Probably nobody thought about it but when I saw Nightmare Eggman in the trailer (even when we only saw the arms) I felt it was very me-core and it made me happy  Social media  + Commissions  + PAPERCUT

I had a dream that sonic was fighting eggman, him and his friends were captured and put in a sleep coma where they lived their lives in dreams

Sonic finally wakes up and is able to escape with Mario and yoshi. They find a way out but eggman is trying to get them back

So sonic escapes but it’s just him outside and he’s ( or I? Idk, it switches between me and sonic ) hiding in a bathroom.

So some girl finds him and convinced him to come out and talk things out

I guess there was a time skip because when they went outside, sonic was going to collage with a family and was leaving the docks where sonic was first captured. He says bye to his friends and reluctantly says bye to eggman

I think it’s a time skip cuz when he said bye to eggman and got in a car eggman made a comment to Amy “even after all these years he still hasn’t warmed up to me…”

Anyways sonic head to the other place and stops at a store with his ( foster family? ) I suppose. Sonic has this angsty teen act going on and the dad is pretty chill with it cuz he knows he’s not his actual dad.

So anyways sonic stops a robot from attacking some kid and it turns out it’s one of eggmans old bots from 2013 who still had the “kill and conquer” coding

Sonic used this as an example that eggman is still evil

And that was the end : D

WHAT

I haven't talked about this anywhere but I had a. really weird Sonic Idw related dream last night. I was in target and I was browsing some comics and I saw a hard cover version of bad guys. And I was like "Ah cool! Hard cover of bad guys!"

Then I held the thing and I tell you that thing was HEFTY.

and obviously I was confused "bad guys isn't that long." I thought to myself. So I opened to a random page. It was about Starline and Rough arguing about something (Side note Rough and Tumble had like. super cool cyber punk-y designs). They were in Eggperial city or some other big Eggman base.

THEN it's revealed the reason why they're on this mission is because Starline is building his own Eggman. and I don't mean "OH he's becoming-" NO. HE WAS BUIDLING A ROBOT CLONE OF EGG MAN IN AN ATTEMPT TO "MAKE A BETTER EGGMAN".

I don't remember much about the Eggman Robot other than his name was "EDX5" and his skin was grey and he was very.. well roboty. He also had this movement about him that was very "drunk" in nature. He was kind of an oddball.

And here I was, confused in the dream because I was like "when the fuck did Starline come back to life and why did literally no one tell me." and then my mom came up behind me in target and said we had to leave cause I was just staring at this comic fucking awestruck.

EDIT I FORGOT TO MENTION: One of the panels was of EDX5 BETRAYING STARLINE. and I dunno I feel like that. Says something.

I went to Dairy Queen and asked for a blizzard. The worker said the only flavor of blizzard they had was sausage. Just straight up sausage. It had the little sausage links and everything. I got pissed and said I’d be going to Sonic instead.

I’ve kinda been in a weird Nightwing, ROTTMNT, and Sonic loop lately. Really wanted to draw them. Ugh, I'm so excited for the Knuckles series and the movie this year. I can't wait to see Tails (he's my favorite character, ngl😭). And I recently watched the ROTTMNT series and movie, and omg, can't get them out of my head. I love leo so mcuh😭
