Sooooo I got an "answer" regarding my widespread body pain

🎉It's Fibromyalgia🎉

My mother had it so I wasn't too surprised and I caught it relatively early I feel as I'm in my early 30's.

Fellow Fibro Fucks (gender neutral) if you have any sage advice for someone just starting to understand their body and sort through pain management that is more than just kind platitudes about 'listening to your body' etc please, lay it on me.

I already attempt to do somelight resistance training with my arms and leg muscles and try to walk for about 30min a day.

I do hip raises to strengthen my lower back and try and be as consistant as my body allows but if I miss a couple days then I'm just back in hell.

OTC meds have middling effects and I am sick of smoking so much weed and aggrivating my asthma (edibles can just be too variable and bed lock me which can be Bad).

Please help me prepare for my future and manage my present oh Wise Ones

Behold! My skykids lore! Today I present to you:

Classes of skykids

First-circle moths almost fall into "Megabird's puppets" category. These skids are as empty as a piece of paper, because they were just born. Megabird want to check in Eden every skykid (in case somelight is lucky enough to get Alef out), so first-circle moths have an interesting mechanism of protection. They don't see seasonal spirits, so nothing would distract them from their primary mission. That's why every light call them moths. Because the only thing they can do is follow the light.

Advanced moths are the skids who already passed their first Eden run and now are free to go wherever they want in Sky World. To help seasonal spirits, they need more complex consciousness, so at this point, they start to gain their personality. These skids are pretty naive and, 'cus they don't have a certain landmark to follow in seasonal locations, they frequently get in trouble.

The herd is the main force of Megabird. These skids've been around for some time and have a fully developed mind and personality. There is nothing special here, it's just our oc's.

The only reason a skykid exists is to bring the light to Eden, and if skykid, for some reason, can't do it, they fall into the "defective" category. Disabled or corrupted, many reasons can cause a defect. Some still can help spirits, some lose sense of themselves completely, but they can't fulfill their purpose and usually fall into depression.
