I've seen some of your resin comparisons and they've been really helpful! I was wondering if you've ever done any for switch milktea rose?

I purchased a body intended for my Soom Dia and did not realize that it was like, a tawny color? Thankfully I had some heads I had already base sealed and decided my Migi Ell would look good tanned. So, he’s all blushed up and ready for a face. Headcap for comparison.

Hai's resin colour was listed as "soom tawny" by moonlightbjd. It's not a perfect match to Dollshe copper oriental but I think it would easily work with a faceup!

so turns out my imda Elodie is actually choco skin, not tawny. But the current versions of those resins has choco as darker than tawny? Based on recent choco skin pics, it's definitely darker than my Elodie. I've heard that soom was not very consistent with their tans in the past so maybe it's that? That or she's just greened that much (which I doubt, it's only been 4 years).

Anyway dfh's closest match to my girl is this "soom light tan 2020" (right pic, was emailed, but I can't find any other pics of?? Maybe they got confused with iple?) Thinking I'll take them up on it next year when I have more money. This older imda body can't hold her head up at all :( she can't stand or sit upright

Okay I’m just going to ask here because IG stories expire after 24 hours: are there any companies that sell 75cm doll bodies that match well with SOOM NS or Tawny? I’ve been eyeballing DF-H, but I want to be sure the resin match is close.

I apologize for the clutter! I've had some inquiries, and here are the answers to Horus's skin color.😖 pearly-brown and brown both refer to soom tawny, but pearly luster is special. I only have samples of pearly-gray, so you can imagine what pearly-brown looks like. If you're a soom fan, you'll find that even the same skin tone can make a lot of difference. So I chose brown from the sample, making sure that Pantone 727 U was the most appropriate choice, and that it was fixed. You can see it in the color card, you can also look it up in the computer, but please understand the error between the photo and the monitor, the real color card is the most accurate. In addition, dark brown corresponds to soom's brown tan.

I got some Soom feet (tawny) for my Dollshe Diana (copper oriental) so she can actually wear shoes. The colour isn't perfect but it's kinda close. I was planning to leave them in the sun a bit to make them less pink. But it doesn't matter because the ankle doesn't fit! 8(

i don’t have ig anymore (lol fuck fb) so i think i should just dump my thoughts and plans here, i mean it’s my blog so 🤷🏻‍♀️

my doll plans for the new year are really small. i really just want to focus on getting clothes and a couple bodies for floating heads, and maybe selling a couple things..

i want a popo68 body and some sd17 sized clothes.

i want to get a volks sd midi body for my noa head, not sure if i’ll sell the yomidi body yet.

i may sell my yosd kakeru.

i want to sell my t&d body and get a doll family h two part torso body in ns yellow to replace it, but i’m also considering a hummingdolly 65cm body and a luts senior65 slender body. the t&d body is nice, but it is a little on the beefy side and a little too pink.

possibly a supia heeji in real skin with the normal b faceup but she can wait til 2023 honestly.

the popo68, sdm body and new clothes are the most important. clothes are actually at the top of the list.

with my current collection, i’ve switched some characters around.

my mnf dina is now bee, one of my oldest ocs. i’ve ordered a new wig and i’ll be repainting her at some point.

my tawny soom chalco is camael, and my soom white rabbit is his partner, haru.

my feeple60 carol is sofiel, and she needs to be repainted.

with customizing, i still have some modding to do on eiji’s minifee body. also have body blushing and tattoos to do, but my joints are really swollen and stiff so those things will have to wait. i also want to make a wig for my yosd kira, but again my joints hurt too much.
