Well, I think it was not just to get the express on his side a bit and start up a deal with them, but he also deliberately wanted to talk to the family (ie Sunday) to switch rooms. I mean, giving Sunday the full control to choose where Aventurine stays? Aventurine, an enemy of Sunday’s due to the fact that he is a representative of the IPC? Would Sunday not be chomping at the bit at the prospects of being able to control that? (Ik he’s a family member but I do not think he is in charge of hotel reception normally). I already think Sunday was listening into Ratio and Avens argument in 2.0 (which was obviously staged read by other posts), but now that I remember this, that Sunday was given full control over where Aven would stay? No way in hell he wasn’t gonna monitor that room, if he somehow wasn’t planning on it already.
