything and she certainly wont let me go back to my old school and sorry if this is a bit a lot /gen i am very overwhelmed right now

My Sith Obi-wan's name is Darth Vain! But not necessarily Vain as in "cares about appearance", but more "everything is in vain."

He's part of a roleswap AU that I'm working on where Maul was taken in by the Jedi temple as a child as part of a new "dark sider rehabilitation program." Qui Gon takes him as an apprentice, which leaves Obi-wan without a master... until Dooku sees his potential.

I'm not sure exactly how it happens, but Dooku turns to the dark side, Obi-wan chooses to go with him, and Dooku thus fakes Obi-wan's death to get him out of public eye.

Now, he exists as Vain; a silent, masked figure that moves through the galaxy like a shadow. Maul is obsessed with finding him and figuring out who he is (if he even is a he; no one can tell Vain's gender with the mask on), ignoring his new Padawan, Anakin, in the process.

He has his right arm and leg chopped off (what I call "Half of the 'Anakin Special'") as a result of his fight with Maul (in this AU, Obi-wan kills Qui-Gon), and has a large stab scar in the stomach.

As you can see, I really leaned HARD into the Fantasy Japan aspect of Star Wars, and I think Obi-wan should get a big obi :)

Reading through your relationship post, does Cater ever confide in Paige about his loneliness and the way he feels like he can't always keep friends or connect with people because of how much his family moved around? If so, what does Paige think of this? Is it part of why he's built such a close bond with Cater?

Yes, you understood their relationship perfectly! Paige is one of the few that Cater actually confides his feeling unto, as a friend and a brother. Which is why Cater can be extra defensive of Paige: you could say he's as afraid of losing Paige as Malleus is afraid of losing Lilia.

Paige feels similarly connected and understands Cater's fear of loss. Since Paige's mother is an opera singer, it is expected for them to constantly move around for her job, which caused Paige to loose the ability to really attach himself to people. So when Cater needs to vent, Paige is always willing to lend a listening ear and validate his (very valid) feelings.

Seeing as they've both experienced similar experiences, the two of them have built a tight bond between the two!

Haha omg honestly I could see them LOVING becoming vocaloids, half their show is them singing anyhow XD I'll be honest, I know so little about Vocaloids other than they're anime jpop stars or something.

I only had the energy to sketch Hatsune Yakko but maybe one day I'll do all three of them... perhaps vocaloids based off their vaudeville "There's only one of you" outfits would be super cute!

Tbh I haven't thought about it much, so I'm gonna basically use this post as a word barf to brainstorm what might be in Orien's tent.

Orien is a former pirate and is absolutely in love with the sea, so he'd definitely have some treasures from his time on his ship. The tent itself would be made of sturdy canvas; likely blue with gold embellishments. he'd have a few chests to keep his valuables in-- namely expensive jewelry, old coins, gilded daggers, all the like.

His bedroll itself is super comfy; he sleeps with a lot of blankets. Eventually he gets his hands on a slightly wider bedroll so that Astarion can sleep next to him whenever he pleases (though Astarion usually ends up sleeping on top of Orien anyway, so it's not much use). Next to his bed he keeps a journal and a dagger in case of unwanted intruders. He also keeps a small stash of food and mead next to his bed-- those pirate survival instincts don't just disappear once you set foot on land, y'know!
