A Personal Post

Hi guys, I'm finally making the post I kept telling myself and my best friends I'd make but wanted to put it off until I felt better. That hasn't happened and with how things are going I thought it was best to just post it now.

So for a while, since probably late 2023, I've felt less like my blog is for me, and more like it's some kind of fandom archive. Which, if you use it this way as-is, great! I'm glad my blog could make you happy like that! But that's not what I set out for it to be.

I'm the sort of neurodivergent person who likes to categorize things, including my interests. All my tumblr blogs are specific to one thing, and this one was no exception.

I began tagging things soon after I made the blog because I saw a lot of people were sad about the twins, and I thought "well since I love both sad and happy stuff, and I'm really good about categorizing things, maybe I can try and help!" And according to many, it did help!

But I think that also gave off the impression that I was making this blog for other folks, and that isn't the case. I'm sorry I never clarified. It's not an archive; I do not reblog shipping posts, posts from people I've blocked, AUs I don't click with, and sometimes just not everything I see.

I've gotten popular in the fandom, and for the most part I do, from the bottom of my heart, enjoy it. I have people who care about my hyperfixation! That's amazing! I have people who love my cosplay and want to meet up with me. I've made so many friends of all shapes and sizes and it's probably the most incredible thing I've ever experienced, truth be told.

But yeah my blog being mine has gotten away from me a bit, I think.

I want to keep tagging my submas tags, that isn't going to change. I will tag triggers when asked, unless it's kind of impossible due to the blog's subject (trains, for instance) or a name or really common word (like the word 'head' or something). Other than that please reach out and I'll do my best to remember. But other tags? Those will be up to me. I don't want to tag when OCs show up. I love OCs and like seeing them, and don't want to have to remember that one person who visits my blog doesn't.

I had anon off for a while because honestly ever since making this blog, there have been anons who really made me unhappy. (Also yes, non-anons but that's been fewer and far between). I've gotten misinformation, accusations, horrible and disgusting explicit asks, and criticisms and complaints, and I'm just... Not here for that. Keep the explicit things and misinfo out of my inbox, I am no arbiter of morality or personal decisions, and I am not here for you to share your negative opinions of submas or the fandom.

Anon is on for people who are too self conscious to chat face to face, for people to send fun headcanon ideas (remember when people did that back in 2022 when this blog started? I miss that, it was sweet and wholesome), to share song recommendations... That kind of stuff. If you have an actual problem, please, PLEASE talk to me off anon, whether that be DMs or a non-anon ask that I can answer privately. Especially if we're friends; please, please just talk to me about stuff. I don't bite! I swear!

But yeah the bottom line is I'm here to participate in fun (and sometimes heartbreaking!) fandom stuff. I'm here for FUN, not as my job. I know that we're all a bunch of neurodivergent folks and sometimes interactions can be a swing and a miss, but please try to be mindful. Please treat me like a person and not just like a museum curator for this blog.

Truth is, I haven't been okay for a while now. It's gotten worse this year for sure, and due to life stuff I cannot see things feeling better for me for some time. I need to go day by day for a lot of things, and I am trying to get better about needing to set boundaries and all that sort of thing. I suffer from intense paranoia too, and having so many eyes on me is genuinely terrifying at times. I'm trying to manage that as best I can, but I do ask that folks be kind.

NO I am not going anywhere, my blog is staying and will continue on as normal, but I really, really needed to get this posted.

This is my Undertale au (Mainly Sans aus) blog, my main is @cryingbluez. Will mainly be posting my own artwork, and answer asks. I will sometimes reblog others posts too. NOT a follow4follow account. So if you only follow me looking for one back, chances are I will not.

Some lore on my sona :D :

Despite the title of ‘Skelesona’ my technically not a skeleton. More so some sort of parasite controlling a puppet/doll that looks like a skeleton.

Monodrama means ‘a dramatic piece for one performer’ (Nickname "Mono"). Given me saying my skelesona he’s actually more of an oc/mascot he doesn’t fully act like me, he's more so a being I can talk through.

His eyes and the bunny features as well as the horn and tail aren’t actually his own, since he’s a sort of parasite he can consume people/monsters and can gain a feature or two that he can use whenever he wants. E.g. he ate someone who had yellow eyes, giving him yellow eye lights, he ate a rabbit monster gaining bunny features, and he ate a reptilian monster for the horns and tail. (Also it explains my blog name lol)

Does have ecto, but rarely has it active

This blog is just a place for me to shove my Undertale au/Sans au artwork, feel free to send asks or doodle requests in. I have a few undertale ocs too :D

I'm open to answering asks about myself or any au/oc stuff I do, I will try to include doodles whenever I can, so bear with me if I don't answer it quickly. If you sent a doodle request and I don't do it please don't be mad. After all it's free art, I get to choose what I want to draw.

I do utau ships, and have my own sans au that I'm working on. Main utau ship I like is CrossMare (Cross x Nightmare), I enjoy drawing Nightmare a lot so you will see a lot of artwork of him. I tend to go for either fandom versions of characters personalities or my own interpretations of them.

Hi Keri sweetie 💕 I was wondering what your heart emojis mean when you put "for Ken" and you put different hearts for different characters? Why not just use the same heart for all of them, why are they different? Thank you so much for asking, that's so nice! I like using different hearts just because it's fun :] I associate a lot of F/Os with different colors. Since my main F/Os right now are Ryan characters, those are the only ones who have the "for" tag. Like... if I see a photoset of horses, I'll think "aw, Ken would love this. I wish I could reblog this and add my Ken ship tag, but I don't want horses in my ship tag. It has nothing to do with our ship. It's just something Ken likes and it reminds me of him. Oh well." and then later I figured "hey, wait. It's my blog. I can literally tag Ken if I want to -- who's gonna stop me, the fun police??"

"For Ken 💘", I used an arrow-through-heart emoji because of the choreography in I'm Just Ken where he mimics stabbing himself through the chest, and another piece of choreo in the beginning where he mimics shooting an arrow across the room. In my head I sometimes imagine my F/Os seeing me and getting "shot thru the heart" with a cupid's arrow, exploding with hearts and stars and their eyes are sparkling and they've got a lovesick grin - that "love at first sight" kinda cartoon thing - I think it's very fitting for Ken!

Other F/Os I use colors, like Luke I associate with green because he is in The Pines™ and my favorite outfit is the one where he wears his green neckerchief, so when I see things that remind me of him I add the tag "For Luke 💚" with the green heart emoji! and I associate Driver with the color blue because of his denim jacket making his blue eyes really stand out, so his tag is "For Driver 💙" :)

As for Lars, he's special, he gets the emoji with the ribbon around it! "For Lars 💝" !! He's a romantic sweetheart, it could be like a box of chocolates, or tbh the colors just give a toy vibe! Ryan has said in interviews that Lars' love for Bianca is like when a kid loves their teddy bear - it doesn't love you back, but you love it anyway, and if you lose it, it's devastating to you. I think the pink heart with the yellow ribbon around it has the same kind of... energy, if that's the word I'm looking for :D?

And "For Court ❤️" is for Sierra Six from The Gray Man :3c the emoji itself isn't all that special, I just associate him with the color red - but really I wanted to put his actual name in his "for (F/O)" tag. I think it's more intimate/romantic that way, especially since the things I mainly tag him in are angels (since he's my guardian angel) and it's a bit more tender to use his true name instead of the one he had no choice but to take. I read a magazine where Ryan said Six really really really wishes he could be on an actual-name basis with someone for once and you KNOW I had to jump onto that 😂

You had moved to Japan with your family after your father got offered a new job there, you had time to learn the language and hoped that you didn’t make a fool of yourself because there were still words that you got confused sometimes. When you got to Japan, you enrolled at Kurasuno High and decided that with the change you’d focus on education before anything else.

Over the next couple of days you met a few people but the one person that stood out to you was the hyperactive orange haired kid he’d come over one day to ask you about where you had moved from and you watched the way that his eyes glossed over when you described the your home country before he announced that he hoped his volleyball career allowed him to travel to all kinds of places so he could see them himself. “You play volleyball?” You asked. “Yeah I’m on the school team, with that grumpy guy over there.” He pointed to the taller blue haired student drinking a carton of milk at his desk. “That’s Kageyama. They used to call him the king of the court but he doesn’t like that name anymore.” “Really?” You asked. “What position do you play?” “Me? It was a couple of weeks later that you actually ended walking past their practice game, you were walking past on one of the days that Kurasuno chose to play outside, someone called out and in a split second you turned and got in the perfect stance to receive the ball sending it back onto the court, if they hadn’t all been so stunned the game could have continued “Hey kid!” The coach called as you looked at him. “Me?” You asked. “Yeah you.” He nodded, gesturing for you to come over to him. “Your the exchange student right?” You recognised Takada as your English teacher and nodded. “Well that explains why you're not on the team.” The coach muttered. “Oh I’m not looking for a club to join.” You waved your hands and he raised an eyebrow. “Well how about we play a game with them and then see how you feel afterwards, we’re one short today.” The coach suggested. “I guess I have some time.” You nodded as you rolled up your shirt sleeves and stretched before heading to the opposite side of the net to Hinata, he smiled brightly at you. “We’re gonna show you something really cool!” Hinata informed you. “I look forward to it.” You smiled. Someone tapped your shoulder and turned to see the 3rd year that you were playing with “I’m Sugawara, what’s your name?” “I’m (Y/N).” You introduced yourself. “I’m the setter, Asahi over there is the ace and Daichi is the captain. Noya behind us is our Libro.” Sugawara explained. “Nice to meet you.” You smiled.

The game started off slow but as things started to speed up no one noticed you step back with no one apart from Noya who was standing behind you, your eyes moved over everyone on the field, you saw Diachi and Asahi head to the right side where Hinata was and you could see him jumping but Kageyama was leant more left where the other wing spiker was. You moved quickly “Left side!” You called out, Sugawara was the only one close enough to help you send it back over both of you jumping, you moving your hands into the right position when the ball successfully hit down on the other side of the net you winked before Sugawara literally jumped on you. “You really have to join.” Sugawara encouraged you. “Guys the game’s not over!” Daichi yelled. Just as he said that you saw the shadow of the ball, your arm stretched out to knock it back up. “Sugawara set it for me!” You yelled, you watched as he positioned himself perfectly, setting in, the others jumped at the same time you, you spiked the ball to the left of the two blocking teens, it grazed the side of Kageyama's hand before hitting the ground and giving your side a point. “Hey what happened to that thing you were going to show me?” You asked, looking at Hinata. “Kageyama let’s do it.” Hinata said and you looked at them and smiled as you moved back again. “I’ve got a feeling that you guys are going to have to get this back over the net but I’ll make sure it doesn’t hit the floor… But uh in case this goes entirely in the direction Noya, you're up.” You said and he nodded with a thumbs up and smile. The speed with which the attack came at you was intimidating, you squared your stance, you managed to get the ball back in the air but the force caused you to fall straight after but thanks to your earlier warning, the rest of your team got the ball back over the net. “Kid, are you sure you don’t want to join?” The coach asked again and honestly you had so much fun you weren’t sure that you could deny them. “I told you you’d enjoy it!” Hinata yelled as he ducked under the net to jump in front of you. “Stop it idiot, you'll scare ‘em off!” Kageyama said, slapping him in the back of the head and starting an argument that just made you laugh.

The next day you were sitting in class rewriting notes and working through things for your exams coming up when a shadow cast over your table. “Can I help you?” You asked, glancing up to see Kageyama leaning over you. “Have you decided if you're joining or not?” You asked. “Do you want me to?” You asked. “You’d be better than that idiot.” He pointed to Hinata who was talking to someone else. “I don’t think that’s true.” You smiled. “He’s pretty good.” “So are you.” He said as he sat in the seat in front of you. “You're really good.” “Aww thank you.” You smiled “I hear you don’t compliment people very often.” You teased and he looked away, his cheeks turning pink. “Who told you that?” He mumbled. “Who do you think?” You asked as you looked over at the hyperactive middle blocker. “Don’t listen to that idiot, he doesn’t know anything.” Kageyama muttered and you smirked. “I think he knows quite a lot.” You shrugged as the teacher walked in “we’ll talk more at practice okay?” He looked up at you and smiled. “Yeah sure.” He nodded.

You officially joined the team on the next practice and became good friends with Kageyama. Your first real game was a practice match between Nekoma and Kurasuno, you were stretching when the captain of the other team called out to you “Hey! Do I know you?” He asked. “No..? I moved here from (H/C) I don’t think we’ve ever met.” You frowned. “No I’m sure… You were on the youth team at the olympics!” He said, eyes widening. “Oh yeah that’s me.” You scratched the back of your head. “Did he just say the Olympics!?” Hinata asked, appearing to the left of you. “You didn’t tell them?” The Nekoma captain asked. “Not yet.” You mumble as you back away from your approaching team mates and duck away from Noya trying to tackle you. “Explain!” Tanaka yelled as he tried to do the same, you jumped over him tucking and rolling to make sure that you didn’t slam straight into the court floor, you ran straight over to Sugawara and hid behind him. “What is going on?” Sugawara asked. “Guys if you break me now, I won’t be able to help you win!” You called. “Then you should have told us that you played in the Olympics!” Tanaka yelled. “Will you all cut it out!” Coach Ukai yelled “save the energy for the game!”

You weren’t put in straight away so it gave you time to watch the way that Nekoma played, you worked out that their setter made the plays, you remembered seeing him with a gaming system so you wouldn’t be surprised if he was more observant than anyone first gave him credit for. Their captain was a read blocker and their ace was basically Tanaka so that was easy to figure out. The Libero was going to be a problem and finally there was their middle blocker who kept blocking Hinata. “Kid, you're up!” Coach Ukai said as he swapped you out for Tsukishima. “Got it!” You swapped out with the middle blocker, you stretched subtly as you waited for the starting whistle. They’re serve was strong but you received it easily, sending it into the air for Kageyama, but they blocked Hinata again. “You know your team is real cute but you are really starting to piss me off.” You informed them as you clicked your neck. “Is that so?” The captain asked. “It is.” You nodded “leave the sunshine alone.” “Give me a reason to.” He smirked. “You heard him Kageyama, let’s give him a reason.” You ordered as you walked past him and patted his shoulder, you made your way over to Hinata and leant down “my plan hinges on you don’t let me down little man.” “Don’t call me that!” Hinata ordered as he jumped around to look at you, you just laughed as you walked back to your place. The game started again and you started by hitting a few just over the net making it look like what you were most comfortable for, once that was done you for the captain to hit the spike, you noticed that he liked a delayed spike which played into the plan perfectly, you got into position behind Kageyama and Daichi as they jumped to blocked, they came down as you appeared behind them blocking the shot and directing it down to Kageyama who set it to Hinata and scored a point. “Yeah!” You yelled Hinata running over to high five you and Kageyama did the same which seemed to shock everyone. “Did you guys plan that?” Daichi asked. “I mean technically I planned it after someone challenged me to.” You glared at the captain on the other side of the net. “But I didn’t tell them.”

When it was all said and done Nekoma won the practice match but as you were all leaving Kageyama pulled you to the side “can I help you?” You asked. “I wanted to tell you something…” He said and you looked at him and nodded. “Well um… I really like you, you're the only person that I’ve wanted to spend time with outside of volleyball.” “Well then it’s lucky I feel the same isn’t it?” You asked leaning forward and pressing a kiss to your cheek, his cheek turning bright red as you pulled away. “Aren’t you cute?” He frowned before leaning forward and pressing a quick kiss to your lips. “And full of surprises it seems.” “Come on, they’ll leave without us if we’re here for too long.” Kageyama said, grabbing your hand as he pulled you back towards the bus.

So this tracking software you have... you can tell who visits your blog at all times? Can you also tell who sends which anon message?

I feel a bit embarrassed because I check your page usually a few times a day; I don't like to follow a lot of blogs because I get overwhelmed by seeing too much on my dash and like to control when I can see things, when I feel like I have more time for it (I know that might sound a bit weird but yeah). Anyway I'm not one of the delulus or stalkers, just like keeping up with the gossip, haha.

I wouldn’t worry about checking our page a few times a day. It’s no different than us popping open the app to check the inbox a few times a day to see what’s come in. The commentary yesterday was more about how a certain someone spends nearly all day every day lurking on this page even when we aren’t posting. At one point, she’d refreshed our page almost 3,000 times in less than 24 hours.

All it shows is an IP address and a city. Like it doesn't show names or any personal information. And it's not perfect by any means, but we can usually figure out where an anon message comes from by process of elimination. But if someone forgot to hit anon once (like a certain someone did) and we tag it on the software in time, we’ll always know it’s that person even when they’re anon or create a new account through the software. We normally don’t use it all that much unless the harassment, death threats, etc. really ramp up. Honestly, we sometimes forget it’s something Queen enabled for us back in the day. But every now and then when things get bad enough, we’ve gotta pull it up. If tumblr isn’t going to do anything to help, sometimes we have to take the steps needed to protect ourselves.

As a matter of fact, since she was called out yesterday, she hasn't visited out blog. Instead she's got one her little friends checking up on us for her.

Listen, you seem friendly but i'd rather you didn't send me this sort of thing on anon. One of the reasons i don't like menalez (let her find me idc) is because she clearly enjoys that sort of interractions where strangers send her asks like "please tell us what you think, o wise one!" I don't (unless it's JKR related lol). I delete anons on a regular basis (sorry…), i understand some of you are just shy and i accept it! but the truth is they sometimes freak me out a bit. Not, like, the content. 2.) drabbles

//I love drabbles! Sometimes drabbles are preferred over long winding novels, at least for me. I blame entirely my ADHD and my increasing inability to read walls of text, even if the story is genuinely interesting.

When it comes to my drabbles, I try to keep them brief and interesting. Sometimes it might involve art. Or I may restrict it entirely to dialogue so people can read them easier. It depends. I am flexible with the methods of storytelling, just as long as it grabs the viewers' attention to begin with.

As for reading other peoples' drabbles, well, it depends on who and what it's written. I am HORRIBLE with names, to the point I will confuse people with each other on a day to day basis if I can't stick a face to that name. As such--and I will say this upright--I may not read every single drabble on my dashboard or your blog. If I don't know that character, or I can't stick a face with a name, then I will have to play a ton of mental gymnastics just to follow what is going on.

But this is why drabbles are helpful--if that particular story is brief and focused, I can get to know your character in bits and pieces rather than in 2000 words in one go. I can't survive novels nowadays without some way to stick a face to a name. But I can't demand everyone to draw or get a faceclaim. Sometimes I may not need a face. I just need to be fed the story and information slowly and in bits at a time.

Magic!Anons are fun if it's brief, goofy, and harmless. However, they stop being fun when they introduce breaks in character dynamics. In the past with other blogs, I've had magic!anons create new problems that would eventually snowball to unpleasant results. Or they make my character act shut down altogether because they're placed in a situation they legitimately and genuinely can't handle themselves in.

Temporarily turning my muse into a cat? Fun and cute. Temporarily wiping out their memories and making them forget who they are and the people they love? Not cool at all.

In the case of the Seven, I am ESPECIALLY extremely particular on magic conditions added to them in addition to immortality and the gifts granted to them by the Master. Their humanity is already on the brink of total destruction because of the inherent demands of responsibility with their powers and immortality. They're already struggling to find the balance of healthy contact and total isolation from people they become fond of. And these difficulties with themselves as is are deliberately written as to firmly establish why finding the Devil's Eye is paramount to their narrative. So to add another magic power, or make them forget who they are, or turn their ship into gingerbread, or force someone to punch the Master…. all fine and dandy as long the consequences and horror of the scenarios are to be met, whether the sender intends them or not. Not so much when the objective is harmless fun. And sometimes these situations are, frankly, way too bleak for me to have any interest in exploring.

It's been wonderful to see Miraculous Ladybug** mentioned here!  I'm the anon who sent in asks about Adrien Agreste (one of the main characters) and his dynamics with his parents, Gabriel and Emilie, a while back during the first or second season!

**This show is called so many different things.  In the US, it's called Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir.  It's also called Miraculous Ladybug, or Miraculous, so there can be some confusion that way. (Sorry for making your tagging system harder....)

Anyway, since we're in the fifth season, we've seen more of Adrien and Gabriel's relationship, which continues to be chock-full of dramatic irony, seeing as Adrien is a superhero and his dad is his and his partner's supervillain nemesis.  Lately, Gabriel has been making more of an effort with his son, paying more attention to him and being less neglectful.  I suspect he has ulterior motives, just because he's the Big Bad, but whether that turns out to be true or not, it's so sweet to see how happy Adrien is anytime his dad does anything remotely nice for him.  He gets these big, earnest "kitten eyes" and it's cute, but also so sad because we know his dad is a supervillain and he doesn't.

But I'm actually here because, since my last ask, we've met some more of the family--so I'm mostly here to talk about Adrien's cousin Félix.  Who is a bit of a mysterious character in terms of his motivations sometimes, and doesn't have a single relative who he doesn't have a noteworthy relationship with, in one way or another.

First off--I'm aware of which blog I'm sending this to. But Adrien and Félix's respective moms--Emilie and Amelie (whos matching names are adorable even if we don't know much about their relationship--are identical twins, making the boys genetically siblings.

Plus, they themselves are identical.  Legitimately identical.  Félix is just Adrien with a slightly different hairstyle.  There are a few different theories about why this is: some people think it's just for plot convenience (more on that in a bit) or animators not wanting to make another character model.  Some people think maybe one of their moms actually gave birth to twin sons, but gave one to her sister who wasn't able to have a child for some reason.  And there's a theory that's slowly gaining more canon support, that one or both of them are magically-created beings instead of natural-born humans, so some people think either one boy was created based of the other, or they were both created at the same time.  (I have no idea, but I figure if one of the magic ones are true, they'd still be genetic siblings?)

Anyway, while Adrien is a fairly well-behaved teenager--aside from "constantly sneaking out his window in a cat costume to fight his supervillain dad to save the city"--his cousin(/genetic brother) Félix is... to be blunt, a little sh*t.  When he comes to visit, he likes to impersonate Adrien and stir up trouble for him.  And Félix is one of the only people who Adrien will actually show dislike for, even if Adrien still cares about him.

From the sound of it, the boys were really close when they were younger.  (Félix's dad died within the past year, so maybe that's when he started acting out more? We don't know for sure.  We do know Gabriel didn't let Adrien go to Félix's dad's funeral, which may explain some of the resentment.)  And even if Félix pesters Adrien a lot, he does seem to care about Adrien in some way--he's been shown encouraging Adrien (in a jerky way, sure, but still) to do what Adrien wants to do, instead of blindly obeying what his dad tells him.  When Félix finds out Adrien doesn't want to go on an extended trip for his modeling job, Félix volunteers to impersonate Adrien to talk to his dad for Adrien, and tell Gabriel that Adrien doesn't want to go since Adrien has trouble standing up to his father.

(It's implied, around this time, there might be magical reasons why Adrien can't disobey Gabriel, hence support for the magical theory I mentioned before.  Which is kind of horrifying if true, but even if it is, part of Adrien's unwillingness to stand up to Gabriel is just because he loves his dad and doesn't want to disappoint him.)

On to Félix's relationship with Gabriel: like I said, Félix resents how Adrien obeys Gabriel seemingly without question.  Félix has a long history of tricking his uncle-by-marriage--by impersonating Adrien, and then in his first appearance in the show, Félix steals (back) one of Gabriel's rings (which might have something to do with the magic control I talked about? seriously, this family/show is complicated).

The next time they meet, Félix has actually figured out Gabriel's identity as a supervillain--something that nobody else in the show has managed to do.  (He may be a little sh*t but he's also one of the smartest people in the show.)  Félix later confronts his uncle about it in a very tense scene.

However, despite his obvious disdain for Gabriel, Félix--when disguised as Adrien--siezes the chance to get hold of a lot of the magical jewels that supervillain!Gabriel wants, and Félix offers to trade them to Gabriel in exchange for the one magic jewel that can make those magical sentient beings I mentioned before (another point toward that theory).

His motivations for all this still haven't been explained to the audience, as of the time I'm sending this, but no matter what they are, Félix is an interesting character who has these interesting, tense, complicated dynamics with both his cousin and uncle.

But onto Félix's relationships with his mom and aunt, because those are interesting too! But in a different way.

First, Félix and his aunt Emilie--since Emilie "disappeared" before the start of the show, we don't get to see them interact.  But from everything we see of Félix, he seems to have really cared about her.  (Makes sense, she is his aunt but also, biologically, has the same genes as his mom--and he loves his mom a lot. More on that in a sec.)

Since he and Adrien used to switch places as kids, we can assume Félix liked to play jokes on Emilie.  But unlike with Adrien or Gabriel, he seems to be actually sweet with her.  We see him smiling with this soft, genuine affection at a painting of Emilie that hangs in Gabriel's office.

And then--huge spoilers--when he first stumbles on Gabriel's secret underground lair, where he keeps Emilie's comatose body in a Snow White-style coffin (that seems to be life support?), Félix is visibly shaken and distraught in a way we've never seen him before.  So he clearly cares about Emilie a lot.

But the most suggestive (unintentionally) relationship here is between Félix and his mother Amelie.  Like I said, Felix is a jerk to basically everyone--but he's far sweeter toward his mom than most teenage boys are.  They have a strong bond.  When I mentioned that he stole Gabriel's ring, Félix stole it in order to return it to Amelie.  But then, it turns out Amelie had wanted it back in order to give it to her son!

Whenever we see them together, their interactions are very cute and sweet.  A notable example is here in this gifset: Amelie kisses her hand and presses it up against Félix's hand, and then he presses his hand up against his cheek.  By the looks of it, it's something they do pretty often, even if he's somewhere around 14 or 15 by now.  From the way he acts around everyone else, it's surprising to see how soft and happy he seems around his mom.

And it turns out Amelie has a sneaky, cunning side of her own--after Félix  steals most of the magical jewels and gives them to Hawkmoth, the main characters come to his house looking for him.  Amelie tells them, seemingly sincere, that Félix hasn't come home.  However, after Ladybug and Chat Noir leave, Félix comes out of hiding, and we realize that Amelie lied to protect him (even from Paris's beloved superheroes!).  It's not clear exactly how much she knows about what he did, but I don't doubt she would protect him even if she knew everything.  Their bond seems that strong.

And on a completely different note--I wanted to talk about the Couffaine family too, since another anon mentioned Luka and Jagged Stone on your other blog.  Long story short, two supporting characters are the twins Juleka and Luka Couffaine.  Juleka is the MC's friend and classmate, and Luka is the MC's secondary love interest.  They live with their rebellious mom Anarka on a houseboat on the Seine.

We haven't seen too much of the twins' relationship, but from what we've seen, they're very close and sweet with each other.  They're in a band together along with some of their friends.  (I love siblings who do music together!)  Juleka introduces Luka into her friend group, and Luka listens to his younger twin sister when she talks about her dreams of modeling despite her shyness, and he encourages her to go for it.  After Luka's relationship with the MC falls apart (due to her always having to sneak away for superhero things), Juleka encourages them to be friends because she wants her brother to be happy.

And! They both eventually get to be part-time superheroes, and so far, we've seen them work together once.  Naturally, they make a good team, and so far, they don't know who the other one is!  (So hey, "siblings as superheroes" anon--half of what you wanted is canon already.  And there are actually a couple of fics out there where the two get crushes on each other in their superhero forms without knowing they're twins IRL... even if they're more crackfics than real shipping fics.)

(Juleka does have a ~very close friend~ who it's implied is her girlfriend--and they're very cute--but the show has never explicitly said they're dating or not.  And even if they are, Rose has openly crushed on someone else before and Juleka seemed to encourage her, so they might be polyamorous.  Who knows?  Honestly, polyamory would solve most of the romantic problems on this show...)

And then there's the twins' parents.  As mentioned, their mom Anarka is cool and rebellious. She used to be a musician too, and she seems like a good mom who has a fun dynamic with her kids.  But what about their dad?  Their mom has tried to keep his identity secret from them, but...

Their dad, it turns out, is famous rockstar Jagged Stone.  (The whole family is into music, and I love that for them.)  Both Luka and Juleka have been fans of his for a long time, and Juleka even met and asked him for his autograph earlier in the show before the reveal.  It's fun because a lot of Juleka's class is a fan of his, and some might even have celebrity crushes--it's not hard to believe that Juleka and/or Luka might have had a celebrity crush on him too, at some point, even if it's never stated in canon.

Eventually, their mom does tell them Jagged is their father, and Jagged tells Luka that the reason he wasn't part of their lives before was because Jagged feared he would be a bad father to them. The twins start to get to know him better as their dad.

For a bit, Juleka fears that Jagged favors Luka over her, because she sees them getting closer and sees Jagged give her brother a cool record on their birthday.  She feels neglected, until Jagged gives her his first bass guitar as her gift.  (Awww!)  Juleka's first venture as a superhero is actually in this episode, as both her parents get akumatized (basically turned into a mind-controlled villain) and she has to help save them.  Afterward, she and her dad have a heart to heart.  Jagged reassures her that he loves her and he always wants to be there to listen if she needs to talk, and she tells him that she loves him.

That's the last we've seen of these relationships in canon so far, but there's so much good material there.  I love them.

On another note: one of Adrien's childhood friends and the MC Marinette's bully is Chloé, and her family is also interesting.  Her mom Audrey is usually on another continent and she makes Gabriel Agreste look like a good father by comparison.  She barely remembers Chloé's name, but on the other hand, Chloé idolizes and adores Audrey and is desperate for her attention.  It's really sad.

On the other extreme of bad parenting, Chloé's dad André spoils her rotten, lets her get away with anything, and throws around his weight as mayor to get her special treatment.  It isn't healthy, and he could stand to show his love in better ways, but he seems intent on making up for her lack of motherly affection.

And then eventually, we learn Chloé has a half-sister around the same age, Zoé, who comes to live with her and André in Paris.  Chloé resents her and calls her only "half a sister," but in the meantime, Zoé really wants Chloé's love and friendship.  At first, she tries to act more like Chloé in order to have a relationship with her, but gives that up after Zoé realizes that isn't good for anybody.

Still, Zoé keeps trying to reach out to her sister.  When Chloé is akumatized out of jealousy for her sister, Zoé tells her (quoting a movie she's acting in, but still), "You may hate me, but I love you, and I always will, even if the whole world hates you, sister."  Chloé is startled that Zoé would still reach out to her and want to be around her, after the way she treats her.  (I suspect that, if the show ever follows through on Chloé's redemption arc, her relationship with her sister will be involved in that.)

Zoé also has an interesting, touching bond with her stepfather André.  Both of them feel like they've had to hide their true selves and their interests from their family in order to be accepted.  In contrast, they're able to be a bit more open around each other, and André starts growing a spine to stand up for Zoé, even disagreeing with Chloé in order to stick up for his stepdaughter.

(tl;dr: Zoé seems like she's going to be a good influence on both of them, and I hope we get to see an arc for the whole family.)

And finally, just because it feels weird to talk about one main character and not the other, I want to touch on Marinette Dupain-Cheng and her family.  There's not a lot of overcomplexity or tension there, but a whole lot of sweetness.  Marinette and her parents, Tom Dupain and Sabine Cheng, are always shown to be supporting each other.  Marinette helps them out in their bakery, and they encourage and love her.  Sometimes, Tom and Sabine worry about their daughter, since she disappears a lot (and they don't realize she's a superhero because she doesn't want to endanger them with that knowledge), but they still believe the best of her.

Even though they don't know she's Ladybug, they are still encouraging and supportive of Ladybug whenever they're around her.  They're big fans and have absolute faith in her.

Despite not knowing this huge secret, they still know her very well.  Sabine is so used to her daughter's clumsiness and forgetfulness that she usually has something prepared to help Marinette out (even placing a basket of soft clothes at the bottom of their steps because Sabine knows she'll trip, lol).  And she is very protective of Marinette, willing to fight for her sake.

Tom is also very fond and proud of Marinette. The two share a lot of interests, like playing video games together.  When Tom is akumatized, it's actually because of Marinette--he thinks she's had her heart broken by Chat Noir due to a misunderstanding, and he becomes "Weredad," basically putting his daughter in a tower like a princess to protect her from ever being heartbroken or hurt again.  It's really sweet.

Her extended family's relationships are also sweet.  Marinette loves her grandmother Gina, even if Gina babies her, and she pretends to still enjoy the things she enjoyed as a little kid just to avoid hurting her feelings.  (Also, Gina gets her a motorcycle for her birthday!)

Marinette doesn't actually meet her grandfather Rolland until the events of the show, because he and her dad had a falling out about Rolland's traditionalism.  But even if he's stubborn, he still ends up caring about her and she about him.  And despite the short time they've known each other, Marinette trusts him, even enough to leave him with the kids she was babysitting when she has to slip away to save Paris.

And then on the other side of her family, there's her great-uncle Wang.  At first, Marinette doesn't speak Mandarin well, and Wang doesn't speak French well, but both of them make an effort in order to be able to communicate with each other.  She helps him as he enters a cooking competition, gets furious on his behalf when his food is sabotaged, and saves him when he's akumatized.

During a special, she goes to stay with him in Shanghai, and his French has improved a lot.  She goes missing during this stay, much to his concern.  There isn't a lot to say about their relationship, it's just sweet.

It's also mentioned in this special that, apparently, Wang raised Marinette's mother Sabine when she was a girl.  It isn't stated why, and we don't know too much about their relationship, but they seem to have a good relationship, as he's both Sabine's uncle and her adoptive father.  (Which I guess makes him another grandfather for Marinette,as well as an uncle?)

Wow, I can't believe all of the family relationships, it's so wonderful to have all of that on one show. Poor Adrien's family is so complicated. I love the introduction of Felix into the mix, so many possibilities there.

Yes, it's fine to disagree with me! A lot of people who are following me don't agree with everything I have to say, if any at all. The only reason why I know this is that I've seen some familiar names interact with bloggers I 100% would not get along with, but that's really none of my business. I'm not here to change minds.

I think those followers tend to be curious about what I have to say about some aspect of Jikook. Sometimes it'll make them think; most of the time they think I'm full of shit. I have my own critiques of hardcore shippers/supporters, so I fully expect that my existence throws a wrench in all of that and incites aggression in others. All I do is talk about how I feel. Anyone who chooses to interact with me are doing so of their own volition and are responsible for their own actions.

I don’t even believe half of the ppl out there pretending they’re queer (what does that even mean at this point) are anyway. So this POV is a bit of a slippery slope. If we cast doubt on everyone and everything because a fraction of one's community is encouraging those feelings, it doesn't help anyone. Personally, I haven't "met" general ARMYs or shippers who have pretended to be queer, but I've read about this happening. I think the real culprit is the anonymity of the Internet and what kind of behaviors that's enabled over the years, but that's another can of worms I don't want to get into.

To be fair, I understand queer shippers who are tentative about shipping occurring amongst cishets, which is valid, but the way some of them go about protecting what they consider an exclusively LGBTQ+ activity can be extremist and nonsensical, in my opinion.

(Part of me also suspects that this overly passionate dedication amounts to how important fandom is to a person. I prioritize and cherish my real life more than I ever could about fandom, but fandom is also a much needed escape for others, so I can see how that might play a part in people's motivations and how they might go about protecting their safe space.)

Male, female, non-binary, gay, straight, bi, asexual, whatever your sexual or gender identity–don't be an asshole and don't be an idiot, that's all I'm saying. If you're cishet and shipping two males/two females, just be mindful about how you're going about it is all. Shipping because you genuinely care about the individuals involved and believe in who they are as human beings vs. fetishizing them (unintentionally or otherwise) can get a little blurry. (Fetishization is not the only issue that occurs in this cishet vs. lgbtq+ in fandom discourse, but it's the most common and most talked about.)

In my opinion, attraction isn't so discerning; sometimes people just gravitate to whomever they like. If cishets can recognize that attraction is just a feeling that can occur among and across different genders and sexualities, I don't see how this is a bad thing at all.

Hi! thank you for creating this blog. This is my input in it and what has been asked related to the blog already:

Whatever the topic is about, either just silly girl talk or NSFW; should be posted at different times of day and throughout the week, since not everyone is active at all the times or want to jump in at a schedule. It would also put some pressure on you to follow a schedule when let's be honest, can be a little stressful.

Either if we talk about band members or not, that's really up to where you wanna take the blog. If the blog name already implies it is a Bad Omens girl talk/space and we take away the "Bad Omens" part of it by not talking about the band, then it doesn't make much sense to me to name it that way. If we wanna talk solely about unhinged thoughts, spicy stuff (without saying names), telling stories, asking for advice of any kind, then the name should be different so people wouldn't expect to come here to talk or read about the band and not finding any.

Maybe you could run a poll asking what people want to talk about here, if conversations should include BO, other bands as well, or keep it band-less.

I can also suggest not posting certain messages that include private information that could be traced to the people involved. I'm not even saying some anons might do it with malice in mind, but sometimes you don't measure yourself and type out of excitement and don't think throughly before hitting send, and then cause a little mess unintentionally.

In that same note I don't think anyone did anything wrong over the other blog. It's just taking some steps to prevent future drama to an extend. At the end of the day I feel we all were involved in some unnecessary drama caused by someone who decided to act out of jealousy, rage, indignation, whatever you wanna call it. And we can't really control who reads what, so that's always there.

If you decide to take the route of talking about bands I also strongly suggest you don't use their names for the tags, use instead shortcuts like: "ns: bo" "nf: bo" "jk: bo" "nr: bo"

ALSO: Make the blog un-searchable. Go to the privacy settings and set the blog to not be found through searching engines and not even inside Tumblr. Everyone that has a link still can see the blog but at least it protects you a tiny bit from being searched easily and would keep it more as a closed circle type of thing.

That's a good point! I'm not opposed to allowing "spicy" talk about band members (since fics already exist anyway - what's the difference between a fic and someone writing an anonymous thought?). Absolutely agree! I will not be allowing that. That means, no mentioning of blog names or usernames on other social media, no linking to people's accounts, etc.
