One of the best things I learned from TEXSOM is understanding that your wine purchases should bring an aspect of quality. For me , this means emotion in how we purchase our beverages but why more importantly.

Just looking at this label creates an emotion in all of us. It's striking to say the least and stands out. Every time I see this label, I take a moment to think about what its trying to say to me.

Terzo vino della mattinata di degustazione alla @riservadellacascina Oggi è la volta de La via delle rose, un interessantissimo rosè ottenuto dalla vinificazione in bianco di uve Sangiovese con raccolta anticipata. Il colore è uno dei più belli che abbia mai visto in un rosato: rosa brillante! Nel bicchiere si evidenziano subito sentori di pera, rosa canina, iodio, fiori d’arancio, fragoline di bosco, pietra focaia. Sentori davvero fini che in bocca ritroviamo tutti grazie anche ad una ottima freschezza e sapidità. La sensazione di caldo alcolico c’è e non disturba affatto. La persistenza non è alta ma per un rosato va benissimo così. La bocca dopo il sorso rimane pulita e pronta per il prossimo sorso. Abbinamenti. Direi molto vari soprattutto in estate seduti all’aperto. La prima cosa però dove lo spenderei bene è con una mozzarella di bufala di Caserta insieme al pane di Santi Cosma e Damiano (se volete vi do info precise). I spent an entire day at “La lepre e la luna”, a young company, born in 2016, and focused on a natural production.
