PART 5: PAINT YOUR DOUBTS
Tags: Fluff, Drama, Angst, Stolen Identity, did I mention drama already? Also Painter!
Words: 3k
Authors Note: It’s almost Thursday and I couldn't wait. If it's weirdly written or you see mistakes: This was edited on my phone and I am suffering. Please bear with me.
Allison could see the lovestruck gleam in Sebastian’s eyes, and she knew she had won. Leaning closer, she gently rested her forehead against his, her lips curling into a sweet smile as her fingers intertwined with his. “I love you,” she whispered softly, her voice dripping with sincerity. “I always have.”
Sebastian drank in her words, soaking up the affection he so desperately craved. Those three simple words were enough to seal his fate. He pressed his lips to hers once more, the kiss soft but full of unspoken promises—promises to never leave her side, to always be there. In his arms, he finally had his Jelly, and he knew he would never let go.
As Sebastian held her close, his heart pounding as if it had been waiting for this moment all along. In his arms, he believed he finally had everything he ever wanted. Allison—Jelly—was his, and there was nothing that could break this moment.
Their kiss deepened, Sebastian’s grip on her tightened, not out of force, but from a sense of security, like he was holding on to the one thing that could keep him grounded. He pulled back slightly, resting his forehead against hers once again, his breath heavy but steady.
"I never thought I'd have you like this," Sebastian murmured, his voice barely above a whisper. "I waited so long... I was scared I’d lose you before I ever had the chance."
Allison smiled, a hint of triumph hidden behind her gentle gaze. “You’ll never lose me, Sebastian,” she reassured him, her fingers tracing lazy circles on the back of his hand. “I’m right here. And I’m not going anywhere.”
Inside, she felt a surge of victory—Sebastian was completely hers now. She had taken Jelly’s place, and he was none the wiser. Allison savored the way he looked at her with devotion, not realizing the depth of her manipulation. She had him right where she wanted him.
But as the two stood there, locked in the warmth of what felt like love to him and power to her, a tiny flicker of guilt brushed against Allison’s mind. She quickly pushed it away. This was for her, for her happiness. Being close to Solace, even if it meant betraying her friend, was worth it.
“I’m so glad you’re here,” Sebastian continued, his eyes soft as he gazed at her. "It feels right—finally."
Allison leaned in, pressing another kiss to his lips, silencing him for the moment. She didn’t need to hear his words of devotion; she had already won the game.
And as they stood together, the world outside of this moment seemed distant. For now, Sebastian’s world revolved around Allison—his supposed Jelly—and she would make sure it stayed that way.
“How about I pick you up for lunch tomorrow? We can finally test out the new sushi bar you wanted to try so badly.” He whispers against her lips, hoping she would agree to his planned lunch date. He remembered every single thing about her, the way you excitedly rambled about sushi once. Sebastian had mentioned it to Allison again and of course she had to play along, telling him about a sushi bar that opened near their place.
The truth? Allison hated sushi. The smell, the texture, the taste—it all repulsed her. If she wanted the taste of raw fish, she'd rather go lick the ocean. But she couldn’t let that show, not now. Not when Sebastian was falling deeper into her trap. If she had to eat sushi to keep him hooked, she’d swallow every last bite with a smile.
She nodded, giggling like a schoolgirl. “Of course, I’d love to. Just the two of us,” she said sweetly, masking her distaste behind a charming facade.
Sebastian’s face lit up, his heart swelling at her response. “Just us,” he echoed, his voice full of affection. He kissed her forehead softly, pulling her closer in a warm embrace. “I can’t wait. I’ve been thinking about it for a while now.”
Allison smiled sweetly, but internally, she was already dreading tomorrow. The thought of raw fish made her stomach turn, but she couldn’t show any hint of discomfort. She had to play her part perfectly. If sushi was what it took to keep Sebastian wrapped around her finger, then she would endure it.
“Neither can I,” she said, her voice dripping with false excitement. She leaned into his chest, hiding the small grimace that flashed across her face for a brief moment. Allison could handle this. After all, she had gotten this far.
Sebastian stroked her hair, feeling content in her presence. To him, everything was falling into place. He had his Jelly, the one person he had been dreaming of for so long. Nothing could go wrong now.
As the night wore on and they eventually parted ways, Allison’s mind raced. She needed to make sure her disguise as Jelly was airtight. No slip-ups. She couldn’t afford to reveal her true identity now, not when Sebastian was already so smitten. She would suffer through sushi if that’s what it took. She had worked too hard to let it fall apart over something as trivial as food.
Tomorrow, she would smile and pretend to enjoy every bite. Tomorrow, she will play her role perfectly, just as she had from the start.
The next day arrived with the soft rumble of Sebastian's motorcycle pulling up in front of Allison's place. She stood at the entrance, wearing a carefully curated outfit that screamed casual, yet put-together. Her heart raced, but not out of excitement—more out of the looming dread of what she would have to do once they reached the sushi bar.
Sebastian flashed her a grin, his helmet already in hand as he handed her a second one. "Ready?" he asked, voice warm and full of affection.
Allison nodded with a smile, sliding on the helmet and hopping onto the back of his bike, wrapping her arms around his waist. The engine revved, and they sped off down the road, the cool breeze whipping past them as they navigated through the city.
The sushi bar was quaint, tucked into a quiet corner of the street. Sebastian parked the bike, helping Allison off before they entered the place together.
They were greeted with a soft glow from the restaurant's paper lanterns, the delicate smell of rice and fish wafting through the air. Allison tried to suppress her gag reflex as they were seated by the window. Sebastian looked relaxed, glancing over the menu with a small smile on his face, oblivious to her discomfort.
"I think I'll try the chef's special. What about you?" he asked, looking over at her expectantly.
Allison forced another smile. "That sounds great. I’ll have the same."
The waiter soon arrived, jotting down their orders and disappearing into the kitchen. Sebastian reached across the table, taking her hand in his. "I’m glad we’re doing this. Feels like it's been a long time coming."
Allison nodded, keeping her facade firmly in place. “Me too.”
But just as things seemed to be going smoothly for her, the door to the restaurant swung open, and her stomach dropped.
It was you.
You walked in, scanning the place casually before your gaze locked onto them. Sebastian noticed too, sitting up straighter, a grin forming on his face. He waved you over.
“Hey! Come join us!” Sebastian called out, his voice breaking through the serene ambiance of the restaurant. "Allison's here too, and you're her friend, right?"
You hesitated for a moment, unsure of what you were walking into. But with no real reason to refuse, you offered a polite smile and walked over to the table. A thousand questions flew through your head as you tried to come up with a reasonable idea why the two of them sat together. “Hey guys,” you greeted them, sitting down as the waiter brought you a menu.
It wasn’t until you sat that the tension became palpable. You looked at Sebastian, then Allison, back and forth, trying to piece together the dynamic between them. The two of them seemed strangely close, almost too close.
Sensing your confusion, Sebastian spoke up. “I meant to tell you… actually, I was going to soon. Allison and I are… we’re dating now.” He said it with pride, glancing at Allison with that same lovestruck expression you recognized all too well.
Your heart sank. A thousand thoughts flooded your mind, each one cutting a little deeper than the last, but you kept your expression neutral, unwilling to let anything show.
“Wow, that’s… that’s great,” you managed to say, forcing a smile that you hoped looked genuine. “I’m really happy for you both.”
Sebastian beamed, clearly oblivious to the sudden shift in your demeanor. Allison, meanwhile, met your gaze with a triumphant smirk barely hidden behind her own facade.
You swallowed hard, your appetite vanishing as the reality settled in. Sebastian had moved on, with Allison of all people. But you had to play along. “So, what’s good here?” you asked lightly, trying to keep the conversation going while your mind raced.
Sebastian eagerly dove into a conversation about the menu and what he planned to order, but you could hardly focus on his words. Your thoughts were too loud, too heavy. You felt like an outsider sitting at the table with them, despite their warm invitation.
Pretending to be happy for them both was the only option you had.
In the span of the next five days, Allison seemed to make your house her permanent residence. She was loud, obnoxious, and clung to Sebastian like bubblegum that just wouldn’t let go. Your motivation to stream was at an all-time low, work had drained you completely, and the heartbreak you were going through felt like the final blow. You’d posted a community update on your streaming account, apologizing for your short absence without getting into much detail. Thankfully, your fans were understanding and flooded the post with messages of support. At least the strangers on the internet still had your back.
It was Thursday evening, and you carried two boxes of Chinese takeout—your favorite. Every third Thursday of the month was Chinese Takeout Thursday, a tradition you and Sebastian had started. Either one of you would bring home food, and the two of you would settle in for an episode of How I Married a Wall Dweller, your favorite TV drama.
You kicked off your shoes and set the takeout on the counter, feeling a brief flicker of hope for a cozy evening. But as you moved through the apartment, a soft, melodic strumming drifted out from Sebastian’s room, followed by Allison’s unmistakable, girly laughter. Your heart sank.
Sebastian was playing guitar for her.
He’d never played guitar for you. He always claimed he wasn’t good enough, that he didn’t want you to hear him make mistakes. Yet here he was, strumming away like he had nothing to hide, serenading Allison while you stood there, boxes of takeout in hand, feeling like you didn’t belong in your own home.
You grabbed one box of takeout and tossed the other in the trash, not even caring. The excitement for your shared tradition had evaporated, leaving a dull ache in its place. With a heavy sigh, you retreated to your room, settling into bed and turning on your favorite TV drama. The room felt unusually cold that night, a chill that settled deep in your bones.
Allison, however, wasn’t resting easy. The more you withdrew from Sebastian, the more threatened she felt. She couldn’t stand the thought of you finding solace in streaming—one thing she couldn't control, especially since she knew how much Sebastian cared about your streaming career.
So she concocted another plan: get Jellycatfished banned.
It wasn’t difficult. You’d been careless enough to use the same password for everything, and Allison had no trouble logging in to your streaming account. It took her mere minutes to get you banned by triggering multiple violations. She knew Sebastian would be concerned and question what had happened, but she was ready with a perfect excuse:
The platform must have made a mistake. They banned you for no reason.
It was flawless. You’d be out of the streaming scene, and she’d make sure Sebastian stayed oblivious. No more streams, no more collaboration invites—just her and Sebastian.
Another win for Allison.
The moment the notification hit your inbox, your heart sank. Your account—Jellycatfished—banned. All the hours, all the work, gone in an instant. It felt like the final straw. You could handle work stress, you could even tolerate Allison’s constant presence, but this? This was your safe space, your escape, and now it is gone.
Without thinking, your first instinct was to message Solace. He deserved to know. You quickly typed a message, your hands trembling as you tried to explain the situation.
"Hey, I just got banned from the platform. I don’t know what happened... but I thought you should know."
What you didn’t realize was that Allison had already gotten to him. She’d mentioned it casually when he asked why you hadn’t been streaming, spinning her story about how the platform must have glitched and banned you for no reason.
Sebastian had seemed concerned, sure, but Allison’s explanation had been so confident, so convincing, that he hadn’t questioned it too much. So when your message came through, his response was quick but flat.
"Yeah, you mentioned that during our date earlier. That sucks, but I’m sure it’ll get sorted out."
You stared at his reply, your heart sinking even further. The words didn't make sense, not at all. Date? What date? The realization crashed over you, an emotional tidal wave that made your head spin. You flung your phone onto your bed, letting out a muffled scream into your pillow, your nails digging deep into the fabric as rage, betrayal, and frustration surged through you. Allison had done it. She had somehow stolen your account, your identity, and now, it seemed, she was trying to steal everything else too.
As the echoes of your scream faded into the stillness of your room, you pulled yourself up and grabbed your phone again. The silence around you was stifling, heavy with the weight of everything you’d just uncovered. You took a breath, your fingers trembling as they hovered over the keyboard.
"Solace, we are not dating."
The reply came quickly.
"What do you mean, we are not? We had so many dates already, Ally. You want me to actually officially ask you out? Let me prepare at least, cutie."
He didn’t get it. He didn’t catch the weight of your words at all.
You hesitated for a moment, then typed, "Solace, I am not Ally. It's me. Your roommate."* You added your name for clarity.
And then... silence. Nothing. No response. No footsteps coming toward your door. Nothing at all.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the hallway, Sebastian was staring at his screen in growing confusion. It’s you and not Allison? How? His thoughts raced, his heart pounding in his chest as he struggled to process. He quickly opened another chat, the one he’d been using with Allison for weeks, his fingers moving frantically across the keyboard.
"Babe, why is my roommate on your Discord?"
Miles away, Allison had just stepped out of the shower, towel wrapped around her as she glanced at her phone. Her face paled, her heart skipping a beat when she saw Sebastian’s message. You sneaky little worm... she thought, fury bubbling inside her. You were trying to expose her, daring to unravel the web she’d so carefully woven. But Allison wasn’t going to let that happen without a fight.
She quickly typed back, her fingers flying over the screen.
"Oh god. Seb, I didn’t want to tell you at first..."
“Your roommate is in love with you…they are actually stalking me now since I became your girlfriend and they are jealous. Seems like they even hacked my discord and pretended that they are me…What if they got my streaming account banned too?”
"I'm so sorry, Ally. I promise I'll get this sorted out. No matter what happens, you're my priority, and I support you."
Sebastian’s words echoed in his head, gnawing at him days later as the whole situation weighed heavily on his nerves. He hadn’t even had the chance to talk to you yet, having blocked your Discord account per Allison's suggestion. She'd convinced him it was safer that way until she could switch out her email and password.
Sitting in Painter’s little tech shop, Sebastian sipped on his cup of instant coffee, his mind swirling. "Man, you look horrible," Painter, his friend and confidant, remarked from across the counter. Painter’s small shop was filled with parts and gadgets, tech stuff scattered everywhere, but today it felt heavier with the weight of Sebastian’s troubles.
“It all makes sense now, Painter. The movie nights, Chinese takeout days, working together...Meeting them in the Sushi Bar even. God, I was so blind." He sighed, running a hand through his dark hair before pulling out his phone and sliding it over to his friend. Painter picked it up, scrolling through the chat history and screenshots Sebastian had saved before blocking you.
As he scrolled, Painter’s brow furrowed. Something wasn’t sitting right. His fingers moved faster across the screen, pulling up messages and logs, all while Sebastian sat there, completely spaced out. Painter and Sebastian had a close bond, and having his friend type on his phone wasn’t unusual. In fact, they often shared stuff like this.
"I'm sorry, man. This really sounds tough," Painter mumbled, his voice distant as he dug deeper into the details. Secretly, Painter unblocked your Discord, his technical expertise kicking into high gear. After a few moments, he managed to pull up something that made him pause: the IP address.
He cross-checked it with the logs and Sebastian's own information. It was the same IP. How could that be? Painter’s mind raced. If this account really belonged to Allison, there was no way it would have the same IP as Sebastian’s unless…
Painter’s heart sank as the realization hit. The only possibility was that the account was yours. You had been telling the truth all along.

[How about a fluff angst idea. Hero taking on a suicide mission, knowing the outcome but not minding it. Spending a lot of time being depressed made them careless with their life, indifferent. On the opposite villain made it to hero in time and saved them before supervillain got to do permanent damage. So now villains at their lair taking care of hero's injuries and them being emotionless, still and numb at the villains hands to be taken care of. Villain tries their best to be as sweet loving and kind to hero and embrace even their dark parts
It turned out that blood was rather difficult to get out of clothes. That was nothing new to the villain but mixed with their undying frustration, they were quite sure they would never be able to clean the hero’s suit.
Their once happy and optimistic hero had turned into a shadow, almost a stranger and the villain wasn’t sure if they would ever get their sunshine back. For over a week now, the hero had been in bed. They were healing, no doubt but the villain was more concerned about their mental health.
Physically they were alright, not fine but doing well enough to walk a little and eat on their own. A broken arm, a few broken ribs — that was it. Both of them were used to such injuries.
The villain looked down at their hands, wet fabric twisted in their fists. They sighed, already expecting that this would be a task for tomorrow. Before they went back into the bedroom, they dried their hands and thought of yet another way to cheer up their hero.
A long time ago, they had met during a robbery for the first time. Robberies had turned into kidnappings and kidnappings had turned into flirty dates. Regrettably, they weren’t more than that. Maybe if the villain had been braver, maybe if they hadn’t been so obsessed with their own projects, maybe all of this wouldn’t have happened if they had actually told the hero about their own feelings.
“…I was thinking of sushi tonight, what do you think?” the villain asked quietly. The hero was still laying in the villain’s bed, back towards them, saying nothing.
Sometimes the villain was actually scared the hero had died miraculously but no, they were alive. More or less, they supposed.
“I can also order burgers if you want to, I don’t mind,” they added but it didn’t change anything.
The villain walked up to them to sit down at the edge of the bed. Even though the couch was a little less comfortable, they didn’t regret offering the bed to the hero. It was the least they could do, wasn’t it?
“Hey…” The villain put their hand on the hero’s shoulder and leaned over to look at them. “It’s alright.”
And then they saw the tears. One shiny drop after the other rolling down the hero’s face.
Of course, they were hesitant at first. What were they supposed to do? For that, they cursed themselves.
“Hey, woah…” The villain choked on their own words. Carefully, they heaved up the hero and fully sat down on the bed themselves. Their hand wandered to the hero’s hip and to their shoulder and they tried to be as gentle as possible as they pulled them towards them. They held them in their arms, hyper fixated on the hero’s injuries. “We’re okay.”
The hero leaned into the touch with their face pressed against the villain’s chest.
If they had had the chance to swap places, the villain would have agreed. The hero’s spirit was broken and there was no sign of improvement.
“I’m not gonna leave you,” the villain whispered into their hair. “I’ll stay right here, okay?”
The hero nodded weakly and the villain looked down at them. They brushed away the hero’s tears gently with their thumbs, as if they could break the hero even more if they did something wrong. Their cheeks were burningly hot but both seemed to enjoy the touch.
“I’m so glad you’re safe,” the villain said softly. “I was worried sick about you. I promise I will take care of you.”
Somehow that felt like a confession of love. The villain hoped the other didn’t realise it.
For the rest of the day, they held each other and even in the night, they didn’t let go.

Chapter 2: A Cleaner Chapter
Summary: Jazz feeds it and argues with it. Pretty much it.
“Ya know I hope ya appreciate what I’m doing. Ya have no idea how much I hate being wet and after ya pulled me into the ocean the other night I’m a little irritated with You as well. I have some fresh sushi this time. It’s not as cheap so ya had better eat this. I don’t want to be wasting my money.”
I stared into the inky water for any sign of movement as I tossed in one of the pieces. This was twenty bucks worth I had and if it stuck its nose up at this I was going to be pissed.
“I know you’re there. I’m not going to hurt ya. I can barely swim and the worst thing I could do from here is litter.”
Still nothing. Well I could wait. I was not going to let this fish get one over me.
“That one's tuna ya brat. It’s good. I’ve had it.”
The water was still. Maybe it had left the area after this morning? Or maybe it just didn’t like tuna?
“Fine. This one's salmon, but I didn’t nor will I ever have much of this because it’s so expensive it’s a rip off. It’s not even that good.” I tossed another piece into the water. It floated along the surface next to the other in silence. “I have a younger sister. I can wait all night to get my way.”
I watched the water, lounging on my stomach lazily. Maybe I should call Blaster? Na. He was mer crazy. He’d scare it away. Maybe when it wasn’t so wary and injured. Blaster would go out on fishing trips with his stepfather all the time. He wanted to be a marine biologist. He thought the mysteries of the sea were amazing while I didn’t care to guess what was hiding below the surface. Who knew what horrors were waiting down there? I was torn out of my thoughts by one of the pieces disappearing.
“Finally.”
And of course it took the bloody salmon. Spoiled brat.
“I hope ya know that if ya don’t eat all of this I’m not going to feed ya anymore and I’ll let the fishermen try and shoo ya away. And the way they’ll do it I have no doubt that it’ll involve some painful traps. They don’t like it when things mess with their catches.” I spoke to the mer under the water. Though I couldn’t see it the water churned giving me a decent idea of where it was before it settled again. From what I could tell it was right under where I was throwing the fish. “Come on. Eat the tuna or I’m not giving ya anymore.”
Nothing. So I pulled out the other piece of salmon and dipped it into the water before pulling it back out.
“See? Ya want it ya need to eat everything else.”
For some reason I got the impression that I was being judged.
“Tuna is cheap and has a lot of protein from what I know so quit pouting and eat it.”
I sent the water an unamused stare, trying to send my message since I couldn’t tell if it could understand what I was saying. I doubted it, but that never stopped me from talking before. Then I smiled as the tuna vanished.
“That wasn’t so hard now, was it?” I tossed another piece into the water. “But you’re not getting the salmon until you eat everything else. I’m not even sure what that one is, but it’s apparently popular.”
Nothing happened until the piece stilled in the water and I got the glimpse of black claws. The process was slow and continued on until I was out of sashimi. I watched the water.
“Well I have nothing more to give ya. This box here is for tomorrow. I’ll be back in the morning to feed ya.”
The water churned as it moved under the black water.
“Don’t steal from the traps anymore. If ya do than sure you’re gonna get hurt, but it makes Blaster’s stepdad unhappy and if he’s unhappy he doesn’t bring Blaster on his fishing trips and if he doesn’t bring Blaster then Blasters unhappy. If Blasters unhappy it’s your fault and I won’t feed ya anymore. Got it?”
No response. Not like I was expecting one anyway. I stood.
“I’ll know if ya start stealing. Don’t think I won’t.”
Then I turned and headed home.
444444444444444 Fooooouuuurrrrsssss!44444444444444
Happy Saturday. I was getting up with the freaking sun for this fish. So out I went. Its breakfast in hand. And low and behold there it was. Curling around and between the rocks. None of the traps appeared to be bothered. Maybe it did understand. Either that or it was content with what I was giving it. I lounged back on the pier as I set the box next to me. Popping the lid I watched it.
“Morning. Ya know I’m surprised no ones seen ya yet. You don’t really blend in well.”
It didn’t move. However when I tossed in a piece its gaze turned to the floating fish. It glanced at me a few times before it stiffly moved forward. It favored its left arm as it slipped along the bottom slowly. It settled below the dead meat. I watched with mild interest as it rose up on its tail and reached up. It stopped. Nothing happened for an extended amount of time before its claws dug into it and drug it under. It watched its ‘prey’ a moment before swiftly eating it. Well no wonder it took so long for me to feed it if it did That every time. It moved its gaze back to me and it moved back until it was once again flat against the sand. I tossed another piece in and it watched that one until it settled.
“Quit stalking the sushi. It’s dead. It’s not going to swim away.”
I nearly laughed when it glared at me before going back to watching its new prey. It slowly reached up and stopped again.
“Oh for the love of- grab it! Hey! Don’t growl at me. I’m feeding ya.” I scolded it, but it cautiously reached up again like it hadn’t heard me. Then it snatched it and watched it. “I know you’re not deaf. Eat it. Do something. If you were actually prowling after something that was alive this would be much more interesting, but no. It’s dead. It’s been dead for awhile.”
Great. I was arguing with a fish now. I sighed as it sent me another glare. I fell back on the pier with a huff. I stared up at the dull looking gray that was the sky at the moment. Then I pulled myself back up. I jumped and yanked my legs back up and away from the waters below. I stared down at the mer that appeared below me.
“Ya know that’s Really creepy. Nothing’s supposed to move that quietly in the water.” Silence. “It doesn’t help that ya don’t move or blink.”
It twitched an ear fin, but that was the only response I got. I sighed again before grabbing another piece. It dangled in my grasp and I contemplated a moment. Then I was slowly lowering it to touch the water. Hopefully feeding time would go by quicker if I could get it to take it from my hand.
“I really want to get back to bed. This is Saturday. Saturday. And here I am arguing with You. A fish. I hope ya know I have plans today involving sleep, video games, and pizza with my friends.”
It was still besides its expression settling in a glare.
“Fine. I guess ya don’t want this.”
I made to pull it back and it growled softly.
“Make up your mind. Take it or I’m leaving.”
It took it several minutes to decide to slowly reach up. Its gaze shifting from me to the sorry excuse for a fish in my hand. Then in snatched it before retreating.
“Ya could really act more grateful. I don’t have to do this.” I muttered before doing the same with the next piece I pulled out.
This process of handing it each piece slowly made things quicker with feeding it as it grew used to it over the course of the week. As the days passed I could tell it was healing slowly, but surely. It didn’t move as stiffly and it distributed more weight onto its right arm when it crawled along the sandy bottom. Many of the wounds were slowly shifting into pale scars along its body. It was more noticeable on the black scales. I found myself hanging around even after I was done feeding it. I just talked and it watched me until I left. However one morning it broke the cycle.
“So Blaster and I- hey where are ya going? I was talking.”
I jumped up as it slowly swam the length of the pier. It glanced at me as I followed it every once in awhile.
“I know you’re a mer, but ya should know that it’s rude to just leave when someone is talking. Hey. Are ya listening?”
I jumped down off the pier and onto the sand. It followed the shallows edge. Moving slow enough for me to keep up.
“Where are ya even going? There’s nothing but rocks out in that direction.”
I was trying to argue with a fish. Blaster was going to have a good laugh when I finally told him about my little secret. I hesitated at the hollow in the cliffs edge. The mer stalled before it kept going, following the shallow path of water.
“Hey! Come on! Wait up!”
I followed after it. Running along the slippery edge. If I fell in it wasn’t that deep anyway. The area inside was a small little cove. It pulled itself up on the center rock, its tail curling around it. I looked around the area as it watched me.
“So this is where you’ve been hiding out, huh?”
I sat on the rim and watched as its tail fin opened and closed lazily. It had some healing cuts in the pure white and red edged fin as well.
“So I assume there’s a reason ya brought me home? I could only guess this means ya trust me. Either that or you’re planning to kill me. I really hope it’s the former.”
The mer blinked its sapphire eyes slowly as it let its arms dangle over the side of the rock.
“Ya Do blink. Well that makes ya a little less creepy.” I grinned at it and it tilted its head to the side to rest on one of its arms.

Your sides hurt after laughing and gossipping too much. You couldn't remember the last time you were this happy and had laughed so much. Of course, a large part of it was Ben and you knew it. You had had a long day but you did not want the night to end.
"Wanna call it a night?" Andrew asked, stifling a yawn.
You glared daggers at him and patted him on the shoulder, a little too hard for his liking. For someone having played Spiderman, he was awful with his Spidey-senses.
"I mean... maybe after a few drinks?" He corrected, scared of your wrath.
"Maybe we should call it a night," Ben sighed. "I have an audition tomorrow."
You nodded, trying not to let your disappointment show. Maybe it was time to say good bye. You knew you were being dramatic but only because you knew you would never get to do something like this again. Hanging out with your favorite celebrity crush and best friend, talking and laughing till you cried into the late hours of the night.
You were heading towards the parking when you saw Ben taking another turn.
"I thought you and Ands came together?"
"We did but our hotels are in the opposite direction," he shrugged.
"Right! You had mentioned. Let me give you a lift, my hotel isn't far from yours." you offered with a kind smile. However, your heart was racing with the thoughts of being with Ben in a car. But you were elated with the idea of just spending more time with him.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, of course."
Hugging Andrew goodbye and ignoring his smirks, you got into your car followed by Ben.
"Did we make you wait too long, Carl?" You asked and the man in the driver seat laughed.
"No, ma'am. Went and got myself a little sushi after attending your concert. Traffic was terrible though."
You chortled. "Treat's on me next time."
He simply winked back in the rearview mirror.
What you didn't know was how taken aback Ben was when he realized that all your staff was invited to your show and you treated them just like friends. When he realized that he called you ma'am sarcastically. While this was not uncommon, this had genuinely touched his heart.
What moved him even more was that after spending hours with you, he could not see a difference in the personality you had on stage during shows and interviews and behind the stage where you just hung out with your friends. You were the same person and not just another celebrity putting on a facade.
"Hey, Y/N?" He asked, making you look at him.
"I am really glad that I got to see you perform today and spend time with you."
"Me, too."
It was a shame that the darkness in the car hid the shades of red that both of your cheeks were turning into or else you would have realized how mutual the blood rush was.
"Hey, Ben?" You asked in a low whisper.
"Hmm?"
You toyed with the hem of your dress, twisting and turning it between your fingers. You had wanted to ask him this since the beginning, you just didn't know how. You were nervous and he could clearly see it.
"I won't eat you up, Y/N," he laughed.
But you were still hesitating.
"I promise I am not a cannibal."
"You won't get offended?"
"I won't, I promise."
But he was now looking at you seriously, worry clouding a small part of his mind. "What is it, Y/N? Is everything okay? You can tell me."
You seem perplexed and he could not see you that way. Mustering whatever courage he had in him, he gently took your hand in his and looked into your eyes.
"What is going on, Y/N?"
"canihaveapicture" you mumbled to yourself, turning away from him.
"I am sorry, what's that?" He shifted closer to you, making you heart speed up even more.
"Can - can we click a picture?"
Ben broke into a big laugh, one that made you all tingly on the inside.
"It's - it's just that I am a fan...." you explained.
"It would be my honor, Y/N, to have a picture with you."
You relaxed after hearing his reply and settled back into your seat with a smile. It was then your gaze finally fell on your still intertwined hands, which reminded him, too, and he instantly pulled his hand back.
His hand longed for the warmth in the chilled air of the car but he had to restrain himself from touching you without any reason.
"Was it weird working with stuffed animals and talking to them, hoping they would talk back?" You asked suddenly.
"What?" He laughed.
"Yeah, for Narnia. How'd that feel?"
"Oh, you have no idea. We would have to take breaks between scenes because we would be laughing so hard."
You thought back to all the times you had heard him laugh and before you could think, you had blurted out words you never thought you would say out loud.
"You have a beautiful laugh."
"Oh... um, thank you," he blushed as you mentally cursed yourself for not thinking before you spoke.
You soon settled into a comfortable silence, though your heart skipped a beat every time you thought about how you were in the same car as Ben Barnes.
You were staring out the window when you felt him looking at you.
You turned around and saw him facing you with a questioning look on his face.
"Go ahead, Ben... I don't bite either."
"Does it help?"
You turned towards him, supporting the side of your head on the headrest of the seat, just like he had. "Does what help?"
"Songwriting..."
A small smile played on your lips. "It helps but it's not always easy to write songs because the emotions attached with those words are too difficult to process."
"You inspire a lot of people, you know?"
"As do you, Ben, and I am one of those people."
"I am glad to hear you say that."
Once you looked at him, you could not look away. It was as if he had unknowingly captured you. Your gaze slipped down to his lips for just a second and came back to his dark brown eyes. His beautiful eyes which had captured the whole world inside them.
He was unable to look away as well. His gaze was settled on the way your hair fell to your face. His lips curved into a smile as he shifted closer to you, afraid to do anything else. He could feel his heart thumping against his ribs as he slowly brought up his hand to your face and tucked the loose strand of hair behind your ear.
"You're even more beautiful up close, you know that?" He breathed.
Before you could reply, the car came to a halt at your hotel.
"We're here, Y/N," Carl said.
Sighing heavily, you grabbed your phone, taking as much time as possible before leaving the car.
"Carl will drop you till your hotel."
You were trying not to let your disappointment show. You had one of the greatest nights ever with him but it was coming to an end. What had started out a fan-crush had turned into something more.
"This is it then, I guess... Thank you for coming to the tour..."
"Actually, I was thinking coffee...." Ben said sheepishly, looking at you.
"Sorry?"
"Would - would you like to have coffee with me sometime? Whenever you are free? I would love to talk more over coffee."
The seconds in between his question and your answer felt like eternity to him. He knew this would happen the moment he had stepped into your green room. He knew that the way you blushed when he looked at you would have him falling for you in no time. His breathing would quicken when you came near him, his mind would stop forming coherent thoughts when you laughed, his voice would get stuck in his throat whenever you smiled. So when he asked you out, his heart was beating more rapidly than it ever had.
You took a second to take in the question. You wondered for a moment if he had truly asked you out for coffee or was it your mind just playing tricks on you.
"I - um, are you sure?"
He nodded.
"I would love to have coffee with you, Ben." You grinned, butterflies in your stomach at the prospect of going on a date with him. But that grin soon turned into a frown.
"What's wrong?" He asked worriedly, afraid that you would change you mind.
"I have rehearsals tomorrow and I don't know when I will be in LA..."
"Oh. I - I guess maybe not then." He sighed, his heart sinking completely.
"However..." you said, a mischievous glint on your face. "My hotel does have a cafe and right now is the only time I am free, so..."
"Wait, really?" He beamed.
You nodded excitedly, happy that you would get to spend more time with him. And not just spend time, but actually be on a date with him.
"Let's do it then!"
Carl pulled into the deserted drive way as you two made your way into the hotel.
"Hello, could you point us to the cafe, please," you said at the reception. "Room D708."
"I am sorry, ma'am, but the cafe is closed." The man in the suit replied.
"Oh."
"But the bar is still open if you would like to go for drinks," he said with a small smile.
You nodded and walked to Ben who was waiting a little distance away.
"The cafe is closed but the bar is open."
"I don't mind," he smiled. "Would you like to have a Drink with me? Over coffee?"
He held out his hand and you took it, walking in the direction of the arrow pointing towards the bar.
It was not a huge bar but it was empty, just what you two needed to talk properly. You ordered your drinks and settled down on the long stools, still holding hands. His thumb tracing patterns on the back of your hand in the darkness.
He asked you about life on tour and you asked him about his life playing roles he was so different from. You two had seemed to form an instant connection. With the slow music playing on the speakers, the night felt perfect. He wished that time could stop in this moment forever and you could talk for as long as you wanted.
You unlocked your phone and opening the camera, handed it to him.
"I did agree," he said, rolling his eyes out of feigned reluctance but pulled you closer the next second. He put an arm around your shoulders and clicked a picture. Then he clicked one more. Then some more where both of you were making silly faces and laughing and not once did he let go of you.
You stared at the photo where you were grinning from ear to ear, wrapped in his arms.
"And, um, how would I send these pictures to you?"
"Bluetooth?" He winked.
"Oh, alright. Sure." You said dejectedly.
"I am joking, Y/N". He chuckled and entered his number into your phone.
You sent him the pictures right away and he made sure to save your number in his phone as well.
"How is LA treating you?" You asked, resting you chin in your hand.
"It does get a little lonely sometimes," he admitted, taking a sip from his whiskey.
"Are you lonely right now?"
Something about the pain in his voice hurt you. Even the thought of him being in any kind of distress made you upset. All you wanted for this man in front of you to be the happiest in the world. And you knew that you would sacrifice everything in the world if that is what it took to make him feel that way.
"Not right now," he whispered, looking into your eyes.
"I am glad to know that."
"I am glad to be with you, Y/N."
His gaze fell on your lips and he leaned towards you. You met him halfway, running your thumb over his cheek.
He touched your forehead with his, breathing in your scent. But when he looked up at you, he could see your eyes glistening with tears.
You knew that you were going to kiss, just like your ex and you had. You remembered how he had kissed you, promised you the world and then left your heart in shambles.
"It's too soon, isn't it?" He asked, recalling everything the tabloids had printed, recalling the painful lyrics you had sung just that night and recalling how you were unable to control your tears from flowing while singing those songs. He placed a hand on top of yours which was touching his face.
You closed your eyes and nodded against him, letting a tear roll down your cheek. Your heart broke knowing that you were not ready for the most amazing man in the world. And so did his for he would suffer from a heart break that wasn't his and for one that he did not cause.
He took a deep breath and kissed your forehead.
"Take care, Y/N."
When you opened your eyes, he was gone.

Tagged by @anotherghoul666. Thank you for the tags in the games! I only have time for this one tonight. Hopefully I have energy for the Music Era one tomorrow.
Relationship status: Does a work wife who also wingmans for me count? She's awful at it. Scares everybody off because she gets jealous and then tells me it's my fault for being weird. (We love and support work wife. She's my drug dealer now. She buys me edibles.) We both thought the other was weird and stuck up until we were forced to spend time together and now we're forbidden from ever working together again :(
Favorite color: Blue since childhood, but you know, I took a look around the other day and everything is pink. I like all colors I guess. (Except blaze orange in clothing TOBIAS PLEASE RELEASE THE SECRETS OF THE MUSE DESIGN ON SOMETHING BLACK OR GRAY OR EVEN WHITE. I WANT IT SO BAD BUT NOT IF IT'S ORANGE.)
Song stuck in my head: Zenith - Ghost
Last song I listened to: Kuro no Liliana (melancholia) - Shikata Akiko
Three favorite foods: Steak (cooked bleu if possible, usually as rare as is safe), sushi/sashimi and roasted veggies. Also, I'm halfway through a barrel of UTZ's cheese balls.
Last thing I googled: "Phedre Mark". From the book Kushiel's Dart by Jacqueline Carey. which I highly recommend if you like intrigue and bdsm. Wonderful series, but I've only read the first trilogy. Anyway, I was thinking about getting it for my first tattoo but who knows.
Dream trip: We're mostly ex-Catholics in the fandom, right? Anybody familiar with World Youth Day? Some big celebration every three years where the pope invites "the youth of the world" to celebrate Mass with him in person (incredibly sus). My church fundraised (I had to work stupid church events for three years) and sent our youth group on a month long gallivant across Europe with groups from two other churches and it SUCKED ASS. All that architecture and food and oh, so many sights and sounds and we couldn't stay at all! A day or two at most in each city because our itinerary was so packed. Don't get me started. And we all hated each other by the end of it but negativity was a sign of the devil so. No venting. A perfect place for a bunch of 10-18 year olds and their chaperones/parents. Boys and girls weren't allowed to mingle, but... 👀. (The stories I have about American Christian modesty versus European beaches...)
I would do that trip again just to take everything in properly. Slowly. Without praying three times a day and every time we "came across sin". (Bus drove through a "red light district" on accident once and I still crack up at that memory) So...Iceland, France, Spain and Portugal. I'd want to take a year. Three months in each place, minimum. (Also one time I stole a smut book from a bar the 18 year olds brought me to and had to pray the rosary for like, an hour straight when they did luggage checks after dinner. It clearly worked.)
Anything I want: A winning lottery ticket to a truly obscene amount of money. That would give me the way to really get everything I want which is far too numerous to be listed here. Failing that, some hostess cupcakes. Which I'm eating right now. Lovely! It seems I'm destined to always get my heart's desire. See what manifestation and affirmations can do?

Diary Entry #003
Tuesday, 11. July 2023, 23:38
Alright, so originally I wanted to wait a bit before I do the next entry, but something just happened seconds ago that has me shaking to the point where I might think I'm going to have a panic attack once I'm done with typing this out.
So to go through everything that has happened, it's probably best I go through everything in the order it happened. So last Entry was on Saturday, Sunday was pretty boring, so there is nothing I really need to add there. I think one nice thing that has happened on Sunday, was that I was out with my siblings and a mutual friend of us getting some Sushi all you can eat in your fave restaurant. During the night from Sunday to Monday, I actually tried a spell to manifest a
Now to Monday, so Tay decided to reach out to me after work (I guess?), asking me about what I have been up to, I told him, that work has been boring and how I got some Oil-burns while cooking on the weekend. He, as expected, didn't ask any more questions about the subject, and instead we were talking about his shit (like always). At some point, he just stopped replying right in the middle of the conversation for like 6 hours???? And then he came back like nothing happened, and we just continued talking. Like, at least tell me what the fuck took you so long.
Well anyway, while he was taking his time with replying I had a discord call with Cil and I KID YOU NOT, I love this woman so much. So I told her about how I feel very alienated with the girlies, especially Iruna and she absolutely understood my worries and told me that I was valid in the way I was feeling which... It felt sooo good having someone respond to my struggles with understanding. She told me that I can very well reach out to Iruna and talk about my fears, and how she is sure they will understand how I have been feeling recently. Especially since Iruna did reach out to me again today.
Then we also talked about the situation with Tay and how I feel like he doesn't really acknowledges my issues and the things that I care for, like my stories and poems. Cil once again was the most amazing listener and told me that it is something I have to clearly communicate with him, because what's the point of putting any more effort into a connection if it's completely one-sided? But how do I even tell him those concerns, I don't want to beg him to treat my properly, I just want him to treat me properly without me having to wish and beg for it. So that's something I will have to put in some more thoughts into.
Well now to today (Tuesday). First of all, I didn't go to work, the constant weather changes gave me the BIGGEST migraine. I stayed at home not really doing anything but sleep till noon, once I was feeling a bit better I helped out my older brother with some work and decided that I want to pick up Fire Emblem Engage, because I am really in the mood for some games again. I am probably going to do that tomorrow. Tay and I continued talking, since his response was at like 1 am I think, so we just kinda picked it up again after I woke up.
So now I have been idling in my bed since then going through social media ordered pizza, doing not really anything, when I suddenly see a response Tay made to some RANDOM FUCKING TWEET that just was talking about the reasons why one could be single, and he decided to fucking respond to that saying that he is better off that why and how he doesn't feel like a relationship right now. So now I am shit scared because I DO still have feelings for him, but do I even have a chance??? What can I do to get him to reciprocate these feelings, i wanna be with him but after everything that happened, THAT IS ALL HIS FAULT BTW, he doesn't wanna be with me? That's why I am so scared off communicated my worries with him since I feel like that might turn him away from me and I need to be as loving and pleasant to him as possible... i dont know what to do

Love Bites (But So Do I) PT. 2
Justice League x Reader One-shot
Word Count: 2.3K Warnings: Explicit Language
Author's Note: Aye, we're back with another Skyrim!Reader fic! Enjoy! -Thorne
**********************************************************************
It’d been close to a year since she’d joined the Justice League, and though the original members were a tightknit group, they’d welcomed her with open arms. Some of them were still wary about her, but for the most part, she was doing well within their ranks, especially when it came to being around Bruce or Hal. Given her longevity, she’d seen men like them before, known how to get along with them. Bruce she could meet on equal footing, Hal was simply a man that had to be shown who was in charge; it didn’t take much to make Hal crack under her authority, and in mere days, she had him wrapped around her fingers—Bruce too, but he’d never outright admit it to her face, or anyone else’s, even if a gun was put to his head.
She didn’t particularly fight much when they went on missions, preferring to be backup as well as their combat medic, a job she did well. She’d sewn up most of them without a blink of an eye, and while the first time she sewed Bruce’s wounds up, Clark and Diana stood beside to watch in case she tried to feed, they quickly learned, not only through her own comment but also his, that she wasn’t going to harm anyone.
Barry liked her. Or at least he enjoyed speaking with her. He found her ten thousand years of experience interesting, the history of her life, the survival of it. They’d spent hours talking about the past, hers and his from going back in time often. She enjoyed puzzling the poor scientist with magic. Barry wasn’t one to follow the whole “It’s magic” sermon; he wanted scientific evidence, hypothesis and experiments to prove how sparks, fire, and frost flowed from her fingertips like water. How natural it was for her as if it were like breathing.
She liked Barry. Liked to help him through personal issues. Her many years had given her experience in most subjects of life. Spurned lovers, betrayal of friends, death, life, all of it. There wasn’t anything she couldn’t help with, the League had come to find out. Sometimes, she even helped, and she didn’t even realize it.
***
It was one of the routine meetings for the month; she sat next between Diana and Hal, trying to focus on the words coming out of Bruce’s mouth but all she could hear was the quiet rumbling coming beneath them. What was she hearing? A broken pipe in the ceiling? Air hissing from a crack in a window, perhaps? No, it seemed to be coming from the table. But what was it? Nothing was shaking the foundation. What—
“(Y/N), is something wrong?”
She cocked her head up, realizing she’d pressed her face to the table in hopes she could listen closer to the noise; clearing her throat, she felt the eyes of the group on her. “Apologies,” she excused. “There’s…there is something I keep hearing under your voice. It’s…distracting.”
Her eyes found Clark’s. “Listen for a moment and see if you can hear it.”
They waited, everyone holding their breath, and when the rumbling came again, her eyes widened. “See! That! What is that!”
Clark held his hand up to say wait and she fell silent, letting him listen of for a few more moments, and then he cracked a smile and laughed.
“What? Why are you laughing?” she questioned. “What is it?”
“It’s Barry’s stomach,” he chuckled, nodding at the Speedster who suddenly flushed.
“Sorry,” he said. “I didn’t know you guys could hear it.” He laughed nervously. “It’s past my usual snack time so I’m really hungry.”
“I’ve got you,” Hal replied, digging in his bomber pocket to pull out a candy bar. “Snickers?”
“Ooo!” Barry chirped, taking it from him with a, “Thank you. I forgot to pack snacks when I left the house today.”
“Bar, one day, you’re gonna keel over from hunger because you forget. I swear, your memory is just as bad as your lateness.”
“God, don’t remind me,” Barry snickered.
(Y/N) hummed, eyes lingering on Barry for a moment before she turned to Bruce. “Sorry for the interruption. Please, continue.”
Bruce didn’t skip a beat, but she kept the thought of Barry in the back of her mind.
***
A couple hours later, the meeting had ended, and she caught up with Barry and Hal as they left. “Barry, a moment of your time, please? There’s something I wish to discuss with you.”
Hal waved the two off and continued to the Zeta tubes, leaving them and Barry smiled, “What’s up, (Y/N)?”
“How often do you eat?”
Hello left field with that question.
“I—what?”
“Consuming sustenance,” she reiterated. “How often do you do it?”
Barry shuffled on his feet, scratching at the back of his head. “Well…my metabolism burns through food like Hal does jet fuel.” He saw her cocked eyebrow and unimpressed look and immediately said, “I need to eat roughly 4.8 million calories a day.”
Her eyes went wide and for a moment she simply gaped at him, then she recovered and shook her head. “Divines, you eat a lot of food.”
“Yeah,” Barry chuckled. “Only downside of being a Speedster besides seeing the world in slow motion.”
“Forensic scientists make between forty and one-hundred-thousand a year. Is it possible for you to afford the nutrition you need to adequately feed yourself?”
Just like that, she hit a sore spot because Barry stilled, a remarkable feat, and his cheeks tinted red; she heard the stutter in his heart rate, noted the way he looked around uncomfortably. “I…Bruce…helps me sometimes.” He shifted nervously. “High calorie protein bars are the easiest to manufacture in massive quantities. I need them most nights.”
“So, you can’t afford the amount of food you need?” (Y/N) hummed, eyes narrowing as she brought her hand to her face, rubbing her chin thoughtfully. “I’m going home for the evening,” she suddenly blurted out. “Come back here tomorrow around the same time. I’ll have something for you that will help with your food shortage.”
As she walked off, Barry grabbed her arm, pleading, “Wait, (Y/N), don’t. I can’t take money from you.”
“I never said anything about money,” she corrected, removing his arm. “I merely said for you to come back, and I’ll have something for you.” She winked. “Relax Barry. I’m not going to tell the world your secrets.”
***
He stood in the center of the area where he was supposed to meet (Y/N), had been standing there for an hour, but then again, she was only fifteen minutes late and he forty-five minutes early. Barry glanced at his watch when a buzzing started in his pocket; he pulled his phone out and saw her caller ID, lifting it to his ear. “Hello?”
Barry! Sorry for calling late. That thing I’m looking for is taking a bit longer than I expected it to. Do you think you could come to my home in Gotham? I’ve already called ahead and let Bruce know you’d be in city limits.
“Oh, yeah,” he answered. “I’ll be right there.”
Good! Travel safely!
It’d taken him all of ten seconds to get from the Watchtower to her house and Barry almost shit his pants when he saw it. It reminded him of Hagrid’s house but slightly wider and with multiple conjoined buildings to it. He walked up to the front door, hyping himself up to grab the brass doorknocker that resembled a demonic skull. When he knocked on the door, nothing happened, then the locks flipped and it opened, creaking on its hinges like a cheap eighty’s horror film, but it did the trick because Barry was scared out of his mind when all he saw was a darkened room lit up only by a candle holder on a table in the middle.
“I’m in the back!” a voice called from inside. “Fang is coming to greet you! He’s bringing Nevermore!”
Nevermore was the bird. He remembered that one, but who was Fang?
His question was answer by a giant mastiff came bounding from an opening to the hallway and Barry almost jumped a foot in the air; it looked terrifying, but he merely whined and shoved his head into Barry’s palm, waiting to be scratched behind his ears.
He relented, giving Fang a good ear-scratch, and smiled as Nevermore hopped up his arm to sit on his shoulder.
“Hungry!” he croaked. “Want snacks!”
Barry dug around in his pocket, finding a half-eaten granola bar. “Granola?” he offered, holding up a piece and Nevermore swiped it with a quick snap of his beak.
“Come in!”
“(Y/N), where are you?”
“In the back!” she called. “I told you that already!”
“I meant where!” Barry laughed, coming to the hallway. It split down two sides, one going to the right the other left. The right opened to what looked like a studio. The left went down and had two doors on the wall, what were bedrooms, and at the end of the hall was a study.
“Bedroom!” she answered, and Barry walked down the left, stopping at the second door that was creaked open.
He saw (Y/N) laying over her bed, digging for something on the opposite side away from him. “(Y/N)?”
“Come in,” she said, listening to him walk around to see her. “I forgot I shoved this underneath her a long time ago when I was cleaning things out.”
“How long is a long time ago?”
“Hmm…American Revolution? Give or take a decade or so?” she waved it off, pulling out what looked like an antique drawstring bag, about the size of a dinner plate; she held it up and patted the bed beside her with her free hand. “This is going to solve all your food problems,” (Y/N) announced, watching him sit down.
“Uh…how so?”
She placed it in his lap. “Think of your absolute favorite snack food. Chips or cookies or something.”
He did.
“Now…reach into the bag and pull it out.”
Barry’s brows furrowed as he reached in the bag, and she knew he’d found them because his eyes went wide, and he pulled out a snack pack of cookies. “What the—”
“Magic food purse,” (Y/N) explained. “Found it one day when I was exploring.” She took it back and reached into it, pulling out a thin tray of expertly wrapped sushi. “It’s really helpful when you’re traveling and can’t carry massive amounts of food around with you.”
Barry watched her pop one in her mouth; he knew damn well that sushi wasn’t in there when he reached inside. He swiped the bag from her and opened it, peering inside, but all he saw was a dark, stretching expanse. “That’s not possible,” he breathed. “There’s nothing in here.”
“It’s magic,” (Y/N) snorted, reaching in to pull out a frosted chocolate cupcake. “Anything you can imagine eating or drinking? It will come out.”
“That’s not scientifically possible!” Barry stressed, trying to shove his head into the bag. There had to be some gimmick to it. A transporter! Something!
“Why is it so hard for you to accept that some things in this universe can’t be explained by science?” she stared at him. “For Divines’ sake, Barry, your best friend is a man who wields a magic ring. You run faster than the speed of light.”
“There’s science behind some of that!”
“Not much.”
“But there is science! Here—there’s nothing!” Barry was having a crisis. “I don’t know how this works. I don’t understand.”
(Y/N) smiled and folded the bag up, gently stowing it in Barry’s jacket pocket. “It’s not about understanding, Barry, it’s about accepting that there are some things you won’t ever understand.” Her eyes crinkled at the edges. “That bag will never run out of magic. You can think all the food and drinks into existence and never run out of food again.”
She reached up and cupped his cheek. “No more high calorie meal bars unless you have to eat them. No more worrying about putting money aside to make sure you have enough to eat. No more relying on others to keep yourself from going hungry.” (Y/N) whispered comfortingly, “No more fear. No more worries.”
Barry felt the lump rise in his throat. He’d never admitted it, not even to Hal, but he worried constantly about keeping fed. Worried that money wouldn’t come in, that he’d go hungry, that something worse would happen. All the nights he’d laid in bed and had to roll over on an empty stomach because he couldn’t afford to buy more or eat what he’d planned for tomorrow then. All the skipping meals, all the exhaustion, all the worry. Gone in moments.
He felt her thumb under his eye, and he looked into her umber ones, seeing her smile softly as she wiped away another tear. She didn’t say anything, merely gazing at him and Barry leaned into her palm, reaching up to cup her hand closer to his cheek. “Thank you,” he managed through the lump in his throat. “I don’t know how to repay you for—”
“Shhh,” (Y/N) hushed, pressing her thumb to his lips. “There’s nothing to repay anyone for. I did this for you, Barry, not so you’d owe me.” She pulled away from him and rose from the bed, looking back. “Now, if you’d like a moment to yourself, I understand. But I was planning on making dinner. Would you like to stay the night?”
“You don’t mind?” Barry asked. “I wouldn’t want to intrude.”
She glanced over her shoulder with a wink, flashing those pretty white fangs in a smile as she flirted, “Stay all you want, Barry. I won’t bite…yet.” She left Barry in the room, heart pounding in his chest, but not from fear—from excitement and anticipation.

Uncertainty in the Household
Picture Perfect Series
TW: talk and action for miscarriage, slight manipulation
Word Count: 4.1K
A/N: I wanted to explore the reader and Danny’s relationship in this chapter, so i hope you like it, first part is p rough with the whole miscarriage, so you're free to skip to after the second - if you're uncomfy with that
-
Tears fall into your palms as your fingertips dig into your scalp, your belly- while still early in the pregnancy, still feels as if it’s protruding, and you sit on the shared bed, a faint smell of cigarettes and alcohol lingers in the air and you’re alone. For now, at least. It wouldn’t have been so bad if it were Danny who was the father. You want to kid yourself, to tell such lies that he could be the father, that sleeping with- that being forced into whatever sick game Ghostface has with you- that he didn’t impregnate you. You blame yourself. You should have taken the morning after pill, you should have purged yourself of everything and anything to make sure that you didn’t let yourself have his child. Your stomach twists and turns, a thin veil of acid on your tongue and you wonder how to explain this to Danny. If you even should. It’s still early, maybe you could get rid of the child before anyone has to know. Your eyes widen and you sit up, your eyes scanning the room and you let out a breath, nodding to yourself.
You can get rid of the child. No one knows. You made sure to throw away the pregnancy tests in a dumpster at a park and rip the receipts before anyone could ever see. No one has to know.
Loneliness, while always being your aggressor, has finally worked in your favor. You rush to put on your clothes, ignoring the burning desire to cry, your purse in your hand, you walk to the front door, pausing to leave a note to your partner.
“Went out, I’ll bring dinner.” Something short and simple. Marked with a little heart at the end that makes you feel a bit sick, like it’s something like a lie that you’re telling him. You place the pen down and grab the car keys, rushing down the steps. Each step down the stairs is something that feels heavy, chains around our ankle and the child- no, you can’t call it that. You know you’ll get attached. You’ve heard about the tactics that are used to pressure vulnerable people into keeping their unborn children, and you won’t be one of those. You can’t. Not now and you’re sure not ever. The car purrs to life, the steering wheel a bit too hot from being under the sun and you wait, letting the cool air fan against your already hot body and you reverse out of the parking lot.
-
You return with tuna, alcohol, fenugreek, a peppermint and aloe vera plant, a thin bag that is filled with peaches, different varieties of caffeine that you can already taste, and pineapple. Your hands ache, the base of your fingers sore from the heaviness of the bags that you stubbornly carried up to the apartment. You were not going to make multiple trips, that much was certain about your day. You hear his voice before you see him, a greeting cut off as he realizes just how much you’re carrying. Danny’s eyes widen, and he rushes off the couch, taking bags away and your palms are redden from the indents of the bags.
“Are we having a feast?” His hands are inside a bag and he pulls out wrapped fish, and he stops, turning to you, a tight smile on his lips that you don’t recognize. “I didn’t know you liked fish.” He places it down and watches as you carefully place a clinking bag down onto the table. “Alcohol too, huh? What-” he turns to you, a nervous chuckle filling the space of his words- “Did I forget a special date?”
You shake your head no, already biting into an unwashed peach, trying to ignore how many hands and bacteria have touched the fruit before you. “Just-” you speak with a full mouth and turn your head, covering your mouth with your hand and taking another bite. You swallow and take a gulp of air. “I was just craving fish is all. Why? Do you not like fish?”
“No, it’s not that, it’s just that I- I just wanted soup, and-” your smile falls and he shakes his head. “I can get soup tomorrow. How long until the fish is down?”
“Actually-” you reach into another bag and pull out two containers- “I was able to buy some sushi on the way home.” You pull out a pack and slide the container to him. You spare him a glance as he stares at the sushi with an odd, angry feeling. “Oh, I’m uh, I have tomorrow off, by the way.” You meet his eyes for a minute and he gives you a nod, allowing you to continue.
“You’ve been throwing up lately,” he adds, taking a bite from his plate. Your heart sinks and you try to mask your emotions, turning around to grab a bottle opener from one the drawers. “I’ve been worried, you know. Maybe-” the chair squeaks and when you turn, he’s sitting down, an unopened beer beside his plate- “I should take tomorrow off too and we can go to the doctor. Just to see if you don’t have the flu or-” he tilts his head, his lips twitching- “if it isn’t anything else.”
A part of you wants to tell him your fear. You don’t want to be pregnant, and you hope that if you manifest it enough, it’ll be true. But you also fear that he wants a family and you’ll be the one ruining it for him. Maybe you aren’t even pregnant. Maybe it’s just needless worry over a few faulty exams, but you can’t risk it. Not now. Not if it has the chance to be someone other than Danny’s.
With a bottle opener in hand, you walk towards Danny, his eyes on you the entire time. You place the bottle opener beside his drink, a hand on his shoulder and the other brushing back his hair, combing it to the side. His hands leave his meal and rest against your hips, his gaze up at you and there’s a hint of a smile at his lips, and you lean down, pressing your lips over his scar that adorns his forehead.
“We have bills to pay Dan,” you mutter, “at least one of us should be responsible.” You close your eyes tightly to avoid tears spilling over, the hand on his shoulder tightening and when you pull away, he looks unbothered for a moment before giving you a forced smile. “Let’s eat, okay? You can tell me about your day.”
-
All it takes is one doctor appointment to confirm that you are not pregnant. It was just a scare. And as if life and everything else in control of you wanted to laugh, you bled through your underwear on the ride home. The vomiting in the morning was your body simply pretending to have the signs, your mind so strong that it created a falsehood of pregnancy, just because you were so scared and sure of it.
Life is odd for the moment. You tried so hard to get rid of the unwanted child and they were never there to begin with. You had to go through with the nervousness that consumed you. The call to the doctor, the waiting, the glances that Danny gave you as if he knew something. You wonder if he did know. He isn’t dumb, a bit dense when it comes to your feelings, but he’s smart in a way that matters. You hope that he doesn’t know, for both your sake and his. The little scare will be something that you take to your grave, hoping that it’ll remain just that.
The fan is turned on with a simple swipe of your hand against the light switch, the room filling with white noise. You sit on his couch, your body stiff as if it were the first time that you had visited his home. You still remember how it was. Dirty. You hadn’t expected that from him. There was trash all over, a sort of musty smell and an empty fridge. He hadn’t seemed embarrassed, but rather mildly inconvenienced even though he was the one to invite you over. However, now the place is as clean as it can be, the musty smell now replaced by a slight twinge of alcohol and tobacco, but with an overlapping floral scent from one of your candles. You can’t help but wonder if he minds that you added bits and pieces of yourself into his home. He calls it your home too, almost too eager to make sure that you know that you belong here, but even so, it doesn't feel like your home. It’s too empty, too devoid of your touch. You still feel as if you’re a guest, waiting and cleaning, tending to him when he needs it.
The simple fact of the matter is, this isn’t your home. Your stuff, your personal items that you decorated your home are still in boxes shoved under the bed. You miss your home. “I miss my home,” you say to yourself, tears pricking in your eyes. The rent was cheap, and the landlords were kind enough, but it’s gone. The place scooped up by some stranger and the thought has your stomach rising.
You’ve thought about leaving here. Perhaps not Danny, but maybe that would be a consequence of you leaving. It was too rushed. You were too scared of Ghostface invading your life again. You made a rash decision that the both of you now have to pay for. He lost his space, his privacy and you can tell he holds some resentment, the way he slams the doors close, how he locks the rooms and won’t speak to you until he needs something, until he’s pressuring you to kiss him with a half-hearted apology on his tongue.
You glance at the coffee table, old and cracked, the paint on the wood chipped and revealing the unfurnished finish. The photo frame is cold, a slight layer of dust over it, concealing your nervous smile and Danny’s wide one. He isn't happy, but he’s smiling. You both only have a few pictures with each other. It isn’t much, and you’re surprised that the photographer wouldn’t want more, but it can’t be helped.
The photo is placed back on the table, and you lay down on the sofa, grabbing at the throw blanket that you added. Your arms act as a pillow underneath your weary head, and you stare at the photo, training over how his arms are wrapped tight round you and how close that he holds you.
-
Daniel walks into his shared apartment with you, and he immediately spots your shoes in a different position than when he left. He frowns, walking further into the apartment, his eyes scan the room, his eyes landing on a crumpled bag of fast food on the table, the drink creating a water ring on the table. It isn’t like you to be so careless.
The drink rattles in his hand, nothing but cold liquid is inside the container. His bag is heavy as he leans it against the wall on the floor, and he finally finds you. You’re asleep on the couch, your body curled with the decorative throw blanket covering your body as the fan spins above.
He lowers himself to watch you, your soft breaths and the way your face is relaxed. You’re asleep and it brings him back to a time where you were under him, where night concealed him and he was able to hover above you. It’s much different now, you’re still scared but he’s able to kiss you, to have you rake your nails down his back and hold his hand as if it’s the only thing to keep you sane.
A calloused hand cups your cheek, your skin soft and blemished with faded scars that he’s studied meticulously night after night. You wake up with his fingers tracing over your face and he doesn’t make a sound, everything about him is stoic and he wonders how you are seeing this situation in your eyes. Are you scared? Do you know? Are you pregnant? What are you thinking of him at this very moment? You blink slowly at him and he’s reminded of a cat, watching and tired, and there’s a burning desire in him that wonders what you would do if he strangled you right now. Slowly, his hand lowers, his knuckles brushing over your cheekbones and down your jawline, touching against your pulse on your neck and he feels it quicken. Your eyes never leave his and he doesn’t look away. He’s sure that he could convince you that it was a joke or that maybe it was just a dream that you had. It’s been a while since you had such a vivid dream.
Your hand creeps from under the blanket and you hold the back of his hand, moving it back to your face, letting your lips press against the side of his palm in a soft kiss. “Danny,” you say in a sleepy voice as your eyes close. “How was work?” Your hand that holds his becomes limp and he watches as it slides down his hand, catching on the cuff of his sweater until it dangles off the couch.
It wasn’t smart of him to invite you to live with him. He was too reckless, too needy and desperate to have you beside him that he just wasn’t thinking. Even if you are naïve and easily pulled into a false sense of security, he can’t just explain his costume, he can’t explain the knife and all the careful cleaning kits that he has. This is all too risky.
But he can’t throw you out either. He’s become attached. You’re like a pet to him now, and as every disgruntled man says on television, don’t name something or else you’ll get attached. And now he’s fallen victim to it. It’s nice to have such an easy fuck around, to know that he cold do whatever he wanted to you and you’ll stay here with him, because the other option is much scarier. The corners of his lips pull upwards and he pulls his hand away, fixing the blanket above you and he rises from his knees with a sigh.
“Another dead body,” he says with a chipper voice that he can’t seem to hide. “All signs point to our residential serial killer.” It’s much too risky to have Ghostface visit you, you thought this as your safe haven, you have to know and think that it still is, but fuck does he miss your fear and how pitifully you cried. “You never told me why you hated him so much.” He has to bite the inside of his cheeks when your brows knit together. “I know he’s a killer, but did he ever hurt anyone close to you?”
Your eyes shift and you pull the blanket closer to you, the folds stretching across your frame and showing the curves of your body. “I’m not sure, I just-” you catch his eyes and he sees you visibly shrink away from him- “I’m scared of his mask.”
His mouth fills with saliva as he thinks about just how frightened you are. “What a shame, I was hoping to get into roleplay.” He could think about you know, how you'd hit and scream, how he could pretend that it was all part of the act and just hold you down, thinking about how you would put the pieces together and sob.
“That isn’t funny,” you say in a high-pitched voice, already cracking and sitting up to lessen the distance between the two of you. He rolls his eyes in response, standing up from his crouch with a hiss between his teeth. “People are dead,” you whine, as if he hasn’t been keeping up with the news with you. “He killed people.” You’re much more emotional than he thought, but you’ve held your mouth for so long, suffered in your silence and in your vulnerability; it's only natural you would have such strong emotions.
“Relax, it was a joke.” He takes off his jacket and tosses it beside you, watching as you pull yourself closer, further away from his jacket and only staring at it with confusion, as if he dared to have the audacity to throw something your way.
“A dumb one,” you say with with a pout, gripping tighter onto the blanket.
“I said relax,” Danny says in a stern voice, already done with the conversation. He may have been the one to start it but he was hoping for a more playful one, or rather one where you go along with him rather than try to fight him.
“Whatever,” you huff, and he sees you bundle the blanket in your arms, pushing yourself to the further end of the couch, looking at the wall with furrowed brows as your hand tries to discreetly cover your pout.
“Great,” he says sarcastically, turning around and walking towards the fridge. “Now, you’re angry,” he says loud enough for you to hear.
He rises back up with a bottle in his hand, toying with the cap, letting the ridges play against his fingertips. You don’t respond and he can feel his anger start to rise, something thick that lodges in his throat and makes it impossible to swallow. You aren’t answering him. Usually this would be a good sign, something that means he still has you wrapped around his finger, but it feels different. You aren’t moving from your spot, and you aren’t apologizing to him. He puts the bottle down, and runs his hand down his face with a heavy sigh.
“I think,” your voice is small, and he can barely hear it, but he can, “we both rushed into this… relationship. We should have taken it slow.” When you turn to him, he sees that your eyes are wet and you try to take steady breaths but to no avail. “I’m happy with you, but I don’t think we were thinking clearly when we chose to-” your eyes glance around and you look away from him- “to do this.”
His jaw twitches and he watches you, anger boiling inside of him, white-hot that makes it impossible to think and if he could, he'd grab the knife on the counter and stick it in your back but he can’t. Copper fills his mouth and he turns on his heel, the bedroom door slamming behind him, loud enough that he can hear your yelp and loud enough that it makes his ears ring. He wonders what the neighbors would think of it, but he can’t really bring himself to care. He’ll find an excuse, he always does.
His name is muted through the door and he rummages through the closet, pulling out a worn backpack and knocking a few clothes off the anger that he steps on. You enter the room just in time to witness him opening your drawer and throwing your things inside without a care.
“Danny?” Your voice sounds so fearful and it makes him stop for a second, and when he looks at you, your foot slides back out of the room. You’re terrified of him right now. “Danny, what are you doing?” You ask in a small voice, as you take a tentative step inside the room.
“You want to leave right?” He asks in a condescending tone, stepping closer to you with the back held tight in his hand. “Well, don’t worry. I’ll help you pack.”
“I didn’t-”
“Didn’t you say that we rushed into this?” With every word he stalks towards you and he tosses the backpack onto the bed, only to miss and have it slide down, the contents inside spilling onto the floor. You look away from him and that only adds fuel to the fire that is tarnishing him from the inside. “Didn’t you?” He shouts, slapping his hand on the dresses, rattling your bottles of perfume and creams. He stares at you, his nostrils flared and jaw tight as he tries to keep a sense of composure. “Did you or did you not?” He asks, his voice eerily calm as he lets his nails drag along the wall. “What? Cat got your tongue?”
“I’m sorry, Dan,” you cry, your eyes spilling over with tears. “I wasn’t thinking. Please, I promise, it was just a long day and I’m sorry.”
You’re pathetic and not in the way that he wants you. He turns around and you grab his arm, latching yourself around his forearm. His name is on your tongue and before you have a chance to finish it, he turns around, his hand raised, and mouth pulled into an ugly snarl. You let go of him immediately and try to shield yourself, but he aims for the wall instead. His palm stings and you let out a choked sob.
He can’t think. Not with you here. Not with his emotions running so high. Not when his palm stings and there’s something dark brooding inside of him. He takes a deep breath and he forces himself to look at you. You stare up at him with worry creasing your features.
“It's okay,” his words are still tense, but your body lowers its defenses slightly, and he knows he’s on the right track. “I was angry.” He pulls his hand away from the wall and rubs it with his other, the palm of his hand a light shade of pink. “Why don’t we have dinner, huh?” He tries to give you a charming smile, but it falls flat. “We’ll talk about it over dinner. You know-” he reaches for your hand and grabs it in both of his- “like couple’s therapy or some shit. How does that sound?”
You break away from his gaze, glancing at the floor, and he knows your habits and tics by now. You’ll scan the floor, and look up at him and smile and nod. You play your part so well, and if he had to be honest with himself, he can’t lose that. Not yet. Not when you’re so dependent on him and him on you. He waits for our smile, to give you his own to show that he’s okay, that his anger has subsided for now, but you never give him that. Your mouth parts open and there are tears in your eyes, your hand shakes and grows clammy in his. He calls your name, but you don’t respond. Your breath is ragged, sharp inhales and shaky exhales, and he follows your gaze to the floor under the bed.
In the corner of his eye, he spots white and his nails dig into your skin. “Go get me a beer, I’ll-” he looks down at you and your eyes are stuck, glued to the floor where you can see the face that has haunted you- “I’ll clean up, okay? Just give me a moment.” It isn’t enough, you’re still looking where the mask lays, the bottom half of the face peeking from under your undergarments. Your mouth opens in a silent question and when you look back at him, you’re scanning his face. His body runs hot, his mouth going dry and he says the only thing that can come to mind. “I told you I wanted to try roleplay.”
“I thought you were,” you hesitate, and your tongue peeks to wet your lips, “I thought you were kidding,” you say breathlessly, your words slow as if you were hypnotized and the truth of the matter is, is that you are. You’re ruined by the mask that lies on the floor, the mouth of it the only thing that you can see. You peel away from him and have your back turned to him, your arms coming up to give yourself a hug. “I’ll go get you a beer,” you say in a daze, and when you turn back, your smile is weak, and you can’t look at him for long, your eyes magnetized to the mask on the floor.
He’s left alone in the room, his nails digging into the palm of his hands and red in his vision. The worst part of it all is that he can’t go out tonight. Not when you saw his mask. You’re naïve, and easily spooked, but even you could put two and two together. Even your suspicions would start to rise as you questioned why there was a murder the night he went out. Why Ghostface hasn’t come back for you. You’d suspect him and he can’t have that, not when you’re already so fearful of him.

Hello! I saw that requests were open and I was wondering if I could request the demon brothers from Obey Me! (separately) with a mermaid s/o? The brothers are unaware that their s/o is a mermaid since they hid themself amongst humans and pretended to be one. But since they’re in the Devildom and they miss the ocean, they’ll take really long baths in the bathroom while in their mermaid form whenever they can. Maybe the brothers find out they’re a mermaid when they accidentally see their s/o in their mermaid form? Gender-neutral please! And sorry if this is kinda a long request. I love your work and I hope you have a lovely day! Thank you! ❤️
Aww, I'm glad you like my work thank you for requesting it! And don't worry I love long requests it really helps me when it comes to writing! I will also say this is technically against my rules as I only write for 6 at a time but I will make an exception only for the Obey Me brothers just please keep that in mind. - Lilly
Set up
It's been a rough week the heat in the Deilvdom Is already above average but this past week has been the worst it's almost unbearable and I want nothing more then to get home so I can soak myself for a while. I've been doing that most days anyway but now it's more out of need than a want. Another hot day and another need for a long bath only this time I would get to relax for even longer! 'Everyone should still be at RAD for the meeting" With how hot it was Diavolo said it would be okay for me to head back so I didn't risk passing out so I would have at least an extra hour before anyone got home! Fully submerged in cool water my Iridescent tail just slightly hanging out I let myself unwind from the week. "Other than the heat things have been good I've kept my grades high and tomorrow we'll be going on a date" My lips pull into a smile as I muse not noticing the sound of knocking or the worried voice of my partner calling out to me it seems only natural this would happen one day but opening my eyes to the shocked face of my lover wasn't how I planned it.
Lucifer
Though fully shocked by the news that you're apparently a kind of merfolk he is also in stunned awe
It might take him a few moments but once he recomposes himself he'll jump straight to questioning you on things
He's not mad not even really a little angry that you kept this from him he just wants to know why and how you hid it....did Diavolo know?!
After you answer his questions he just stands there in amazement as a human he thought you the most beautiful being and now you're also like a shining star
You also have no idea how much pride this man has when he finds out you wanted to tell him and only him for a while now
He does get a little shy about a desire he now has but he still tells you about it (it's wanting to see and swim with you in the ocean)
" My my and here I thought you couldn't surprise me anymore then you already have you truly are my most special one huh?
Mammon
So flustered I mean what was he supposed to do you're in the tub and oh...oh you're a merfolk
He doesn't fully know how to process this information but man he knows he's happy and a little upset
Ask tons of questions and most of them are about why and how you hid this from him
Once that's out of the way Mammon is so excited you've been his number one since before you even started dating but knowing this secret about you and being the only one to know even if it was an accident makes him so happy
You get a new nickname then and there and it's His Sea Jewel though he still calls you his human to cause duh
He plans to take you to the ocean whenever he can just so you be fully yourself and enjoy not being in such a small tub( he might even bribe Asmo so you can use his tub too)
"I always knew you were a treasure but babe this is something else ya know"
Leviathan
:o that's him when he sees your tail, You're a sea dweller like him!!!!
Not even really gonna wonder why you didn't tell him he just gonna make sure you haven't told anyone else
Guess what your new couple's activity is! It's swimming in his aquarium room him in his demon form and you in your merfolk from
Is now a hype man for you talking up how cool it is that you are really a merperson and how it's just like the anime my best friend turned out to be a mermaid!
Will not even think about telling his brothers this is his secret with you now no one else should know unless you want to tell them..
Please let him help clean your tail and fins he will do everything you (⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄
Satan
He walks out right away and it won't dawn on him at first that you're a merfolk until he's out of the room
Does tons of research on mermaids and merpeople in general
He's hyper-focused on it for a bit and honesty prefers if you want to tell the others because he can brag that you're all his
Teasing calls you catfish and lovingly calls you jellyfish don't ask why
Is really scared now of bringing you with him to play with cats or showing you the cats he brings in thanks to slightly fearing they may try to eat you
enjoys sitting in the tub with you while you stay in your full form even if you like the water cold if it means holding you like this he won't mind
" What a wonderful surprise my dear jellyfish if you ever want to go see the ocean just let me know it will be our vacation plans"
Asmodeus
At first, he was just happy to see enjoying your time and then he saw the tail
He so excited his partner the second most beautiful person in all the Devildom and the most beautiful human is actually a beautiful merfolk
Will not question it at all he understand why you might want to hide it and that Diavolo probably already knew so he's not worried
Asmo already called you many sweet nicknames but his new favorite is Angle fish
Now that he knows he becomes far more committed to helping you out with a beauty routine after all merpeople can't risk their fins and scales drying or being hurt
If you're okay with it he'll want to post about you in your true form mostly bragging about how amazing you are
" I didn't think you could be any more gorgeous yet here you are angle fish glimmering like a clear night star"
Beelzebub
His first thing after seeing you like this is to be worried you're in the heat so often are you ok?
Beel isn't really fazed by the fact you've been hiding this he's just happy you don't mind him knowing
Won't say a word to anyone unless you want him to but will ask if he can at least tell Belphie
He will go to the beach with you whenever you want and starts to take you with him to work out his gym has a huge swimming pool you can use
Really wants to know about food you like now did you enjoy fish or other types of seafood if so raw or cooked he'll plan a dinner for you
Beel will still call you cupcake but sometimes when he wants to tease you he calls you sushi and if anyone calls you that in a mocking way he will fight
" I've always like carrying you around but now I have even more reasons to"
Belphegor
Doesn't ever notice you have a tail he just wanted to know why you were in the bath for so long
Is both in awe and also doesn't care thanks to you he became ok with humans again and even though he knows you're not really one you clearly choose to live like you are
Is fine with keeping it a secret but will also be real smug if you tell people cause now people think your even cooler but your all his
He can sleep anywhere and thought he wont be in the tub with you he will hold your hand and rub your tail while he sits on the ground and naps
Doesn't like going to the beach much but if you really wanna go hell come with you just to see having fun
Will whole heartedly defend you and fight for you if someone finds out and picks on you or if any of his brothers bother you
" Who would've guessed that you would be such a magical person and to not just that but that even being who you are you still choose me"
Okay I hope that this was to your liking and thank you for reading! And a huge thank you to my best friend @bird-brained-plague-doctor for helping me with some of the ideas used!!!!

The Right (Excerpt) || Aaron Hotchner x Reader
Hello fellow boss-babes, it is @ssahotchswife soft hotch saturday again! I’m trying something a little different this week-- I hope y’all don’t mind! This week’s fic is an excerpt from a multichapter I’ve been working on for a couple months. It’s a bit of a slow burn, so this is their first date, roughly a quarter through the fic.
As I’m sure you all know, your kind words always mean so much to authors, but on this fic in particular I’m looking to hear from you all! I want to know if there’s interest in me posting more chapters of this fic. Please let me know!!
contains: first date shenanigans, brief, non graphic description of violence, alcohol consumption, aaron hotchner being soft, no gendered pronouns but reader wears a dress
wordcount: 1.5k
It was stupid to be nervous for a date with a man who already had feelings for you. You knew that, yet you still couldn’t tame the anxiety that had settled in the pit of your stomach as you did your makeup. Jess had kept Jack for dinner tonight to give you and Aaron the evening to yourselves, but you almost wished he was here begging you to play legos and superheroes with him. Blocks and make-believe, you were good at. Relationships? Not so much.
You shook away that train of thought as you pulled a blue dress out of your closet-- a little satin blue number that hit below the knee and had a slit up the thigh. You slipped it over your head and checked yourself in the mirror.
You’re suddenly brought back to a different date night, one that had ended with you crying in the shower because Josh had insisted that the dress you’d picked out was too low cut. You looked down at your forearm as if the bruises from where he had gripped you might have reappeared-- they hadn’t. You can feel your breath catching as the memory of his hand around your throat creeps up from somewhere deep inside you. Aaron’s gentle knock on your door pulled you out of your train of thought.
“You almost ready, dear?” He called through the door.
“One sec! I just need shoes,” you said, grabbing a small black purse and slipping on a matching pair of strappy heels. You swung the door open and found him standing in the doorway, looking absolutely delicious in one of his black suits with a blue shirt underneath, no tie and the top two buttons of his shirt undone. Fighting against the urge to lick your lips, you fuss with his collar.
“We match,” you tell him, gesturing to his blue shirt and your blue dress.
“You look absolutely stunning,” he tells you, and you feel the heat rise to your cheeks.
“You don’t think it’s too much? I can change if--”
“It’s perfect. If you’re comfortable, it’s perfect,” he said, leaning in to kiss your cheek.
“Aaron Hotchner, and you haven’t even bought me dinner yet! I’ll have you know I don’t dare kiss on the first date,” You teased him, and he treated you to one of those smiles where the dimples popped up on both sides of his face.
“Maybe I’m a bad influence on you, then,” he smirked, placing a hand on the small of your back as he led you out the door and to the car.
You shrugged. “Or maybe I’m just very willing to be influenced.”
Aaron quirked an eyebrow as he opened the passenger door of his car for you, and you bit your lip as you climbed inside. He took your hand and drove the two of you into downtown Alexandria, Virginia, pulling expertly into a street spot on the cobblestone road in front of Nobu.
“Sushi?” You asked when Aaron opened your car door.
“Yeah, I thought you liked sushi. We can find something else if—“
“Sushi’s great, Aaron. Stop stressing,” you told him, wrapping your arm around his as the two of you made your way into the restaurant. Aaron had made reservations, of course, so you were swiftly taken to a back corner of the restaurant, tucked away in a private little booth. Aaron ordered a bottle of wine for you to share when the waiter came by to introduce yourself, and he looked at you with a fond smile as soon as the two of you were left alone again.
“What?” You asked after a moment, feeling suddenly insecure under his scrutiny.
“Nothing,” he told you. “I’m just thinking, is all.”
You rolled your eyes. “Come on, Hotchner. Thinking about what?”
“I’m just really happy to be here with you. I didn’t think I’d ever be brave enough to do this.”
“You’re the bravest man I know.” You tell him, genuinely.
“That’s what they think, isn’t it? All these people we meet on cases. They see us put on our vests and break down doors and think we’re the bravest people they’ve ever known. They don’t know how scared we really are at all. How brave can I be when it took me this long to tell you how strong my feelings are for you?”
“Aaron—“ you start, but he suddenly realizes how vulnerable he sounds.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to—“
“How long?” You asked.
“I’m sorry?” He asked in response.
“How long have you known you had feelings for me?”
“I figured it out pretty early on. Sometime in between your first day and the day you ran into a house without a vest to save a kid from an unsub.”
“You were so pissed. I thought for sure you were going to fire me.”
“I probably should’ve. But that was also the moment that I realized I didn’t want to go back to work if you weren’t going to be there.”
You smiled into your wine glass as you took a sip. “You’ve been very patient.” You remarked.
“I think you were worth the wait,” he responds with a shrug, but there’s nothing casual about it. You smile.
Dinner passes easily, the two of you laughing and smiling and eating and sneaking in a game of footsie just so that a moment didn’t pass where you weren’t touching each other. You settle the tab and Aaron leads you out of the restaurant with the now-familiar weight of his hand on the small of your back anchoring you.
“I thought we could head down to the boardwalk if you’re not too tired?” He asked as you exited into the street.
“Lead the way,” you told him, taking his hand in your own as he led you down the sidewalk. You ended up at the edge of the boardwalk, leaning against the rail and watching the sun set over the Potomac. Aaron stood behind you, his arms on either side of you and your back pressed into his chest. You settled into the warmth of him and neither one of you needed to speak, content in the presence of one another as the sun dipped over the horizon. You craned your neck to look at Aaron as the sun disappeared.
“I could stay here forever, but I imagine it’s about time for us to get home.”
“Unless I can convince you to call out tomorrow, you’re probably right.” He agrees, stepping back to allow you away from the rail.
“Sure, because that wouldn’t be conspicuous at all,” you laughed as the two of you headed back towards the car. With the sun now gone, goosebumps appeared across your arms as a breeze picked up. Aaron slipped his jacket off of and wrapped it around your shoulders in an instant, warning you with a glance the moment you opened your mouth not to protest his chivalry. You didn’t.
You realize how tired you are the moment you sink into the passenger seat of Aaron’s car, but it’s the kind of tired you feel after a day at the amusement park as a kid— you’re totally spent, but you wouldn’t change a thing and you’d do it all again in an instant. Aaron has a Beatles album playing quietly in the background of your drive and suddenly you’re wishing that he’d never pull the car back into the driveway.
Of course, he does eventually, and the two of you clumsily make your way back into the house.
“Thank you, Aaron. I had a really great time tonight.” You tell him, handing him back his suit coat.
“Can I have ten more minutes? I’m not ready for tonight to be over just yet.” He asks of you, his dark eyes shining in the low light, and you’re helpless.
“Of course,” you tell him, and he smiles, pulling his phone out of his pocket and fiddling with it for a moment before setting it on the counter. Some Ella Fitzgerald song is playing. You don’t recognize it, but it doesn’t really matter, because he has one hand wrapped around your waist and the other is holding yours and resting over his heart, and you’re placing your head on his chest as he gently sways you around the kitchen and you realize that everything is perfect. He’s holding you, and you’re safe in his arms, and it’s perfect. Your feet are killing you, and you can barely keep your eyes open, and it’s perfect. You’re picturing a life with him and it’s perfect.
All too soon, the music fades away, and you’re swaying in his arms in the silence, refusing to accept that your evening may truly be over. Aaron kisses your temple and moves to whisper in your ear.
“Good night, sweetheart. Get some rest.”
You pushed yourself up on your tiptoes to meet his lips, one of your hands wrapping around the back of his head while his hand on your back pulled you impossibly closer.
“Good night, Aaron.” You told him.
“I thought you didn’t kiss on the first date?” He teases you, smiling.
You shrugged. “I’m easily influenced.”

A Sushi Disaster - Niall Horan
Thank you so much for the request!
I love this man so much and I was so excited to write for him, I hope you like it<3 There’s really no plot, it’s just Niall fluff
Prompts
Summary: a night in with Niall
Warnings: a little smut, but not a lot, lots of fluff
Not my gif, creds to the owner
Niall loved going out and partying from sunset to sunrise, doing a ton of shots and getting wasted. He loved hanging out with his friends and dancing all night long until his feet couldn't carry him anymore. But what he loved even more, was a calm night in with you, eating dinner and snuggling up on the couch watching a marathon of movies. The two scenarios were complete contrasts, but he never hesitated to choose you over any party or any group of people at any time.
He could never get tired of you and he wanted to spend every moment he possibly could with you. So when you'd asked if you could come over and spend the night, he'd immediately canceled the plans he'd had for dinner with a couple of friends and told you that you were always welcome, you didn't even have to ask.
Your relationship was still very new, and though you were both hopelessly in love, there were still boundaries you hadn't tested yet and things you weren't aware of about each other yet. Everything was so new to you, all the feelings you carried for Niall and all the simple things he managed to make so special. You were still nervous around him and the thrill of seeing him and being close to him still made your heart pound like crazy. He was everything you'd ever wanted and you already loved him so much. You knew that you were still in the honeymoon phase and there would undoubtedly come a time where you would disagree on something, but that didn't scare you, because you were certain that you and Niall could get through anything.
When you knocked on his door, not even two seconds passed before it opened and Niall appeared in the doorway, looking as handsome as ever. His light brown hair, which had gotten a bit darker during the winter, was a mess on the top of his head, but somehow it still looked perfect and matched with his attractive features. His eyes were a beautiful blue, matching the sea and always completely sweeping you off your feet whenever they met yours. His face was slightly bearded and you honestly preferred it that way.
He was wearing a white t-shirt with a black Nike logo in the middle of the chest and a pair of loose black shorts, reaching just above his knees. He was smiling as he looked down at you. "Hey baby" he greeted, his Irish accent always sending a chill down your back. There was just something about it.
"Hi" you answered sweetly, feeling a slight blush creep onto your cheeks, which tended to happen a lot when you were around Niall. You closed the space between you and kissed him gently, his hands snaking around your waist and pulling you into him, making you arch your bag slightly.
Your faces stayed close as you pulled apart, only a couple of inches between you. He brushed his nose against yours, "I've missed you" he closed his eyes, enjoying the feeling of you in his arms. "You saw me two days ago" you giggled, but you had to admit you'd missed him terribly as well. "Way too long" he answered as he opened his eyes again, a smile still complementing his features, and his blue eyes boring into yours. You stayed wrapped in each other's arms, starring into each other's eyes for a minute, before you kissed him again shortly. "I've missed you too" you admitted as your lips disconnected and he winked at you before loosening his arms from around you and grabbing your hand instead, leading you inside and closing the door.
"I was thinking we'd make dinner together, hm?" He spoke as he lead you into the kitchen, keeping you close to him the whole time. "I'd love that" you agreed, "got anything planned?"
He shrugged before letting go of your hand and with a smug grin he turned around and opened the fridge, revealing all the ingredients needed to make sushi. You were taken aback for a second, did he want you to make sushi?
"Your favorite" he exclaimed excitedly and you couldn't help but laugh. "That's very sweet, but do you know how to make sushi?"
His eyebrows turned down in a frown and he looked confusedly at you, "no, but I thought you did?" he asked hesitant. You kept laughing, "I have no fucking idea" you admitted and walked over to him, placing a kiss on his lips, "but what can go wrong right?"
An hour later, everything that could go wrong had gone absolutely wrong. It hadn't seemed like such a hard task when you'd grabbed Niall's computer and searched how to make sushi, but you'd been very wrong, it was definitely a challenge. The kitchen was a mess, to say the least, and both you and Niall were absolutely exhausted. "I give up! This stupid thing won't roll" you sighed as you tried rolling the different ingredients into a sushi roll.
"This turned out better in my head" Niall mumbled as he tried getting the sticky rice off his fingers. "Aw baby, it was so sweet" you walked over and planted a kiss on his cheek. You looked back at your unfinished sushi before meeting Niall's eyes again, "how about we do takeout? Nando's?" You tilted your head with a smile. Niall's face lit up at the mention of his favorite fast food chain, "you know me so well" he answered with a smirk.
It didn't take you long to order, since you both had a standard order that you always got from Nando's. As you waited for the food you settled in the living room and started surfing through Netflix, looking for a movie to watch, leaving the mess in the kitchen to be dealt with tomorrow.
You were leaning against Niall's side, his arm slung around your shoulders, pulling you close to him. He looked away from the tv and down at you, "what do you wanna watch, baby?" He asked, the hand in which he held the remote was resting on his thigh. You looked up at him, your faces so close that your noses brushed. "The Avengers" you announced with a giddy smile, already knowing that he would roll his eyes before he even did it. "Not that bloody superhero movie again" he complained with a groan. "Please?" You begged, looking into his ocean eyes. He tried to be persistent for a second, but quickly gave up. "Stop being so cute, I can never say no to you" he shook his head, but his focus was already back on the television, typing out The Avengers in the search felt on Netflix. Your smile was big as he hit play without further complaining, but you knew you were gonna have to listen to him ramble on about how stupid this movie was throughout the whole thing though.
"I love you" you told him, it just came out. His head turned back to you, his eyes slightly wide and a grin slowly appearing on his face. It wasn't because you hadn't exchanged the little phrase before, he just hadn't gotten used to hearing it yet, but god he loved it.
"Well, you better" he chuckled, "I'm watching this dumb movie for you."
You just smiled. You'd watched this movie a ton of times with Niall already, just because you loved it and though he made an effort to disagree with everything in the movie every time you watched it, you knew he didn't mind it. He just loved spending time with you, no matter what you were doing.
"I love you too" he finally said, his face slightly more serious, but the smile never fading. You didn't have to lean forward much before your lips met. The kiss was gentle and sweet at first, his lips so soft on yours, until he put down the remote and placed his now free hand on your cheek. He slid it back into your hair, pulling you closer as his tongue ran across your bottom lip. You parted your lips and Niall immediately deepened the kiss, moving his tongue with yours.
Your hands were on his neck, playing with the tiny hairs there which you knew drove him crazy. His hand moved from your cheek, down your body and grabbed your thigh, pulling you on top of him in a swift motion. You gasped at the sudden repositioning of your body, which made Niall smirk against your lips. He traced soft circles on our thighs with his thumbs, and you were kind of embarrassed that that simple touch alone could make you go absolutely crazy.
You moved your hands fully into his hair and tucked on the thick and silky strands that roamed between your fingers. He let out a hungry growl and moved his upper body forward so his chest met yours, sitting on the edge of the couch, you still on his lap. He moved his hands up and grabbed your ass and you both moaned at the same time as he pushed your crotch against his groin. The kiss quickly turned heated and more sloppy as you were enchanted by the pleasure from simply the movements of your hips on his, even though you were both still fully clothed.
He moved one hand from your ass and grabbed your neck gently, tilting your head and giving himself access to the soft skin. He left a trail of kisses down your jaw and stopped under your ear, where he knew you were extra sensitive, and you let out a moan as he sucked slightly, sending chills running down your back. He moved from the spot where there now was a little bruise and down your neck, his kisses open mouthed and absolutely fucking mesmerizing.
You'd never been with a guy who could make you feel as Niall did. He was experienced and he knew what he was doing, but that wasn't it, you'd been with other guys just as experienced and they'd never been able to pleasure you the way Niall did. There was just something special about Niall's hands on your body and the way he sucked, nippled and kissed your skin that could make you loose track of everything happening around you.
You kept grinding your hips against Niall's as he mumbled against your neck, "hmm feels so good pet." His lips met yours again in a hungry kiss and you were both so lost in each other that neither of you heard the doorbell as it rang the first time. The only thing on your mind was Niall's tongue moving with yours and the throbbing between your legs. You first noticed the sounds around you when someone started banging loudly on the front door.
You pulled away and looked around confused. You were out of breath, your chest heavily rising and falling. "What?" Niall asked, clearly having heard nothing, but you were sure... then the knocking sounded again and you both looked towards the sound.
"The food" you stated, finally realizing what was happening, the food had arrived. You looked down at Niall as he let out a whine, annoyed that the moment had been ruined. You giggled and kissed him once before getting off his lap and walked towards the door. Your legs were unsteady as you were still affected by the episode you and Niall had just had, but you made it to the door and opened it to see a young guy with an annoyed look on his face and a bag of Nando's in his hand.
"I'm so sorry," you apologized for the wait and quickly paid him, closing the door after you as you walked back into the living room with the food. As you unpacked your orders Niall couldn't help but smile, "I love that you eat as much as me" he said, making you blush slightly. Niall had once told you that he knew he was in love with you the first time he'd seen you eat, because you were the only one able to eat as much as him.
The movie had already been playing for thirty minutes, but you'd watched it so many times, neither of you had any problem keeping up. Niall watched you more than the movie, adoring your beautiful face as you concentrated on Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. arguing on the screen. Sometimes he would lean forward and place a sweet kiss on your cheek, loving how it always brought a rose color to your cheeks, and once you'd both finished eating, he wasted no time pulling you into him and you stayed like that for the rest of the night, in Niall's arms.

“y/n, if it was the end of the world and you asked to talk, i’d be there in a heartbeat”
pairing: wakatoshi ushijima x female reader
cw: fluff, angst, crying, langauge
word count: 3800+
a/n: this took like three hours to write so hopefully it doesn’t flop, i’m scared it might because it’s an ushijima fic and i don’t know that many people who acc simp over this man
summary: in which your recent break up had made you realise your unknown feelings for your roommate ushijima, whilst he’s trying to distract you from your break up, you end up meeting your ex where your feelings get revealed
↞ back to haikyu!! masterlist
The slam of the door signified the end of the long tumultuous relationship. It wasn’t like you loved the guy, he was the one to pursue you and he was nothing more than a passer-by in your life. So, why were you so upset? It was mainly the comments when the two of you had been arguing in your apartment. You were glad your roommate wasn’t here and at practice, you didn’t want him to witness the words that came from his mouth.
“You really are a fucking whore, you’ve probably been sleeping with that volleyball player” He was pacing back and forth, a tear falling down your face.
“I fucking wish I had.” You spoke nonchalantly, you had stopped caring about the relationship.
“You wish you had, stupid cunt, at least I had the balls to sleep with other girls, you really think you’re the shit don’t you.” He paused. “You’re worthless and no wonder nobody has stuck around.”
You wiped your tears away, going to the mirror in the bathroom. You knew Ushijima would be home soon and you didn’t need him to see you crying, you didn’t want him to ask about what had happened. Why did you even say you wish you had slept with him? You tensed more tears falling down your cheek. How fucking dare, he say all that shit about cheating, who was he to give an opinion on you anymore.
You shook your head wiping your tears, you were glad the weekend was here, not wanting to go back to classes at all. The university life was hard and being younger than Ushijima he had already become a professional volleyball player whilst you were in your last year.
He had met you through mutual friends and you two were both in need of roommates. It was the only reason for the arrangement to occur, you both rarely saw each other, mostly in the mornings before classes and practices and in the evenings. On weekends there was an exception with no early morning practice, so you saw him a lot more.
You walked out of the bathroom, needing food to fill the sad ridden hole in your heart. “Y/n, you home.”
You heard Ushijima’s footsteps come towards the kitchen. He was sweaty and tired from practice; you hid your sadness with a smile. It was fake and he could see in your eyes the fresh tears indicating that you weren’t okay, he didn’t ask knowing that you might just need space.
“How was practice?” You asked finding some milk, wanting cereal even though it was hitting 8pm.
“It was fine, Kageyama’s getting a lot better setting for other people.”
“He’s the new guy, right?” You had heard about Kageyama from Bokuto who you had known since high school. He told you about the training camps he had been on with Kageyama and Hinata.
“Yeah, in my last year, his school beat us.” He spoke tiredly, it seemed like he had gotten over the lose as quickly as it happened. “You only have cereal at night when you’re sad.”
“Oh, you noticed.” You whisper pouring the milk on the cereal.
He nodded, resting his head on his hand. You spoke again sitting in front of him, he looked even more tired than normally. But was still staying up to talk to you, “I’m now single.”
“Oh, are you okay?” He didn’t know what else to ask looking up at you with his olive eyes looking up at you, to anybody this would look like his normal stoic self but you his eyes showed a type of comfort.
“Yeah, we both said some stuff we regret.” The five words you had previously shouted skimmed through your mind.
He grabbed another bowl on the side, taking the cereal and milk and eating as well. You smiled softly at the boy, helping him make sure nothing spilt on the sides. “As long as you’re happy.”
“Yeah, I guess I am.” You whisper, you both sat in a comfortable silence, eating and just appreciating the presence both of you brought.
“Practice got cancelled tomorrow.” You had been washing the dishes as Ushijima walked back in having got changed, the grey joggers and white shirt encased his muscles and hard body.
You turned to face the boy, ever since saying the words all you could think about was ripping his clothes off and letting him take all of you. You knew he has a big cock; it was obvious not just from how you could sometimes see the indent through his joggers especially now. But the amount of big dick energy memes that Ushijima got from his friends that you had to explain to him.
He smiled to you, grabbing his water bottle before speaking again, “we should hang out, you can get over your boyfriend then.” He was very blunt about your feelings towards your ex-boyfriend and as much as you wanted to be isolated in your room. You needed to prove to him and yourself that you weren’t going to stay pent up over a relationship that didn’t matter at all.
“Sure, what do you want to do?” You ask, his gaze moving from his phone to your smaller frame, you had come closer to him and he gulped at how you were almost touching arm-to-arm.
“Hoshiumi told us about this new restaurant that opened up, they serve sushi.” You smiled at the boy.
“I can go for some sushi.” He smiled back putting a hand on your shoulder, it sent a burst of electricity through you and all wished for was that hand wrapped around your neck.
He left as soon as he came, you could sense he needed sleep so let him go without another word. You went into your own room, it had potted plants and pictures from high school and university, there were some with Fukurodani’s team, you and Akaashi, you and the MSBY Black Jackals and even you and Ushijima from a night out.
He was tipsy which led him to be blunter which you enjoyed hearing his opinions of people. His arm was lazily around your shoulder as he bent down his mouth to your ear. The photo was amusing and brought you joy at the close contact.
You didn’t bother staying awake, trying to fall asleep, but all you could do was cry.
He shouted out, “you’re so fucking stupid, get it through that thick skull that you were always just my sex toy.”
The words echoed through your head as more tears fell down your face. You didn’t care about him, you hated him. But the more you thought about the wasted days on him and the loveless sex, it angered you.
You had fallen asleep, but nightmares ran through your head, you were panting in your sleep, moving back and forth at the feeling of worthlessness. You screamed waking up, sweat dripped from your forehead as tears fell down your face. It wasn’t the normal tears you had had, you were sobbing, the wetness never ending.
You heard your door open, seeing a shirtless tired Ushijima walk in, he didn’t say anything, only moving to sit on your bed. He saw the tears and breathlessness, you both didn’t speak, until you felt his arm around you softly.
The way you instantly clung onto him, the tears falling. Even if you could never have the stoic boy, it was nice to have him around you. “What happened?”
You were about to explain the dream before he brought a finger to your lips to stop you. “Not about your dream, about him, what did he say to you?”
You looked up at him, his arm still around you, your hair dishevelled and most of all your face damp, “he called me w…worthless, a cunt, a whore, just a…a sex toy.”
Ushijima’s jaw clenched at your vulnerability, “if I ever see him, I’m going to kill him.” He mutters, it was probably the first time you heard any emotion come from him. “He’s fucking stupid Y/n, he never deserved you.”
“I know, I hate h…him, but the w…words, am I not everything he said.” Tears continued to fall as you felt Ushijima’s hands cup your cheek wiping the tears away. You leant your head against his exposed chest, he looked down at you, a softness collapsing inside of him.
“Y/n, you should’ve talked to me before.”
You look at him, he didn’t look at you, looking at the pictures and plants, a soft smile as he saw the photo of you two. “You were tired, and you have other things to worry about than…”
He interrupts you gazing into your eyes, “Y/n, if it was the end of the world and you asked to talk, I’d be there in a heartbeat.”
A soft smile placed on your face, you truly appreciated him. He let you vent your feelings for a couple more minutes before you got tired again. “Can you stay?”
The whisper and hesitation in your voice made Ushijima give a small smile before nodding. He may be a man of little words but the way he slept beside you, you hesitated to create any contact. But as you turned on your side facing away from him, you felt his arms moving to your waist. The way you felt protected and loved, your back pressing against his base chest, it was paradise and everything you needed.
You both woke up entangled in each other’s arms, your body had turned inwards as Ushijima slept on his back. A secure arm still around you but your own hand had rested on his chest, feeling each muscle tense under you.
“Good morning.” His voice was rough and tired, you giggled at how he remained under you. It was as if he wasn’t acknowledging the closeness.
“Morning.” You smile back, “what time are we going to the sushi place?”
He checks the clock on your beside table, seeing it only being half eight. He turns to face you again, “we should go mid-day I want to show you something afterwards.”
You nod at the boy but the nosiness in you made you start to annoy the boy, “what do you want to show me?”
“It’s a surprise Y/n.”
“You’re so mean Toshi.” The nickname fell off your lips without you realising, his face hinted at some redness before he didn’t meet your gaze.
“Be patient Y/n.” You rolled your eyes looking at your ceiling, glow in the dark stars scattered across.
“The stars don’t even glow properly, why did you buy them?”
You elbowed his side, which you forget was bare, he didn’t move probably not even feeling it, “they were a present, I love stars and space.”
“I can tell.” He spoke getting up, his back was away from you, he rolled his shoulders, making you see his back muscles all you wanted to do was touch them and scratch them all up. “Get ready.”
He left the room, not even meeting your glance, you quickly did your morning routine, before going to make breakfast, making some for Ushijima after last night. You heard the shower turn off just as you put down the plates of pancakes, he walked in his hair wet and down. He was too pretty to be human; the way water beads fell to his torso where his joggers encased his thighs.
You were almost drooling at the boy, everything you had taken for granted before was becoming increasingly perfect to you. “I made pancakes” You gulped out.
“Thank you.” He sat in front again, as you passed him a plate, he started to speak about his friend who had become a chocolatier, his friend seemed to be the opposite to him. “You remind me of him, he was always the enthusiastic type.”
“I’m surprised you were friend’s with him, he seems more talkative than you are.”
“I grew comfortable with him to express myself more, I talk more with you than I normally do.” He spoke eating, you could see the maple syrup wrap around his lips, he licked them. Your mouth agape as you couldn’t control the feeling inside of you. It was a small action that made your legs tense moving closer together.
He continued to speak, getting more comfortable to talk more than he normally did. Even you had said less words than he had, and you were normally the one to carry conversations.
“I’ll wash up, you get changed.” You nodded at the man, as you skipped away. He watched how you moved thinking of last night.
You were vulnerable and all he wanted to do was make you know that you were wanted. Holding you in his arms all he felt was an electric love flow through him. Your tight shirt had hung on you perfectly, he could see every part of your body and the shorts did little to hide your legs. If you hadn’t have been crying, he would’ve taken you right there.
He continued his thoughts about last night as you got changed. Contemplating to what to wear, you wanted to look nice, even if it wasn’t a date, you wanted to make him swoon. You saw the chilly outside, finding some trousers that hugged your thighs before flaring out at the bottom, you wore them and an oversized sweatshirt. You couldn’t be bothered to wear a coat and as you dried your hair letting it set you did your makeup, you looked perfect well that’s what you hoped he would say.
You walked out, trying to find your shoes with a small bag around your body. Ushijima had been waiting leaning against the sofa, his face concentrated on his phone. He had no social media, so you had no idea what had been intriguing him as much as it had. You often tried to plead him to get something so you could send him funny memes, but he’d remain silent patting your head like a dog. It was a silent way of him say no kindly.
He looked up, his white button up shirt and jeans on fitting him nicely. He was never one to care about his appearance, but the white shirt left nothing to your imagination, you could see every indent, he held a coat in his arms, as he eyed you up and down.
“Do I not look nice?” You were hesitant on your outfit choice now.
He scratched his head looking at you, “You look perfect.”
You smiled looking down, “we should get going.”
The walk and drive to the sushi place was quiet, you had been longing for any type of touch from him. But he kept his eyes on the road, one hand on the wheel as the other was biting his nail. The tension in the air, he wanted to ask if you were doing okay, but didn’t want to make you sad.
He went against the thought anyway and asked, “are you doing okay?” He was parking the car, looking out the back window, his arm around your seat, as you could see his arms, the way his biceps tensed and face locked. He was a beauty, and you were swooning hard.
“I’m fine, I want to thank you for last night, it really meant a lot.” You stopped looking at his arms, the way your head had been a mere inch from his arms.
You looked down at your fingers waiting for him to speak, “Everything I said last night was the truth.” You nodded not wanting to say anymore.
You both started walking towards the sushi place, it wasn’t that cold, but you could feel a cold breath of air hitting your face. You wanted to just wrap around the tall boy but went against your thoughts as he opened the sushi place doors.
It looked nice and cosy and there was a mass of customers, clearly a popular place. You both got lead to a table, it was cute and near the window, so you could admire the sky. “It’s on me, so choose whatever you want.”
You looked at him, his sleeves rolled up to his forearms, “I can’t let you do that, it’s…”
“I want too.” You didn’t bother fighting, both ordering what you wanted.
You started to talk about Uni and how much your professors hated you, “I’m serious, I was like five minutes late and I got a shouting out at the end of the lecture.”
“You should’ve just explained why you were late.” He played with the straw of his drink.
“I couldn’t really be saying I was late because I had been binge watching My Hero Academia, could I?”
“Was that the night, I had to come into your room to tell you to shut up.” You face flushed at how Ushijima had seen you wrapped in your covers watching the show, your eyes had been bloodshot, and bags had formed under your eyes.
You nod as he smirks, “you looked like a raccoon.”
“hey, raccoons can look cute.”
He raised an eyebrow, “I don’t know what kind of raccoons you’ve met.”
Your food came as you gave a soft smile at the boy, “Did you know racoons have actually be around for 40,000 years.”
He stared blankly at you, “there is no reason for you to ever need that information.”
“There is, I can annoy you with random facts now.” He remembered every time you’d come into his room and tell him a stupid fact you had learnt about from Tiktok.
He watched you eat, and speak, the conversation allowing both of you to talk and laugh, even the stoic Ushijima allowed himself to laugh a couple times. It wasn’t as silent as you had thought it had been when he asked last night.
But good things don’t last, you heard the door open again, before seeing the waitress bring in a couple, they sat beside you, and Ushijima’s face fell as soon as he saw who it was. He was ready to punch the man but restrained himself as you hadn’t noticed them.
“Y/n.” Hearing your name you turned and saw your ex.
Your face fell as you stopped talking about what you had learnt in an astronomy society you had joined at uni. “Oh.”
“Whose this?” The girl in front of him asked as she looked at disgust at you, but at the sight of Ushijima she began flaunting herself.
“This is my ex, moving on with your roommate, I was right then, you had slept with him.” You didn’t speak keeping quiet, “you always were a slut.”
Ushijima’s blood boiled, what right did this insignificant man have to belittle you, “She’s hasn’t, yet, but when she does, just know that I’ll fuck her better than you ever could, and I’ll make her cum more than you ever will.”
Shock. Your eyes widened at Ushjima’s bluntness, you knew he was blunt but this, this was another level. He looked at you as if he hadn’t just said what he said.
“Fucking whore.” Your ex muttered but you ignored him looking at Ushijima.
“I’m going to go pay.” Ushijima mutters, you stayed silent, still in shock, your ex and his new girl kept to themselves, but even she looked at Ushijima who was paying, her gaze never left him. Your ex had grown frustrated with the lack of attention on him.
Ushijima was perfect to look at but all you could think about were the words that had came out of his mouth. You took a breath of air as he walked back, he put his hand out.
Your face softened as you took it, he helped you up before you felt his grip tighten not leaving you. He didn’t speak about his early remark, and you were silent, different things going through your head. But most of all, was this a confession of love or just him wanting to fuck you.
“The surprise is a couple minutes, are you okay to walk?” You nod not speaking, he stares at you knitting his eyebrows in confusion, “did I say something wrong?”
His lack of awareness made your heart beat, even he didn’t realise the implications of what he said. “No, everything’s fine.”
You followed along, his hand still wrapped in your own, he would squeeze it occasionally, but you ignored it. You finally reached what looked like a museum. Confusion filled your face before you looked at the sign outside.
‘Talk on everything to do with space, 2pm in the main auditorium’
You looked at Ushijima, “how did you know I wanted to go?”
“I heard you a couple weeks ago, you asked your ex if you could both go, and he said no. I got us two tickets.”
Ushijima smiled showing the two tickets, the date stamped of when he bought it had been weeks ago, you smiled at him. Before you both went inside, you stopped him, “what you said in front of my ex, did you mean it?”
“What?” He questioned before nodding, “Oh, yeah as much as I do want to fuck you, I thought this date would be better.”
“D…Date.” You hadn’t even realised this was a date at how oblivious you were.
“I wouldn’t ask anybody to get sushi and watch the stars with me.” His lip twitched upwards.
The word ‘date’ still ran through your head at how confused you were. “I didn’t know.”
“I assumed you did, I should’ve been straight forward as usual, my apoli...”
You stop him, grabbing his shirt forward, he leant down knowing what you were about to do. Before your lips attached to one another, his hand moved to your waist bringing you forward, he had to bend his back to reach your height, but he didn’t care he just wanted to feel your lips on his. He continued to deepen the kiss, his hands gripping your sides, before one moved to your neck, softly wrapping it around your throat. You moaned a sign you liked it as he continued to lightly press it.
His tongue flicked against your lips, you moaned his name, a sound he had been craving to hear before his tongue wrapped around your own, your breathing heavy, you were glad nobody was near you, all being inside due to it getting more frigid. He finally let you go, his hand still on your neck but moving to your cheek, his thumb brushing up and down.
“I like you Toshi.”
“I like you too Y/n.” It was the words you both had longed to hear from one another, and he grabbed your hand again bringing you even closer than before, you walked into the show, happily and content with the new relationship blossoming between you two.

Nct dream reaction to you surprising them at work?
-this is cute! thanks for sending it in! prepare for fluff
Mark
Mark was overworked to the bone. He was having back to back comebacks from SuperM to NCT 127 to NCT 2020, working with NCT Dream again. You were worried he wasn’t going to remember to eat, remembering that one time Mark came home hangry eating all the food in the fridge. So, knowing him you brought him some watermelon and fried chicken so he could take a break for lunch.
You walked to the SM building and they let you in (of course knowing you were dating Mark, you had come by a few times already) and went up to the floor where Mark was recording his rap. You peeked in the door knocking on it and the producer saw you, letting you in and you sat on the couch in the recording room. You listened to Mark rap beautifully following the melody perfectly. But, knowing your boyfriend he would record it again fifty times if he could get it perfect. When he looked up he eventually saw you in the studio, giggled like a little schoolboy almost running out of the booth to come to hug and kiss you.
“What are you doing here baby?”
You held up his food “I am here for your break.”
“In just a min-”
“Excuse me, Mark Lee? Do you not want to eat this chicken and watermelon with me?”
“Well...”
“If you don’t I’ll eat it all.”
With that, he immediately sat down apologizing to his producer who left you two alone to eat.
“You have to take care of yourself more Markie, I worry about you.”
“I know, I promise I’ll listen to you more baby, thanks for taking a break with me.”
Renjun
It wasn’t a shock that Renjun was forgetful at times, always forgetting little things like his lip balm or wallet. Today Renjun was performing on stage and as you got up in the morning to brush your teeth you saw his contacts were left on the sink. Sighed to yourself giggling at your boyfriend’s silly mistake. You assumed he needed them so you drove to Inkigayo and got passed backstage thanks to a producer who knew you. The producer walked you to NCT’s hair and makeup room to where you found the other NCT members getting their hair and makeup done.
But you couldn’t find Renjun. They all greeted you while you asked where Renjun was. They all pointed to the back where you saw him with a panicked face and pacing around the room. You saw him digging into his bag looking for something, you assumed it was his contacts. You walked up to him and hugged him from behind. He turned and smiled, happy you were here.
“Hi darling, I’m happy your here, but I’m trying to look for my contacts.”
“You mean these contacts”
“OH MY GOD, I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU!!”
He hugged and kissed you all over your face.
“You’re a lifesaver darling, you can read my mind.”
Jeno
You told Jeno that you got a new job but little did he know you’d be his new fitness trainer today. After you dropped him off you drove to the SM parking lot to park your car as you secretly entered the building without Jeno knowing. Some of the guys had weight training before Jeno and you told them to not tell him to reveal the secret, wanting to surprise him. You liked this job a lot better than your previous job, plus you got paid a lot more and saw your boyfriend often.
Jeno had heard about you from the other guys who were subtly teasing him.
“Did you see the new trainer, they’re hot.”
“I heard they’re into Jeno though.”
Jeno responded by saying he has a partner already and isn’t looking for a new one. He was worried as he walked into the gym, hoping this new trainer wasn’t going to flirt with him. Your back was turned as he started to talk,
“Hey, it’s me Jen-”
You turned as he looked visibly confused.
“y/n? What are you doing here?”
“What are you talking about? I’m your new trainer.” You said walking up to him and touching his chest. He was about to kiss you when you said:
“Now drop and give me twenty.”
“Yes ma’am/sir.”
You giggled laughing at your boyfriend as he began to follow your orders, maybe this job was the perfect one for you.
Haechan
You were a busy person, so you rarely had time to ever stop by to visit Haechan. But today was different, you had a day off because your presentation day was yesterday, so you didn’t need to come in for other’s presentations. So you decided to go surprise hyuck at work. You entered the building past all the fangirls that looked at you confusingly, you somehow were allowed into the building? Well yes, you were classmates with the security guard and it wouldn’t take long for him to know you were here for your boyfriend, Haechan.
You knew he had lunch so you walked to the food court seeing your boyfriend and hearing his laugh from miles away. You were trying to scare him until he spotted you, noticing a keychain on your bag he gave you on your first anniversary. He gasped at started screaming:
“jagiyaaaaaa!!!!”
He ran to you picking you up spinning you around at least ten times. You pat him to let you down as he kissed all over your face. He then dragged you to meet his members, to which you waived and greeted all of them.
“jagi, tell them all about how an amazing boyfriend I am.”
You laughed as you told the story of how hyuck spilled ice cream on your dress on your first date, maybe you should visit him at SM more often.
Jaemin
Jaemin had a photoshoot today for his upcoming album. He left in the early morning but you noticed he hadn’t come back yet, it was now 8:00 PM, and you were worried. You texted him but he didn’t respond, so you decided to come and bring him a late-night snack, some honey tteokbokki. You drove to the photoshoot location and arrived watching all the members take turns in front of the camera. You were about to check if he was in the dressing room before you saw Jaemin go up and take his turn.
You smiled, watching your boyfriend do his cute poses and serious poses. You couldn’t help but giggle. You lowered your mask so Jaemin could see you. He turned at the camera to look at you waving behind it and you saw his smile become visibly bigger. When he was done he walked on over to you and messed up your hair.
“What is my little kitten doing here?”
“I brought you a snack” You held up the tteokbokki.
“I thought you were my snack,” he said pouting.
You rolled your eyes as you watched him munch on your homemade tteokbokki.
“This is soooo goood, you make the best tteokbokki.”
“Only for you babe.”
Chenle
Chenle had a shoot for NCT World 2.0 and would be gone the whole day. But that didn’t stop you from coming to the studio to support him and his members. You thought this show was going to involve serious challenges, seeing Mark cook twenty-three eggs, and Ten having to recite tongue twisters. Then, it was Chenle’s turn you anticipated what he would have to do before it was revealed. He had to break a board with his head. You laughed as your boyfriend would be known as the NCT member that could break a board with his head.
You cheered him on along with his members as he successfully completed his mission on the first try. During the break of shooting, he saw you and giggled in his little dolphin laugh bringing you in for a hug.
“I saw you smash that board I’m proud lele.”
He blushed “I’m so embarrassed...I’m sorry you had to see that.”
“Not at all, after all, I know you give good head.” You said with a wink.
Renjun overheard and Chenle saw his eyes go wide.
“Honey! Not in front of everyone!”
“What? I’m right.”
“Of course you are, you are always right.”
Jisung
Jisung had been working hard on his dance moves lately. With him getting new hyungs, he wanted to make sure that his skills were one of the best in NCT. That led to him working later than normal, and him missing dinner all the time. You didn’t blame him though, he would always take a pic of him in the dance mirror every night in a funny pose. You decided to come to visit him and watch him dance one night, walking to the SM building which was not too far from your shared apartment. You walked into the elevator up to the dance studio hearing the music blasting.
You looked into the door watching your boyfriend dancing with all his heart looking at himself in the mirror. He was so focused that he didn’t even notice you walk in. He was talking with his choreographer, asking for pointers and what he could clean up until his choreographer looked at you. Following his gaze, Jisung saw you and smiled walking up to you, kissing you on the cheek.
“What are you doing here?”
“I missed you.” You said pouting.
“Aw bunny, I missed you too...”
His choreographer subtly left leaving both of you alone, telling Jisung goodbye and that they’ll pick up where they left off tomorrow.
“So, are you going to show me some dance moves?”
“Bunny I don’t think-”
“Try me.”
He laughed as he scooped you up and led both of you out of the door.
“C’monnn I wanted to try and danceee.”
“Nope, can’t have my partner beat me at dancing too.”
You giggled as you hugged his neck as you both ended up eating late-night sushi, enjoying yourselves on a midnight date.

happy vo.re day everyone!!! here’s my cringe fic to commemorate :-)
(no ao3 link this time im too self conscious)
this idea came about while talking to the lovely @chili-kinks and they made this in conjunction with my fic so please check them out!!
anyway this fic features pre.game oum.asai and soft, same size vo.re, you have been warned. also bad words
“IIIIT’S PUNISHMENT TIME!!!”
The screen cut to a large Monokuma towering over the latest blackened, a small blonde girl with a long pigtail. The demonic bear picked up the girl and began to lick all over as she struggled in his grasp. Slowly lifting her above his head, Monokuma bent his head back and opened the gates of hell: his half-fanged mouth, with drool beginning to form around it. The girl was screaming and flailing about as she was lowered further down to her demise. Monokuma’s fist released her without effort, the blackened dropping right into his gaping maw. It slammed shut with a metal clang, and the bear gave a loud, deafening gulp.
Saihara’s eyes were glued to the T.V., in a more intense manner than usual. What a cruel way to go, even for Danganronpa standards. He had many ideas about his own execution someday, but this… this was definitely one to consider. He could only imagine how she felt wriggling around in his large belly, put to an eternal sleep with a comforting blanket of warmth. His shaky hands moved to text his boyfriend Ouma, who sadly couldn’t make it to their weekly Danganronpa viewing because of heaps of school projects. He knew Ouma was more into the mystery aspect of the show than the gruesome killings, but he simply couldn’t resist.
Saihara: omgomgomg did you see the latest episode???
Ouma: I did. I had it on in the background so I could work.
Saihara: what did you think of the execution? :D
Ouma: It was… something. Unexpected, definitely.
It was difficult for the taller boy to contain his fantasizing, to say the least.
Saihara: i love the way she was screaming for dear life,,, it was soooo satisfying in the end! god i wish i were monokuma… tasting a victim would be so worth ittt
Ouma: Uh, Saihara?
Saihara: yea?
Ouma: I think you should go to bed. You have school tomorrow. And… you’re scaring me a little.
Saihara: sorry kichi… but fiiiine ill see you tomorrow.
The last thing he wanted was to make Ouma uncomfortable. And he was a man of his word, he’d take his advice and get to bed. However, there was one thing he wanted to try first. Rummaging around in his snack drawer, he found a small bag of Monokuma-themed gummy bears. He couldn’t stop thinking about having something whole run down his throat… and what better way to do it than try on a small candy? He frantically opened the bag and plucked out a red gummy. Dangling it above his drooling maw, he licked his lips.
“My first victim… down the hatch!”
He shoved the gummy in his mouth and had to stop himself from chewing. Positioning it for swallowing, he let it slide down his throat with a hard gulp. Saihara traced a hand over his chest to feel it going down to his stomach, shivering slightly. What an amazing feeling… he couldn’t chew these ever again! He happily shoved more in his mouth and gulped them down, pretending they were meek little prey against his predatory might.
Saihara tossed the bag aside and rubbed his belly blissfully. One day, maybe he could have a person inside him. Despite his affinity for Danganronpa, he could never bring himself to kill someone. He was going to rely on Team Danganronpa’s directors to change that for him. No, he merely wanted someone in his belly for a while, just to feel what it’s like.
Surely a normal human like him couldn’t achieve that, right?
Only one way to find out.
Ouma looked on nervously as Saihara effortlessly swallowed half a sandwich whole. His previous victims included sushi, apple slices, candy, cookies, and brownies. It was almost inhuman how the taller boy could open his mouth to fit a seemingly endless array of food.
"Saihara, you're gonna make yourself sick."
Saihara simply chuckled. "I'll be fine, 'Kichi."
The smaller boy knew Saihara had a somewhat unhealthy obsession with Danganronpa, but he never would have imagined it would affect him this much. Despite how unnatural it was, Ouma couldn't help his morbid curiosity. He couldn't deny how interesting the latest execution was (no matter how much he tried to convince himself otherwise), and a small part of him absolutely loved watching Saihara scarf down food and seeing it travel down his throat.
Nope, he definitely didn't enjoy this.
Every so often, the taller boy would lift his food above him and slowly ease it into his mouth, as if to simulate eating a person. Ouma was immensely thankful the other patrons of the cafe were ignoring them. Maybe this sudden fascination would fade once the next Danganronpa episode came out; but with Saihara, anything was possible.
Saihara: hey could you come over today? i wanna try something.
Two weeks later, Ouma received a rather unceremonious text from Saihara one night.
Ouma: Sure. What is it you want to try?
Saihara: i don't think i can say over text
Ouma furrowed his brow, his mind racing to the absolute worst possible scenarios. Did something happen between him and his uncle again?
Ouma: ...why not?
Saihara: i just can't i'm sorry
Saihara: pls come over asap
Ouma: Alright.
It was unsettling how vague his friend was being, and that made him all the more worried. He hurriedly packed his things and ran to Saihara's house.
The two sat across from each other on the floor in Saihara’s room, neither saying a word. The taller boy had his eyes cast down, deep in thought with Ouma left to wonder just what the hell happened to him. The air was unnerving, and Ouma couldn’t take it anymore.
“Are you okay, Saihara?”
The boy in question took a second to look up at him, meeting his eyes with an emotionless face Ouma had not seen in him before.
“Do you remember the episode where the girl got eaten alive?”
Oh.
“I… I want to try it out. I’ve been practicing so I could make it happen.”
Oh.
Saihara couldn’t possibly think this would work, right? Humans aren’t capable of eating each other without… killing the other. Ouma shuddered.
“Saihara,” he spoke slowly. “Do you really think you can do this? I mean, Danganronpa is just fiction after all… and one of us wouldn’t s-survive,” his voice began to quiver.
The taller boy sat up slightly and looked at Ouma with soft eyes. “I won’t let that happen. I’ve been looking stuff up. I’ve been training myself. And… you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to.”
Part of Ouma didn’t want to. That part was constantly pushing the fact that this could end up very bad. However, another part slowly began to rise up - the feeling of being the closest he can to the one he has a crush on. And of course, there was that naughty side of him thrilled at the idea.
“...I’ll do it.”
Saihara’s eyes lit up. “Really?!”
“I trust you. And, well, I’m kinda curious too.”
Hearing Ouma have mutual feelings to this weird activity made Saihara’s heart race. The smaller boy began to remove his clothing, too embarrassed to make eye contact with his crush. Saihara finally noticed how bony Ouma was. He’d make sure to get him a proper meal later. Ouma removed everything but his boxers, feeling somewhat self-conscious and looking away with a blush.
“Could you uh, close your eyes while I do this? I don’t think I could make eye contact with you.”
“S-Sure.”
Ouma complied and Saihara inched his way towards him, shaking slightly. Ouma trusted him. He wasn’t about to let that be for nothing. Raising himself above Ouma’s head, Saihara opened his maw until it became unhinged. He gently bit down on the smaller boy’s head of hair. The flavor was a sweet grape with a bit of lavender, which made Saihara drool slightly. He couldn’t help but smile in bliss as he took more of the boy in. He felt Ouma flinch a bit, so he brought his hands to Ouma’s arms and rubbed for reassurance. The smaller boy calmed down and Saihara reached his shoulders.
Perhaps it was Ouma’s smaller stature, but this was going a lot easier than Saihara had anticipated. He wanted to lick at him to get more of his sweet flavor, but he didn’t want to gross him out. He also wished he could ask how Ouma was holding up, but, well… he was a bit preoccupied. As Saihara reached the smaller boy’s torso, he realized the boy had entered his stomach. He was already feeling full, but there was no going back now. He took a hand off of Ouma to rub his belly, his hand gliding over the dent created in it. Reaching Ouma’s boxers wasn’t nearly as thrilling of a milestone, since his taste was interrupted by bland fabric.
He picked up the pace and shoved the covered part of Ouma’s body down his gullet. He mentally apologized for being so rough. Resuming the wonderful taste of Ouma, he slid down his spindly legs. All that remained was below the knees, and those were consumed just as quickly. Saihara could feel Ouma squirming a bit to get comfortable, and that’s when the true euphoria started.
It felt fucking amazing.
It was everything he hoped it would be. He leaned back and let an arm support him from behind, using the other to support the massive weight added to him. His stomach stretched past his knees with many bumps protruding from it. Red-faced, Saihara panted heavily with his tongue lavishly hanging out. God, this was so worth it. He rubbed around to feel for Ouma, who was surprisingly calm during the whole ordeal.
He opened his mouth to ask Ouma how he was doing, but a massive belch burst from his lips instead. The smaller boy, meanwhile, was fumbling around trying to make out his surroundings in the dark. His body was drenched in saliva; but strangely, no stomach acid was present. The world quaked around him as Saihara let out a loud burp, and Ouma found it hard to be grossed out given his current circumstances.
“Are you *urp* okay, ‘Kichi?”
Saihara’s hand found Ouma’s head between the fleshy wall separating them, and Ouma couldn’t help but lean into the touch. He never saw himself in the stomach of his crush, yet here he was.
“I’m okay. It feels… really nice,” he blushed, accentuated with a small rub to the stomach walls. He was amazed at how elastic Saihara’s stomach was, he hoped he wasn’t putting too much strain on it.
“Haah… I’m great, ‘Kichi! The best I’ve ever felt, actually! You tasted incredible,” he grinned, licking his lips.
Suddenly, the buttons on his dress shirt holding on for dear life relented and popped right off, exposing his large belly. That was… pretty hot, Saihara realized. Ouma started to rub more of the walls surrounding him, causing Saihara to moan rather loudly. He was a complete mess around his crush, but it was just too difficult to contain his bliss.
“Saihara, why aren’t there any stomach acids yet?”
The taller boy gave his belly a gentle pat. “I found recipes online for drinks that *hic* could subdue stomach acids for a bit. It looks *hic* like they worked pretty *hic* well, huh?”
Ouma smiled and let himself lean back into the warm stomach walls.
“You’ll let me out when I’m ready, right?” he asked tiredly.
“Of course,” Saihara whispered, rubbing Ouma’s head.
“Thank you, Saihara.”
