Had a sonic oc idea:

So like badniks are piloted by the small animals right? What if one just uses the badnik as a fuckin mech suit or smth. Like just a really smart flicky using this motobug to talk to people or smth.

Here's a dump of character design doodles I won't do anything with. I like the concepts but can't see myself doing anything with these so if any of them inspire you, go ahead and take and tune them! ^^

Two different magpie A.I.s! Magpies shine with blues and purples and greens and that reminded me of technology stuff, so I wanted to make a robot/AI character but it didn't really go anywhere.

Saw a picture of a potoo bird and wanted to make a sonic one. Idk if she's actually crazy or just looks unsettling, but she has either creepy or emo vibes. (Idk if it's right to call a character like clinically crazy to make them scary? Is that acceptable?)

Anyway, she makes super loud and high pitched noises so don't make her angry. Also her mouth opens super wide.

Last one, she's a scottish fold cat who hides her real ears with a headband. That gave me e-girl vibes so she's a gamer girl or smth I guess. She could have so many colors she'd look like a 2014 deviantart character.

Idk, I didn't get that attached to these, but it's a shame to leave them in my sketchbook since I do like them. Lumi the magpie and the spider and frog characters are free real estate as well btw! As a reminder:

Sonic oc ideas

I've been think of some oc ideas for sonic and I have a couple in my head. Some if not all of these probably have been done but idc I want to share them anyways. If someone want to draw any of these then you are fully welcome to I'm still trying to get use to drawing sonic character

Red Panda I love red pandas they are so cute and they kinda look like raccoons (aka trash pandas) and I think it be cool to have a character in the sonic series that species isn't really know and an endangered species

2. A frog..... Do I even need to explain

3. I want more water animals in general in the sonic series. Like imagine a who group of mobiens (Idk if I spelled that right) that have some of there town or village in the water

4. A furret I just think it be really funny to have a long character. Just a little long boi

5. Flamingo like just imagine its long neck and head on a smaller body it would be so funny plus I feel like flamingos don't get enough love. There funny pink birds. One could probably be friends with Amy.

Thats all I could think of for now. If I get more ideas I'll probably ramble about them

A redraw/update of a reference I did back in 2021! This was for my oc Vice and their shapeshifting abilities.

Although Vice can perfectly emulate their target's voice and even their intonations, the 'dead' look in their eyes make everything they do Slightly Off. Especially if they are trying to fool someone close to their target, it will only be a matter of time before they are sus'd out.

essential part of my stc sonic characterization is that hes gay and so so repressed about it. hes got some internalized shit to work through and it really bothers him when gossip rags start suggesting he's gay for not publicly dating any women. so he does that. for funsies, i designed sonic's six comphet girlfriends, and yeah, he's a piece of shit to all of them.

first off, my beloved shadow-amy fusion, their name is Amadeo for now. I'd ideally name them after a flower that grows in shade, but im kinda attached to the name now. (last two's designs are semi-outdated

i love my celestial au so fucking much. i need to drop the lore one day... and give it proper art. but basically Amy = Earth, and Sonic (the sun) and Shadow (dormant, artificial star) are binary stars ☀️💫

(btw Rouge=Venus, Knuckles=the moon, Tails=Mercury, and Silver= nearby nebula... also Maria was the previous incarnation of the sun)
