After sketching out a design for Sonia last night, I wanted to draw all three of them together! Enjoy!

(oc talk, probably nonsense to so many ppl but i just wanna write this down somewhere hahaa)

one thing about Sintandar is that I wrote him to be, like. intimidating in appearance. Like I structured the entire world of Kalantiaw to reflect how the world views him- The title of Hukuman (which means Judge in tagalog) because it sounded.. severe?? almost?? and Kalantiaw being a sundering where people always talk in whispers because the norm there is that you gotta be as fucking quiet as possible, and so many people prefer sign language over whispering. And Kalantiaw's capital, Kamharik, is a necropolis, albeit unlike the necropolis of Sasaban where theyre very poor cities.. Kamharik is extremely wealthy.. and the cultural hub of so many peoplehoods. They have theaters that focus on fingernail dances (because they love to communicate semi-exclusively via sign language) and ballets, and, despite being a theocracy, they have extremely tolerant views on religion. As in, Kamharik doesn't do proselytizing- instead, they do syncretism.

Anyway. Back to Sintandar being its Hukuman and Hierophant. He is probably my tallest oc (him and Namwaren) and he has this.. aura about him. He is not brooding but he is serious and almost melancholic. And he has very thick curly and glossy hair.. like a lion's mane on a man. Many of the folk have not seen him because Kamharik is a chthonic city- its literally underground, in a cave so large it has its own ecosystem, and glowing dragon larva and glowing megafauna stuck on the cave's ceiling.. they look like stars. It looks like it's always night there, (kind of like Nokstella and Nokron in elden ring) and many of its citizens have super weak eyes outside of Kamharik.

Sintandar lives near its deepest part, reclusive and ruling with ease.. never ever marrying.. and there are rumors about him being a total pervert, being cruel, being cold, that he had kidnapped a fairy and kept them locked in a tower, jealously hiding them from the world.. But really, Sintandar is kind, gentle, soft-spoken and well-learned. And he is actually married to a fairy, a kinnari who is actually the one who is frightening hahaha.

Same Remy's farm speedrun anon. Accidentally speedran the brothel too and didn't get the feat for it like I planned to 😭. Ya know when they shoot a gun and tell those in underground brothel to run in the forest? Yeah, so my PC did just that, and somehow escaped, but that doesn't give you the feat related to escaping the brothel 😭😭😭.

Also, funny how, again, my PC didn't even spend a whole day in the brothel, but the text when she returned to orphanage said "Robin's probably worried sick about you." Like, Robin, bro, it's still Sunday, you rarely even see her during weekend cause she's working her ass off (literally apparently, cause I noticed the stats for, like, the size thing if body parts will grow or shrink has gone down for the ass).

But also hahaa, the same happened to me with Robin too. Was only gone for two days tops, and Robin was sick with worries. But then I'll be gone for months with the Great Hawk or Eden, and Robin would just be like, "Hey, how's it going? 🥰".

Ah, these reactions are gonna be so much longer now that we’re going original. I.. kinda dig it honestly. To just watch these kids do their own thing and not be so judgemental over every little thing the anime changes from manga.. it’s kinda refreshing.

Okay, so if we’re gonna be getting all new scenes, here’s one I’m hoping for. We just saw Nat play piano before the kids all went to sleep, right? So can I hope that while everyone is out in the forest trying to sleep, can we get Ray humming the lullaby? Please??

ok you know what's going on with revue starlight i need help with it because i gotta calibrate my expectations before i watch it, so. i have NEVER been able to tell- are they ACTUALLY fighting each other to the death? is it an allegorical, dream-sequency kinda thing? are these stage fights? please help you always post so much cool skrs stuff whenever new installations come out but without an answer to this question i CANNOT watch it because i Do Not Know what frame of mind to be in. thank you for your time. i hope you enjoy the upcoming movie.

Okay, well hrrngngng this is a difficult question because it sort of depends on which part of the franchise you’re talking about...  (spoilers ahead too)

The game is very slice-of-lifey with more than a few odd and dramatic events, most of which can only be explained because of the revue/underground stage’s unique ‘logic.’ The anime explains the rules of the revues and the giraffe’s stage to an extent as well, but a lot is left to personal interpretation. (In my fics for example, I sometimes write them as shared dreams or a collective unconscious sort of thing, but their bodies and minds are really experiencing everything, and other times I have them actually physically visit the elevator in the school building that brings them down to that stage).

In terms of the 'fighting to the death’, the anime was very tame, as they say “fight for radiance.” When a Stage Girl beats another, she steals some of her radiance/ability to act/perform, which doesn’t actually endanger her life, per se. The anime only ever showed one drop of blood (until the end of Rondo, where it was literally a full-on bloodbath, clearly to effectively shock the audience who had only seen a single drop in the 12 episodes until then). 

However, The Show Must Go On manga and the live stage plays are much more intense and a bit violent (Maya literally stabs Claudine through in one of their fights, and in her fight with Nana in “Uragiri no Crete” she cuts both her arms really severely).

But overall, no one dies (so far...) and the general consensus is that, yes, the revues are allegorical, dream-sequence fights. The universe has its own rules with time travel and becoming “parts/roles” of different stories/worlds, so it doesn’t really have to make total sense (the talking giraffe, for instance). 

But the girls do discuss the revues in their day-to-day lives (even though they’re warned they aren’t supposed to) so the events that happen in the fights are acknowledged in the everyday world as well. But for the most part, school life events and revues are separate, but related.

I know this doesn’t help that much hahaa Starlight is sort of a free-for-all franchise in terms of letting your imagination run wild. But it does have its own rules and regulations; they just aren’t concrete.

Hope this helps! More people definitely need to get into Starlight asap!!

2. Have you ever read a fanfic about 2? - I’m reading one atm hahaa!! But yeah, Sasodei was my 1st ship ever and I did read some fics about them back in 2008-2009.

4. If 7 were to suddenly break up today, what would your reaction be? - Wasn’t that the plot of Captain America: Civil War? No? Pfffft!! But honestly watching CA: Civil War was pain since I don’t want to take neither of their sides or see them fighting against each other but ugh. 

5. Why is 1 so important? - I love everything about their relationship. They complete each other and it’s just so amazing that Kirishima is Bakugou’s first true friend. A person he really acknowledges as his friend and trusts him. And I don’t even need to talk about that one moment we all know... *cough* take my hand *cough* 

But also!! Kirishima is able to grow as a person with Bakugou’s help too. It’s not one-sided with only Bakugou improving his character. They both are good influence to each other.

6. Is 9 a funny ship or a serious ship? - I think to me, they’re more of a funny ship because the memes and shit, two damn goofballs at your service. But there’s a hint of seriousness and I really like to read serious Kamisero fics as well. Though sometimes it feels like they’re more harder to find :/

7. Out of all the ships listed, which ship has the most chemistry? - Ugh I think there’s at least couple ships that have so much chemistry but I gotta say Eruri. I mean, Isayama did hint stuff about Erwin and Levi having deeper relationship than just friends but beside that, their chemistry is so fucking great. I guess it has something do with Levi’s Ackerbond to Erwin as well, Levi has dedicated his entire life to help Erwin reach his goals. And Erwin respects him, I feel like at the beginning he was the only one who held some kind of respect toward him and saw all the potential in Levi, even when he was just a thug in underground city.

8. Out of all your ships listed, which ship has the strongest bond? - Eruri again. And again, one of the reasons is probably Ackerbond. But their bond is so damn strong and Levi trusts Erwin with his whole life. And we all know how selective Levi can be with people.

9. How many times have your read/watched 10’s fandom? - Well it’s a crack ship so I guess I have to break it down into three different fandoms. FFII where Emperor is from, not that much. I’ve played the remastered version of it with my PSP but never finished it. I should play it some day. 

FFIX where Kuja is from, I finished the game last month and loved it. It made me love and understand Kuja’s character a lot more and he’s now my top 1 favorite Final Fantasy Villain.

Dissidia Final Fantasy is probably ‘the fandom’ where I ship this, as it’s an actual game where they both are. I used to play Dissidia back in middle school so much, like my first Dissidia 012 saving on my PSP is from 2011... And I recently played it again and finished the story mode. Still the best 1vs1 game ever, and I’m not even fan of those types of games.

10. Which ship has lasted the longest? - Sasodei probably. I started shipping them when I was 12 and even when I fell out of Naruto and stuff, they’ve always hold a special place in my heart. Even now as I’m getting back to the old fandom, reading and seeing pics of them gives me that same sweet feeling I felt toward this ship decade ago. I don’t even care what people say about them (I’ve heard some peepz call it abusive??? I kinda see what they’re trying to imply but then again wtf people???) because honestly, idgaf. It’s a ship that is precious to me from my past, it’s the roots of my weeb and shipping life.

Another long ship is both Eruri and Jeanmarco, I started shipping them back in 2014 and still ship them!

How many times, if ever, has 6 broken up? - They never were together in the beginning since Sephiroth is Cloud’s arch-nemesis 😂 It’s hard to even describe their relationship because there’s nothing sane in it. That’s why I also ship Zack x Cloud, it makes sense and balances the hate stuff what is happening in Sefikura pfft.

12. If the world was suddenly thrust into a zombie apocalypse, which ship would make it out alive, 2 or 8? - LMAO I love how both of these ships have one who is immortal. Or ‘’immortal’’. Wade would have no problem with the virus since his healing factor is good and I bet zombies wouldn’t even care about Sasori since he’s a puppet. 

But I think they both would actually make it out alive. Peter is freaking Spiderman, he has everything what will help him survive (his spidey sense, being able to crawl on the walls/ceiling etc). Deidara would just explode everything into pieces. 

13. Did 7 ever have to hide their relationship for any reason? - I don’t think they’d have a reason to hide it, but also I feel like they’d prefer to keep it behind the walls of their home. 

14. Is 4 still together? - 😔 Marco has been dead like forever. I’m still salty about his death after all these long years.

15. Is 10 canon? - Definitely not since they’re from different games pffft! Oh the joy of crack ship. But you know, in original Dissidia Kuja’s encounter intro for Mateus is “You think you can dominate me?” 😂 and honestly Kuja, that’s not something you should say to Palamecia

16. If all 10 ships were put into a couple’s Hunger Games, which couple would win? - I honestly feel like Cloud and Sephiroth would win it. Sephiroth alone is a fella you don’t want to fight against because he WILL kill you without a hesitation. And since Cloud has Jenova cells in him as well, he’s not just an ordinary guy with a sword. If he can keep up with Sephiroth’s shit, being literally stabbed like a kebab in AC, I’m sure he can keep up with others as well.

17. Has anybody ever tried to sabotage 5’s ship? - Well Kaworu is literally one of the enemy in the series but he abandoned his mission and let Shinji kill him. He also truly loved Shinji, that’s what I like to think. He didn’t just play with his feelings.

18. Which ship would you defend to the death and beyond? - Probably the top 5 since they’re mostly my serious-serious ships. The rest 6-10 are one way or another either for fun or something else. Sefikura is good source for arch-nemesis stuff and hate-sex etc (tho I’ve read sweet and great fluff about them too), Stony is just there with superfamily au, Spideypool is great and they’re both goofballs, Kamisero is more fun than serious stuff and Emperor/Kuja is just a random crack ship I happened to stumble upon suddenly out of nowhere. 

19. Do you spend hours a day going through 3’s tumblr page? - I used to but since I haven’t been active in snk fandom in a year, I’ve been digging other ships from Tumblr instead. I guess one of the reasons is that Eruri fandom kinda just... idk never felt so welcoming as some other fandoms? AoT fandom in general has been so fucking toxic through the years. 

20. If an evil witch descended from the sky and told you that you had to pick one of the ten ships to break up forever or else she’d break them all forever, which ship would you sink? - Probably Emperor/Kuja because they’re just a crack ship and don’t even have a lot of content... even tho there’s this one fic what I absolutely love about them aaaaa. But yeah probably that or Cloud/Sephiroth because I can always ship Cloud with Zack ;D

Gempuran Terbaru Dead Vertical Dalam Agenda ‘XVII Studio Session’

Sepertinya berdiam diri di masa pandemi bukan kata yang tepat bagi trio Grindcore asal ibukota, Dead Vertical. Serangan balik dalam masa promo album XVII terus digencarkan Boy (vokal/gitar), Bonny (bass/backing vokal), dan Arya (drum). Setelah merilis klip video animasi 2D, kini berlanjut merilis live session yang kesemua tracknya diambil dari album XVII yang dirilis oleh Blackandje Records. Inilah misi Dead Vertical untuk tetap mengenalkan betapa gaharnya album terbaru mereka, dan juga semacam obat rindu meliar di atas stage.

Dalam agenda live session ini Dead Vertical bertandang ke studio rekan mereka yang berada di bilangan Pondok Bambu, Jakarta Timur yakni Three Sixty Studio. Secara keseluruhan tidak mengambil nuansa gelap seperti tampilan band underground pada umumnya, Dead Vertical memilih konsep lighting yang lebih bright. Live session yang berdurasi 15 menit ini terpampang jelas track-track andalan penggugah amarah seperti Si Mulut Besar, Bloody Roads, Bulungan Bergetar, Dimensi Fatamorgana dan masih banyak lainnya. Bagi yang merindukan serangan grinding dari Dead Vertical, kalian bisa sedikit terobati dengan melihat versi penuh “XVII Studio Session” seraya moshing di rumah aja hahaa, Grind on!

Where The Heck Are The Mallows?

I had a lot of fun last night because my classmate and I walked around the city area after class. We’ve been planning before that we should have a night photoshoot downtown, and finally, we’ve done it last night. I’m totally posting it on my instagram soon.

Since today is Wednesday, that means, no class for me (cause in my university, Wednesdays are activity days, but it’s more of a lazy day, really). Cassidy, Maddison, Nadia and I had another brilliant plan today: we’re planning to spend our Wednesday at Cassidy’s and watch tons and tons of movies (how’d that sound? Lazy, right?) Just so you know, bitches, Cassidy had the most monstrous television in the world and by “monstrous” I mean HUGE AF (okay, maybe I’m super exaggerating that, but it’s true). They don’t own it actually, but they’re keeping it for the meantime. You’re probably wondering and have a lot of questions right now, but bitches, this post is not about the fucking TV, okay? So moving on now. Maddison and Nadia said that they’ll just be meeting us at Cassidy’s, so it’ll be just me and Cassidy who are going to buy foods for the moviemar (short for movie marathon, obvi). But, one bitch decided to join the fun. At first, I was hesitant to let her join us because I’m not really that close to her yet, but it turned out that she’s way more fun to be with, so hell yeah! Cassidy and I decided to meet at the convenience store where we’ll be buying our yummies. And when I got there, another bitch decided to show up, Jenessa, which made me so so happy because as you all (don’t) know, this bitch is one of the favorite friends of mine, and we missed her so so much (she’s a working student FYI, that’s why we don’t see her that much. But her house is next to my grannies), of all my favorite friends, Jenessa is the most voluble. She’s also the tallest and the loudest (literally), if she talks, you can still hear her even if you’re 3000 miles away (no joke). Okay, that was a joke, but she’s still too loud.

The minute we saw each other at the convenience store, she immediately ran into me, screaming and shouting like a total retarded bitch. But instead of stopping her, I just smiled and gave her a big big hug and kisses, because I missed her so much. If Maddy and Nadia were here too, they’ll definitely do the same. Everyone in the store was looking at us, some were smiling seeing us happy, but some were probably pissed off because even a professional artist couldn’t draw their frowning faces. It was around 11am and there were not a lot of costumers in the store, so every time Jenessa laughs and shout, we can clearly hear her voice echoing the halls. Their classmate (the one who shouldn’t be named yet, because I’m still thinking of a perfect nickname for her), kept stopping Jenessa from being so loud, but knowing Jenessa, no one can stop her, not even your mother (*Your Mother* is a funny statement in my country, but you probably won’t get it since it should be spoken in my native language). Back to the store, we’re still having a good time, even though everyone’s eyes were at us already. Who cares? We’re popular you know, so keep those burning eyes at us. Aside from being annoying and the noisiest customers in the store, we also had a lot of funny moments, especially Cassidy. Hahaa. Cassidy, Cassidy, Cassidy, you never fail to own the circus spotlight. That’s why I love my friends so much, because they always bring out the happy giggly side of me. We keep on walking around like we own the place, laughing, giggling and shouting. We leave the store with too much tears of joy. Not to mention, some of the boys who were asking to be our toys (I love it when the words rhymes).

Since Cassidy really wanted to play “Chubby Bunny” challenge for her vlog (which I honestly have no idea what game it was), we decided to go to a pastry shop to buy some mallows (short for marshmallows). We went inside and as usual, we started spreading bitchiness there as well. This is Cassidy and her classmate’s first time here in the shop, so Jenessa was acting little-miss-know-it-all and led us where the mallows were, but ended giving us an idiot laugh because she led us to the wrong place. Can you imagine taking the stairs up and down because she thought that the mallows were upstairs? And how pathetic it is that this poor shop doesn’t own an elevator or even escalators. I had a doubt when Jenessa said that the mallows were upstairs because my mom used to buy stuffs here for her cakes. And every time I tagged along, I don’t remember mom going up the stairs to look for the mallows. But Jenessa looked so sure when she said “it’s upstairs”. And Becca (the other bitch who decided to join us, and yes, the one who shouldn’t be named? Guess what, I found the perfect nickname for her), asked me about my mom and does my mom used to bake cakes? And I said yes, maybe she was also thinking that I knew where the mallows were.

After Jenessa led us to the balloons and party hat’s station, we then went downstairs and searched for the mallows, laughing. Finally, we found it together with the other sweet stuffs. Becca even joked about it and said “It was in the basement pala, that’s why we couldn’t find it”. And she was right; the mallows were placed in some kind of underground floor (I don’t know how to explain it, basta it is lower than the first floor). Jenessa’s stupidity didn’t end there, when she paid for the mallows, she couldn’t help herself from laughing because of what had happen. She even forgot to take the receipt and went back to get it. Crazy J!

This’ll probably be a very long post but I don’t care, I’m having so much fun telling you this story. So, let’s get back to it, shall we?

After all the shopping disaster we had, we decided to go home because we still have to cook for our lunch (brunch for me because I haven’t eaten my breakfast yet, *after a moment of thinking* oh, I actually did, what a forgetful little bitch am I). On our way home, we couldn’t help ourselves from taking videos and selfies from Cassidy’s phone (because she was the only one who had a nice phone, that’s why). So, as you all know, guys, I actually don’t know why did I just say that, ya’ll obviously don’t know, right? Stupid me. But anyway, we live in a mountainous area, so we had to ride another ride (does that make sense?). When we’re almost at the top of the mountain (hahaa sorry, I’m running out of English here), the driver had to unload some passengers because it was too heavy for a bumpy ride. There were five of us all, including Mr. Driver, and since Becca and Jenessa were seated at the far end, the two of them had to sacrifice. The funny thing was, when Becca thought that the driver will just return to fetch them, but actually, he’s not. He just asked them to walk all the way to Cassidy’s (we’re almost at Cassidy’s anyway, so it’s not really that big of a sacrifice).

Jenessa decided to visit her mom first so she went straight to their house and Becca went with her because she haven’t been to Jenessa’s house before (we only have a quiet little neighborhood so our houses here are just a walking distance). Meanwhile, me and Cassidy went straight to their house and started cooking lunch. When Jenessa and Becca arrived, Jenessa volunteered that she wanted to cook the lunch. We all agreed immediately since we all know that Jenessa can cook way more delish than the three of us (even though I’m studying HRM, Jenessa is still the “Cook Diva”, as what we always called her when we’re still kids). We’re genuinely having a lot of fun the whole time, especially after we ate our lunch, we’ve watched movies and talked about a lot of girl’s stuffs hahaa. Until Jenessa decided to go ahead because she still need to go back to school for her exam. Becca stayed a little longer and even had her nails polished by Cassidy. As always, we waited for Maddison and Nadia to arrive but, again, they didn’t. So, we decided to postpone our “Chubby Bunny” challenge because it was getting dark already and Becca also need to go. While she was passionately waiting for her ex-boyfriend to fetch her up *clears throat*, the oh-so-fashionably late, Maddison, decided to show up with a big great smile. Just great. More chit-chats and gossips and we also updated our disco plan this saturday. By 8pm, Maddison and I walked home together since her house is just next to mine.

So, that’s all for today, ladies and gents. A lot more had happen during this day but I don’t think I can still be able to type the rest. My fingers are totally numb and tired already, and my brain is totally empty. So, goodbye and have a good Wednesday night.

what did you like about Berlin so much? can you tell me a little about your experience there?

Berlin is kind of hard to explain, its more of a feeling you get when you’re there in the city for yourself. It has a really different atmosphere, and I think its because of the rough shit that went on in the past there. Sometimes you can feel it too ? It’s just heavy, but its not a bad thing. It has this sort of grunge thats completely natural. Through all that, you get a place thats really underground, really full of artists (really, really good for Illustrators) and interesting people. I’ve been there 4 times already and each time I go I meet the nicest, coolest people. Plus the music scene is fucking amazing there, the best djs in my opinion are from Berlin.

I think I could live there myself but for me for now its a little fantasy getaway from Paris where I party (possibly too much hahaa), meet cool people, and draw.

The Story Of  The ‘I Ain’t Even Charging Bruv 2′ EP. How Everything Went Wrong. . .

Ok. It's Friday night (Or it was when I originally posted this on facebook) and if you're reading this you're either home and bored out out and bored. I'm gonna tell you a story. A story of when I really realised that the music game is not about talent or quality of music. Ok so you ready? I'll take that as a yes. It all started in 2012. Early 2012. Psalms (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQrYMQ0Cf98) was my highest viewed video at the time. Life was good. So now it was time to drop new music. This time I was gonna go all out. Track 1: Underground King. My goal was to drop 7 of the best tracks I'd ever done with the biggest artist I could get at the time and really make some lasting music that would push me to that next level. So the first track was a track called 'Underground King'. This track was actually written in Brighton a few weeks before the first Boom Bap Festival. I was up there shooting a video for another artist and all though I was aware that the festival was happening I wasn't really aware who was on the line up. All I knew was I wasn't. As I was going around Brighton I saw one of the flyers and saw the names that were on it. I got pissed. How the fuck can you have a uk hip-hop event like that and not invite me?? I went off on twitter. You know how I do. I think either Dike or Gizmo inboxed and told me to chill but I was too far gone. Then I reached for pad (Yeah I was still writing bars at that time). Track 2: What I'm On. This was a track I did with Boris Berlin. We had previously done an EP (https://genesiselijah-beezwax.bandcamp.com/.../civil-unrest) together and as far as modern sounding beats in UK hip-hop he was way ahead of his time. I wanted something that would really bang and this beat had that feel. The flow is fire. The hook is big. I love it. We filmed the video at English Frank's Hip-Hop Ain't Dead night and had a bunch of cameos. I loved this vid cos it really gives you the vibe of the night. Track 3: Alive. Ok so now we're getting serious. So I had this beat from the amazing Anton Nutty P Flanders. First of all I have so much love for Nutty P. Not just because he's top 3 producers in the country but for some reason he's always been up for giving me beats that he could have sold for thousands to bigger artist. I'm so grateful to even be one that guys radar. Anyway so yeah I have this beat. It's fucking hard as fuck. Now a little while before I'd built up a really good relationship with an MC called Context. I'd jumped on a bunch of his tracks and then he'd got signed and whatever and was doing really well. I asked him to drop a verse and his brother Well Read to jump on the hook. I wrote the hook with his brother voice in mind. I really wanted a crossover record. Like a pop/dubstep/grime rap track. Once it was done I knew it was gonna be a smash. It just sounded so radio ready. Anyway all it needed was a video. I hollered at Context to do the vid but he wanted to rewrite his verse. . .WAIT WHAT??? Bro. . .the track is done. It's out. It's on the SBTV Bandcamp page! I have a camera NOT A FUCKING TIME MACHINE!!! FFS. . .I was gutted. I still love Context but I was so pissed off at the time. Track 4: What We Do. Fuuuuuucking hell!!!! Ok this track is fire. First of all some how I managed to get a beat off Teeza Musič. That in itself had me so gassed! I asked Polly Yatesto jump on the hook and she came through and smashed it. The beat was just so next level and her voice on it just gave it a different feel. I loved it. Then it gets mad. So hollered at Loudmouth. he came through with fire. I mean some of the funniest punchlines. Man had me cracking up! But I also got a verse from Swiss. He is one of my idols. A So Solid legend. We all know he's nice but when e sent me the verse I was in shock. Yeah me and Loud did our thing but he killed us and every MC within a 10,000 mile radius. Fucking hell. Fucking hell. Track 5: Coming Up. Damn. Even I forgot how sick this is. Hiram O'Connell is a PHENOMENAL producer. Like world class. He's one of the only producers I would ever do a full project. he's incredible. So hollered at 2 of my favourite MC's for this one. Pyro Rapper Barz to me is a flawless lyricist. Go check his music. Every verse. Flawless. He's one of the only rappers I would ever do a full joint project with even though he'd kill me on every verse hhahaa. But yeah he came through and killed it. So at the time Dream Mclean was about to go clear. He was signed to chase n status and as there's no way the label would have cleared the verse we had to keep it hush. That meant no video. Track 6. Army. This was another mad one. Ok so this was produced by Sibling who is Little Donatella's (Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood) brother. For some reason they have always shown me love. He was another producer that has worked with some massive artist but chooses to work with me and always goes out of his way to tailor make beats for me. It's not like "yo I got these beats" it like "Yo I've made this track with you in mind and think you should come at it like this". I got so much love for him. Any way he hits me up with a concept. I love it. He then gives me a hook! He smashed it. I was blown away. I remember Emmy Williamson telling how much this song meant to her. It made this song mean so much more to me and one of the reasons I had to put her on my album 2 years later. Track 7: Yuck. There was no way I was gonna put out an EP without a Dead Man Walkn beat. These might be two of my best verses. I went hard. I went over hard. I went so hard that one time I performed this in a club full of metal heads and they went so crazy we couldn't even finish the song. The beat is. . .Yuck. It's just nasty. The bars. . .Nasty. I don't even know what more I can say. As for the video. I was so much fun making it. It's very disturbing also. . .You'll love it. Well actually that's not true. No one really did love it. So there you have it. A project that I put so much blood sweat and tears into that pretty much just got ignored but everyone apart from the SBTV staff and my core supporters. Someone tweeted me yesterday and said "Your bars have got so much harder" If we had been face to face I would have laughed straight in to his. My verses on this project and all the ones before it were so fucking hard. I dropped so much knowledge and insight and did it with so many patterns, multis and punchlines it would give your average baggy jean backpacker a chubby just in the first 2 bars. But it was never really appreciated. To date it has only been downloaded from my band came 344 times. I'm not sure what it did on the SBTV Bandcamp but I'm guessing way less. To put that in to perspective How To Loose Friends And Alienate Listeners is on 857 and has only been out for 3 months. I'm sure there's a moral to this story but for the life of me I can't find it.
