Vanaf heden kunnen we nu ook CSM – of Cutter Soil Mix- wanden aanbieden aan onze klanten.

Bij een cutter soilmix wand wordt de bestaande ondergrond versneden en vermengd met een water/cement mengsel.

Na uitharding krijgen we een paneel, verschillende aaneengesloten panelen vormen een ondergrondse wand.

Deze wand kan dienen als grond -en waterkerend scherm en kan tevens beperkte neerwaartse lasten opnemen.

Met onze CSM-frees kunnen we ondergrondse panelen maken van 0.55m x 2.40m.

My current soil recipe; (Super Shoes V2.1 ) -which I will admit is forever improving. -I will be doing a trial for DycaLite on soil amendments, so this will change again. -. -BASE -(60-75% total volume50/50) -----pro-mix HP : -----millenium coir . COMPOST (25-30%) (50/50) -Thermal compost (homemade -Gro-4-Earth worm castings . -wood chips (orchid bark) 10% total is my favorite amount. (Not pictured or in this mix) AMENDS -kelp meal. (Layer over top) ---currently that's it. :). -have ran @greengaia_ general mix on last run -anecdotal good results. ----------------------------- Peat/coir -can use both. Alone/ or I'm trying 50/50. having done a pepper crop in coir sleeves (GH)I Always did like the roots in coir. But peat (pro-mix) I used for container production. . Always be willing to try new things! -during a seminar; new research suggests drying your pots out every two days, . If your pots are not drying quick enough consider; -more airflow (evaporation), - -slightly higher temps (transpiration), -+ppfd (light intensity) (temp,light,co2 up as one). . The point of this.... water behaves in a bell curve (weighing pots experiment) so once water is applied it loses 30-40% of its mass within first half day. After which it slows down following said bell curve. (Have five months of a weighed run to confirm their findings,try it. *Mind blown*) . During the first half day we experience what's known in greenhouse as "plant available water". Much like nutrients being available or locked depending on the CEC (cation exchange capacity) of the soil(less). -The water also has pull (capillary action) both in the plant and in the soil/earth itself. This is the reason we use hydroponics.
