before you read: you and your partner decide to download “randonautica”, an app that gives you randomised location coordinates based on the intention you set.

Eren is probably the one who originally told you about the app. He had been watching TikToks of people who’d previously used the app and thought it might be a cool little game. When you told him you’d actually downloaded the app and set the intention to “monster” he gave you a smirk and suggested that you go there together. What a better way to spend your weekend, right? You packed a few necessities, some lunch, water and flash lights, and headed to the coordinates you got. The place turned out to be extremely sinister and, at first, neither of you wanted to step out of the car, especially not in the dark of the night. You took some tiny steps towards an abandoned cabin that you could spot in the distance, when you heard a swift rustling in the trees. You and Eren took a good look at each other, then ran back inside the car and drove away as fast as possible. “Delete that stupid app, y/n… And disable your location NOW!”. (love me some “heroic” bf Eren!) (what a loser)

You and Armin go out there for strictly educational reasons, or that’s what you tell yourselves. Walking deeper into the clearing that was your coordinates, you don’t notice much, when, all of a sudden, you find a bone and ran back to the car as quickly as possible. Mikasa would be very interested when you tell her about the app and she insists that you go. “Set the intention to “vampires”, y/n. We might get a cult site!” she said with a straight face. It was so difficult to discern whether she was making a joke or if she was genuinely excited to try out the app. “Uhm, you do realise that this isn’t a game, right Mikasa?” You asked, just to make sure. “I know, it’s no game. It’s even better. We should probably buy gas masks before we plan our excursion” she explained. “What would we need the masks for?” you asked, honestly contemplating if suggesting randonautica to Mikasa was a good idea after all. “I don’t know, y/n, what if whoever is there watching us tries to gas us or something? Just saying, we should be prepared.” She said and went back to typing on her phone. After a few minutes of silence, you’d reconsidered and made your decision. “Listen, Mikasa, the more you speak of it, the more scared I become. You got a good scolding session, as Jean was extremely upset by your carelessness. “Have you not seen how the people who end up in these locations usually have to report back to the police cause some creepy dude starts stalking them?? How about that mother and son who had to leave their home for days before the creep lost their tracks? Don’t be so naive, y/n, that shit’s dangerous!”. He did apologise afterwards, as he was the one who made you listen to all those stories and treated them as a true crime podcast. “How about we book an escape room instead? Or a rage room? You should pick, y/n! Anything yo keep you away from that app”.

“I’ll call my cousin if we need help, she’s a police officer! She should be able to help us” Connie explained as he drove to the location you’d just received on the app. “Aren’t you afraid we might come across some creepy dude with a hammer?” you asked, your anxiety mixed with excitement peaking the closer you got to the location. “Need I remind you that I did bring our own hammer, y/n? Whatever creep we meet should know better than to mess with me!” He exclaimed proudly, giving you a side smirk. Connie’s phone buzzed, you’d reached your destination. As Connie parked the car, you got out and took a good look of your surroundings. Uchiha Sasuke

Oh, he’s gonna have a fit. Bonafide. He was super pissed and embarrassed when he accidentally kissed Naruto, so imagine if it was with a person that he actually liked. Yeesh, I’m so sorry. I think he would at first react in a quite nasty way, not out of malice but out of self-defense and insecurity. Remember, throughout his entire Academy education, all of the girls in his class were on him about their crushes. Pretty blatantly. I think this would definitely have some negative impact on how Sasuke views crushes at the age of a genin.

He would realize his colossal accident, though, when you were very upset. He really didn’t mean to do that, he’s really just lashing out. You would run away, and I don’t think he would chase after right away, instead trying to run into you at a later point. He would apologize after having sense beaten into him by Kakashi, and you can really tell it's hard for him to be open about this kind of stuff, so you accept it, acknowledging that neither of you are truly at fault. Sasuke’s relieved that you two can continue to be friends and get to know each other more, even if he’s gonna keep bottling up his feelings somewhat. I think you would definitely notice that his apology was still out of character, perhaps putting two and two together?

Uzumaki Naruto

Now, I think he would react the opposite of how he did when he accidentally kissed Sasuke. Instead of being grossed out that he ended up kissing someone he had no romantic feelings for, I think the poor boy would be flustered beyond all belief. Like, he would be the one to run away. After the sheer panic wore off, I think he would cackle like a mad man and immediately go brag to his team that he kissed the person he has a crush on. None of them would believe it and would grill him on what happened, leading them into discovering it was an accident.

The entire team is going to lambast Naruto for what happened and force him to go tell you that he’s sorry, but they’re quite shocked to see you come up to him to apologize before he got the chance. With a hand behind his head and a grin on his face, Naruto would accept, perhaps saying something really idiotic like how maybe it was fate or something like that, or how he doesn’t regret that it happened, especially with a close friend of his.

Hyuga Hinata

Oh look, you’ve killed her. Actually, though, she would probably flush so fast that the rush of blood to her head would make her dizzy. Immediately you would stammer out an apology, watching her stutter and try to process what just actually happened. If you were to try to place a reassuring hand on her shoulder or anything like that, please don’t. It will make it worse. Kiba, Shino, and Kurenai, her personal protection detail, would be on you in seconds, however. Shino and Kurenai would be working on getting out of her what happened while Kiba would yell at you about what happened.

I think after a couple of seconds, Hinata would be able to recover and explain the situation through her stammer. Earnestly, you would apologize to the entirety of Team 8, especially to Hinata. You would bow to her, anything to make sure that she knows that you didn’t mean to hurt her in any way. She is barely able to tell you that it was just an accident and that everything is alright before running away, her team on her heels and you left completely stunned.

Rock Lee

Rock Lee is way too polite to do anything other than pull away immediately and start apologizing. Don’t get me wrong if you didn’t express any discomfort at the situation, I think Lee would be ecstatic. But Might Guy one hundred percent had him on respect women juice from infancy. So he’ll be as chivalrous about it as possible. Expect Tenten and Neji to drag Lee away as he’s crying, having thrown himself on the ground for your forgiveness. The other two will also profusely apologize for Lee as they end the situation.

The next time you see Lee, he has a bouquet of flowers as an apology that he got from Ino. And his face is all scraped and bandaged up. You can’t help but feel a little bad about his injuries, and you genuinely weren’t upset about the accident, so you forgave Lee. His face would break out into a blush, and I see him shooting his shot with you for real, turning the giving of the bouquet from an apology into a declaration of love. Might Guy would definitely be rooting for him in the background, hidden away, crying over youthful love.

Your employment status can obviously matter quite a bit in terms of survival, because of the world we live in, but itself has no bearing on your relationship with God. Whatever the reason you don't have a job, you have a life worthy of care, from those around you and from God. Being employed has never been a Christian focus--devoting your life to God has. Capitalism has changed so much, but please know that the ways the system (and those misled by it) shames you do not reflect the will of God. No human system can decide your worth.

Your level of education, similarly, doesn't say anything about you that God cares about. I dropped out of school for health reasons--whatever yours are, even if you don't feel they're good, whatever! High school was invented like 200 years ago, and has nothing to do with God's care for you. Education is holy--reading, talking to different kinds of people, learning about history and the natural world, thinking about God. This knowledge is in schools but it's also everywhere else. I'm not telling everyone reading this to drop out of high school, but I am saying that there are so many beautiful paths without it. I would also point out that in many places, there is support for people who left schooling early--my city, for instance, has free GED (high school equivalency diploma) programs. If that's something you want to change (of your own volition, not because God will care about you any differently), it's very possible that you can.

Baptism is the most easily changed thing on this list, if you seek it. Most churches require some discussion beforehand, maybe a class to learn about the denomination, but there aren't huge barriers (and there is no test of worthiness). If it's not in your future, for whatever reason, I can still tell you God cares about you, fully, as you are. Baptism is lots of things for lots of people--a symbol, a physical manifestation of grace, a welcoming into a Christian community, a sealing of a covenant--but it has never been the first moment of care from God. That has already passed--it was the first moment you existed. To say you need to be baptized for God to care about you is to say that God doesn't care about anyone from any other religion, or about those who die before baptism--what a sad life that would be. What a limiting belief.

I don't know you, but I have faith you treat others well. I have faith you wouldn't tell me God didn't care about me because of my job or schooling. So don't do that to yourself. I hate to break it to you, but you have no say in the matter. It doesn't matter how worthy you are, or how much you're succeeding by our current society's standards. God is love, a love which keeps no record of wrongs, a love which does not weigh with the measures of this world, a love which cannot be contained in the rituals of an institutional church, a love which does not require knowledge or action or belief to surround us. We are saved by this love, not by a diploma or paycheck or a pastor's words.

Go in peace, beloved. Glorify God with your life, not with someone else's. And anyone who tells you that there are limits on God's care is not talking about the God of the Bible--who works through the underdog, who turns any idea of worthiness on its head, who picks the younger son and the tax collector, the unwed mother and the poor father. God comes to where we are, and takes us by the hand.

Day 1: First meetings/Impressions

Vriti meets Jesse after a prank gone wrong and her friends leave her stranded in front of 79s. Jesse and his wingman baby brother Hardcase are there to help. A friendship blossoms…

It was supposed to be an innocent night out. Vriti was too naive to expect anything except that.

Her ‘friends’, if they could be called that anymore, laughed and sped away after leaving her shaking with nerves in front of a bar. She may not have been young, but she was still new to Coruscant and its bustling lights and sounds.

She wanted to go home.

Coming here was such a bad idea. But it was what she received for disobeying her parents and pursuing an education.

Despite her homemade, very modest, dress, Vriti found herself feeling like she was being watched with every step. This was a terrible part of town. Surely her friends would come back for her after they’d laughed enough.

Please come back, she thought, pulling her jacket tighter.

There was a comm station, but who would she call? Her parents? No, they would be even more disappointed if they learned she left her university on a night out.

I can ask for help, she thought.

Most people ignored her, even the women. That made her feel even more lost and alone. Clearly everyone else who was watching could tell, too. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a particularly large man come stalking toward her-

But someone else got to her first. A firm yet gentle grip on her wrist pulled her away and suddenly she was behind someone in armor. Clone armor.

“We’ve told you to keep away from here,” said the clone.

“He drives away all the girls!” Called another clone somewhere behind her.

Vriti didn’t even realize she’d crossed into clone territory. She knew they had their own hangout spots. Everyone did.

As he left, the man who the clones disliked smiled a grin that made Vriti begin to shake, and the hand on her wrist immediately loosened.

“I’m sorry,” the clone said. “I didn’t know if you saw him coming up behind you.”

“No, it’s fine.” She tried to stop shaking, she really did. But then suddenly she was crying.

“Uh-oh.”

“Can it, Hardcase!” Snapped the other clone. “Get inside.”

Right. They all had funny names. Funny names and funny haircuts and funny tattoos and-

A finger gently tilted her chin up, and she saw one of those funny tattoos. It covered the clone’s entire face, and he actually had no hair. But he had kind dark eyes.

“Are you alright?”

“N-no,” she said, still shaking. “I-I’m lost and my friends left me.”

“I don’t think they’re your friends, then. C’mon. I’ll walk you home.”

“But what about your friend?” She asked.

“Hardcase?” He snorted. “He’ll be fine. Promise.”

He actually winked at her, and she had to smile. “I’m, um… at the university. I don’t know if you know where that is-“

“Sure I do. I know someone who lectures there sometimes.”

“I’m sure I could just take a taxi.”

“You just said you were lost.”

He was right, Vriti didn’t know the address, but she had been raised to be polite and not be burdensome, especially to a man. But this clone-

“Are you human?” She blurted.

“What?” He asked, taken aback. Then he began to laugh. “Human. Sure. Or at least, I was cloned from one, anyway.”

She still wasn’t convinced.

“And I have a name,” the clone continued. Vriti watched as he took off one of his gloves, revealing the calloused hand underneath. “I’m Jesse.”

“Vriti,” she answered, holding out hers.

I saw a post talking about Miguel’s sexuality and that he was aro ace or something like that, and the user was telling writers to stop writing Miguel sexually. I’m not sure if they were joking or being serious, but either way I had something to say. And I mean this with respect, no hate to that person at all. They did nothing wrong.

Character’s sexualities are constantly being played around with by writers, fans, and artists. I am a male reader writer, so I write a lot of characters being partly homosexual. I know these characters aren’t canonically homosexual, but if I write for the character, I have to make them that way to fit what I’m going for.

Fan fiction is purely fake, it has no effect on the actual character, it’s simply used for the enjoyment of fans who want to be with a character. And some people can’t because a character is heterosexual, so we alter the sexuality for the character to be more accessible.

We also make characters AFAB/AMAB for our own enjoyment. In smut fics, sometimes, a writer will alter a characters anatomy just to spice things up.

So writing Miguel (or any other character) in a sexual way despite that their sexuality isn’t that way, doesn’t matter. Because we do it all the time. He’s not real. If he was real, then I’d get it. Say an actor, say Oscar Isaac to be specific, said “Please, don’t sexualize me, I’m ace.” Then I’d understand. But since he’s a fictional character, and fans constantly play around with characters sexuality and anatomy, it’s just not that big of a deal.

Now, if a character was a minor, I’d completely agree as well. Writing smut for a minor is disgusting in my opinion. But once again, Miguel O’Hara isn’t typically written as a minor.

Once again, this is just meant to be educational, and to inform people that writing for a of age character in a sexual light isn’t bad even if they’re a different sexuality. Fan fiction is meant to be fake and to alter characters to reach a certain expectation.

(Also, that user got a lot of hate in the comments for being informative, and I think that was very wrong. The user didn’t deserve that for that simple post, and I’m not trying to hate on them, I’m simply trying to show people that it’s not as bad as you might think. The user is welcome to not read those smut fics and to not write them, that is okay. So do not hate on someone just because they think of something differently about a character.)

okay i need help. i was on some tiktok live where the host had the topic “white people shouldn’t use hair products for black people” and basically was inviting people on to discuss this topic.

so i requested to get put in the live (just on audio) and they brought me up.

i explained how my mom was white, my dad is biracial, so even though i’m white my hair itself is very naturally curly. i also explained how when i was a teenager, i watched a lot of black women hair tutorials/tips online so i could learn how to take care of my curls, and therefore i’ve tried out and love a lot of black owned haircare products.

i also want to clarify that at multiple points i paused to say if i was wrong or anything then to please educate me because i never want to be disrespectful in any way.

I was wondering when someone would fling that accusation at me. I think someone did, way back, then veered into different attacks instead.

What should an abuse victim look like? How should they behave? Would way would satisfy you? Proof of police charges? Something you can look up in public records? Photographs of bruises, injuries? Hospital records?

What would satisfy you?

Everyone has this perception, this belief, that it would never happen to them. That they’d stand up to the abuser, fight back, not cower in fear, not take shit, you name it. That they’d leave without issue. That they’d call the cops. Whatever the scenario, they have this view that they’d be brave and strong enough.

And they’d be wrong.

There’s a psychology concept, called trauma response. You’ve probably heard it and never realized it. It involves the most common phrase—fight or flight. But did you know there are at least two more in those responses?

Fight is obvious. We think we’d fight back. Some of us might, actually.

Flight is also obvious. We see a dangerous or scary situation, we run. Okay.

Then there’s freeze. Terror freezes us in place. This is actually the most common response to domestic and sexual violence.

And then there’s fawn/friend. What? That’s a new one, right? It’s where we automatically do what we can to calm and please the aggressor, even at the detriment of themselves.

There’s been debate of a fifth one. “Flop”. Basically instead of freezing, our body goes loose, actually reducing the harm that we suffer, and the mind can shut down to protect itself.

There’s also indication of a sixth one. “Fine.” Absolute denial of what had happened, insisting it wasn’t that bad, that it didn’t happen.

I fell between freeze and flight. Maybe fawn in some of it. I know someone who’d automatically go to fight. But no one, and I do mean no one, knows how they’d respond until they’re in the middle of it.

I’m going to try to make this as clear as possible.

I do not hate Christianity, I do not hate Yahweh, and I do not hate Jesus. I do not love Christianity, I do not love Yahweh, and I do not love Jesus.

These things exist in a realm that is outside of my influence. To be entirely honest, I don’t care about Christianity, or the ideas of Christianity. Christianity has no place nor impact on me, my craft, or my life.

Don’t get me wrong, I love history, theology, and the symbolism in all religions. I find the way that humans rationalize big concepts to be fascinating. I have nothing against Christianity as an existing religion- it is one that I do not subscribe to or necessarily agree with- but I do respect it as a faith. I equally respect Hinduism as a faith, as I respect the Jewish religion etc. There is too much beauty in religion to discount it completely.

If you are one of those Luciferians that croaks on and on about how much you hate Jesus and God, please just unfollow me or block me I don’t care. I don’t enjoy seeing anti-religious slander as much as I don’t enjoy seeing anti-pagan or anti-science slander. I am not a fan of echo chambers in any regard.

It is extremely obvious to me every time I see a rant written by someone who has never actually read the bible. There are thousands of legitimate things about Christianity that deserve criticism, but if you are not educated on the topic, don’t talk so boldly about it. This applies to all things. Listen, I understand that Christianity has basically fucked the entire world. I get it. I understand that Christians have stollen and bastardized basically everyone. I know. I understand that many of us have vengeful rageful religious trauma and have absolutely no tolerance for Christianity, I understand. I know it’s triggering. I know that Christianity is not in need of a defender from pagans, the point of this post is not to defend Christianity.

My point is that endlessly putting energy into actively hating the concepts of a religion that you’re not apart of is a waste of time. In my opinion that’s not liberation, your mind is still trapped within the confines of Christianity even if you’re mad about it, even if you think you’re rebelling against it- if you’re trapped within it, you can never effectively be free from it.

If your mind is still playing with dualistic concepts of good and bad, hell and heaven, then you are still a slave to the dualistic mindset, and that is the mindset that establishes Christianity.

I say this as someone with an extremely redically Christian family that kicked me out of my home at 18. I have literally been black sheeped, and I have no contact with any of my family because of their extremism towards religion. I have sat and listened to my parents tell me that I’m going to hell for being queer. I have been physically and emotionally abused. I was made homeless before I knew how to take care of myself in the name of that God. That God and his people have inspired many tearful nights.

I have many many reasons to be an avid hater of Christianity, but that wouldn’t do anything to satisfy me. Hating God and Jesus isn’t retribution for the abuse I suffered. More hatred and anger being thrown into this miserable mix isn’t going to set me free. True freedom is being able to say “this doesn’t serve me,” and being able to actually just walk away and find something that does.

My devotion to Lucifer or any of my deities has absolutely nothing to do with the Abrahamic God. I don’t worship Lucifer to “get back at God” and I don’t care how he feels about it whatsoever. It has nothing to do with him or anyone beyond me and Lucifer.

I personally do not worship Lucifer as Satan or the Anti-God. Nor do I use him as a placeholder for that God, or worship him as one would worship the Christian God. In most contexts, Yahweh and Christian forms of worship are completely irrelevant to me. I don’t think that I’m being such a bad little sinner when I pray to Lucifer instead of Yahweh. That idea implies that I still subscribe to concepts of heaven and hell, purity and sinners. Yahweh is not my concept of good, and Lucifer is not my concept of evil.

Many occultists and Luciferians that I am friends with have told me that at some point in their devotion, Lucifer has told them to essentially “forgive God”, and it always absolutely baffles people. I have had a very similar experience with him.

I challenge you to forgive God, but not in the Christian way.

I’ll say something very controversial that many Luciferians probably won’t agree with, and that’s fine.

I don’t think that Lucifer hates Yahweh. I don’t think he has any real negative opinions of him in general. They are two different entities with vastly different roles and purposes. The actions of their followers are not a reflection of their true nature. I don’t think the Sun hates Neptune, and I don’t think the river hates the moon. I severely doubt that Venus hates Yahweh, I believe that at one point human politics created an idea about good and evil that exists only in the minds of men. I don’t think that Mars hates Jupiter, and I doubt that Pluto hates Saturn. I don’t think these concepts translate on a universal scale.

When Lucifer says to “forgive God” I don’t think he’s talking about the colonial empire of Christianity that has stollen and destroyed, and I want to make it clear that I’m not telling you to forgive Christians and their terrible acts- you have no obligation to forgive these humans.

I think he’s talking more about the concept of God as The All Father of Goodness.

You don’t have to like him or his people to forgive him, to say “you’re not for me” and free yourself of his grasp. To allow yourself to define what goodness is to you outside of Yahweh and his predetermined rules.

Forgive God, but not in the Christian way. Do not forgive to give way to further abuse. Do not forgive because the abuse was okay. Do not forgive him because you’ll go to hell if you don’t.

Forgive to free yourself of the emotional trauma bond you have with this God, and then go find something better. Walk away with your grace.

I don’t think about Yahweh or his people most days. I don’t reserve any energy- be that positive or negative- in my mind or heart for him. I forgave him a long time ago, and now I walk away from him comfortably and happily knowing that I am headed towards something greater.

I don’t hate him, I don’t love him. I don’t need to feel these things about a God that is irrelevant to me.

• Really fun to hang out with in small doses because she does get up to some crazy shit, tho. She’s snarky but hilarious if you catch her in a good mood.

• Smokes like crazy, can get through a pack in a single day. Constantly bums cigarettes off of her friends and random boys. Refuses to get buy them herself.

• Admires and gets distracted by her own reflection any time she passes a shiny surface.

• Only shows up to school so that she can gossip with her friends in the back of the classroom and annoy everyone else. Keeps telling everyone she doesn’t need an education because she’s going to marry rich anyway. #girlboss

• Actually the coolest. She’s very confident and looks very intimidating, but is a lot nicer than Hana. The type to ask you to sit with her during on your first day of school.

• Always has her nails and hair done. Even if the world was ending tomorrow, Nori would find time to get them done. She’s quite high-maintenance but she likes it that way. It makes her feel put-together.

• She lives with her parents and has one younger brother. I feel as if she may be mixed, like half-black. Not exactly sure from where.

• Is dating Yamagata, they’re going strangely steady which people find surprising because both their temperaments are relatively hot.

• Very stylish and into trends. Her clothes stand out to me the most out of the girls!

• Is the most responsible one out of her friends. Keeps them out of trouble.

• Very outspoken and honest, won’t keep quiet if something is bothering her or if she disagrees. That goes for her friends, for the boys, her teachers, anyone.

• Groupie 3 / Ichiko

• Ichiko… there’s just no thoughts behind her eyes. She’s a bit air-headed.

• She’s simple; she likes to have fun and she hates not having fun. Fun is hanging out with her friends, having one of the boys take her on a fast motorcycle ride, and so on. Not having fun is having to do homework, chores and having to wake up early for school.

• Lives with her elderly father and older sister, who provides for the family.

• She means well, and is often very sweet but can unintentionally come off as rude at times

• Is the type to walk around school talking to someone on the phone and have them blasting on speaker-phone for everyone else to hear. She doesn’t care and will get mad if you tell her to knock it off lmao

• So gossipy. If you tell her something the whole school will know it by the next day. Can’t keep her mouth shut

• She always accidentally falls asleep in last night’s makeup and will just add more on the next day because she’s lazy lol

In essence, Thomgelica works for me the same. major reasons that Hamgelica does.

Thomas and Alex are, in my view, the definition of same input, different output. Their personalities are pretty similar: both smart, educated, outspoken, sassy, vain, good writers, ambitious, but the way they interact with the world is so different. It probably comes down to their backgrounds, with Alex having to fight much harder to get to the place he is than Thomas and not always having the same respect, so he's the one responding to rumors that Thomas just lets slide right off. And their views are different, too, but if they weren't, I think it's quite easy to imagine them becoming the kind of tight friends/allies that James and Thomas are.

So, moving onto Angelica: the biggest thing she wants is a mind at work, someone who can match her in wit and conversation. That's Alex at first for her---and who matches Alex's mind in turn, later on? Thomas. So if you put her and Thomas in a room together, I think she'll very quickly identify that. And she did, as she says, want to convince him to write a sequel to the Declaration, so there's already that motivation to talk to him, that background knowledge that he's produced brilliant things and that she wants to be part of it, someone who can improve upon what he's already done---or at least persuade him to do it.

I think depending on the setting and time, there's a touch of resentment that drives her towards him, too. Especially if Alex has fucked everything up with her sister. She sacrificed him for her, and then he's going to go fuck up Eliza's whole life? Hell no. So what if Angelica goes and fucks his worst enemy? Alex doesn't deserve anything from her anymore. Even if Alex hasn't blown up her sister's life, I think there's still some appeal in doing something she shouldn't. She can't have Alexander. She doesn't get her mind at work and marries someone who she finds boring, but Thomas is everything she wanted. Why shouldn't she take it later, when she already gave up what she wanted for Eliza? She can trust on Thomas's discretion. So there's some forbidden appeal there too.

Of course, if it's a modern setting, she can and will fuck whoever she wants as she pleases, and Thomas is hot, smart, and accomplished, just like her, so of course she's going to take the opportunity to fuck him.

In turn, I think Thomas is totally charmed by this sophisticated woman who comes up to him, challenges him, and tells him point-blank that he should do better. Thomas, in my opinion, is always striving to be better and never shies from a challenge. And he doesn't get many of those---like her, there's very few people on his level. She's not going to take his shit. She intrigues him, and she's going to stand up into him, but in a less obnoxious way than Alex and with a lot less yelling (can you tell I also ship Jamliton LMAOO??).

And Thomas would absolutely lean into the forbidden angle too and fuck his enemy's sister-in-law/ex/situationship/whatever Angelica happens to be to Alex, because Thomas thinks Alex is an asshole and he likes to spite him. That she happens to be stunningly attractive is just the icing on the cake.

If we also get historical, there's a lot of fun background there to lean into. The two of them actually met in real life and keep up a running correspondence, and Thomas was (understandably) totally charmed by Angelica. He's a fucking simp for her. He writes to her after she leaves France (where they met around 1785) and literally says the sun is shining wrong the day after she leaves France and invites her to Niagara Falls. Angelica sends him a gift and gets one a copy of one of his portraits that she says is a worse copy of the one Thomas's lover Maria Cosway has, but that his likeliness is better preserved in her heart. Totally normal things to say to your platonic friend.

The two of them make a perfect couple---they're both aligned in their goals, intelligence, and interests. In a modern world, they're the ultimate power couple. In a historical one, there's so much forbidden energy to lean into, and all of the same appeal.

Plus Angelica will totally peg him, and Thomas is totally into that.

Am I...transgender?

I’ve felt my whole life like I am not a proper female. I remember me, as young as three years old, arguing vehemently with my maternal parental unit that I am a BOY, gd it! I’ve had barbies and dresses and the color PINK forced on me my entire childhood. (I despise pink to this very day because of the association.) I wanted to play sports like wrestling and football, but I couldn’t because those were “for boys”. And then I learned when I was a teenager that I like both genders — but not sex. And I was apparently “wrong” for both of those things. I always had to talk and behave a certain way because of my genitals, which never sat well with me. When I finally started to live with the notion that I-have-a-uterus-and-sizable-breasts-so-logic-dictates-that-I-am-a-girl, I tried to embrace my “place” in the world and started focusing on how to be a “proper lady”, yet all the sudden I was “slutty” and a “hoochie” “outspoken” and “disrespectful” and should dress “conservatively”, even though girls who showed off their looks apparently got praise and approval (it didn’t help that the only affection I ever got was from the “family friend” who got way too handsy with me, but I took it because here was someone who was finally being nice to me).

When I finally got away from toxic relatives and out on my own, I tried to be a proper woman, but the label “woman” never settled in and I waited my entire twenties to feel “right”. Then tragedy hit me and my partner and living became survival again, thus I no longer cared what I looked like or what people thought. I stopped wearing makeup so much, I stopped shaving my legs and armpits, I stopped the painful process of waxing my face, and THEN!! For the first time, I actually felt comfortable in my skin. I stopped wearing bras so much. I started wearing geeky t-shirts and jeans and biker boots. I talk in a way that feels right to me, and not how a “lady” should. I stopped sitting like a “lady” and I don’t take shit from anybody anymore. I began to realize that I never liked being referred to as a “she” and would jokingly tell my friends to not accuse me of being a woman. Then I started an anonymous, faceless, genderless Twitter (before the muskrat takeover) as a social experiment, and learned that I LIKED it when everyone just assumed I was a guy. I didn’t correct them because I didn’t want them to change the way they talked to me.

I then came to the conclusion that I’m genderfluid. I prefer they/them pronouns, but I really do enjoy he/him. I still know how to be a “woman”, and I still occasionally present myself as one when it’s needed (or when it’s not a good idea to get into correcting people). I still thought I was stuck being a woman when I met my partner, so I will happily be a woman for them from time to time, because that’s what they’re attracted to and I still want to be attractive to them. But they never try to make me be anything, and certainly doesn’t shame me for my gender issues — they love and support me whatever I’m feeling. (They still refer to me as “she”, but that’s what I still was when we met nearly a decade ago and it’s hard for them to switch, so I don’t hold it against them; they’re not malicious about it at all). And if I’m feeling particularly masculine — even for weeks or months at a time — they don’t try to stop me from being just that. For most of my life, I’d never heard of transgender or gender-affirming care or anything of the sort (due to being raised in an EXTREMELY conservative environment), but once I started educating myself about it so I could support others, it started to make a lot of sense to me. But I’m still learning and trying to understand it all, so I beg of you, LGBTQIA+ side of Tumblr, to PLEASE help me understand what exactly I am and what I’m going through. I know how I feel — have ALWAYS felt — and that is most certainly NOT feminine. Am I genderqueer? Am I Trans? Is this real? Am I a hypochondriac? Is it all in my head? Am I just confused? EDIT DUE TO THE RECENT INFLUX OF DONATION REQUEST MESSAGES AND DUE TO PERSONAL FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: I realize there are a lot of people who really do need help in this world, and if you are one of them, I hope you get what you need. With that said, I have recently gotten a lot of messages asking for donations, and so far, most of them exhibit “red flags” that I have learned to look for. But, unfortunately, I struggle financially, so even if a legitimate request were to come my way, I would not be able to help. As much as it pains me to say this, if you have a legitimate fundraiser, please look to someone else. (I also realize most donation requests in messages are not real, but I feel the need to say this, because I know if I don’t, and an actual donation request for a real fundraiser comes my way, I am going to feel horrible about having to turn them away. I mean, I’ll still feel horrible about not being able to help, but at least the initial warning that I can’t help is out there.) All this to say, to all the people out there who really are trying to pay their bills/get housing/get out of a war-torn area/etc., I wish you good luck and I hope things get better but that’s most of what I can do, and for my lack of extra money, I apologize. And scammers: pound sand, stop trying to take advantage of people who want to help people in need, and stop taking advantage of horrific situations that real people really go through on a daily basis.

My main blog has many things on it. The biggest focus here, by far, is Chuck E. Cheese. I kinda figure most of you have at least a passing understanding of Chuck E. Cheese, but for those not in the know, you will be thoroughly educated if you come here. (For any Aussies who may or may not be here: he was called Charlie Cheese when there were locations in Australia, so, like…don’t worry.)

Standards I hold myself and others to:

- When it comes to important, serious matters, it’s important to know some basic facts before taking action. For example, I don’t tolerate climate change denial, antivaxxers, or people treating any real-life crisis like they would a work of fiction.

It’s 7AM I haven’t slept yet for unknown reasons and I legit had the most interesting and infuriating interaction on Twitter and I want to talk about it since I run an astrology blog on here and get asked about idols ideal types and so on and so forth…

first off let me state where this all began…a video on TikTok was/is going around with someone saying “which kpop idol/idols do you think you can pull?” for those who might not understand it’s basically asking, which idols do you think you could date.

anyone who did this video did it for fun and as a joke HOWEVER this one girl was literally getting teased for no reason. ppl saying that she was making fun of the idols and what not. she legit said seonghwa (i think sorry if I’m wrong) likes star wars, so does she. hoshi thinks he’s a tiger so why not? and suga admitted to writing fanfic (which i wish i knew korean so i can read it 🤣) at the end of the day she said they’re just normal ppl like us.

i scrolled down and saw someone saying and i’m paraphrasing here: “anyone who thinks they can actually date an idol is sick.” normally, i don’t bother with those comments because we all know our chances are like finding a single needle in a barns worth of haystacks…but on this day i was feeling a little bolder with my actions.

i asked her why? being an idol is a job an occupation. what makes her think that others are sick for wanting to date someone who is an idol? she goes and says that i’m sick bc i want to date an idol. never once said it, even said i have no interest dating a celebrity, yet bc i’m defending those who dream apparently it makes me sick too 🤷🏽‍♀️

then!!! out of nowhere she asks “are you white?” i asked why does my ethnic background have anything to do with the conversation. she repeats with more assertion “answer the question.” i don’t bc again, my ethnic background has nothing to do with the convo. she says and I quote “you being white and thinking you can date idols says a lot about you. Please seek professional help and education.”

😑 and then she blocked me bc to her i’m white.

but because i love you guys here, i will tell you. i am white and black. so she was only half right 🤪 but to think someone who block someone or completely shut down anything they had to say bc of their presumed ethnicity is disgusting. i know it happens all the time and it’s terrible but she is definitely not helping this type of mistreatment.

so, your auntie/sis here wants to tell you something… i don’t care where in the world you are from, what skin color, race, size you are! if you find someone that you like and you think you can date them (celebrity or the garbage person idc) talk to them, get to know them, and shoot your shot. the worst thing that will happen is you get turned down, but you know what, that’s just the universe saying they aren’t the one for you. and that in itself is okay. you’ll find that special someone 🩵
