Anyway I wrote an urban fantasy action/romance story with a friend and I’m posting it on Wattpad cause it’s tropey as hell and highly self-indulgent and I’m not sure I can justify posting it on ao3 lmao. I probably won’t post about it much on here cause it’s not fandoms related.

M/F vampire/hunter enemies to lovers with a hefty amount of action and angst and a slowwwww burn. There is eventual smut but it takes a hot hot hot minute to get there. 😅 Check it out if you want! It’s a lot of fun!

A little ways down the trail, a rabbit bursts out of a bush less than half a meter from Jane’s hooves, and even though she’s mellowed considerably, that is definitely far too much of a surprise to bear. Henry is a good horseman and well familiar with her habits by now; he keeps his seat easily as she rears and shies to the side, but coming down is another story altogether. Jane must land awkwardly on a rock or in a hole, because she stumbles to her knee, and that is the thing that sends Henry flying ass over teakettle out of the saddle.

(but also you can't convince me that that boy wasn't riding at some stable on Long Island while they lived in NYC)

Eddie shrugged. 'Couldn't take another day in that shithole anymore, man.'

'Wait, what?' said Steve, looking at him with wide eyes. 'You just left, like that? Without even a goodbye?'

'What the hell, Eddie, we were going on a full on rescue-mission for you!' Steve yelled. 'We spent weeks losing our goddamned minds over you! You can't just go and leave like that without saying a word; for all we knew you were being held hostage by angry mobs or kidnapped by Vecna, or worse!'
