Someone suggested Sora on discord and Here’s some doodles! I’m trying to find my style again, as it’s been a while since I’ve drawn WOF!

I tried to still make here look small ish like she was described but it’s hard to tell without another to compare her to

One again pulling what I wrote on the discord server and putting it here:

Sora and Ivankov are friends (also Sora is trans) and so Ivankov helps Sora and her children escape Germa.

It's a surprise attack, it was supposed to be a secret quick in and out, but they needed to do STH to stop Judge from immediately going after them, so goodbye laboratories. Sora can barely stay up but she manages to get all her children before Ivankov finds her. They don't take them to Baltigo, they meet up at a meeting up first with Dragon.

However, their disguised ship ends up being attacked by Zeff's pirates, and it happens as canon, till they're rescued by Ivankon and they finally go meet Dragon and he's to suggest windmill village, so they take them there. (Zeff stays with them)

It doesn't take them long to meet Makino, she befriends Sora instantly and decides to help them out, Ivankov has treated the kids to try to undo what Judge did, but it obv won't go away that easily, they're a little lost on how to help them be normal-er but they're trying, and Sanji is flourishing as a cook with Zeff and Makino. Theres a lot of kicking on Zeff's part.

Finally, Makino decides that they should have some friends their age, and who better than Luffy and his brothers? So up the mountain they go, Zeff doesn't go with them but Sora does, she and Sanji baked some pastries as a gift.

ASL and 124 obv clash on sight, they end up brawling until Zeff arrives and kicks them all.

Sora decides to regularly go up the mountain, even tho she doesn't really have the strength to do so, but she insists it'll be good for her and her children, and she manages to become Dandan's bestie much to the other woman's chagrin.

ASL adore Sora, Ace specially practically imprinted like a baby duck, it awakens some jealousy in the quadruplets (that's *their* mom after all)

Their rivalry becomes more and more friendly with time.

When Sora ends up bedridden, ASL and Dadan end up going down the mountain to visit regularly

They're very shaken up by Sabo's "death", Yonji is with Dogra when looking for Sabo, meaning, he gets to see the explosion and be extra traumatised by Sabo's "death", later he'll realise Sabo was his first love

And then it'll turn out that Sabo ain't dead uwu

It's the first time they cry.

Sora ends up dying some time after that due to her illness, but time goes on, Ichiji leaves with Ace, then Niji and Yonji also go on their own, and Reiju waits until after Sanji leaves with Luffy

Ichiji is sticking to Ace's ass when he confronts White Beard and later when he goes to look for Teach, he pulls the "We always done everything together" which is technically incorrect but still works because Ace ain't leaving him behind after that

The Alabasta reunion is very cute, Ichiji internally judges Zoro; Luffy, Sanji and the others think Acechiji are already together (they aren't yet) and Sanji denies having any kind of attraction towards Zoro when Ichiji brings out the topic (also Sanji might had once a little crush on Ace, one which Ichiji noticed and won't forget and which might have stopped him from starting a relationship with Ace until Impeldown and Marineford, when he's forced to accept his feelings and maybe do STH about them. Ofc he's unable to hold back after Marineford, and so is Ace, and they end up together but Ichiji still feels guilty because he doesn't know that Sanji got over that years ago and is busy being together with Zoro (they get together after Thrillerbark) so he tries to hide it until Sanji finds out Ichiji apologizes and Sanji is like "what for? I'm happy for you".)

Ace on the other hand is forced by the confrontation with Teach，when his impulsiveness and no-backing-down thing almost cost him Ichiji, but they're both taken and later separated in Impeldown so he can't do much about it.

Ichiji sees Ace's silhouette forming between Akainu's punch and Luffy, he barely has any energy left, and some of his old wounds may have reopened, but he can't simply stand and watch, somehow, he manages to throw himself in Akainu's way, arms hugging both Luffy and Ace, dragging them together. Akainu's punch burns through his arm and onto Ace's back, thankfully, before Akainu can do more damage, Reiju and Sabo finally catch up to them and intervene and drag them away from Akainu's lava.

Ace passes out, his vivrecard keeps shrinking, Luffy is screaming, their siblings pick them up and run away now that they have cover, Ichiji barely manages to catch Ace's vivrecard.

Kaishin Reveal and What It Means For You

Okay I need everyone to keep their shit together because I think this is being blown out of proportion. What follows is a quick rant about what the hell is going in the DCMK fandom and what is going on in fandom in general cause I don’t know why I’m seeing so many people lose their shit over something that was most likely going to happen followed by a quick lesson by a ‘fandom elder’ on how to ignore canon and make a ship your own. 

Spoilers ahead and whatnot. 

April 11th the DCMK 27 movie came out and information was revealed about how Kaito Kuroba and Shinichi Kudou are now cousins. Twitter lost its mind, Tumblr lost its mind, Discord servers are being created and now everyone is wondering what the hell should they do. 

I’m going to be honest, if you are a creator for KaiShin, please don’t delete your work. 

Either archive it or orphan it but please don’t delete it.

You put time and effort into this, into something you love, and just because the mangaka is so SO set in his ways of every single ship being friends to lovers does not mean you have to follow the same format. This doesn’t make you an incest shipper or whatever, it doesn’t make you a person who you don’t want to be, it’s just something that you had no idea of knowing was going to happen and I hope that you can look back at it fondly. 

Anyways, for those enjoying Kaishin on the sidelines all I’m going to say is Pick a Lane. 

Ignore Canon 

If you are an old time shipper then this may not be new for you. I mean Gosho literally had another ship that turned out to be cousins like at this point it’s ‘who is my cousin’ being played in the entire Detective Conan manga. You either already guessed it, are an active incest shipper (hi, hello, tis a me) or you are used to your favourites dying. This situation is no fucking different. 

Wolfwood is dead, in my head he is alive and well and treating his Plant husband right. 

Sora is missing, not in my head where he is kissing Roxas and Riku and Kairi and whoever else wants to get at the sunshine of the KH universe. 

Ben is dead, NOT IN MY REYLO FANFICTION. 

If you are a person who actively kept up with the manga or actively kept up with the show it is possible to ignore canon because they do not suddenly go super deep into being cousins and knowing about each other. They both don’t know if they are cousins or else the jig would be up immediately and the manga would be finished. You CAN ignore canon and if Kaishin is a ship that brings you joy and just serotonin production I implore you guys to choose this lane if you still want to enjoy Kaishin. 

It’s by far the healthiest option and teaches you how to curate your own fandom experience. 

Alternate Universes and You 

I was in the Hannibal fandom for a while and I clearly remember the ‘Hannibal is not a Cannibal’ tag on AO3. I thought it was hilarious but I would never dare to make fun of it because that is a prime example of CURATING YOUR FANDOM EXPERIENCE.

Or just make a quick blurb of how you mean this drawing/fic to be perceived. Again, this is your experience and you get to make the space you want to make. Again, if you want to delve into AU’s then that is up to you and I think it’s a pretty good lane for those who just feel weird about the whole reveal. 

Stepping Away

Your moral values are your own, people, and I am in no position or even want to judge them. If you feel uncomfortable about this now, see your love for Kaishin diminishing because of the reveal or just don’t see yourself shipping Kaishin in the future then you are more than capable of measuring your response and stepping away from the ship entirely for your own health. 

Is it going to be sad? Yes, but they are fictional and I recommend having an idea of what you have in your life outside of fandom that makes you happy that you can focus on as you go through this. College, work, whatever hobbies you may have taken up–hell put all your eggs into another ship that you know also brings you joy! 

Do not let this dictate your day or your month or your year. This is just fandom, you don’t have to make a big statement unless asked about it, you do not have to justify your decision to anybody, curate.your.fandom.experience. 

I’m going to end this with a repeat of what I just said. 

This is all fictional. We are playing in a fictional sandbox where we can all make whatever we want in any capacity and as long as it is tagged correctly then nobody’s lines have to be crossed. If you just started enjoying Kaishin, find out how you still want to enjoy it or step away. If you have shipped Kaishin for a while, do the same fucking thing! The east side of the fandom is having a field day with the movie, why can’t the west have some fun too?! 

I’m going to ship Kaishin (however all my reblogs will be moved to my other blog for incest-y stuff and just other content people may not vibe with in general) and hell I might just join the Kaishin Big Bang for the hell of it because I have been shipping this ship since I was 15 years old and I’m about to be 30 so….I’m staying fucking seated cause you aren’t getting me out of this chair, Aoyama, you aren’t getting me to ship Aoko with anyone other an Akako so suck on that.

You know watching that clip of Roxas wanting to know the truth of his origins I can't help but laugh nervously like oh Roxas sweetheart honeybun trust me you do not want to know because the truth is so much worse than he thinks in canon.

Cause you think it's pretty simple right? Sora gives up his heart thus Roxas is born. Oh but he looks like Ven? Well makes sense Ven was released alongside Sora's heart and made its way to Roxas. But then we have to get to the how and why they ended up like that in the first place. Cause if you think about it too long like I did you realize jesus christ the road to Roxas creation was paved with blood and mass murder O_O

In order for Roxas to be born Ventus has to be in the future (present? whatever time travel is wonky) and he has to end up alone in the keyblade graveyard and be abused for a year by xehanort and then get dumped on the destiny islands to die. But before that we have to go back to the age of fairy tales when Ven is a union leader traps an original Darkness within himself nearly dying in the process and everyone figures out that MoM essentially is using them as live bait to trap the other darkness' and leave the dandelions to die. But before we get to that we have to go back a year to when MoM purposefully sowed the seeds of discord amongst his apprentices so their friendship would fracture and the fissures would go to the unions causing everyone to turn on each other. Tensions start rising and before we know it a full blown war breaks out and thousands of children are sacrificed as they cut each other down and MoM is just off to the side watching all this like, "yeah this is an acceptable turn of events I am absolutely okay instigating the slaughter of thousands of innocent children and destruction of the world to defeat darkness this is indeed a worthwhile and good plan :)"

But before even that we have to go to like 10 minutes before (well 2 years and 10 minutes before I guess) because Strelitzia was meant to be a union leader but she was obsessed with player and wanted to save them from the keyblade war, and Darkness chose her to be a necessary sacrifice by taking advantage of a little boy's pain and loneliness and swapping their places. Had they not done that Ven likely would've died in the keyblade war meaning none of the following events post war would've played out the way it needed to for Roxas to exist.

So going back to Sora his heart joins with a traumatized and dying Ven as a newborn saving him. Then 4 years go by and Ven seeks sanctuary with Sora after almost dying again. This puts Sora within Xehanort's path and Sora's world eventually falls. His love and conviction for his friends keeps him going but he ends up having to fight his best friend seemingly to the death and has to essentially kill himself to wake up the love of his life not even sure if he'll survive what he's about to do. So before he dies he gives one last big grin and prepares to meet his fate like Ven has before him. And it is the release of Kairi and Ven's wounded heart that leads to Roxas being born.

All it took was a megalomaniac keyblade master deciding yeah the painful death of thousands of children and countless worlds plus the death of a few hundred is absolutely worth trapping darkness but his plan goes a bit sideways and the union leaders escape and manage to build back some of the world that inevitably leads Xehanort to his own crazy scheme and the egging on of the hidden 6th apprentice also manipulating things behind the scenes and destroying the innocence and lives of two innocent boys who only ever wanted to be with their friends and live their lives with them. And we still haven't fully touched on Vanitas which is a different can of worms. If even one bad thing deviated or didn't happen no Roxas. So everything had to go perfectly wrong for everyone for him to be here.

So yeah Roxas are you sure you wanna know where you came from or why? Are you sure you want to burden the full knowledge when even the one's who paid the price currently don't? Is it really worth it Roxas? Is it?

The sheer amount of events in the Kingdom Hearts timeline that exists solely due to an insane domino effect the likes of which humanity has never before seen is frankly ridiculous.

What if Baldr never succumbed to darkness and killed every single one of his friends except Xehanort and Eraqus (and BragiLuxu)? Xeha and Eraqus would've never had their views of Darkness vs Light twisted so much that they became extreme extremists. Without Xehanort doing his. thing. the entire plot of "current day" Kingdom Hearts would not have happened. Same thing goes for the what-if of Xehanort never leaving Destiny Islands.

Similarly, what would've happened if the Destiny trio never left Destiny Islands/DI never fell to darkness in KH1?

What if Strelitzia never died and got replaced by Ven? Or, what if one of the other Union Leaders was killed by darkness? What if the Foretellers never fought each other?

Of course, this all leads back to "what if the Master of Masters wasn't who he is as a person."

Roxas is the culmination of hundreds, if not thousands of years of bloodshed and interfered destiny all represented by a singular teenage nobody who eats a lot of ice cream and cares a lot about a lot of different things (most of all, his friends)

Honestly, I think I’m having a bit of Precure burnout. I haven’t been watching Hugtto or keeping up with Hirogaru Sky in a while, and I don’t think I will for some time. Probably gonna change my pfp soon, idk

I had high hopes for Hirogaru, but from what I’ve seen of it, it started out with a great first episode and then slowed down. Then again, the last episode I watched was the one where Sora, Mashiro, and Tsubasa come back from Skyland, so maybe it picked up after that

Well, to me, everything after Healin Good feels a bit repetitive, and also like they’re skimming over the interesting stuff while giving too much focus to other things, but I haven’t seen many of the other modern Precure seasons (such as Star Twinkle, KiraKira, etc), so maybe they’re like that too

Sorry, this is a bit of a vent. It’s just that whenever I try (or someone else tries) to voice thoughts like these in this magical girl Discord server I’m in, a certain few vocal people act like anyone who complains about anything in Precure is unreasonable because it’s a kids’ show and we can’t change anything with our complaints

I mean, they’re fine with complaints about the really bad stuff, like the whole Coco Nozomi thing in Yes 5, but saying the current season has pacing issues? That’s a no-no

And they turn around and complain about things that they obviously can’t change either, like those very inaccurate CBR articles, but that’s okay because it’s not Precure I guess

I’m not trying to get anything changed. I know nothing will change. I just want to share my thoughts, and sometimes my thoughts are negative. Is that really so bad?

Do you mean my current favorite ship to write? Or do you mean ships I love but do not write? So lets break it down and focus on the first one!

Ships I love to write:

Vanitas and Riku (@darkheartedprince) - This ship has been a current hyper fixation of mine due to the long past we have from when I was first on this blog and over the many reboots. Taea has sent me down a spiral giggles and kicking my feet over these boys and it is so nice to reconnect again!

Vanitas and Nicole (@gamenu) - MEI MEI IS THE BESTEST OF BUN DOOTERS EVER AND WITHOUT THIS SHIP I WOULD NEVER HAVE MADE AN AMAZING BEST FRIEND. Now that that has been said, Nicole is his lovingly annoying Star Girlfriend. She taught him more advanced magic and she just lets him come to her when he is close to losing his sanity. She is his comfortable place and He is her protector. These two make me so soft I sob.

Vanitas and Sora (@bishonenprince) - While we have MOSTLY teased back and forth about this on Discord because CHAOS, I look forward to the day when the boys are comfortable enough to take that step! I know this will be pure chaos and honestly that will be so much fun to write and I am just excited. I still find it crazy how we knew each other years ago! Fate and all that jazz~

Vanitas and Eva (@liightbringr) - This is THE WIFE. His Ride or Die. There is no one who can hold a Candle to Eva in this ship and their verse. When I tell you Val is the bestest of best friends it still wouldn't be enough to tell you how much I adore and love this woman and her muse.

There are a few more I use to ship but due to me coming back to Tumblr and most of my old ships gone its hard to say but currently these are ships I adore. While I want to go into more details for the second half of the ask I think I will stop here so this doesn't become like 3 miles long. Thank you again!!

Oh hey it’s the anniversary!

First off, 22 years of kh how are we feeling about that?? Good? Hopefully good

Here to just kinda talk about what this series means to me, because it really is very near and dear to my heart. I’m certain that when I look back on my childhood and especially my teen years I’m going to think of Kingdom Hearts. The love I have for this series is kind of nuts (thats… nuts) and no matter how many times I can be frustrated with the stupid lore, or dumb decisions made for characters, or the fact that games keep getting delayed, it comes from a place of love.

I’ve also met some of my best friends through KH (shout outs to the KC discord server, yall know who you are <3) and of course I would meet the best people through a game about friendship and having one of the most iconic lines be “my friends are my power”. I guess that gives me a moment to talk about why these characters mean so much to me. While I will admit Nomura isn’t the best at giving all characters equal time in the spotlight when many may deserve it, the characters that do get time are just incredible. Sora is obviously the best example of this, this happy go lucky kid who just wants to help people, but Riku and Aqua are also just some of the best characters. Riku has his multi game long struggle with the darkness, and Aqua has dealt with so much hurt and trauma that I hope will get explored still (Kairi and Aqua game where they maybe go into how being in the RoD effects her more???)

Of course people gravitate to this series, these characters are amazing. Roxas and Xion’s fight for identity, Terra’s fight with the darkness that leads him to his doom, the mystery behind characters like the Master of Masters and Luxord. Gahhh I love the characters in these games so much

I really think about this every year, I worry I take this series for granted and that my constant theorizing and thoughts of shipping have ruined it for me. I don’t think they have, I think it’s just a way of keeping myself engaged especially with the complete lack of news. And it’s frustrating to not get anything at all, but I hope maybe we’ll get literally anything news related today. Apparently the games are going on sale again, I guess that’s something?

Anyways, I hope you all have a great day. I am going to now go wish news into existence by wearing everything kh I own and hitting people on the head with my keyblade

So please don't judge me for this. I am still even now still trying to figure myself out. I am Median. So, I know for sure the 3 other names not my name at birth that I resonate with, that feels good if I were called them are: Aura, Yuki, Sora (even though I recently changed it to Sky...but IDK, I might change it back). I've seemed to have lost my Little self. Indigo sounds like a great name, but I'm not sure if it sounds like a 'me' name like I don't think it resonates with me deep enough or not. At first, I was like: Aura: Role: Empath, Race: Cyborg; Yuki: Role: Kuudere, Race: Alien; Sora: Role: Tomboy, Race: Elf. And idk anything about the Little anymore. But idk if that makes sense because Aura feels like she should be blond, but cyborg me feels a connection w/characters w/the looks of gray hair and eyes. But then, in that case, idk Aura's race, nor cyborg's name. But then I start thinking: Does each facet really have to be an otherkin race? Why am I trying to get them each to fit in a different non-human race? It's not necessary. But for some reason, I want it consistent, and it feels idk...out of place if they each aren't one. Alien usually stays constant for me. Lately, cyborg is almost always there wishing I was one-I guess a way to try to deal with my health problems & EDS. I know my physical body is human, and I don't believe in past lives and all of that personally, so idk how I can claim to be an elf. Sometimes, I feel out of place-like I don't always "fit in" in otherkin spaces like Discord and Tumblr. But I really love to request selfcare kits and the like from the kin community here. The kits are so cool and do fit those parts of me, so to speak. Sometimes, I get stuck in my head, something my hubby asked once: "How can someone feel like they're something that doesn't exist?" Like, for example, elves. Cyborgs are theoretically possible only with enough money, and only if a body part is missing or too damaged to function, then it's replaced. But I can't literally be from the future, right? And, of course, aliens from other planets don't really actually exist. Although I have thought I was one (off & on) ever since I was 14. That's 20 years! I could very possibly be Median without other races. I know for certain I have an empath facet, a kuudere (or cold) facet, a tomboy facet, and maybe a Little facet if she ever comes back again.

Verse Information - Sunset City.

So I added a verse on my carrd for my Discord server, primarily because those muses now have some common ground through there that's easier to fall back on than to completely redo their meetings and dynamics from scratch here. It's by no means the "main" canon for this blog, but here's a post explaining it anyway for anyone who cares enough to know.

Basically, the premise is that every muse in the server gets mysteriously added to a group chat that then gives them access to a hub world called bargain bin Twilight Town Sunset City. From there, they can access the worlds of all the other associated muses. Sunset City is a dreamlike city ( literally ) that gets reshaped based on the minds of those that access it. But lately, the muses have been trying to get to the bottom of what this place really is...

A lot of the major canon divergences apply to the KH muses, and they really just stem from the fact that there's a bit of a sense of linear progression in the server, so Sora was very much in step with my playthrough of the series, so when he died...I kind of had to improvise LMAO. I'll have to improvise again whenever we get more information on KH4, but for now, just consider this a completely alternate timeline to the main canon where he disappears to Quadratum. Some fun things also change for Roxas but not to nearly the same extent as Sora.

Edit: And then the same thing happened to me while writing Noctis. I was writing him in step with my playthrough, then dude had to go and get prophecy'd on me and I had to figure out how to justify continuing to write him; same with my friend who writes Ardyn in the server. So those changes will also be detailed here.

Basically, just so I could justify writing him while he was canonically inside Sora's heart and not really existing, he managed to exist in Sunset City during that time, due to Sora's heart manifesting him there and the nature of Sunset City as a dream world. He sort of experienced stuff in Sunset and stuff through Sora's heart as if he were in both places at once. His physical body also couldn't leave Sunset until he was able to link to Xion at the end of KH3.

And for Sora:

Sora's ship in this verse is with my friend's Riku who doesn't write on tumblr, so you'll probably see Soriku referenced in relation to this verse.

After the events of DDD, Sora got a therapy Munna from Emmet ( Discord-only mun ). Sora had trouble sleeping after his Mark of Mastery exam, on account of, y'know, the whole "I almost never woke up and had my body used to house part of Xehanort" thing. Also, nightmares. Lots of them. So since Dream Eaters can only really exist in sleeping worlds, and he can only summon his Meow Wow for short periods of time outside of there, Emmet arranged for Sora to have a therapy Munna. She's a shiny that the Breeders turned over to Emmet because they trusted him to put her into good hands and not just ask for a shiny for its own sake. In fact, he didn't even really ask for a shiny. The Breeders just were like, "oh, this guy's reputable, we can give the shiny to him." Sora named her Munny on account of her gold color, and because Munna sounds like Munny! Munny is bred to be a therapy Pokémon, not a battling Pokémon, so Sora doesn't actively battle with her, but she can help defend him in a pinch.

Jingle doesn't really exist in this verse...yet.

And here's the biggest one: Sora is not in Quadratum, and has not been yet. This divergence is entirely a result of me flying by the seat of my pants and trying to figure out how to continue to write him in the server after he fucking DIED — think "anime adapting an ongoing manga and running out of source material and having to improvise" type of beat. Basically, because of all the friends he made in the server, as well as all of his friends from canon, Sora's heart was able to hold on and wake up in Anti-Sunset, a parallel nightmare counterpart to the pleasant dream of Sunset. He began trying to make his way back to the surface, but was interrupted by a mysterious woman who splintered his heart into several fragments again. Several of the muses in the server formed a rescue party to try and find him. Each of the ten fragments of Sora's heart sensed the group and called out to each of its members, requiring them to help him overcome some of the pain in his heart in order to dispel the darkness that kept them caged and separate from each other. After these ten fragments were obtained, the group was able to safely return home with Sora.

Whenever we eventually get more information about KH4, and potentially a release date, I'll figure out an excuse to eeby deeby him back to Quadratum, but basically, if you see references to a rescue operation for Sora in threads set in this verse, that's what's going on.

Noctis suffered from the same problem as Sora, where I was writing in-game events happening to him as I experienced them, not knowing that was eventually going to result in him perma-dying. This also ended up writing the server's Ardyn into a corner. So here's what we came up with:

After learning his and Ardyn's fate from Bahamut in the Crystal, Noctis decided that — as angry and damaged as Ardyn made him feel, it just wasn't right to kill someone who was also a victim. So instead, he appealed to any humanity Ardyn might have had left in an effort to make a truce, and try to put off the inevitable long enough to look for another way. Incredibly, Ardyn agrees to the truce, and holds back the miasma enough for the group to resume their travels, now with Ardyn in tow, looking for a way to change their future for the better.

Because the prophecy hasn't been fulfilled yet, there are still daemons running about, and the party is doing their best to keep things under control. They basically have Ardyn on a big ol' child leash while he menaces them in less apocalyptic, more just plain old annoying ways.

The point in the Sunset timeline that I write these guys at on the blog jumps around a lot, it just kinda depends how I feel lmao.
