Please please please tell me about Number Two in your Mysterious Contraire Society AU

(No pressure, of course. Just trying to express my excitement for your idea!!!)

MUAHAHAHAHHA soph you have made a HUGE mistake /pos. i accidentally wrote a whole bunch so i'm adding one of those fancy "read more" thingamajigs. be ready

okay so no. 2 is in sticky's role, right? so of course she needs palpable parental trauma.

pencilla is a runaway from leadville, colorado. her parents never paid too much mind to their daughter until she began to show her skills for creating machines. give her a pile of wires, some scrap metal, and a quiet room, and she could make a working machine within minutes.

suddenly, her parents were very, very interested in her. they began praising her excessively for her smarts and skills. flushed with pride, she'd fiddle with wires and circuit boards and mumble about it being nothin', it's just what she does. her parents got big dreams of being in charge of a new tech company. they gave their daughter more wires, more expensive circuit boards, bigger blueprints. pencilla became quickly overwhelmed with their demands and the complexity of the machines. meanwhile, her parents quickly became quite sucessful; rich folk thought that buying machnes made by a ten-year-old was novel and quaint, but were quickly amazed at the sophistication of the products. they kept coming back. pencilla's parents kept making money. pencilla kept making machines.

by the time she was eleven, she was growing more and more desperate. in a fit of something like rage and despair, she broke her biggest machine yet just to get back at her parents. they shouted at her, and she finaly ran off and never looked back.

she hopped from train line to train line, trying to forget about the corporation bearing her name, trying to forget about her desires to create. the name of the company, Pencilla Mechanics, followed her everywhere. this is what spurred her to start going by No. 2; a way to distance herself from her past without completely abandoning her identity. when No. 2 found a newspaper ad from a strange young woman named Miss Contraire, she felt a spike of apprenhension and hope. perhaps these 'special oppurtunities' would give her a chance to create again... but for herself and for reasons she believed in this time, rather than for two people who cared for little but her brain and the skill in her hands.

WHOOOOO OMFG OKAY. so ALL of that was made up on the spot. i'm pretty happy with it, though! hope that answers your questions, sophie :D

Are you named after anyone? - Yes, but I don't really feel a connection to my birth name much, so I'd rather talk about my online chosen names! For the name Fallon, I just picked it because I liked the vibes honestly and also after an oc I made when I was really little. And as for the beloved name bestowed unto me, Milk. I made a typo introducing myself ("Gallon") and it stuck 😔<3

When was the last time you cried? - hm, probably a couple weeks ago? I cry when I get hungry lmao

Summary:

Keefe Sencen learned how to avoid the shadow-ripple-tracker during Stellarlune. The trick was to never be in the same place at 11:00 PM and 11:01 PM Lost Cities time.

Keefe doesn't know how not to run away, especially once he's already made the decision. But he doesn't want to run from Sophie anymore—at least, not for this one day.

He doesn't know if he can promise her the one thing she wants to hear.

so while technically it could still be Isa, the people who are match the evidence so far are Maddie (sasharcyreal) or whoever runs the katiefanpage.

I don’t have a lot of reason to believe it’s Maddie, even though the evidence fits. Maddie fits all the proof and myfairkatiecat also stopped accusing them after Katie found out who it was, but that may simply be because they, yknow, FOUND OUT WHO IT WAS. Maddie’s posting during this whole thing doesn’t make me think it’s them, however everything else makes them a prime suspect.

I don’t know what to believe, I spent this whole time trying to prove it was Isa, and then trying to frame Katie in order to protect Isa, that I can’t think of it as anyone else

Find someone who would know about the Crusty Crab Au, and also one of the suspects for the Katiefanpage. Someone who knows a lot about tam cam, and loves Katie.

I’m rewatching TMBS and every time I watch it I forget about this scene:

and it’s so funny because why does he have mini figures of his enemies??? Like imagine you’re orchestrating a world take-over how do you have time to (presumably) make, and paint tiny versions of your foes??? And even if it’s more plausible he asked someone to make them for him, imagine how that scene would go, “so you want me to make tiny figures of theses people?” “yes.” “why?” “just because.”  like????

SQ is immediately attached to mr benedict. mr curtain changes his mind and goes back to get him, shenanigans ensue.

ATTENTION EVERYONE. IT IS @sophieswundergarten's BIRTHDAY AND I HAVE WRITTEN HER A FIC (CHAPTER 2 COMING AS SOON AS I CAN POST IT)

Context: Since Sophie loves torturing our boys (Reynie and Sticky) so much, I decided to cut out the middleman and make a two chapter angst fic where she can be the villain that hurts them directly. Written with love, affection, and the permission of @sophieswundergarten in honor of her birthday. And don’t worry, I wrote a nice version of her too. Featuring @mvshortcut in the role of “the milkman”. I have their permission too, but they have less of an idea of what they’ve signed up for, so I apologize in advance. Also featuring brief mention of @amysterywrappedinanenigma as Maren (herself) and shoutout to @mysteriouseggsbenedict for the plot point of Nicholas Benedict destroying the prison industrial complex.

Be forewarned: this fic is filled with angst, descriptions of violence, and discrimination against vegans and the lactose intolerant. Read at your own discretion. PLEASE read the tags, I’d hate to trigger anyone.

Summary: Reynie Muldoon had many bullies at the orphanage, but none more fearsome than Sophie, the meanest, toughest, and most ruthless and merciless of them all. After joining the society, Reynie assumed he’d never have to face his childhood bully again. But the past has a way of catching up to you, and adult Reynie soon discovers Sophie has grown up too, and she has plans for him and his friends.

"Living in a Blur" Chapter 1 -- Sokeefe AU

Summary:

Sophie Foster, after a life of homeschooling, first with her foster family, the Fosters, and later her adoptive family, the Ruewens, has never felt more ready for an adventure. Going to college represents not only a new opportunity for learning, but also meeting people, making friends her age, and maybe even meeting boys. Things she's only experienced in books are at the tip of her fingers, and she just can't wait to begin.

Keefe Sencen's parents may be rich, but their fortune isn’t his to spend. His father made it very clear that if he loses his scholarship, his parents will pull him from university and his offer from Judge Emery to forget his… run-ins with the law will expire. Luckily, grades are easy. All he has to do is finish strong on his third and last year of college, and he can go on to get a law degree and use it for revenge on his father.

They both came to college with a plan. Sophie plans to explore and learn. Keefe plans to get his degree and then his revenge. Neither of them are planning to fall in love.
