Yo saw you talking about Star Trek and wanted to say I like Just rewatched a satirical movie that parodies Star Trek called “Galaxy Quest” (1999). It’s really neat and is So Full of various references from like the old-school Trekkie fandom to Sigourney Weaver having also been in the Alien movies, so I’d recommend it for sure if you want some chuckles. ❁

It's funny you should say that bc Galaxy Quest is actually one of my favourite movies! My parents showed me it when I was a kid and I've loved it ever since. I've been meaning to rewatch it sometime soon though, so I might do since you mentioned it. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it btw, it's really funny and charming!
