This is Neil - J.K. Rowling's husband. We're really upset by all your croyle posts. My wife has removed herself in her home office to ponder what to do (it's been 3 days) and has threatened to cancel the HP show as she doesn't want croyle to gain any more traction and taint her Legacy(tm). Stop this at once. (The others asks are just impersonators, whereas I'm 100% real btw)

No one said they were there for a booking. Mother said they were there for the daughter's first bra fit, which can be booked in advance on M&S's website but can also be done spontaneously. Bra fitting by definition involves the vendor measuring the client's breast and chest size, ideally in the nude but can be done over a slim shirt or top. It's OBVIOUSLY not something a 14 years old girl would want a man to do, and it's not appropriate that she had to deal with him showing up to do the service, which is what his "offering to help" clearly meant. Especially since, apparently, he wasn't supposed to be working in that section of the shop; so either M&S is lying and he was just doing his job respecting their policies, or he went to the lingerie department and creeped that teenager out on purpose; in either case, it's an issue.
