because i almost never leave the house anymore it's been really interesting and kind of funny that i'm able to accurately track my body's reactions to things in ways that just werent possible before. for example i have constant low-level nausea but almost every single time it spikes into outright illness or "this is different i'm FOR REAL sick" i have a doctor's appointment the next day, or a family thing, or whatever. and every time i'm like well it's not anxiety this time it's for real! and then it's anxiety

Also I haven't used Character AI in MONTHS.

I do write my own stories and I do imagine my own stuff (I have a thing called maladaptive daydreaming), and I've never used AI for that. I just use Character AI to pretend I'm having a conversation with a character that little to no-one would like to roleplay as, or could roleplay as without thinking I'm insane. It's a self-indulgent guilty pleasure for times when I'm too lonely and/or super delulu. I am the worst roleplay partner ever and I don't want to inflict that to others (or to myself) again.

I don't think I'm fucking over writers by roleplaying with an AI based on Creepypastas and whatnot ??? Like what does it have to do with the rest ??? I'm a fanfic writer and I don't see Character AI as a threat to myself, even less so for professional writers.

Also I was more aggressive and delulu than usual yesterday because of a heatstroke but that doesn't warrant your cringe ass ask, lmao. Get a life or something.

Like if you were to actually explain why it's apparently bad for the environment and didn't sound like a piss baby or something I'd listen, but so far I have no idea what you're even talking about. So far I've just seen people make claims without any reasoning or source and being like "boohoo just make friends or something", which is not helpful in the slightest, is confusing and oversimplifying the situation.
