Queen Aleena's kids (mostly Sonia and Manic)

Had to draw them again, also ignore the inconsistency of their outfits, I'm still figuring it out.

Also yeah, no new fits for Sonic bc I still haven't figured out what he'd wear in the Sonic Underground scenario, have him sleeping as a little kid instead.

I also made Sonia a little more purple-ish because their mother is purple.

So this is a bit of a dump, BUT I’ve wanted to do always do a Sonic Underground rewrite since the series got cancelled. For ages, I’ve had ideas in my head, and I finally put them down on paper, both writing and art wise (with my wife @ninjaneonleon for the writing).

It’s a background burner project with planning ideas out right now, but it’ll eventually come. For now, have some redesigns of the main three, Aleena, and a new character that’ll be important to the story. 👀

If anyone ever wants to hear more, I’m always down for talking and dumping about it~

Nightmare

Tails often tries to handle everything by himself, much to the dismay of everyone around him.

But every now and then, his child instincts get the better of him (normally when he's exhausted) and he does things he would call 'impulsive'. Sonic will always let Tails do these things, always wishing the kit would allow himself to be more childish, so the few times Tails lets his guard down enough is always met with open arms, even at 3 in the morning.

Redesigns of Sonic, Manic, Sonia, Amy, Knuckles, and Tails for Sonic Underground: Back in Action!

Bit of lore about the new medallions for ya'll: The medallions of Sonic Underground: Back in Action (SUBIA) now take the place of the chaos emeralds. Each medallion stores its own power and instrument, with each being tied to one specific person Queen Aleena - The Microphone Medallion (Silver) Sonic - The Guitar Medallion (Blue) Manic - The Drum Medallion (Green) Sonia - The Keyboard Medallion (Pink) Tails - The Organ Medallion (Orange) Knuckles - The Saxophone Medallion (Red) Amy - The Bass Medallion (Cyan) Queen Aleena, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy all either had their medallions passed down to them or found them on their own. The triplets (Sonic, Manic, and Sonia) were gifted them at birth due to the prophecy. The caveat however, is that the triplets can only use their medallions when in harmony.
