In The Rock 6/9/1978: The Rolling Stones release ‘Some Girls’, their first record with Ronnie Wood fully in the band. The album features celebrity faces on a vintagey wig advert - celebs were not amused and threatened legal action.

... listen out loud ...
First studio album recorded with Ronnie Wood as a full member of the Stones.
The album cover was designed by Peter Corriston and featured The Stones in garish drag alongside select female celebrities and lingerie ads.
The cover immediately ran into trouble when Lucille Ball, Farrah Fawcett, Liza Minnelli (representing her mother Judy Garland), Raquel Welch, and the estate of Marilyn Monroe threatened legal action.
Some Girls is considered one of the Rolling Stones' finest records, and Rolling Stone Magazine has included it in their lists of the "500 Greatest Albums of All Time".
