Ango x Muscular Reader Headcannons
This for my bro 🦅 anon. I'm sorry, I accidentally deleted your original req, thank God I still remember what you asked for!
Also, *removes glasses and grimly rubs forehead* I felt kinda guilty since I wasn't able to do your recent Fyodor ask justice, so this is a compensation for that. Hope you like it.
Contents: Muscular Reader x Ango Akaguchi. Both SFW and NSFW Headcannons.
Warnings: Smut, Top male reader, Nipple play, virgin Ango, virginity loss.
SFW
I can see Ango getting slightly flustered when he first sees you.
You, a rookie ability user in the Special Division for Unusual Powers unit, greeting him formally, and the first thing Ango registers is your sheer size.
To begin with, you're 6'2", considerably taller than Ango himself at 5'8". (Yes, I looked up his height.)
Moreover, that's not all to your build. One glance at you and anyone would be able to tell you work out. Your arms are as thick as an average man's quads, to say the least. And your uniform is visibly straining against your chest; that thing is not going to last long.
But in the beginning Ango is only slightly impressed, glad to have someone who's physically strong on the team, just in case an incident like that of Tatsuhiko Shibusawa happens again. Draconia was frightening, and Ango is more than happy to have someone who would have a chance fighting against their own ability.
And then you two get partnered up for your first mission.
The only reason Ango gets put on it is because of his ability 'Decadence of Discourse'. The government needs him to unravel the location of an ability user mass bomber, who's recently escaped from prison.
It's not an easy one, and Ango feels obligated to guide you through it, but as you two unravel mystery after mystery, he slowly learns that you're not ignorant enough to be a total rookie.
So, after the mission is completed, he treats you to dinner. It's a simple gesture, but you notice the intention behind it all the same. And yet, you go.
He tries to get you drunk, but your alcohol tolerance is too much, and at the end of the day, you pretend to be wasted just to see what he'd do.
When Ango uses his ability on you, you let him, having nothing to hide. And he finds out more than enough to satisfy his curiosity.
You were in the Port Mafia before.
Despite knowing, he doesn't bring it up. You find it amusing, how he went so far to find out, and then withdrew silently.
Time passes, and Ango and you grow closer. He tries not to trust you, his job does not permit him to, yet you somehow wiggle your way into his heart, all big and strong.
Now, when you lean over him, or get too close in an elevator, he feels his face heat up, and tries his best to look away. He can't afford to have feelings, he tells himself.
And yet they're out of his control.
You notice, just how you notice everything else. Slightly amused, you tease him a little, standing a little too close when you talk to him, or leaning across him to reach things you could have grabbed either way, just feel his breath hitch.
But I mean, could you deny that you felt the same way, though? Not when Ango adjusts his glasses the way he does every time he gets flustered, a habit you notice that he wasn't aware of himself. How cute, you think.
So when you two do get into a relationship (after an adorable drunk confession from Ango and a whole morning of coaxing him to admit what he said last night) you feel quite decently accomplished in getting THE Ango Sakaguchi all red and stuttering just with a forehead kiss.
NSFW
The first time you two have sex, Ango is more than nervous, even though it's him who asked you if you wanted to do it.
So prep him gently, placing kisses along his jawline and down along his collarbone as he moans and clutches the sheets underneath him.
And when you finally put your fat cock in him, do give him time to adjust. Being a member of a confidential governmental department, dating opportunities don't come by everyday, so you'll excuse him for being a virgin, right?
Start gentle, your cock pumping in and out of Ango as he gets used to the feeling of your tip against his walls, moans spilling non-stop from his pretty mouth.
Kiss him quiet, your neighbours won't be happy at the amount of noise he's making. Or fuck him faster, each of his sounds driving you to please him more, more.
Slam into his sweet spot, and he'll arch his back off the bed, blunt nails digging into your back and drawing blood as a cry rips itself from his throat, eyes wide and tearing up.
Fuck him nice and good, till he forgets his own name, till the only thing his brain can process is your cock against his tight walls, abusing and bullying his sweet spot with such precision it makes him see stars.
Wipe away his tears before you continue to pound into him, and plant soft kisses on his face and chest. Suck on his nipples, kiss and bite them, and he'll come undone right then, hips bucking as cum shoots out of his untouched dick, hole clenching pathetically around you.
Let him come down from his high before you continue; it's only his first time, you can overstimulate him some other day, right?
When you start over, he will bury his face into the crook of your neck, muffling his moans and cries against your skin and just sobbing into your shoulder.
Fuck him till you come, bringing him to his second orgasm just with the feeling of your seed hitting his walls.
Pull out of him and kiss him softly, tell him he did good, and he'll smile dazedly, burying his face into your thick chest.

Day 8: Got Milk
Lactation | Omega! Jason Todd
Warnings: Alpha or Beta. Reader (You choose), Lactation, Uh, Milk drunk? Mutual pining, Reader is tit-matized you're lucky he likes you lmao. Major Idiots in Love vibes.
WC: 850
God, you felt like such a pervert. Jason was upset for fucks sake and all you could focus on was his glorious rack. His tits bulged scrumptiously from beneath the form-fitting tanktop. His pretty lips were curved in a frown. Right, Jason is upset….
Dear lord, he was leaking through the red shirt, two pretty little damp spots above his hard nipples. Man were thirsty, was your throat always this dry? His hands were gesticulating. He was really really upset but.. they bounced—the heavyweight of them jiggling with every flail of his arms.
“And now my fucking tits hurt.” He finishes, his green eyes looking at you expectantly. Whatever he was going on about you could somewhat surmise. Sue you for being distracted. Something-something Jason and the 'Batfam's' monthly tiff something-something huge blowout that most likely ended with Jason storming out saying ‘We're not pack’. Which brought a heavy-breasted Todd-Wayne to your door. You didn't think your dopey grin was appropriate at the moment but you were glad your omega came to you for comfort.
Well, he wasn’t exactly your omega, not yet at least but apart from a roll of his eyes at your ogling; he’d been acting odd and all your instincts screamed at you to find out what was wrong and fix it. His thick arms crossed underneath his bust as he fixed you with another unimpressed stare.
“Sorry,” At least you had the decency to sound bashful. “Right, they're all assholes”
“Thanks (Name) you always know what to say.” He drawled.
“Of course~” At your easy grin he begins to relax, stiff shoulders sinking back onto the loveseat. There's still a crease between his brows and you let him come to a decision. He'll either tell you what's up or he'll come up with an excuse and bolt. He's biting his lips and peeking at you red climbing up his cheeks. He sets his jaw and it looks like he’s gonna spill. “Do you want some milk” he rushes out.
If you'd had a drink you would've spat it out. What!? The damp spots have begun to drip, little rivers down to his abs. He crosses his arms over the shirt to hide them. His eyes are slitted again. “What do you mean?”
“My stupid body is producing milk on overdrive, apparently it thinks I've been abandoned.” He huffs.
“I don't own a pump” he looks at you like you're stupid. You probably are, of course, you don't have one you're not an omega. You gulp, nervous excited! “Like from the nip”
“You can say no” he breathes out quickly.
“No! I mean yes! Of course” your next swallow is also dry, you're absolutely parched. He's muttering to himself and you catch parts of his tirade. ‘You're so obvious (Name)’ 'Could at least pretend to not want it so bad' ‘It's kinda embarrassing.’ You risk a teasing remark now that you know he isn’t in any danger. Well, any danger except for maybe further embarrassment. “Mhmm yet here you are~”
“I'll leave” “No please don't! I want to help!”
You don't waste a second and plop yourself onto his lap helping him wiggle out of the wet shirt. His blush pink nipples are swollen, white drops clinging to the perky tips. He gasps when your palms come up to cup his heavy pecs. You press your thumb into the muscles and watch as he drips, down the darker skin of his areola, down the curve of his breast, and down down down.
“Hurry up already it hurts.” His next glare is letting you know that, that definitely wasn't a whine. Jason doesn't whine. It totally was a whine. You don't need to be told twice and you lean down to run your tongue up the trail at the base of his left tit and up. He pulls you closer when you swirl your tongue to collect the sweet drops from around his areola.
And when your mouth closes over his nipple he lets out a noise but you're not concerned with that because- Oh.. this might be the best thing you've ever tasted. He's sweet on your tongue, warm, and the texture?? Heavenly. You’re not sure when your eyes close, but you're groaning into his chest not pausing your swallows until you've drank him dry.
The milk settles in your belly and you pull back. And the world is suddenly slow when you blink at his flushed face. You think he's speaking but you're too busy latching on to his other nipple, cheeks hollowing to slurp at him lazily. You're full but you're too greedy. He’s so delicious. You want all of it. You let him know.
“You're not sharing this with anyone else okay?” You slur “Want all of your milk and all of you Jay”
“Thought you'd never ask”
“Oh so ya like me or something?” You hum around his nipple.
“Of course, I wouldn't be here letting you suck on my tits if I didn't!?” He sounds scandalized.
“Oh.. good…” he tastes so good, You pause mid-slurp “I like you too.”
“J-just shut up and drink.”
“Mm”

Wild Kratts - Our Blue and Green World: Part 1: Review [Spoilers]
Welp, here it is, the Wild Kratts TV movie (not to be confused with the feature film they've been teasing us with since 2021). There's been a lot of hype around this special and season, especially with how much the latter was being hyped up during the hiatus. Let's see if the blue and green bros were able to deliver: Spoilers under the cut
Well, this is certainly an attention grabber!
This entire live action intro is shot and edited like an animated Wild Kratts episode, it's glorious.
Woah, intro change!
They said the thing! They said the thing!
HELP THIS IS SO RELATABLE. Also, THE BOYS ARE FIGHTING
Lmao I don't think they do it very often, but using animals/nature in their insults is very creative.
Also, whooping crane episode when?
youtube
This entire song is mercifully short. Like most character sung songs in Wild Kratts, it's not good, but this at least is clever in its lyrics and its visuals. It feels like a Disney reference at best and I am content with that. I also ADORED seeing the Draco and Walrus Suit return again. It's arguably the best musical number in the series. No, that is not saying a lot.
MARTIN WHY ARE YOU THE ONE WHO'S MIFFED YOU NEARLY MUFASA'D YOUR LITTLE BROTHER
CHRIS WHY ARE YOU MILDLY INCONVENIENCED YOU GOT ACRAPHOBIA FALLING FROM THAT HEIGHT
When I first saw the clip, I thought that they were going somewhere with this, like they'd activate Peacock Powers at the end when they recognized the compatibility and blue and green. But nope. Wasted potential is an understatement.
Also, where the fuck are they right now? In a previous shot there was Target the Chameleon, implying that they've been to Madagascar, but that is an Indian peafowl, and as far as I'm concerned, they don't live in Madagascar. Were they just having an off-day? These animals have little to nothing to do with the plot when they really shouldn't have, so I don't see why they couldn't have just shown a projector image or something.
Remember when I joked about the Wild Pony Power Suit returning in S7.... fuck you Apollo.
Man, they are eating it up with the animation here. It's hard to tell with screengrabs but man, is it fluid.
The first half of this episode is mixed. While it feels like the brothers are incredibly stubborn, it also does make sense for them to be this fixated on their favorites. So I can totally buy this. It could've been insufferable to watch, but it wasn't.
As if YOU haven't spied on them since the first time your dorito-headed ass showed up on screen
Did you find that funny? Because not only do they do a similar joke like that later on, but they follow through on that joke in the most unexpected way you will shit your pants when you first ingest it.
Oh my god if they make a Creature Power Suit off of that bird, I will take back any diss I've made, that is so beautiful.
Good to know that Aviva put the button near the chest and not near the back.
Maybe it's just me but this is kinda pushing it. Chris is literally getting his organs crushed, I think that should matter more than A) being right or B) trying to get 2 people to stop fighting.
I'm loving the callback and what this leads up to but ew, all this does is remind me about how ugly bright the color pallatte in S6. Really glad they fixed it in S7.
HELL FUCKING YES
This episode finds really unique ways of showing how the two different biomes are interconnected. It's like Rainforest Stew's (very brilliantly handled) message only to a larger degree. Kids can learn a lot from this.
I fucking love this episode, man.
Honestly, the way they write Paisley in the first half of the episode is very in-line with her character. Most shows that do what this episode does has them be out-of-character as a set-up, but here, she's just roasting the fuck out of Zach. Once again, recontextualized entirely in the climax.
HOW THE FUCK DID HE GET TO MADAGASCAR FROM THE GODDAMN AMAZON IN ONE AFTERNOON THAT IS LIKE MORE THAN 1,000 MILES AWAY?? ARE ANACONDAS THAT FAST?????
Also, INDRIS!!!!! :D
I was frankly expecting this to horribly backfire but spoilers, it doesn't. This actually winds up working. Common Aviva W.
To be continued.... will the blue and green rivalry end? Will one prove superior over another? And will they be able to stop Zach and Paisley and save the planet earth? And will this change the adventures of the Wild Kratts team forever? Stay tuned for part 2!
Pros:
The live action segments.
The animation of the earth's model.
The musical number not being ass.
Paisely's catty behavior.
The Anaconda Suit.
The inventive ways they show how the stability of the Earth is complex. There are a lot of ways it functions and thus a lot of ways it needs to survive
The comedy.
Cons:
The villains do not do anything until the second half of this episode. In fact, they're left completely in the backdrop. I expected them to make their prescence known and for Aviva to invent the discs to get them together for the SAKE of fighting the villains. But no. It makes the stakes feel hollow, which is the opposite of what they should be gunning for in an hour long special that they hype the shit out of.
CONCLUSION:
It was an "okay" set-up. It did live up to some of the hype it had, but not all of it. Honestly if it wasn't for the second half of this episode, this movie would be mediocre or slightly above average, but no. They do pick themselves off the ground and... they do jump the shark. But we'll get to that next time

On the injecting V thing I actually read a more twisted fic of this, sadly the author got rid of their ao3 so no more updates but he put y/n on a pedestal like Madelyn in a sense. In his eyes she was very strong for a non supe like not strength wise obviously but personality ect. And he wanted her to become even stronger. She was with a god already why couldn't she become one too? Obviously she'd never be as strong as him but they could be unstoppable together. Y/n didn't want to tho, she liked her mundane life which he didn't understand. He kept saying like "why do you want this shitty mundane life you could be so much more why are you wasting your life" so of course he just kept pressuring her and then tricked her and she ended up letting him inject her with V not because he wanted it but to protect herself from homie more than anything else. There was some other things that happened between all this but will not say in case someone is uncomfy with that. Lots of back and forth toxic but lowkey one of my fave fics I read tbh 😭 sad the author is gone. He was attached to y/n but this was kinda a play on how impulsive he is. He was more thinking on he wanted her to be a supe like him and strong too and live longer with him than what she wanted and he was impulsive. He knew the risks where it could kill her, but he kept being like "Well she won't die I know she can pull through i want this" and didn't care enough.
i can totally see the appeal and why people are able to come to the conclusion that Homelander would feel the need to elevate someone he pedestals and make them more like him.
although despite the huge amount of V in his system, it's doing nothing for his lifespan. if anything, he might actually be aging faster than he should be. Stormfront seems to be something of an anomaly in her agelessness. Soldier Boy was just frozen the entire time. so there's no reason for him to think V would increase his s/o's lifespan. i can see him being arrogant enough to assume that someone he chooses would definitely get a cool ability/be very powerful just by virtue of being his "chosen" lol
either way i'm glad there's fic out there that explores this! i think i have a tendency to lean into the Homelander we see most in s1 where he's less impulsive and more calculating/manipulative. he's not quite as consumed by the idea of "supe supremacy" that we start to see in s2 and onward.

Journal Entry #59
Journal Entry #58 // STORY INDEX
Victor
We’ve been having an amazing summer.
Yeah, I know we’ve been neglecting our journal again, but in a way I feel like maybe we’re outgrowing it. We’ve been chronicling our life this way for over a year, and so much has changed for us in that time. So much has changed about us as well. We’re not the same people we were a year ago, and that’s a good thing.
I started this journal for fun because I wanted to do some travelling that wasn’t connected to a snowboarding competition, and I thought it'd be cool to document my adventures. I did get to go to Sulani, but in hindsight, now I see how unrealistic it was to think I’d be jetting frivolously all around the globe.
But, starting the journal wasn’t a wasted effort by any means. Looking back on it, it’s a reminder of how far Yuri and I have come, what we’ve learned and how we’ve grown as individuals and as a couple. I love us, and I'm proud of the progress we’ve made together.
It’s been interesting to share a part of our story with everyone, but I feel like we’re moving into a different stage of our life now. I don't know if we'll keep recording our journey like this in the future. We'll see.
Anyway, we're still doing it for now, so let me pick up where I left off back in June.
After Mom and Julian's wedding, Yuri and I had a few days together before he and his family returned to Japan. I had a great time showing them around, and I think Mr. and Mrs. Okamoto fell in love with Willow Creek a little bit, because they said they wanted to come back for a longer visit in the near future. Yuki's favourite thing was actually the amusement park in nearby Newcrest, and her parents really seemed to enjoy the scenic walking trails and the farmers market.
Before they left, Mr. Okamoto asked me if I'd like to stay with them when I returned to Mt. Komorebi instead of moving back into Uncle Kaz's house for what might end up being only a couple of months. My knee-jerk reaction was to say no, but I'm glad I managed to keep that to myself. The offer did make a lot of sense, after all. If Yuri and I both stayed with his parents, we wouldn't have to pay rent on top of our mortgage payment for the haunted house, and we could pack up the rest of our stuff so we'd be ready to leave whenever we reasonably could. I just didn't know how I'd feel, being in such close proximity to my in-laws for an extended period of time.
I told Mr. Okamoto I'd think about it and get back to him, and he seemed satisfied with that.
Grandpa Michael also hung around in Willow Creek for a while after the wedding. I said he could stay with me, but he declined, claiming the house would be too crowded with all Yuri's family members staying there too. I found that a little odd at first, until I discovered that he somehow managed to hook up with someone at the wedding and got invited to stay in her guest room for a few nights.
"She's a younger woman, and she’s hot," he told me confidentially. "Her name's Juliet. How about that?"
"Uh... how much younger are we talking?" I asked.
"She's sixty-six."
"Don't you think you're moving kinda fast? Like, sleeping over at her place after you literally just met her?"
"Listen," Grandpa Michael said. "At my age, you gotta move fast so you don't miss the good opportunities."
He's seventy-three. If he was in a contest for old people who move fast, he'd probably win a medal.
Still, he deserves to find happiness and have fun. It’s been seven years since my grandma passed away, and I’m pretty sure he’ll never stop loving her, but seven years is a long time to be alone if you’re used to being with somebody. If he feels like he's ready to get back into the dating scene, who am I to tell him not to?
When I met the aforementioned Juliet a couple days later, I totally understood the attraction. Although ‘hot’ wasn’t exactly the first word that sprang to mind, I could definitely see why Grandpa Michael would think so. She was elegant and confidently attractive in the way women are when they embrace aging with grace instead of engaging in a useless battle with it. I could easily imagine her being a knockout in her younger days. When she was my age, I bet she turned every head in every room she stepped into.
Beyond my initial impression of Juliet Picard, I was startled to realize I recognized her. She was the woman who'd been in charge of all the flowers for the wedding. Turns out she owns a florist shop called Hearts and Flowers, which happens to be down the street from Mom and Julian's clinic. Coincidentally, the flower shop also occupies the same building as the flat where Davian St-Jean, a friend of mine from high school, lives.
I used to say Willow Creek was the most boring place on Earth, that nothing ever happens there, but that's when I was viewing it through the eyes of a guy who thought events didn't have much meaning unless they were big and exciting and important to everyone. I was wrong about that. Sometimes the most seemingly insignificant thing carries the most weight.
A lot happens in Willow Creek. It's a town of connections, of opportunities small and large, the sort of place where a chance interaction could change the course of somebody's life in ways they might never have been able to imagine.
I mean, I was in Willow Creek when I met Yuri. Sitting alone in my sparsely -furnished unit at the Sage Estates apartment complex, scrolling through a forum for snowboarding enthusiasts, I had no idea I was going to see a photo of this impossibly cute Japanese boy doing a silly pose with his board. My impulsivity made me message him, and his curiosity made him message back. Prior to that day, if anyone had suggested I would meet my soulmate through a random encounter on the internet, I think I would've laughed out loud.
But now? Don't tell me stuff doesn't happen in Willow Creek. Dreams are born there, and nobody will ever convince me to change my mind about that again.
The day after Yuri and his family headed home, Grandpa Michael and I departed for Brindleton Bay. He returned his rented car, and then Juliet met us for breakfast and dropped us off at the bus station afterwards.
"I'll be back," he told her as we were about to board the bus, and I swear it was totally dramatic, like something out of a movie. He was dead serious, though, so I had to do my best not to laugh.
"I'll be looking forward to it," she said.
I reached into my bag and pulled out the keys to the house. "Here," I said, handing them to my grandpa. "Consider my place your place until Yuri and I come back. Feel free to use it any time."
He grinned at me, and for a split second I could've sworn I saw the face of a man half his age. "Thanks. I'm sure I'll enjoy that heated swimming pool, and your fabulous kitchen. I'll make myself at home."
"Go for it," I said. "Just don't use the red mug, and don't sleep in the basement bedroom."
Juliet raised an eyebrow. "What an odd thing to say."
"It's only odd if you don't know about the ghost," I told her.
"The ghost?"
"Victor's house is haunted," Grandpa Michael said cheerfully. "Cool, don't you think?"
"Really?" Juilet looked intrigued. "Well, I can't wait to see that."
"Victor, I presume I'm allowed to have houseguests?"
"Go for it," I said. "Far be it from me to cramp your style."
He winked at Juliet. "Heated swimming pool."
"Oh, lord..." she responded, but she was laughing. "I think I'll have to keep him, Victor. I wouldn't want to unleash him on anyone else."
"Consider me kept." Grandpa Michael put the keys into his own bag, and then gave me a thumbs up. "Just let me know when you're coming back. I'll make sure I'm there, so you can get in."
"Don't worry," I said. "Mom has the other set of keys. We'll be able to get in. I'll let her know you'll be coming and going, though. We don't want her to think somebody's trying to break into the place."
"Imagine explaining that to the police," he said, and the look on his face implied he'd very much enjoy stirring up a little trouble like that.
Mom says I'm just like Grandpa Michael. She's probably not wrong. Aside from sharing an almost obsessive passion for snow sports and being international competitors — he was a world champion slalom skiier back in the day — we have the same love for food, the same enjoyment of being with other people, the same sense of humour and, I think it's safe to say, the same impulse control issues.
I love him. I mean, I love my other grandparents too, but I think I have a deeper bond with Grandpa Michael than with the others. We get each other on a fundamental level.
We had a blast during the week I spent in Brindleton Bay with him. We passed a lot of our time at the local fitness center, and every morning we had tea and breakfast with his friends at a café in town. His friends are awesome, for the record. After the first day, I kind of forgot I was hanging out with guys in their seventies. One afternoon, we all played golf together, and on another day we went deep-sea fishing with one of the friends who owns a boat.
When we weren't socializing, we managed to get loads of yard work done, and we did plenty of cooking. Oh man... the cooking. It was so nice not to have to worry about ingredients and portion sizes and making sure everything had the right balance of protein and carbs. We cooked whatever we felt like having, and trust me, we had a lot of it. I'm pretty sure I've never eaten so much in a week in my entire life. With my belly full, I slept like a dead man every night, and it was absolutely satisfying.
On the evening before my flight back to Japan, Grandpa Michael and I were sitting on his back doorstep, drinking some fruit juice and staring out at the ocean. If I thought sunsets over the lake in Granite Falls were beautiful, let me tell you they've got nothing on sunsets over the ocean. The last time I'd seen anything like that, I'd been in Sulani, but somehow this was better. It wasn't that the sunset itself was any more gorgeous, but because I was seeing it with someone I care about and who I know cares about me.
"It's been a long time since I got to sit here and enjoy this with another person," my grandfather said, as if he were reading my thoughts.
"I'm glad I get to watch it with you."
"Me too," he said. "I hope you'll come back here more often, once you're all settled into your new home. Bring your husband too. He seems like a sweet little fellow."
I laughed at that, thinking about how Yuri would respond to being referred to as 'a sweet little fellow'. He'd probably love it, and I could picture him blushing.
"I will," I promised. "But I guess you'll be coming to Willow Creek more often now too, won’t you? So we'll have extra chances to see each other."
"Hmm..." Grandpa Michael leaned back in his chair and stretched his long legs out in front of him. "I never thought I'd find someone I wanted to be with after your grandmother. I didn't think I'd ever want to love anyone that way again, honestly, but I might have changed my mind."
"You think love at first sight is a thing?"
"No," he said. "You never want to say 'love' too quickly, but it's okay to think about it, and I've got a good feeling."
I smiled. "I'm really glad you met Juliet."
"So am I. She made me remember that being alive and living life aren't the same thing," he said. "You know, it's easy to give up on living when you feel like you've lost your reason to live. But, I think we forget that we've got more than one reason. There's more to live for than that one person or thing we lost."
I thought about Yuri. He'd been at his lowest point this past winter, and for a while I'd really been afraid that he'd given up on wanting to be alive, not just on living. Nothing I said or did seemed to matter, and it was scaring me more than anything else ever had. But then, just when I was wondering what would become of him, of us and the future we’d planned, his reminder to live came from the most unlikely source; his father.
If somebody asked me to guess who'd save Yuri in the end, I never would’ve predicted it’d be his dad. Their relationship was practically non-existent up until this year.
It’d taken some pretty horrible events to make them take the first tiny steps toward fixing their broken trust, but all the pain and suffering was worth it if Yuri and his dad learned how to communicate with each other. They’ve both found hope and renewed determination to make the most out of their time in the world, and I’m thankful.
Since March, their relationship has grown by leaps and bounds, and it's been truly amazing to observe. Yuri is happier than I've ever known him to be. He's looking forward, rather than being stuck in a bubble of self-pity and going nowhere. Even the smallest things seem to bring him joy now, and I can't even begin to describe how full my heart is over that.
I want this to last. I want him to be happy forever, and I don't even care if I'm not the catalyst. Seeing him happy makes me happy. The reason for it doesn't matter, as long as he's thriving.
Of course, I'm enough of a realist to get that it's not always going to be sunshine and strawberry milkshakes. Yuri's chronic illness will never go away, so it's inevitable that he'll have bad days or weeks. Plus, we're doubtless going to have to deal with difficult stuff that's completely unrelated to Yuri's health.
That having been said, I'm of the opinion that happiness is a state of being. Like, even if we're not constantly cheerful and we're navigating scary or unpleasant situations, we can still be happy. There's always something to be grateful for, always one more reason to keep on living, and that's what I want for Yuri. My wish for him is that he'll finally understand happiness is something he can choose for himself, and even if everything around him is dark and bitter, he can still find his own metaphorical sunshine and strawberry milkshakes on the inside.
When I shared that with Grandpa Michael, he told me he was proud of me and said I should be proud of myself too.
"You've grown up a lot since you've been away," he commented.
"Thanks. I've had a lot of people helping me."
"Other people can only get you so far. You have to want to do it."
"I don't know if I wanted to," I confessed. "Being an adult is hard. Part of me wishes I could just stay a kid forever, Know what I mean?"
"Believe it or not, I do," he said. "But you know what they say. You don't have to stop playing just because you're growing up."
With that in mind, I've made it my mission to get in as much playtime as possible this summer and to bring as many people along with me on my adventures as I can.
I made up my mind to stay with my in-laws when I got back to Mt. Komorebi, and I have no regrets. Yuri and I have been filling our days with all kinds of activities from long walks on the mountain trails, to visiting local museums and galleries, to picnic lunches by the lake near his parents' house. I returned in time for the Festival of Snow, and the whole family went to it together. We were out all day, and it was even more fun than last year.
A few weeks ago, Yuri and I took a weekend trip to Kyoto for shopping, sightseeing, and a classical music concert. Yuri convinced me to go back to the spa we went to on the day before we got married, and afterwards we bought dango from a street vendor and ate it in the little park where we had our wedding pictures taken.
We've been spending time with our friends as well, and it probably goes without saying that Sakura and I are training on the mountain as much as we’re reasonably able to. Last week, Yuri told me that he thought he was finally feeling strong enough to get back on his board, so I called Sakura and asked her if we could skip training for the day so I could take Yuri snowboarding. She sounded only too glad to oblige, and said she might come out to join us, if Yuri didn't mind. He said he didn't, so Sakura met us at the intermediate slope, and the three of us had one of the most wonderful mornings I've had in a long time.
Yuri was exhausted by the time we were done, but even more importantly, he was hungry. He practically begged me to take him to a local ramen house for his favourite meal of the moment, kake udon. That's a kind of mild noodle soup that can be served with different toppings like tofu, sliced fish or shrimp tempura. Yuri likes it with scallions and fish. He somehow talked me into buying him strawberry daifuku as well, and then he didn't even share them with me. Like... the nerve! When it became clear I wasn't going to get even a bite of one of his, I had to order my own. I pretended to protest, but I was secretly thrilled, if you really want to know.
Yuri's been doing so good with his eating that Dr. Kasongo thinks she might be able to remove his feeding tube by the end of the year. He officially finished the first phase of his nutrition rehabilitation therapy in mid-July, so that means no more food intelligence classes and no more weekly visits with the nutritionist and psychologist.
He's happy about not having to meet with the psychologist every single week, but he's nervous about not seeing the nutritionist as regularly. She's been like a safety net for him, I think. He had to be accountable to her, and now he's worried that he's not going to be able to do it without her encouraging, reminding, and occasionally scolding him about his food intake and eating choices. He's supposed to continue with his daily food diary, and at this point he's supposed to start planning his own weekly menu or at least contributing to the planning of a family menu. He has a short consultation with the nutritionist every two weeks, usually ten or fifteen minutes by video call, so he can go over his food diary and meal plans with her. It's nothing like his previous hour-long weekly in-person sessions, and he's stressed.
Everyone in the family is cheering him on, though. We all know he can do it.
His current goal is to go sixty consecutive days without a single tube feeding. That, and his general overall health, are the criteria for having the tube removed. He looked like he was about to panic when the doctor told him that, and on the way home from his appointment he cried while telling me he didn't think he was ready to go sixty days in a row.
"It's okay," I said. "If you're not ready yet, that's not a bad thing. Just do the best you can."
"But, I'll be delaying our move even more if I can't do this," he said.
"No, you won't. We've got the date for your first appointment with Dr. Kim now, don't forget. We can move any time between now and then, and if you still have your tube when we move, I'm sure Dr. Kim can take it out just as easily as Dr. Kasongo could."
As a matter of fact, he'd received the email from Dr. Kim, the gastroenterologist at Willow Creek Regional Hospital, just the day before we last saw Dr. Kasongo. Yuri's initial appointment with Dr. Kim is scheduled for the twenty-second of October. While I wanted to leave Japan before autumn, I had to acknowledge there really was no rush, and if we didn't get to Willow Creek until mid-October, that would still be fine.
When we got back to Yuri's parents' house, we told them all about how it'd gone with Dr. Kasongo. Mr. and Mrs. Okamoto agreed that it was okay if Yuri didn't think he was ready to commit to the sixty-day home stretch yet, but they also said they were confident in his ability.
Yuki, who had overheard part of the conversation, later offered the helpful suggestion of making a sticker chart. "So every day you go without formula, you get to put a sticker on it, and at the end, you get a big reward!"
I thought she meant the 'big reward' was having his tube taken out, but Yuki had something else in mind. She conspired with her mother to create the most fantastic sticker chart I've ever seen. They drew it on poster board, and blocked it with six rows of ten squares each. Every tenth square had 'reward' written on it, and the sixtieth square boldly proclaimed 'BIG REWARD!!!' in alternating yellow and pink letters, Yuri's favourite colours. They bought an assortment of stickers for him to use on it, including ones with pink ice cream, seashells, glittery rainbow stars, cute baby animals, and — to his obvious delight — sparkly musical instruments, including violins.
"Look at this, Yuri. We have a plan," his mother said, as she went about hanging the chart on the wall in the kitchen. "Whenever you're ready to start counting your sixty days, let me know, and I'll give you the stickers."
To my surprise, it was less than a week later when he told her he was ready to begin.
Today is the ninth of August. We're on day eight of the first ten days today, and the full sixty days will bring us up to the first of October. We’ll be sure to keep you informed about how it’s going, but so far, so good.
We're tentatively planning our move for the middle of September, and I'm cautiously optimistic. Everyone who's watching this, please wish us luck.
There are people who say luck isn't really a thing, and that we can only get ahead by persistence and hard work, but I think it's a combination of the two. Like, I think it's true that our own efforts and our determination to succeed is the real driving force, but who would ever say no to a serendipitous stroke of luck? Even the hardest worker needs a helping hand now and then, and I'm not too proud to accept a well-meant wish for good fortune and success.

i finished act 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now there's just all these events I've yet to get to from a3en... plus reading through act 3 translations if those exist... i hope they do! but the FIRST thing I'm going to do is fill out my a3! name chart, haha :) okay but before i get ahead of myself: here's my thoughts on the rest of the winter story!
the moment they mentioned the fleur award, I knew within my heart that act 3 might have the members seriously tackle winning or at least getting a nomination, and hey, look, sakuya mentioned it at the end! there's lots of little things I could feel them start to set up, which is cool. like, haruto mentions that godza has new recruits! so I assume shift is gonna pop up in act 3. and then there's the hyakka theater company which sakuya adored so much winning the fleur award at the end... I wonder if we'll get to meet them? I also saw a character on a poll tournament once that I think was an old leader of spring? and since yuzo's already someone we've met, I wonder if we'll meet all the leaders of the old troupes... we've already seen quite a few bits and pieces of them, after all! then, of course, there's the thing with misumi's grandfather's old scripts and reni, which I'm sure will come into play... hopefully we'll get to see his brother, too... guy also recognized reni, so he's probably got some kind of connections with mankai, right? what if he was a leader of the winter troupe, or something? lots of possibilities. and tsuzuru's eldest brother could also bring something interesting to the table? he got his own sprite and all, and he seems pretty interesting, so I feel it'd be a waste if this was his only appearance...
since we're on that subject, I was very glad to meet tadoru. his and itaru's conversation was just really nice, and it was cool to see him kinda watching out for tsuzuru in his awkward way. for a moment i was confused by him randomly saying hello to itaru at the bar, though. was sitting there like. ...is itaru getting hit on? tadoru also gave me sort of chikage-esque vibes because he was just that friendly, and so when he gave itaru sake and was like. hey! bribe material! i was like. ah. nice. would love to see some more elaboration on what he says, though because... “I mean, back when everything was falling apart at home, I just ran off and left Tsuzuru to deal with it all himself.” is intriguing. tadoru says that tsuzuru probably resents him... i mean, he definitely has a right to, but i don't think he like, does, if that makes sense? like... his family is his family. he might not have been happy about dealing with stuff without his eldest brother around, but I don't think it's something that would... fester, if it makes sense?
I've gotten ahead of myself again, so let's rewind chronologically... it was nice to see the improv battle spark something in guy! also it's nice every time they run into haruto because like, tasuku probably calls him "yamada" on purpose but like, half of the time that people get his name wrong, I'm pretty sure it's totally sincere, which makes it even funnier... like homare being like. "ah, hato-kun, I think it was?" with no ill-will is amazing. i didn't actually make the connection that this was tasuku's second time playing raoul until now, which is quite a fun detail.
don't have much to say about the play itself... you made a really good point about how POTO relates to guy, so I don't have much to add except that there's a comment that izumi makes about homare as richard dragging emotion out of the phantom, and I thought that was neat, because it's homare that gets guy to laugh, too, with his silly chickpeas bit. all of winter getting drunk was sooooo cute. its so dear to me that tasuku and tsumugi are just like. intelligently critiquing theatre stuff. not even arguing. like how is their drunk habit just... how they are normally, it's great. and then of course there's homare who's in tears and super sappily composing poetry. love him. and love that he manages to elicit a truly wonderful-sounding laugh from guy the same way, later! what a BEAUTIFUL cg that was!!! homare looks so pleased with himself and he's right to be that way!!
the power outage for the last performance was such a cool moment, too... like, the way that this phantom's final line dedicates his song for his friend. where it's not about being a singer or taking his revenge, anymore. it's such a good way to reflect what guy says before the final performance, that being "all of you are the reason I am able to see myself as human again.” which is what chris does for the phantom, here. you can also hear in guy's BREATH how much finishing this play affected him, which is awesome. seriously, the VAs are so talented, but also whoever's directing them or the like has a really good eye for what kinds of voice performances to add...
watched the backstages and them at karaoke was cute! so they staged it with just music, i see... the part where they method acted like they were in a musical was really funny. yuki resorting to just saying he'll make them pay him every time they break out into song... the sakyo-influence. tsuzuru and yuki would actually be a really fun combo in terms of like, events, also. they've both got this midlly pessimistic way of talking. the SR hisoka was also really good... cant believe he sleeps in a coffin! no wonder tasuku got so into treating hisoka as a vampire during nocturnality lol. anyways what a great actor he is. i love that, with the possibility that hisoka was possessed presented to tasuku, who's seen magic happen before, tasuku is like. alright. time to act my heart out. i bet it was really good practice.
there's a bit where sakuya says "citron was still with us back then..." which. very misleading turn of phrase. anyways they're going to zafra!! whoo!! i think it's so funny that guy is like "I'm a wanted criminal" as like an expression of the fact that his presence is troublesome, completely unaware of the fact that two of the people he's gonna be travelling with are like, also wanted criminals. itaru has every right to call chikage a "menace" like he does here.
another hit out of the park with izumi going "I do not see." about chikage's illegal passport for guy. the structure of this episode is really interesting, though--winter had really big developments outside of their own story (tsumugi in act 1 plus a bit of tasuku, homare in the next play, azuma in the next + a bit of tasuku there, too, and then hisoka in spring's act 2 story. because they got such rich development there, it gives the story space to really work out things between guy and citron. like, apart from azuma and tasuku visiting azuma's old home, it's not like there's a particularly big event any of the other winter members go through? while spring has masumi's whole deal and though its minor, itaru has to open up a little to having a roommate. and summer had tenma's audition and dealing with that stuff, plus kazunari's career worries, alongside kumon's whole stresses (of which muku and juza obviously were major in helping him with). everyone in autumn gets a collage, but while it's not like the characters in winter weren't major presences, it was more like they were reflecting on stuff that had already happened, rather than having new things that developed them in some way? which allows for space.
as for guy's subordinate, mika, i'm like 80% sure their name is mika because it's meant to be like, "mikan"
we already discussed my opinion of zafra as a nation so there's no need for me to really go into that, but about tangerine!! firstly the fact that tsuzuru just has to instinctually correct his japanese is so dear to me, like, he can't rid himself of the impulse... also I can't believe I said muku probably reminded citron of tangerine and guy basically echoes my exact thoughts... like muku, he's rather cute and brave! running to save citron, and then making sure the fire is taken care of... what a good person! I'm sure he'll do well... didn't end up being twist-evil after all, phew. I'm glad I was wrong about that. the end was a little underwhelming in terms of how the king wrapped it up. i'm glad he did so kindly, but I think it's a rather big upheaval that just happened and it felt like things got wrapped up quite neatly... I feel like there's probably a more complicated and interesting way it could've gone down, that also makes zafra feel more like a real place, but that's for me to obsessively plot and headcanon my way around.
the moment they mentioned the chandelier i was like Ah. chekhov's chandelier!! also there's a literal chandelier fall in the actual POTO so like... yeah, of course. I ADORED how sakuya jumped in, improv wise. not even part of the cast! and yet! perfect reaction! he should be proud of himself. (my notes at that moment are just "THATS MY KIDDDDDDD!!!!")
the part where they save citron was also so good... like firstly, half the reason the plan to lure out citron works is because he thinks that it's mankai, which is a wild, would-be-tragic coincidence had not chikage and itaru saved him... speaking of!! what a good moment. those two are both kind of the "adults" of the spring troupe, so it was neat to see them put themselves in harms way while kind of redirecting the younger members. especially tsuzuru, who's fairly responsible... it's nice to see him get treated as young, yknow? anyways. it's up to dad and grandpa to save spring troupe's mom, right... i usually object to obsessively fitting found family into roles but since spring troupe has done this to themselves i can call them as i like!
the dynamic between itaru and chikage was really nice to see... they both know each other quite well, huh? the casual way they treated things was kind of fun. especially when chikage's like. close your eyes for a sec, would you, chigasaki? and itaru very cutely after being like ah close my eyes physically or mentally to your crimes? replies with roger that.
chikage rushing back in to warn everyone about the chandelier was also really really good... i love that his voice gets low when he's frazzled!
citron and spring's proper reunion was so nice... sakuya cried! and I really liked that guy talked to citron in zafran when telling him about being able to rediscover his emotions... “I was not merely ignoring my own emotions, but yours, as well.” was a really good point he made.
also with spring being family it's really awesome that citron calls them his second family.... that's right, they are! and then sakuya states the same feeling at the end, where he says "You're all my true family." which did, I admit, bring a tear to my eye. actually i started tearing up because before that he said "I guess I always assumed that we would always be here together as a company, you know? But that's not true, is it?" and then I remembered the a3en shutdown and got emotional.
still, it's such a sweet ending! excited for more, whenever I get around to it! and I can make my chart now!! I've just got one remaining thought, which is: I wonder who did guy’s scar makeup in zafra, since azami wasn't around? (probably azuma, is my guess)
YEEHAW CONGRATULATION!!! At least finishing the EN sever's content will be welcomed. (and then you'd caught up on me bc i still haven't started anything past that ahah…. ahah… cries). But congratulation at least on being introduced to the full cast now!!
under cut!
Congratulation on seeing it coming ;D yeah it makes sense honestly, after having sorted out some of their biggest emotional problems, it's time for them to start aiming higher eheh. And yesss there's so many set up. I haven't touched act 3 yet so it's just…. so far ahead for me lmao. We will get to meet the ex leaders of each troupes in act 3 though yeah! I really hope you're right in term of how Guy could see it coming too, and how everything is set up for more content in the future, hopefully. we'll see!
DFDLKFJDFL love thinking immediately that Todoru would hit on Itaru over just looking out for Tsuzuru, this is really funny. And ahah sake of chekov if you will. As for what you bring up, yeah… I think it's complicated. On one hand, it's understandable to want to run away when everything is falling apart - your parents are the one putting you through hell and ultimately you know it's going to ruin any possibility to a future you can have, so it's self preservation and all. But when you have siblings, it's leaving them to take the blow for you while you give up on them. It's selfish, it's understandable, i can't exactly blame him, but i blame him still because in the end it's the younger ones who had to take responsibilities while they could have banded together. But everyone was just trying to survive. When you see how Tsuzuru had to sacrifice everything for his family, you know Todoru should have done so too… But therefore it's even more unfair that Todoru dumped everything on Tsuzuru's shoulders. It's complicated, it leaves things to fester. So yeah. difficult for everyone involved.
Back to the plot, it was so nice indeed for Guy! and DLKJFDLKF yeah Tasuku is really just being petty that way. Also "Yamada" is Haruto's birth last name and also a very basic name? as in like, it's like "Smith" in the US, it's something a lot of people have, it doesn't stand out much. I think Tasuku is doing a couple things here. First, he used to call Haruto by his first name without honorific, which he doesn't even do with 90% of Mankai (the only people he calls by their first name without their honorifics are Tsumugi, Citron and Guy, so childhood friend privilege and the two without last name. Azuma stands as being the only one he calls by his first name + honorific. Everyone else is on last name + honorific basis). So it implies Haruto and him were close, yet by calling him by his last name again, Tasuku puts this distance between them. but it's also a name only Tasuku really knows, most people don't know Haruto like that. It remains something that denote how close they used to be, twisting the knife in the wound if you will. Meanwhile since Haruto wants desperately to be on top, to stand out, to be a star, it's also constantly reminding him that he's just like everyone else, that he's not standing out on his own, he's just a guy. it's so incredibly petty from Tasuku in general LDKJFDLKFJLD he knows what he's doing! But yeah the rst just, clearly isn't having this many hard feelings. I do think Azuma is being petty when he messes up (bc let's not forget also that the whole fight with Tasuku happened because of Haruto too, so Azuma may be entitled to be petty) but Homare? is fully genuine. It's so much. And yeah Tasuku and Haruto promotes POTO in act 1 when Tasuku is still working at the Godza! the more time changes.
And ahah i may have got ahead of myself there then -- but yeah Izumi's point here is very good, Homare truly is the emotion maker man. ALL OF WINTER GETTING DRUNK SO CUTEEE YES. and so true Tasuku and Tsumugi are so cute like that. hyperfixation goes brrr. meanwhile Homare, always a gem. he's amazing. And the fact he really gets to Guy is just 😭 Also not to be petty about fandom stuff here but i used to see a lot of jokes a few years ago about how Guy would be fed up with Homare's bullshit and would shut him down and be mean to him because of that and it used to make me SO angry because like Guy would NEVER, Guy would laugh and encourage him, it's HISOKA you want if you want to bully Homare damnit. This made me so angry. Homare has such a positive influence on Guy and Guy may be the one person in the Troupe who fully sincerely vibe with him (and not just to be sympathetic like Azuma and Tsumugi can be). I'm so glad you felt it. AND THAT CG IS SO CUTEEEE. A troupe symbolized by how hard it is for them to be honest about their feelings and how they closed all of them in, being able to laugh so openly with one another being silly. God i love them. Homare is so good.
YESSS Izumi's "the play will go smoothly" really didn't account for that lmao. I loved that everything went so damn wrong then. It made me think about how in act 1 every troupes except Winter have this moment of "The Show Must Go On" -- something that should have stopped the performance fully but the actors adlibed around the issue and all went well. Winter didn't have this moment in act 1, when Tsumugi fucks the play up no one knows how to fix it until the play is over. It really shows how quickly the others troupes went in synch with one another VS how Winter still had to work on their bond first. but in act 2, it's the opposite? For the 3 others troupes, all the problems happen before the plays, the plays themselves go rather smoothly. But Winter gets all sort of problems during their performance and they have to adlib ways to have the show going on even though they hit a deadend. i think it's a neat way to show that NOW Winter is fully in synch with one another. And i do think Guy is the ultimate way for them to make it happen, since Guy having so many of the issues the rest of Winter had to go through, the way they support Guy shows the way they learnt to support each other during the last year. But YEAH YOU'RE SO RIGHT ABOUT GUY'S PERFORMANCE. it's just so so good and the scene is so touching and gaah ;;-;;. the VAs are just so good and the directing is really incredible. Also something i love is coming back to the early plays and see how drastically different the acting for the acting is?? like, after reading act 2, they added voicelines to Alex in Wonderland, so i went back to check the event then -- and it struck me how, while they clearly had improved and weren't hammy at all, the acting was still miles away from being as clear than in Charlatant of Oz. Playing bad acting shouldn't be so hard, but managing to play "medium acting, not bad, but there's room to improve" seems like such a talent to me. the directing must be really tight because even just by VA's strength alone you need some guidance there man.
Glad you liked the backstages! it's so cute to me ahh. YUKI IS SO FUNNY he really became so cut-throat now, thanks Sakyo. God you're right, Tsuzuru and Yuki like "the two somewhat sane people against the world". until Yuki asks Tsuzuru to write a play that has fun costumes in and then he calls him Villager C again and now all hell breaks lose. RIGHTTT I LOVE IT. Hisoka has been sleeping in a coffin since his R from Nocturnality, and Tasuku already had to confiscate it then, and Hisoka was just "…….. i need to become a vampire brb" bc of that; But he basically kept this habit ever since until his SR. And i just find it sO funny that Tasuku tried to get Hisoka to stop sleeping and help out and Hisoka chooses violence instead. He's such a little shit he's so funny to me. And Tasuku just rolling with it because "well i've been stuck in a timeloop so it might as well happen" is so so funny to me. We managed to tame Tasuku into accepting the wildest of shit. god i love them so much.
Sakuya talking about Citron like he's dead fr. BUT YEAAAH ZAFRA! AND DLKJFDKLFJ DYEAH RIGHT. Guy: i'm a criminal // Chikage and Hisoka, with their fake IDs and actual criminal records: wow sucks to be you i guess. Itaru is so right about calling Chikage a menace. Chikage is one. fully.
Izumi's "i do not see" is SO FUNNY YEAH. It's her life now.
And you're so right about the Winter's structure. I think it really helped that well, dealing with Guy's problems is already a way to sum up how far they've come. Like… when Azami was going through his issues, he wasn't really communicating them and Autumn didn't know how to get him to communicate it, so they all shared their personal lives with Azami so Azami would make his own conclusions and all. But for Guy Winter mostly just learnt directly from how they helped each other out to help him instead so it's where the progress is seen, more subdued. But yeah, unlike say, Summer where everyone had a big plot to go through, Winter doesn't have that because it's been a bit spread out. Which i think fits them well. Winter isn't the type to make a big deal out of their own things, so everyhting kinda just happens around them. Act 1 only had them do big things because supernatural intervention happened. but it really helped the actual drama of the event to set in. I think this chapter had a huge task to make Citron be as important to its chapter than Hisoka was to Spring, while also having him absent most of the chapter. As such it needed more time to breath for Guy to really reflect on his past with Citron and stuff.
ooooh good catch!
nods yeah… And RIGHT i almost mentioned "i'm sure i saw Tangerine being fully compared to Muku" in the prev ask before it hit me it probably happened after lmao, but yeah!! it really is just that Citron saw his precious little brother in Muku and immediately became overprotective. Tangerine is so good so cute!! also as a result the fact Guy keeps calling Muku "Little Prince" because he sees Tangerine in him too? so adorable to me. Tsuzuru also not being able to help himself correcting Tangerine's japanese was very precious yeah in that regard. the Citron impulse too strong. As for the Zafra political drama yeah i agree, it was a bit "gotta wrap it up" type of ending lmao. fixing it with HCs is a good plan though fully.
Chekhov's chandelier indeed….. it's indeed very POTO in that sense. but YEAH SAKUYA SAVING THE DAY. BABY. THAT4S OUR BOY!!!!! It's exactly what he wanted like. he was inspired to do theater because of the pirate play that had to improvise evacuating people during a fire drill -- being able to do just that also during a fire drill must have been really the moment for Sakuya to come full circle. (THAT'S OUR BOY INDEED YOUR NOTES ARE SO RIGHT)
And god right. I love this bit so much. Citron just missing his family so much. The actual danger of it all; Chikage taking all the danger to himself, as redemption as well. The fact Tsuzuru is being considered a kid for once (especially after hearing how his brother left him to take all sort of adults responsibilities, i think it really makes it come full circle that in that moment even Itaru, who heard about that, stepped up to have Tsuzuru leave this responsibility behind for once and let the adults do the work instead). And god Itaru. His involvement there is so much. he would never have done anything that dangerous before, but now that it's all about protecting his family who cares. And besides Chikage can murder people he'll be fine. And yeah same, i don't like projecting Found Family's title on people and all but there's a couple exception: Sakyo and Omi being Dad and Mom (as per Yuki and Taichi always insisting and the fact they both answer to their given title like that), and the weird convoluted family dynamic of Spring (because they just love to play those up so much). Like, in the end also, the reality is that those titles don't fit them that much -- but it's a private joke in between them so it's fun to indulge. Dad and grandad on their way to save mom let's go.
Itaru and Chikage's dynamic was so so fun. They're really roommates in a deep way but i love the way Itaru is just getting used to Chikage's rascal ways like that while Chikage is really just unable to get rid of Itaru so now he has no choice but to get used to it. The close your eyes scene is SO FUNNY, the "physically or mentally to your crimes" is one of my favorite line it's just so on point. Itaru is too used to this bullshit. "might as well happen" type.
oghh Chikage…….; sighs lovingly he's so good isn't he. and yea his voice. so good.
CITRON'S REUNION YESS. Sakuya who's been already always left behind by all the family members who took him in, finally making himself a found family, and legit everyone almost leaving him at some point (except Tsuzuru)…. no wonder he cried when Citron was finally back. It's probably the last straw at this point for him. God. Family. And GOD Guy's quote as he talks with Citron. Crying.
Spring being so, so determined to talk about how they're really a family just keeps making me cry. Like, they really saw themselves as each other's family… ironically in the anime, when Citron and Izumi run away from the people that were sent after Citron, Citron does add a line about how in a way, he kinda hopes the troupe could become his family…. and the Ending song for Spring, Home, is also really about "and this home maybe could become a family" and it makes me cry: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lM_rHEFJ3ME But them talking about the end of the company just makes me so unwell. A3en ending really ended up making all of that so, so hard to swallow sobs.
SO GLAD you liked the ending. Now you know everything you need to know before the events ;D and yeah, i think Azuma was the one to do the make up without Azami around. he probably knows a thing or two so it helps out ;D
there's a couple things linked to the events, else i also did the mistake to tag my dgm posts with massive spoilers with kiri dont look so it might still be a landmine...
i can delete the tag from the dgm tags so it can make it easier for you? but yeah else some events are in the way
anyway as always i'm so glad to have been able to read your thoughts <333 so glad you had fun and so glad you get to know the whole cast now. they're so sweet, always........
Take care and see you around ;D

ok episode 13 time folks
my little gay heart can't take this with lauda being ranked at having better odds than sabina
this little twink
spiderman pointing meme
i feel like the first 2 suits in this battle royale duel are the only cool looking ones lolz
i also can't believe how we got trolled by that 2nd cour trailer and everyone thought everything in it was at least a few episodes worth of footage and instead it was just this fuckin duel suletta blew through in like 5 mins lmao
i don't want to waste too much of the post image limit on the OP but can i just say how much i love these two shots? like when i saw the episode i couldnt stop thinking how cool the grassley girls look in this frame lmao
also will admit i wasn't like super into slash for like the first 2 eps and now i can't decide if i like it better than shukufuku
handsome suletta has entered the building
i will never forgive them for including this shot in the OP... after the OP silhouette of eri changed to actually show eri, i was so fucking convinced at some point the OP would update to pan up and actually show notrette to us
it's kinda nuts that earth house were the ones to step up after the 2nd school shooting later on when right before the school festival and in the aftermath of the plant quetta attack theyre all so traumatized over everything that happened
remember when everyone thought this was gonna be a pantsuit and all the fanart that got drawn of miorine being handsome... yea we got a fake out but she wears a pantsuit later on and timeskip miorine is handsome as hell
ha ha sure glad we don't live in a world where corporations can have say in military matters......................................
these lesbians
no mask prospera spotted and shes sitting down
sorry prospera haters, but it's true
this little goober trying to comfort nika-nee is the sweetest thing ever lol
just dropping this here to go along with miorine's line to prospera that suletta couldn't stop shaking from how scared she was to ride calibarn
the next line in this scene is also suletta p much saying she was able to gather strength to go save miorine because of her mom. i don't think it'd be wrong to say she was able to do the same piloting calibarn although it wasnt just for her mom but her whole family, including miorine
lmao i know dara materials is just one of the front companies shaddiq made up but i'd love to know whatever backstory he made up for them
suletta....
and honestly how bad is asticassia's vetting process? i totally forgot nika's backing company isn't real either. which in retrospect, yeah duh, makes sense
the entire sophie montage is really amazing and on rewatch feels so depressing tbh
initially, i found sophie a little annoying if i'm being honest but thats because i don't like characters who get reduced down to HAHA I LOVE DOING EVIL THINGS... which is not at all what sophie is about once we get to the next episode. she's a victim of capitalism doing it's thing
regardless of went down from this point forward, nika was always gonna play the martyr, which i still think is silly, but honestly out of all the things i have a gripe with in the 2nd cour this like one of the lowest things lmao
i wonder if this was just meant to be a throwaway line or not cuz like yeah... you're not gonna talk your oppressors into being nicer to you lol
suletta doesn't even know how cool she can be sometimes huh?
this line still cracks me up... suletta, sweetie....
norea up in the pharact like sophie cmonnnn
ending the episode on cool suletta again
also mannnnnn remembering watching this ep the day it came out and this scene with red birthmark starting up was so amazing lmao i was kinda iffy on the song at first because it felt kinda whiny? idk what other word to use because i'm not really a music person... i definitely don't feel that way now and if i had to describe it to someone right now i'd say it's a very emotionally-charged song. it's honestly one of my favorite anime endings both the song itself and the actual ending animation
legit one of my favorite frames from the whole ending sequence and i'm so happy to know that this is confirmed to be made to look like calibarn and not aerial in this shot lol
like this literally is one of the most gorgeous anime endings i've ever seen lmao i don't think i'll ever stop gushing about it
cmon look at them
literally cannot believe to this day there are miorine haters or people who think miorine didn't care about suletta enough. miorine's possessions were literally taken away as we see later on when lauda gives everything back to her... but here she is, holding on to cool-san and just longingly staring at this stupid ugly little keychain
i didn't fully mind the sulemio separation arc... but god, i hated that for the first like 3-4 eps all we get of mio are these post-credits minute or two long scenes
all i'm gonna be able to think about while watching this whole cour is what could have been if bandai weren't stupid lol
ok might do episode 14 in a bit, but now i wanna go listen to red birthmark lmao

okay here are my thoughts on Netflix’s Wednesday as someone who loves the Addams Family and hates Tim Burton, spoilers obviously:
Wednesday being perfect at everything and having everyone love and idolize her is so very “boring main girl” of her. like if your protag’s only flaw is that she doesn’t trust people and wants to be a lone wolf, then don’t even bother
the weird almost love triangle thing was dumb and unnecessary. the artist guy came off as whiny and insufferable and the coffee shop guy felt insincere from the get go. also really? two pasty beanpole boys with no discerning characteristics other than one is a ‘tortured artist’? lame.
I’d rather watch a series about Bianca, tbh
the cello cover of Paint it, Black made me laugh so hard. Cheesy!
the cello cover of Nothing Else Matters was sick as hell though
Wednesday just selfishly uses everyone throughout this show. The only person she’s nice to is Eugene and yet EVERYONE pines for her attention. and they don’t do a good job of telling us WHY. she’s unpleasant. she makes it clear from the beginning that she’s not interested in anybody. she’s cold and callous, spitting out these abrasive quips and showing everyone up in classic Main Girl fashion. she’s constantly making demands of Enid for her own selfish gain. even when she “returns the favor” the show makes it ALL ABOUT HER
i hate the isolation of Wednesday from the rest of the family, especially since they were trying to convince us that she “doesn’t fit in” when Wednesday canonically is the perfect Addams. She is the ideal representation of what an Addams is. PUGSLEY is the black sheep, and i would have loved to see a show about THAT
the best episode was literally ep 5 when the family is together again. i actually genuinely enjoyed watching that one, and Wednesday wasn’t an annoying, selfish bitch, which was a total bonus. her little interrogation of Gomez in the prison was awesome, the back and forth was SO classic Addams Family wit and banter. i loved Luis Guzman’s performance. he was perfect.
Gwendolyn Christie was such a smokeshow awoooga. though i was kinda disappointed with how her character went. i wish she was given a bit more nuance. i thought she was going to be portrayed as a somewhat dopey and pitiful woman who has a secret badass side that comes in clutch at the end but eh that’s what i get for getting my hopes up i guess
Eugene was cute. i didn’t care for his horny side and think he would’ve been better if he didn’t have that tiny bit of girl craze. i mean, they drop it so quickly that it was a complete waste of time anyway. though, credit where credit is due, when he’s out in the woods, watching the cave, and he hears that cricket and then has it in a jar the next time it shows him, that was cute and funny and i liked it
i enjoyed Wednesday’s dance. it was quirky and unnerving and fun and took a step away from her “i’m too good for this shit” attitude that she’d had the entire show thus far
i’m glad that Bianca had some depth to her rather than just being the popular bitch to rival Wednesday. she deserved more time though.
The CGI!!!! was TACKY!!!!! lmaoooo???? there’s nothing in the Wikipedia page for this show about the budget and that’s INCHRESTING because it’s a big production, and Netflix sunk a LOT of attention and time into it, so I would assume that the budget was massive, and yet the CGI looked like THAT???? lmaooooooo stop. how embarrassing
On the other hand though... Thing was great. Viva la practical effects!!!! i’m so glad they didn’t try to cg him because that would have really annoyed me. I’m not anti CGI but i am anti lazy CGI when practical effects could have done a better job
Uncle Fester was great too! disappointed that he was only there for one episode. god i long for the entire family to come back. i understand that they wanted to do something different, but overall i felt like i was watching a goth rip off of harry potter.
it was fine though. i get that it was meant for an audience that wasn’t Me. I think Jenna Ortega was a good Wednesday, even if i didnt care for how she was written, and the rest of the family was cast well too. the second half of the show was better in terms of direction and pacing, and those were the episodes Tim Burton didn’t direct so, wow go figure, to nobody’s surprise whatso-fucking-ever.
anyway eehhhh i wasn’t going to watch it because im a big fan of the originals and i knew it was going to stray far far away from them, but here we are. i’m sure they’re going to milk it for 5 or 6 season and im not sure i’ll watch them. maybe. if they entice me with more Family involvement.

hi comet!!!
i hope you’ve been well, I just had a rip-roaring good time
i convinced my sibling to go to a local show with me. it was supposed to be a band we both love but they had to last minute postpone so it ended up being four local groups. holy shit did they bring the house down. props to them for pulling together a show on such short notice
this show was my birthday present to myself and i’m totally buzzing over it. live music is one of the major things i live for, i genuinely think i would waste away without it.
the other fun part about tonight is that my sibling is thinking that the two of us should start jamming. maybe form a band kinda deal. i learned tonight that i can do a bit of scream vocals, so i’m kinda down to explore my voice more with my sib.
and i finally get a weekend off work! i haven’t had a day off in a month so i’m super pumped to have a couple days all for me!
until next time- 🦷🦷🦷
Hii! That sounds so awesome! I love local shows so much (honestly any show, I also just really love live music). Shows like that are so much fun. I'm glad you had a blast even though you didn't get to see the band you expected/wanted to. I hope you and your sibling do start jamming together! Definitely good to explore your voice and work on some stuff with them, that could be really fun, and you never know where it might lead! ♥♥♥

Day 21: Grand Ledge to Kalamazoo
Distance Covered: 70.69 miles
Total Time (including rests): 7:06 (8:17am-3:23pm)
Time spent riding: 5:29
Average Speed: 12.9 mph
Apples Eaten: 4 (fuji - 7/10, honeycrisp - 7.5/10, honeycrisp - 7.5/10, honeycrisp - 7.5/10)
Another mostly boring ride today. I'm kinda glad the trip is coming to an end, if just for the fact that I'm running out of ways to describe the ride. Biking across Michigan was much more hilly than the last several days, but still flat enough that I never had to switch to the small gear in front. It was almost completely on paved roads, with the small bit on a dirt road being the best dirt road I've been on. It was kinda cool when I started the ride, but it got hot relatively quickly, and by the time I was really into the ride I was greatly looking forward to the portions of shade.
I had a slight tailwind from the north, which was a nice contrast to yesterday's headwind. The tailwind ended up being slightly problematic, because it meant I was going to arrive at the campsite before the 3:00pm check-in. To remedy that, I ended up taking an extra long lunch break, but it still felt like a waste. Today's ride took me on a lot of high-speed state roads, but luckily most of them were either lacking in cars or had a wide shoulder. I spent a tiny bit of the ride near the end on a bike trail, but it was such a short distance that it didn't really impact the feeling of the ride.
I took 2 breaks, at about 25 and 50 miles into the ride. I had a bite to eat (PB&Js as usual) at both stops, but they were both just off the road with a little shade, so they weren't that interesting. As mentioned earlier, the second of those rests was rather long, just so that I wouldn't arrive at the campsite too early.
Small Notes
Train crossing - I've crossed many train crossing and seen many trains on this bike ride, but today was the first time I actually had to stop at a train crossing because of a train coming by
Lost dog - shortly after my first break, a car stopped near me and the driver asked if I had seen a dog running past. Unfortunately, I hadn't, so I couldn't help them with their search for their lost dog.
Bee sting? - at some point on the ride, I heard a buzzing noise behind my head. It didn't disappear when I kept riding, so I thought a bug or something might be flying with me. I waved my hand behind my head, and felt something in my hair. I tried to pull it out, and when I did, I felt a sharp (but small, probably a 1 or 2 out of 10 on the pain scale) pain in my thumb. The thing in my hair fell out and I didn't get to see what it was, and my thumb stopped hurting after 15 minutes or so, so I don't think it was actually a bee, but rather some other bug, but at that moment, I was pretty certain I had just been stung by a bee or wasp.
Pavement Notes (continued)
Here's a continuation of yesterday's notes on types of pavement, this time focusing on paved roads.
Sidewalk - a normally smooth type of pavement, except for a line crack every meter or 2, making it slightly different than just riding on smooth pavement.
Bike Trail (perfect) - when you have a paved bike trail, the pavement is usually rather smooth with no issues you have to pay attention to when riding.
Bike Trail (ruptured) - sometimes, the bike trail will have "seam lines" that come up on the pavement, like the pavement on either side of the line was pushed together. This pavement is usually nice, but you have to be careful with the seam lines/ruptures, as they can cause bumpiness or even flat tires if you go too fast over them.
Grainy Pavement - this is a type of road pavement, where the asphalt feels loose like gravel, even if it isn't. It can be rocky to ride on for both cars and bikes. It's most commonly found as the shoulder of a road which is mostly a different type of pavement.
Rough Pavement - I don't know really how to describe the next 3 categories of pavement, I just think it's important to note that there is a difference between the 3 when on a bike, even if they all feel very similar in a car. On this pavement, your bike tends to "bump along" while you ride.
Middling Pavement - on this pavement, the bike doesn't really bump, but the seat might shake a little, such that if you stay sitting too long on this type of road, you'll end up feeling very uncomfortable.
Smooth Pavement - best of the best, no blemishes, feels like you're riding on a frictionless surface.
Needs-Repairs Pavement - can be combined with any type of pavement (most commonly grainy or rough pavement), and with it there are a lot of potholes, as well as places where the pavement is at slightly different levels, like a partial fix has been made, but the pavement hasn't been completely redone. Common to see on less-well-kept roads in cities.
Design Notes
Don't have much in the way of design notes today. Just have mentions of a few games and what my next plans for them are, if any. This is mostly just repeating information from previous days and is basically just notes for myself, so it might not make much sense, but it was what I thought about today.
Characters, Inc - want to create item generation system, rebalance ability scores, change quest lengths
Time Loop - figure out how to have a small scale working prototype
Grid Delver - lots to do. First, a remake of the original, then create the framework for the new version.
Cardcasting - two directions I could see my self going: (1) work on the world building; (2) work on specific spells, as well as general ideas for spells
This is all. I have only 2 more days of riding left, after which I'll probably make a Post-Ride post, but the blogging is almost over!

july 30, 2023; 7:21 pm - life updates
hi, tumblr! its been a minute ~ how are you guys? isnt it so weird that july just decided to be a blip and is now over like it never actually happened even though it was a super busy month? either way, im here to update ya'll on how ive been and other things and if youre interested, just keep reading along; either way, i love you!
family:
bittersweetly, wala na kaming bisita sa bahay; ang weird kasi my mom pointed out na we had visitors nga pala ever since may, thats a lot of time to have people over at your house and to not have privacy; it is sad though to have the house this quiet again but i, glad for the memories we all made over the course of everyone's stay
i treated my mom to a mani pedi session yesterday and it was really nice and relaxing; i finally got my nails done again and im so happy!
other than the aforementioned, we dont have a lot going on except the fact that we're going to a lunch buffet on saturday so atleast we have something to look forward to
im just really excited for the rest of the year and what that holds for me and my family
personal life:
im in a much better headspace and i am truly grateful for whatever or whoever helped me along the way
july was tough kasi i kept pushing myself to my limit without really noticing and again its very bittersweet kasi a part of me is super proud na i can actually juggle so much but at the same time my mind was not doing okay
but im glad im better now; maybe it was just a bad and busy week but i know for a fact na hindi lang yun yung week na ganun sa buong buhay ko so atleast now i know i can actually handle it
i finished reading happy place by emily henry already and i love that book so much; it being about people around my age made it all the more relatable + its super funny + it hits a little too close to home knowing that im the same as the protagonist; overall, its such a great book and i wish i could read it for the first time ulit
been trying to download bumble again pero literally my phone wont let me kasi it always prompts me to fix my payment method sa apple id which is totally fine btw but it always ends up being in error so i just take that as a sign na downloading bumble is just gonna be a waste of time anyway
i need to buy clothes kasi 1.) i wanna invest in them (again, my mom has a point na i need to stop repeating my outfits as much as i do) and 2.) i have an event to go to on the 11th ata so i need to dress up for that
i also want to sell some of my stuff kasi day by day i just keep realizing na i have so much stuff and instead of throwing them away, might as well make some money out of them
work:
im relieved that work is better now; not as busy, but busy enough to keep me on my feet without actually killing me mentally
i love my officemates; i love how the board takers are back and that the noise is back too
na approve na din kaagad yung revisions namin for our community library project which means we get to go to ikea already and purchase the stuff we wanted to for the project
feels kinda weird din talaga to not have been able to go to the office for a week cause of the weather kaya tomorrow im really gonna push myself to go kahit na alam kong uulan parin kasi i just know im gonna be lazy as fuck if i dont go to the office nanaman
regarding our team building, again, im not so keen on pushing through with it this august kasi 1.) its raining, 2.) mahal na since we're booking for the same dates, and 3.) again, i have no idea what our budget is to begin with so its really hard to plan anything anyway
and yeah, thats it for my life updates ~ im beyond excited for august, so here's to making the last day of july super fun and productive and memorable in whatever way it could be
ingat kayong lahat especially since for sure uulan parin this week!

FNAF Encyclopedia Judgement part: 2
Toy Freddy and Withered Freddy page(s)
I was going to also talk about Golden Freddy in this post, but I have far too much to say so Golden Freddy gets his own. Anyway enough rambling let’s begin.
[ Data File]
Does the Toy Freddy head in that box in the Fnaf 3 office really count as an appearance, same with that pixelated ass Toy Freddy toy in Fnaf 4. I don’t think so, also where the heck was Toy Freddy in Fnaf security breach… I know he was on a poster in rockstar row but that isn’t really an appearance.
Also this is just a question in general, why did the Fazbear fright books never have stories about Fnaf 2 like tf, the potential???
[first paragraph?]
I don’t have much to say, just how are his blue eyes unsettling… (I consider when his eyes turn black, when he is in the office to be freakier.)
[second page, first paragraph]
I do like how this talks about Toy Freddy's personality more than most of these paragraphs do with the other characters (even if I’m not sure how factual the info is but it still is nice.)
But I feel the bit about Toy Freddy being more active then regular Freddy is kinda out of place with what was said before, but that may just be me.
[‘Sore Loser’]
Nice that they spoke about Toy Freddy's mechanic in UCN as it makes him quite unique from the other toys and I will admit I did like the little comment at the end ‘That game was totally rigged’. Brought a little chuckle out of me
[first Toy Freddy image]
Another informative comment bringing up the facial recognition that the toys have, which I feel is info every new or old Fnaf fan should know.
[Big image]
Mostly wasted space since the image isn’t anything special, and that comment isn’t really necessary
Frankly I didn’t have a lot to say about toy freddys page (which is a good thing.)
Toy Freddy's page in my opinion was better than OG Freddy’s page but not by much so a 7/10 for Toy Freddy’s
Now onto Withered Freddy…
[ Data File]
Hey first Accurate Game appearances (in my eyes.)
[first paragraph?]
Honestly so far Withered Freddy has like the least info I can pick apart ‘cause I actually like It.
[second page, first paragraph]
The info about Freddy’s activity and also being fooled by the mask is ok. Though I kinda wish they talked a little about That SAVE THEM mini game.
[‘Who’s There?’]
Glad they talked about The Dread Bear DLC. (it isn’t talked about enough.)
[first Freddy image]
This image is ok, but The text is so unnecessary (there are so many things that could have been said there with more significance to Withered Freddy.)
[Big image]
What is up with Withered Freddy's left hand and leg in that image, also why that image? the text is ok I guess...
Yeah Withered Freddy’s In my eyes is the best Freddy page so far. So an 8/10.
#fnaf#fivenightsatfreddys#fnaf encyclopedia#toy freddy#withered freddy#info post#stay tuned for golden freddy's post because I have a lot to say#aceinacloset rambles

White Album 2 Part 4 - Chiaki Izumi Route
I don't know why Chiaki has two endings but let's see how it goes. Considering how things seem to go, I guess Haruki will always "cheat" on Setsuna regardless so I guess that's something I'll have to accept. It was obvious when Haruki was getting mad at Chiaki in his head that she would be waiting for him at his place, but I didn't expect the Santa costume lol. I feel bad but I really have to mute the voices whenever it's the H-scenes, I can't take all the slurping and stuff lol! The noises really grind my gears hahaha. Chiaki being a virgin really didn't surprise me because she totally caters for the cliche of a wild and assertive but pure type of girl lol. Honestly, I'm not sure if this is the best way for Haruki to "heal" but seeing him so distraught when Chiaki left for a bit, I couldn't really hate him. I guess they're both just trying their best to heal and give warmth to each other thinking it's the best way when it's probably just making them even more secluded from the world and reliant on the other. I'm really glad Haruki really did pick himself up once it was the new year, and to be decisive enough to say he wants Chiaki to be in his life and everything? That's solid improvement! Ohh okay, that ending was unexpected for me. I didn't think Chiaki would literally disappear from Haruki's life and that the only reason she was there was just to help him pick himself up and face Setsuna properly and that's all. Like, I'm glad he's properly talking to Setsuna and being honest blah blah, but I'm still not sure I'm as persistent as Io and Takeya in wanting Haruki and Setsuna be together no matter what lol.
I'll admit that I didn't expect Chiaki to actually have attended the same school and even saw and heard Haruki, Kazusa and Setsuna's performance on stage, and to have also noticed Haruki's feelings towards the both of them too. I guess regardless of how much Takeya wanted to protect Haruki from Chiaki, they still ended up meeting anyway haha. Ohh wow, is Chiaki a full-fledged actress already? I was wondering what happened to her drama stuff, guess she's super impressive in her own way. Anyway, I didn't expect Chiaki to be the one that was hanging with Setsuna that night, and dang, she looked good! I can see why Io slapped Haruki lol, he so honestly told her that he cherished this other girl he's been sleeping with whilst Setsuna has been crying all alone, how could she not? On the other hand, when Takeya said "what's so wrong about running away?", I...honestly couldn't fault him at this moment. All along, I've always hated Haruki's indecisiveness and his way of running away all these years and I'll still look at it with contempt, but at the same time, as someone who has run away from reality for years as well knowing that I needed it in order to "survive" and face reality and the future again, I can't blame Haruki. But at least for me, the only person I tortured and wasted the time of was myself, whereas Haruki's actions and inactions all this time have given both hope and despair to Setsuna. Even though I think Io and Takeya can be too meddlesome sometimes, it makes me so jealous of Haruki that he has friends who will never abandon him no matter what.
It's kinda funny that I never really liked listening to Chiaki's VA because she always sounded so fake, but now that we know that it was her "fake personality", and that this is her real voice, I actually really like how she sounds lol! It must have hurt though, to hear Chiaki recite lines that stab Haruki's heart since she's basically making a play out of all his pain, all Setsuna's pain and all of Kazusa's pain just because she thinks it's interesting. I guess it's cute that the only thing that can make Chiaki "care" about someone is when they show their weak side to her. Haruki being helpless enough to have missed his exams because he's sick is a pretty big deal though. Well, that was certainly a rollercoaster ride. Honestly, I couldn't share the same feelings as Haruki to the point where he could 'love' Chiaki and worry about her over this whole betrayal thing. Even though I enjoyed seeing the play she created, she basically copied their whole story and kinda made it her own but not really at the same time because the whole thing was good but very uncomfortable at the same time. I do admire her tenacity and stubbornness towards acting though. Her breakdown was interesting to see but I sadly felt nothing towards their relationship and it actually feels like their relationship will never be a healthy one to me, and I've never really liked their relationship so I'm biased haha. As usual, I feel bad for Setsuna.
Overall, I'm not sure what to think of Chiaki. I definitely prefer Koharu's route because I understand both Haruki and her feelings better, whereas for this route, I felt like the romance was kinda forced near the end? Personally, even though I could feel that Chiaki did care and like Haruki in her own twisted way, the fact that it affected her performance and her real emotions enough like that was kinda shocking because it just didn't feel like they connected that well aside from sex. I could see why Haruki felt reliant on her and everything in the beginning, but I couldn't fathom his love and care for a person that decided to use his pain as a play to show the world. I mean sure it was interesting, but it's uncomfortable to think about and watch. I also feel like the ending makes it like in the end, Chiaki is just another replacement to cover up his pain of never getting over his love for Kazusa, and never getting over the guilt towards Setsuna. It just doesn't feel happy at all. But honestly, I feel like nothing about Chiaki's story was actually happy, which is fine, but it wasn't very satisfying in any way either lol.

Charlie marathon from s9-s10
Spn 904, slumber party
It’s been a long time to see sucker Crowley for me, ha. Also our lovely Kevin…
I think Charlie is a great hunter and also the greatest woman of letters. Really, this knowledge nerd party is kind of database, and the computer engineer-hacker is the best data master in this era!
I see, the world-risk alarm computer system was build in 3 years, at modern-age? Holy shit, what a high tech
Really, nothing can be totally removed from the internet… ofc, the SPN novel can’t avoid it’s destiny
Charlie’s eyes sparkled with full of interests….I love the moment, girl. The moment you lit up your eyes with the curiosity of a new adventure in your life
Dorothy is still cool, glad to see her again.
I think Crowley wants to be a ‘daddy’ of many wicked or strong women like Amara or witch of Oz. Ewww it’s kinda creepy Crowley yaknow
Poppy bullets, it’s a flower bullet!! So romantic weapon for the witch lol
Crowley(and his actor) has soo many talents, that ‘somewhere over the rainbow’ whistle is perfect
Also Dorothy’s so Charlie’s type lol
Charlie,,,,,,,,was a brave girl, she’s always brave… till the end and that so. Hurts. Me.
“Merry Christmas” that line is so lovely, girl.
Haha you’re not a real hunter until you died and come back again-this line from Dorothy fits so well to hunter life lol
Charlie excited about Garage is existed!!🤣 What a perfect it nerd, you lovely girl
… well I think Charlie’s right. that obsessed by witch voice is really similar to Batman voice
Charlie beat Dean’s balls lol You harsh girl
Charlie didit!!!! Ding dong you girl didit!!!
Crowley is a big fan of the musical Wicked, I think.
Awwwwwwwwwww Charlie………..going amother world to find new adventures…. Love this girl so much
SPN 1011, Bad Charlie Good Charlie
This episode feels so iconic for me, auch a Märchen but…bad Charlie is so hot
“Our Charlie? Yea high never hurt hobbit” oh this line is soo precious, it literally shows how sweet girl charlie is🥹 and well bad charlie‘s torture(?)…it‘s so strong, let’s say…a little ‘beat’ing is just desserts, isnt’it
Dean really loves Charlie so much, they have real ‘Big Brother & Youngest Sister’ vibe🥰
Bad Charlie’s so hot… well good Charlie is surely a cutiepie, and they’re both genius
‘Unleash her true darkness’ is just get revenge to her parent killers,? No matter how she called, she’s our Charlie ofc
That not delicious Wellington guy is a jerk
Is that guy’s apolgization is real or just pretense?? Whatever Dean’s right it’s not her fault
bad Charlie’s so womanizer hey you giiirrrrl… And Dean’s tricked, I also tricked AGAIN what a smart girl
Why Bad guys are always sexy,
Oh and good guys impressed us…. “I’m sorry”, “I always forgive you” 😭
“Magic is in you all the time”… I’m crying yeah Charlie is so magical girl, and I almost love her bad version too so much.
Uhhhh Forgiving each other is such an important things for everyone…literally everyone. I hope everyone
I love to see someone hugging Charlie… feel so warm, lovely. Charlie demand Dean a prove, Love that line also.
SPN 1018, Book of the Damned
Fucking Steins, Charlie beats you guys a lot you dummers. But I cannot agree more about that book’s name is so spot on. It’s so ‘Damned’
Oh, Cass and Metatron, nice to see this duo again. I like how Metatron makes Cass annoying a lot, it’s hilarious
Really, stop fighting each other you Winchesterbros, Charlie is so amazing hunter, bc though she being a Hunter, not so long , but she knows the hunter work never ends with only sweet cherries, but end with dilemmas, death and tears.
Again Sam, You need to be honest with your brother about your desperate words
Oh Angels, stop ruining the library
No, you Steins idiot, only the weak people are desperate to get the power and waste it. The wise people avoids the hardest way.
Sam, you should burn it…. Must , burn it…..!!!!
This girl still believe in good, and met an Angel …sweet scene
SPN 1021, Dark Dynsty
Soon, the Two Red haired geniuses witches met each other
Please listen to Charlie Sammy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤯
For Dean…. This sweet girl says only sweet things, but I really wanna do thing for you Charlie, like you dedicate to your friends…
Those high-intelli elite professionals talking is so interesting, because they hate but understand each other lol
Why all Rowena’s prophecies are all….real……. Such a worst greatest witch… Charlie’s loyal to her friends yeah it’s good but…..your life is is worthless seriously, worthless
Cass please follow her, done let her alone…
Charlie!!! Charlie..!!!!!!
Sam you have to burn it….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fuckinsteins
Oooookay, I’ll end here. Can’t see her last again. …
I love this marathon and see her again. I really love you dear Charlie…..

Morning! ☀️
I get what you mean. I’m also quite hesitant with accepting help bc I always fear that I will only waste their time. But then I try to think how I would act if the roles were reversed. Would I be angry at someone for “wasting my time” if they truly tried their best? I wouldn’t. And I'm clearly not a saint. So why should others be angry or disappointed with be bc of that? I suck at explanations but I hope you know what I mean 😅. The critic part is also valid. I really appreciate constructive feedback but it can hurt nonetheless. I do think that’s normal (sadly).
Working 60h a week sounds exhausting. But I’m sure you got this 🫶🏻. I currently only study my side subject (bc I will switch the main subject) so this semester is quite relaxing actually (despite my regular meetings with the exam board - I totally agree with you, it’s like they don’t want students to actually graduate ^^). I do work two jobs right now but one of them will end this month.
My birthday was nice! I work in a kinder-garden and they are always extremely excited when it’s someone’s birthday. I don’t really like people singing for me (bc I never know how to act during that) but when kids to it I simply can’t stop smiling.
They humbled me pretty quick tho by guessing that I turned 17 😅. Which is, however, still two years older than the kids at my last work guessed me. 🫠 So a win is a win!
I will celebrate with my friends tomorrow. We’re kinda a huge group so everybody’s birthday is always a little crazy. But in a good way :).
Also, it’s kinda funny that there are like 20 different ways we could communicate but we chose to do it in a way theoretically everyone who wants could read along. I love it tho! I’m a big supporter of “if you don’t wanna read something - just don’t read it. Nobody forces you to.” 😅
I hope you can relax a little after today? You deserve it!! 🌼
Hellooo, ☀️
Thank you for your kind words, always 🌷
I really hope that you had such a great time celebrating your birthday with your friends. I love a big group! How was it?
And working in a kinder-garden sounds very nice and sweet. I hope the kids sang extra loud for you, even though maybe you didn't like it at all (which I understand, I also don't like being in the center of attention because I'll be just standing there like 🧍🏼♀️). But I think the kids would've loved to sing for you (and get some kind of sweet treat).
I'm so glad that your semester is relaxing. Is it almost over? Mine will be over in a few weeks, just need that project to finish and hand in my thesis application for them to approve. They should not make it very hard, but they always do, so 🥴
Haha, yes you are very right and I like it too, keep sending the messages, I like this company 🤗
Work was crazy today, I work in a brunch/lunch restaurant and we were very understaffed. I did manage to get through the day, and will now relax and have a nice evening for some Netflix series catch-up 💻 , maybe writing some fics later.
Btw, Karol G was amazing, she is amazing. Her live singing was absolutely mesmerizing and amazing. The whole show was so put together. I love her so much 🥺 🩷 she deserves the world.
I hope you will have a great evening, thanks for reading all of this again ❤️🩹
