PAGANS AND WITCHES I am in need of your opinions!
Tumblr media
What is your experience with randonautica? I figured while I do my occasional nomadic travels I may try a few cities in Texas. If the app is any good :>. Any insight would be great thanks

6/9/24 - 3:39pm/15:39
I went randonauting yesterday and I'm gonna tell my experience here.
If you don't know what randonauting is, it's an app that gives you a random location near you after you "manifest" what you want. It's famous for leading a group of people to a suitcase with a dead body or something. Whatever.
ANYWAYS. I wasn't really in the mood for much walking so I set my search radius to only like 1.5 kilometers. The first point I "manifested" curiosity (I'm putting manifest in quotes because I'm agnostic about the whole idea). It was an attractor anomaly (I don't really know what that means) and it had a power of only 1.5. It was in my neighbor behind my house's front yard and it's like, I'm not leaving my house for that. However, the second point was on the way to the first point so I'm like why not. Anyways, the second point was in a wooded area. It was a void anomaly and had a power of 4.5 so yay? I "manifested" something creepy.
Both points were like 10 minutes from my house so I was only out for like 45 mins total. The first point, the power 1.5, was just a bit of discolored grass on their lawn. BORING! The second point was very interesting, so interesting in fact that I will start another paragraph.
So, when I got there, there was a house. The point was a little bit into the woods behind their house and I'm like shit maybe I shouldn't be here. No car in the driveway, and I already came all the way here so I might as well look. I walk to the exact spot on the map and it's this wooden stick with an orange plastic thing tied around it. The wood had "+/-" vertically written on it in red. The wooden thing from what I can remember was sticking out of the ground next to a log. I asked my friend later and they said it was a hunting marker, but they said that it was weird since hunting markers are usually in the trees. A little past there was a big orange sign reading "PRIVATE PROPERTY. NO HUNTING OR TRESPASSING." and I'm like shit I should defiantly leave. As I'm leaving I step onto a soft spot of soil. I look down and there's a plot of freshly dug dirt. Suspiciously, it was exactly the size a grave would need to be to fit an average human body. Since I'm a pussy, I ran home too scared to report anything to the police. Anyways it was actually really fun and I'm 100% doing it again sometime (maybe with my friends this time !)

Random detective
In short this idea is about a person who uses randonautica to start investigations.  Now this person is very weird since no matter how often or what they put into the app a crime happens, evidence is found or a witness relating to a crime appears causing them to investigate and find the culprit.  take note they can’t use the app to find the criminal since the criminal will move and you can’t find one person in a crowd.  Usually easier to track them down then hope the app finds them in the middle of a crime or in a remote location.
