I’m looking to completely finish school in the us so whatever that falls into but if it’s I’ll be licensed there I’ll cry and end up moving to the US

okay i did a quick search

basically you could def get your degree in the US but once you go back home (or wherever you’re wanting to work), you will need to file for the proper licensing to work in that country and also complete any other additional requirements they may have, because every country’s psychology board could be a little bit different

i would do some research on what you would have to additionally complete in your ideal workplace country to see what you would have to do after you get your US based degree

This is so out of the blue and fucking stupid to ask but do you know anything about how to 1, get into schools overseas (I can pay it) and 2, qualifications for phycology because my work experience teacher says I’m not smart enough to be one but I’m straight A’s and have been since S3 and google won’t tell me any useful shit

are you wanting to do like a study abroad year or complete the entire degree abroad? because my understanding (at least what i’ve been told) is that if your degree is in that country, you are only “licensed” to work with that degree in that country
